Pet Sitting in Cassopolis

I hired Fetch Pet Care to watch my 4 pups while on vacation. I thought that keeping them in their home, as opposed to boarding over the holidays, would be the best experience for the entire family. Boy did I make a FANTASTIC decision. From the first time that Rich and crew came out to meet my dogs and review their needs, I was so impressed. They took meticulous notes and had been well-prepared leading up to the meet and greet by reviewing the information that I put into the portal. Shari was our sitter and she is WONDERFUL! I have a stubborn Daschund that can be a little stand-offish and he took to her right away. She left me great journal notes and took lots of pictures of them having a great time playing and cuddling. The "Almost Overnight" service is perfect for us because they received instant attention first thing in the morning and before bedtime and we opted to have a few mid-day and mid-afternoon check-ins to keep them on their regular schedule. The BEST part about this experience is that my pups were at home, comfortable, and waiting to see us when we walk in the door. No picking them up later from boarding, no re-adjusting to schedules, no upset tummies or watching them for post-boarding issues! I cannot recommend Fetch Pet Care enough and thanks to Rich and Shari for a fantastic experience!

This business is great! I use them when I get in a bind and can't let my dog out. They give her snuggles while they are there and also love on my cat. They always send a photo and message on how my pets were during their visit. Such a great service I couldn't be happier that I signed up.

This was the first time that we used a pet service for our family pet. When I called the service, I talked to a person!! In talking with Fetch Michiana, I was very pleased with our conversation. I scheduled pet services while we were away on vacation. I received an update from our pet caregiver every day. My dog looked so happy. It was an amazing experience. I felt so good knowing my pet was in good hands. When we returned home, I knew I made the best choice for our dog. Every day I looked forward to the update and seeing Haley in such a happy state. Thank you Fetch and our sitter for all the care.

I used the feed and walk service and chose Fetch because I was only going to Chicago for the day so wanted to allow my dog to stay in her own comfortable space. Rich and Ellie are a joy to work with and very accommodating for a last minute service request. I am happy with the service and appreciate the extra attention they gave taking care of my dog, entering/leaving the house securely, and their communication. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience using Fetch! Pet Care Michiana for the first time. Our golden retriever appreciated the twice daily walks and the special attention he got from Stephanie, and I appreciated the journal entries I received from our pet care provider after every visit. Wonderful communication with Fetch! I felt very comfortable leaving our beloved dog in their care. Will definitely use them again!

While away on vacation for 1 week, I had pet sitters overnight and during the day watching my dog. I received updates and pictures on every shift giving me peace of mind that my dog was enjoying himself and having a good time. Upon returning home, I noticed there was human hair left all over the bathroom including the shower. I immediately panicked because I thought if they didn’t follow their work rules and showered when they were not supposed to then there may be other things they did in my home and with my dog that I don’t know about. After calling Fetch, the Michiana, Indiana Franchise owner called me back and said it’s a requirement that sitters have full access to a bedroom or bed and full access to a bathroom including a shower. This was NOT included in any of the paperwork I signed and was never mentioned to me during the initial meeting. They even had the chance to tell me when I sent an email stating I would be locking all bedrooms, but the sitter would have access to the rest of the home and could watch TV and sleep on couch. I’m an easy going and understanding person, so I would’ve prepared to make sure the sitter had access to a bedroom and shower, and prepared to due a full clean and inspection of my home afterward. COVID is rampant this season and cleanliness is crucial. But I didn’t find out all of this until after I got in the shower for the 1st time upon returning home. Because it wasn’t in my paperwork, never mentioned to me, she didn’t clean up after herself, and I never got a refund for this issue, I felt played and lied to and felt like the owner was trying to cover up for the sitter and avoid refunding my money. Lucky for him- I have a naive and laid back attitude so I didn’t push the issue any further. BEWARE!

First, Fetch Pet Care has been a wonderfully responsive and caring service for both me and my pets since I started using their services in 2021. This August I had a planned trip to Ireland and one of my young kittens had a corneal abrasion/laceration that occurred late on Friday night, two days before I was to leave. Treatment required administration of eye drops throughout the day and into the very late hours of the evening. I contacted Rich Naponelli very early on Saturday morning via his cell to inform and inquire about expanding the scheduled care for both my young kitties. He immediately took my call and assured me that Fetch Pet Care had me covered and on Sunday at 2pm Rich and his team arrived to get instructions/tutorial about administering the eyedrops. Jocelyn and Ellie were a fantastic team!! The comprehensive care notes and photos I received in each visit journal were tremendously helpful and gave me great peace of mind. I knew my kitties were in kind and caring hands! I even showed the posts as received with people in Ireland and they were very impressed at the service I was receiving. The other very important and much appreciated aspect is Rich Naponelli taking the initiative to address and recommend visit time slots to help off-set the cost of pet care which was going to increase. That was a huge help especially with a big trip ahead of me. Thank you, Fetch Pet Care, Rich, Jocelyn and Ellie, for your time, kindness and responsiveness to my pet's needs. I have been able to utilize Fetch’s services on a couple of occasions and so am so happy they exist! The company owner is very helpful and wants to make everyone’s and every pet’s experience a positive one. Everything from getting set up and knowing routines to the actual pet care ieverything is done to the best. I was so grateful for Fetch when my youngest wanted to take impromptu birthday trip up to Chicago (Legoland Discovery Center) and Fetch was able to arrange care for both of my dogs 🐶 🐩 the morning of, for the full day. Now that is what I call service!

Very professional team, starting at the top with the owner. Thorough prep and thoughtful customization for our needs. We’ve used them 5+ times for our 2 dogs and would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Pet Palace. The owner, Christina, her daughters and staff are second to none in providing the best loving care to our dog Macy. We have boarded our beloved girl many times over the last several years during our 7 day vacations and we always know she is in such great care while we are gone. You and your pet will be extremely pleased with the services Pet Palace provides. I promise!

My father had an emergency hospitalization and I came into town from out of state. I couldn’t find a single other establishment willing to help me out in boarding his dog. When I called Pet Palace they were so kind and the process to get the paperwork completed is so easy with it right on their website. I wasn’t able to get him there the first night as things were slow going at the hospital to start so when I called back ready to continue the process, she remembered me and asked after my dad. The customer service is phenomenal!! The building is clean and welcoming. The dog who is incredibly anxious is enjoying his stay which I think speaks volumes to their business practices. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been taking my dog, Oliver, here for over 3 years and I mean it when I say it’s the ONLY place I trust to take care of my dog. He’s older and pretty anxious, especially when I’m not around, but he absolutely loves it here. They use his special slow feeding bowl and give him his medicine. I also love that they let you bring your dog’s bed in because he loves his bed. The owner and employees are always so friendly every time I bring Oliver in. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Since they've become under new ownership they are very rude and unprofessional. I've been taking my dog there for years and now I called the other day to make sure to see how much it would be to get him trimmed down she told me that it would be $85 because the price went up.Then when he is about done with groomed she lets me know that it is $120. She said that she gave me was a quote and the quote is a price of what a grooming should be and she's trying to say no that that is not the price. Then told me if I do not like it I can take my dog elsewhere. I was not even given a courtesy call to let me know before they started that it will be more.

I have been taking my dogs to Pet Palace for 14 years, and in all that time, it has always been a wonderful experience and stay for our furbabies. As with anything, change such as Bryon and Helen retiring and selling the business can bring apprehension for anyone, it did for me, but they certainly have left Pet Palace in good hands. Christina, Asia, and India, as well as the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond with caring for my sweet Shadow both with boarding and daycare. Shadow is always happy to go, and that says it all!

I've been using Pet Palace since they opened. Byron and all the Pet Palace staff are so kind and sweet to my 18 year old Yorkie. I had her groomed yesterday and she's adorable!

Christina and her team are excellent - love supporting family businesses and it is very apparent they love all the fur babies :)

I have loved Per Palace for years. We took our first rescue dog there for a bath years ago. She was very timid and hated men. I told them if she had any issues, to just call me to pick her up so she didn't have any additional trauma. When I finally got the call to pick her up she was not only clean, but had her nails done. We have loved them ever since. Each employee truly loves animals and Byron is a doggie whisperer.

I have been taking my dog since he is a puppy and the only thing that he gets from here it’s love. They helped me a lot and my dog. Hands down they are the best. Bruno’s dad!

We have an 11 month old mini berniedoodle. Dropped her off October 23, 2023 for daycare and asked if they would give her a bath if they had time. We like to keep our dog's hair long and brush her every day to prevent matting. When we picked her up we were shocked to see that our dog had been shaved. We didn't ask for her to be groomed and no instructions were on file. The owner's excuses about having a lot of dogs and being busy were not satisfactory. We will not be back. Will take a full year to grow our dog's double coat back to where it was.
