Pet Sitting in Castiglione Del Lago

Francesca has almost become family, specially for Brillo. We had her as a sitter for the third time, my cat recognizes her and has become affectionate, he looks for cuddles as never before and I feel happy and safe in her hands. Furthermore she dealt with the fixing of a roller shutter while I was away: we found together a way to have it repaired and I am grateful for that too, because everything was like before when I came back home. Thanks Francesca, hope to have you again!

Ayelet's communication was fantastic right through from applying for our house sit, to arrival, and the whole period we were away. She sent us updates and photos of what her and Bear were doing daily, and our dog, Bear absolutely loved her. She took fantastic care of our dog, and home, and we wouldn't hesitate to whole heartedly recommend her. Ayelet is a lovely warm person, and we are really happy to have met her.

Ana and Álvaro are very reliable sitters and lovely people. We felt we could trust them immediately, our cat loved them and was pampered like he’s used to from us. We had a peaceful vacation knowing they were taking good care of him. They regularly supplied little updates and pictures and communication was very pleasant. They took optimal care of our yard with vegetable beds and greenhouse and left the house clean and tidy. Ana and Álvaro are 100% reliable and very attentive housesitters—we’d love to have them back at any time!

Adriana is such a sweet, polite and kind girl that I would like to have her back in my home soon. She was very attentive and thorough in the care of my two furry friends.They love so much Adriana 😊

Sofia and Gabriele were absolutely incredible when taking care of Alta. Alta can be an anxious and hyper pup, and they handled her with the uptmost care and kindess. Incredibly grateful for them- Alta definitely misses them as well! Thank you again Sofia & Gabriele :-)

Melissa was great, laid back and flexible but also took the responsibility seriously. It was really nice for the animals to have someone calm and quiet with them to follow their routine. Communication was perfect, I was able to enjoy my trip away knowing she was there looking after everything. Plants were all watered and healthy, house was lovely and clean. Thanks Meli! Overall Jessica was a great house/pet sitter. She watered plants and cared for our dog. We were having a significant backyard landscaping project done during her stay and she was flexible about that. Prior to her sit she was very responsive to messages but during her stay there were several times when she was less responsive. I wished we received photos and updates daily, only one was sent unprompted, where other sitters sent daily photos with daily updates. Most importantly we came home to a happy dog. Jessica kept up with some of Bella’s training and provided great feedback when requested at the end with issues she had (steeling food, counter surfing etc), which will help us with training. The only issue we had is that she did not clean up after herself. We came home to a dirty bathroom with hair everywhere and the shower door was a mess. Also there was food splatter all over my new kitchen tile backsplash where she had cooked, she did not clean the brand new stove top and smudges/splatter in the new white cabinet. Living room was tidy but pillows must have been removed from couches at some point and not put back correctly.

It was delightful to meet Peter and Simita. They were unsure of exact day and arrival time until very near the sit, but once here Peter threw himself into looking after the plants and garden with gusto. Everything looked fine and dandy on my return. They organised their own supplies etc and when I got back everything was pretty much the same as the day I left. A big thank you to them both and I hope we meet again.

Delightful Virginie, her husband Camille and their two young sons sat for us over Christmas and New Year. This was our first family sit and as Midlife empty nesters our home is not perfectly set up for children. Goodwill all round saw the complex arrival and travel logistics overcome and they kindly allowed me to depart early to visit my ailing Father. They coped well with the demands of two boisterous dogs who are used to being centre of attention especially as the weather was truly awful during their time here. Unfortunately they were all unwell during their time here, Virginie in particular, and we wish her a swift recovery and hope they continue to enjoy their future housesits.

Lucia and Gaston were great sitters, very friendly, helpful, clean and nice with the animals, would definitely recommend!
