I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Joe took great care of our cat Goose and left our apartment cleaner than when he arrived! This is our second time having him stay, and Goose loves having him around. Eric is a wonderful sitter! I knew he would be great after I saw all of his 5 star reviews. When I first talked to him, Eric was very amiable, and asked all the right questions, which showed me that he had read through the listing and paid particular attention to the types of pets that we had and their particular quarks. Eric took the time to meet with me as needed before he came to the place. He was always happy to meet me at the times/days I requested. We had to catch a ferry and it was prebooked, Eric was very flexible and allowed for plenty of time to arrive at our home for us at arrive back so we did not have to worry about the dogs being alone. During his stay, Eric made sure that the dogs were walked and properly attended to. One of our dogs requires daily medication and Eric did a great job with that. One of our boys was a bit whiny during the stay and we had a chat about it, Eric solved the problem during his stay. One the day we came home, Eric offered to launder the sheet and towels which was a such a relief to me a I had so much to do when I got home. One of the best things that Eric did was take our dogs for one last walk right before we came home so that we did not have to attend to them after our long journey. When we got home, our house was clean, our dogs were happy and tired and we were extremely pleased. Be sure to book Eric if he enquires about your listing!

Jeff was fantastic! From start to finish, we knew our dog/home would be in good hands. We spoke over the phone and then met briefly before we left and while it was only a three-night sit, I would have felt just as comfortable had it been a three-week sit. Communication was great leading up, during, and after. He updated us on how our pooch was doing and sent sweet videos and we just know he gave her a lot of love. Jeff left our apartment tidy and clean and we had a happy dog upon our return! Please don’t hesitate to invite Jeff to sit!!

Sahar and Puya are the absolute best! Look no further! This is who you want to care for your furry friend and your home. I have used this platform many many times, and I have never felt my pup was more loved and cared for than when she was in their care. We were gone for a week, which can be worrisome to leave your pup that long. Let me tell you - I did not worry, not once. They sent frequent updates and photos and took my Luna to many of her favorite places. They also took such wonderful care of our home - it was cleaner once we returned home than when we left it. Incredible communication, organization, care, and cleanliness. A 10/10 sit. We would have them back any time. Sahar and Puya, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so good to my girl!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
