We didn’t worry at all while we were away, as we knew Gizmo and our home were in safe hands. We find them to be a very capable, respectful and friendly couple. They sent regular photo updates and we could tell that our cat was very settled - which was also apparent on our return. J&M communicated really well prior to the sit, letting us know when they had arrived in the country and the times they would be arriving and leaving. They cared for our home exceptionally well. They even topped up cat food crunchies and changed bedding, and the house was very clean and tidy which was joy to return home to. We would strongly recommend them as house/pet sitters. Jamie and Ron did an excellent job watching our house and our puppy Colby. They were very trustworthy, communicative, and always responded promptly. Our dog Colby was only 7 months and can be shy to warmup to new people, but they went out of their way to exercise and socialize him and keep him happy, healthy, and comfy while he warmed up to them. They sent updates and pictures every day, and the house and the dog were in great shape upon our return. We are very thankful for them and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Thanks again for making my trip away worth it!

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
