We were so happy to have Elisa stay at the house with Gus Gus and Chee Chee. Communication with Elisa was so easy and we had no troubles meeting eachother over a virtual call and then coordinating our schedules for arrival and departure days. Elisa sent me daily kitty updates as agreed and was very self sufficient during her entire stay so I was always feeling relaxed. Gus Gus was immediately attracted to Elisa when she arrived which is always a great sign. There was 1 night during my trip that I came back to stay at the apartment and Elisa was very accommodating to this interuption in her schedule. I also arrived back 1 day earlier than Elisa's departure and she was so gracious to switch our sleeping arrangements so I was back in my bed (after a long week of hiking in the mountains) and she took the couch (which I normally take when my schedule changes like that). And of course, the house was in a wonderful clean condition and everything organized exactly as how Elisa found it. We would be happy to welcome Elisa back again.

Ghislain and Clementine gave us an incredible, worry-free 5 week vacation. From the moment we met them, we knew our dog Roka was in great hands. Throughout our trip, they sent us photos of Roka enjoying their company on long walks and relaxing with them during rainy days. Ghislain and Clementine are extremely kind to animals, personable, thoughtful, self-sufficient, and reliable. We truly felt like we struck gold having them watch Roka. We can tell Roka already misses them. It’s not every day you find such loving care, especially with the added charm of French! From our initial zoom call I realised that I had hit the jackpot with Olaug. She had applied to my post because of her love of labradors and dogs in general. Olaug and I had a great WhatsApp conversation going for a couple of months in the run up to the sit. She asked all the right questions which filled me with confidence. Olaug was so easy to deal with and booked her flights to fit in with our travel plans. When she arrived at the house she came prepared with dog treats so for Diesel it was love at first sight. It was immediately apparent that she had a lot of experience with dogs and Diesel adored her. He has been missing her since she left! Throughout the sit Olaug sent lovely messages, photos and videos with updates about what they had been up to. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful during the sit, but she still took Diesel on long walks every day. When we returned the house was immaculate. She had really looked after Diesel and my house. I really hope that Olaug wants to visit London again as both Diesel and I would love for her to come and sit again - we both wish she lived closer.

Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

I knew immediately during our introduction call that Ashley and Monica would be the best sitters for my home and cat for my 1 month travel. They indeed proved to be - sweet and kind, self sufficient and proactive, thoughtful and precise. I was in full trust and peace for the duration of my holidays, received some sweet portraits and updates of my kitty, and returned home to a clean house and a happy and active cat who had lost 300g as I had hoped for (I briefed Ashley and Monica for his vet proposed diet needs). Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Fanny is a great petsitter! Rina (our dog) is very fearful and sensitive but Fanny knew how to take the time with her and spent more than an hour getting her used to it and never forcing her. I recommend 100% and I have already booked my next weekend :)
