And to our happiness, they followed through on their promises and every day we received an update (with photo) regarding how Zorro is doing. Whenever there was anything to discuss they either solved it directly or asked us for guidance, giving us a peace of mind that everything is fine. All through active, ongoing communication between us. In addition, they left the house in pretty much exactly the condition they received it in, so overall we are very pleased to have partnered with them. Overall, we would like to thank Emily and Francis for a good first experience and would be happy to see them again!

Active Danish couple with big animal hearts! Your pets' new companions!
We don't know where to start with how amazing Philip and Isabella were! They came a day early because something came up and we needed to get away earlier than planned. Even though their flight was delayed (they arrived to our house at 4am!!) they woke up early to do a walk-through of all walking paths for our dog and to learn how to prepare his food and prep the cats food as well. And all on a cup of coffee! They sent photos to let us know our monsters were behaving and they were communicative when things came up that didn't seem "normal" (all was fine, but we appreciated their level of care more than they will know!!!). We will definitely (100%, most certainly) have them sit again should they ever find their way back to Toronto and highly recommend them to anyone who are "crazy pet parents" like we are. <3 On top of all the amazing pet care, they left our house cleaner than they found it and took awesome care of our bikes. We just loved having them stay!

Dana and Vicki took care of our two cats while we were on 3 week long holidays, and i must say, the cats may have had better and more relaxing time than we did! Susanne and Claus were an utter delight, we were so happy to have had them in our flat. They looked after our home, plants and pets perfectly. The cats have never had such shiny fur - clearly they received lots of brushing and cuddles! Communications with Susanne and Claus were just right, regular and reliable and clear. They were thoughtful and considerate, adjusting their arrival time to fit my schedule, and leaving a delicious home-cooked meal and a bottle of wine to welcome us home. Great sitters and gracious guests!

Rikke was amazing! We posted our dates a week in advance and didn’t think we would find anyone, but it coincided with Rikke planning a weekend trip and we’re very grateful that it worked for her. She read the listing description and I right away felt comfortable about the idea of leaving our home and little Tayto with her. Allison and Josh were fabulous house sitters and gave such good care to our two cats. They were really friendly, organised and responsive throughout and asked all the right kind of questions when they arrived to make sure they knew what the cats needed. Most important thing for me is that we came home to two very happy and settled cats! This hasn't ever happened after a 2+ week time away before, Tig especially has always been really unsettled when we came home but she was relaxed, affectionate and happy this time - which makes me SO happy! Tash was happy and calm as well, they just seemed like we'd only stepped away for a day. Wow - I'm so grateful for this! Allison sent lots of great videos and updates while we were away so we could see they were getting along really well. The house felt great on arriving home. All in all a really positive experience and I can't recommend Allison and Josh highly enough for house and cat sitting. They really know cats and go the extra mile to make friends and put them at their ease. Thank you so much!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
