We have been searching for a trusting dog boarder and pet care center that really understands larger breeds. K9 Lounge took amazing care of our beloved Cane Corso and kept us posted with updates and pictures. We will definitely continue using this great service.

The K9 Lounge is an amazing spot to board your pets! It was our first time boarding our dog, and Robert made the process painless and easy. Everything from the communication to the booking is amazing! Our dog is highly anxious around other dogs and humans, but Robert made our dog feel right at home. Robert is a caring dog sitter, and has been wonderful with our Lucy (age 10). We've used him many times now and always receive updates and assurances on how she is doing. I can tell she was comfortable with him, and had a great time with the other dogs in his care. We could not ask for better care for our family member.

Robert did an amazing job taking care of Ariel during our spring break trip. I was definitely apprehensive about boarding her for the first time and Robert was very patient and understanding when answering my (sometimes odd) questions, so that was much appreciated. I also liked that Ariel was going to get much more personal attention than other kennels. I looked at some slightly cheaper kennels but they only offered "outdoor time" at an extra cost. Robert seems to intelligently pair up dogs that will play well together so that they get a chance to socialize and have some fun during their boarding experience. Ariel had some tummy issues on the first day she was boarded, but Robert was very quick in reporting back to me what was going on and the issue ended up resolving itself.. Overall it was a great experience and Ariel had a great time.

Robert is great with my pup Tibbers, his setup is great and it allows tibbers to feel at home and have fun. Robert does a wonderful job keeping me updated during my pups stay.

This was my first time ever boarding my dog and I couldn't be happier. Robert is absolutely lovely. His whole house is set up for animal boarding and he does an amazing job. He sends updates and pictures, he calls them report cards of your animal while there in his care. And when I went to pick up my dog yes she was very happy to see me but she wasn't shaking or stressed or alarmed at all you could tell she had a good time. And to top that off Robert taught her how to go through a doggie door which was pretty darn cool. I will definitely be using Robert again.

Training with Ria set us up for a wonderful relationship with our shelter puppy, Heidi. As a first time dog owner, plus with a large breed 5 month old puppy, I lacked self-confidence. Ria was great with Heidi of course but even better with me, training me on how to train Heidi and patiently answering all of my many questions. I highly recommend her! Everyone at Workindoggz has been really nice, too, especially the owner, who gave us detailed recommendations on dog friendly trails. Plus the grooming service being right there is really handy. This is a great place in downtown Hayward, I'm thankful it's here.

Ria is an excellent dog trainer, actually people trainer. She trains you, to train your dog. If you do the homework assignments she gives you, your dog's training is accelerated. She guides you how to train your pet in a positive, gentle and loving way, with lots of praise and treats, making the process fun for both you and your dog. It takes time and patience on your part if the dog is going to be successful. Ultimately it's up to you to make it happen. If you don't follow through, it's not going to work. She gives you the key, but you do the driving since you're with the furry one all week and that's where the training is absorbed. Make it fun. Create a stronger bond and watch your four legged friend grow into a well behaved, wonderfully enjoyable family member. She's makes herself available by text if you forget something or need more guidance with a training method. I strongly recommend Ria as your trainer.

training review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i’ve been taking my dog to Ria for training since she was a puppy and i’ve noticed nothing but good results and feedback. Ria is a trainer i would highly recommend since she gives great advice, offers different training styles depending on your dog, and is very knowledgeable and skilled in what she does. i had my dog signed up for the level 1 and 2 obedience training groups which is really helped my dog with proper socialization, especially when she was a puppy. the classes are an hour long which is plenty of time for your dog to learn and usually enough time at the end for all the dogs to play and the pricing is really fair. Ria’s not only helped my dog understand training more but has also helped me understand it better as well, and it has made training so much easier for the both of us.

Workindoggz is a great place to train your dog. My trainer is Ria (highly recommend her) for my puppy. She is very professional and what make her stand out is she not a type of person to strictly follow guidelines or slide shows when it comes to training. She mixes in her twist in to make the experience enjoyable and gives you tools to properly train your dog. I’ve use their service for grooming and daycare as well. Everyone here shows good customer service and takes great care of your dog.This is a great facility and highly recommend bringing your dog here!

Workindoggz has been great with their services for our dog. Special shout out to our trainee, Ria, for her wonderful help with training our adult dog. She has been very easy to work with and has wonderful insight in training our dog. Her transparency with expectations, by both parties, has given us the assurance on how we can train our dog effectively snd efficiently.

*TRAINING REVIEW ONLY* We moved to Hayward January of this year and one of our neighbors recommended Workindoggz after we got our Mini Goldendoodle puppy. We looked them up and saw they provided a lot of services and were close by. We started with their Group Training that included 5 classes for $250. They were 1 hour long each and once a week. Our trainer was Ria and she was hands down amazing! Call her a dog whisperer or something but she helped us so much with obedience training and her little teacher assistant, Corky, joined too to help supervise! Our class only had 2 other dogs including ours so it was perfect and helped the pups not only socialize but also focus. Ria was super accommodating too on some of the weeks we were unable to attend and she would work with us to reschedule. Sure, you can watch Youtube videos and train at home, but I highly recommend joining a puppy school to help with distractions, learn to play with other puppies, and get lots of tips from the trainer on YOUR training as an owner. There were some things we never noticed unless Ria pointed them out and she was right every single time. I love workindoggz for everything, they really are a one-stop-shop for my pup! I get so many compliments on my standard poodle's hair cut and I owe it all to Vivian. My dog can be nervous at the groomers and they always handle him with such care. It turns out he really likes going to the groomers now because he normally goes to daycare after! I also recently signed him up for some training and hikes. He has so much fun and I always receive the best report cards. The owners, Cody, Maire, and Joe are incredible too. You can really tell that they care about you and your pup. They have always kept their prices very fair and I really appreciate that they don't charge for all the "extra" stuff as other places do, it's all included!

I have been taking my dog to Workingdoggz for the past several months now and they have been amazing. Drop off and pick up are always a breeze. My dog Mia is super energetic and can sometimes be hard to handle/take care of. But the staff here have been amazing with her.

My dog is my world and I have been looking for an attentive and caring facility to help socialize and train my girl. I tried other options, but Workindoggz is clearly a great establishment. We signed up for 1:1 training and so far the consultation with Ria was tailored and informative. Will update once we complete the first session. Since we want to socialize our 7 month pitbull, we signed her up for day care and a hike. I loved that they gave us a report card with photos and videos of her experience. Will definitely continue to use this service. Also the owner, Cody, is super down to earth and kind. They’re doing great work here!

Molly and her team are wonderful, reliable, and experienced. Not only did my pup have a great time, but I got daily updates with tons of pictures. The Doggie Llama team does boarding, training, and dog walking right. When your pet is left with them you can rest assured that your pet is receiving quality care tailored to their needs and comfort. Their science-based approach to training and care sets them apart from the industry standard and sets my mind at ease knowing that my pet is receiving the highest quality of care.

EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. Vanessa comes with heart, soul & leash - in that order. Vanessa adores her canine charges and they feel it. Doggy Lama is my vote for the best small business in the Bay Area. This is not hyperbole! They are reliable, transparent, informative, and caring. We feel so comfortable with them, and often lean on their guidance and advice for taking care of our dog Rory. Our walker Jeysi feels like a member of the family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. And then Jeysi sends us a written summary along with beautiful photos and videos from the day. It seems like such a fun pack. We're so, so grateful for Jeysi. Attaching just one pic here. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

My dog loves Doggy Lama! She cannot wait for them to pick her up and is always exhausted and happy when they bring her home. She has totally bonded with Vanessa and Merrigold. I appreciate their communication and professionalism. and the photos.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. It's clear that she loves her time with Dorothy because she always comes home with a huge smile on her face! Kendrae is super communicative and responsive around scheduling, too. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest. Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. Our cats have always come home comfortable and relaxed; obviously well taken care of. We highly recommend Pam and Critter Pet Care for all boarding needs!

🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.

I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.

We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!

I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Critter Pet Care takes excellent care to set an environment that allows the cats to feel at home and loved and for cat parents to feel completely at ease for their care. Pam and her staff are absolutely intuitive in their care for pets. She's personally taught me so much about cat behavior and how to be a better cat companion as a newer pet parent. Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.

Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.

Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.

Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!

I highly recommend Lucia’s pet care. Lucia is always accommodating, kind and loves our dog so much. Our poodle had a lot of anxiety around other dogs and Lucia has helped him become more calm and playful. We consistently use Lucia’s daycare services and our dog and family couldn’t be happier.

My dog Chewy has been with Lucia for a short time, only 3 weeks. She has made him comfortable and happy. He is always so excited to go there.

Lucia is so kind, professional and passionate about her guest and their stay! This is such a personal visit for my pup, rather than be boarded and crated with a corporation. Lucia runs this from her home with the best set up! Always quick to respond and send up dates for my pup. It makes traveling so much easier to know Draco is comfortable and getting loved on and attention while playing with the other dogs! 10/10 recommend- never want to take him anywhere else! Lucia always gives us treats and made a cute goodie bag too! We appreciate her!

I love bringing my dog (Luna the Husky) to Lucia’s Petcare because this is the only place I’ve found that has been patient, caring, and responsive to, and effective in dealing with, my husky’s unique needs. My husky has severe separation anxiety, and Lucia’s Petcare knows how to deal with that lovingly and patiently. I’ve tried other daycare and boarding places but none has matched Lucia’s services and effectiveness. What’s also unique about Lucia’s Petcare is you often communicate with the owner, (Lucia) directly, and she is very responsive. I’m so glad I found this place and that my husky is happy here.

I have a 16 year old dog that has never been left before and I was very nervous. But as soon as I met Lucia, I knew she’d be in good hands. Lucia truly went above and beyond to insure not only that I felt comfortable, but that my dog did, too. She took into consideration my dogs needs while still caring for and prioritizing the other dogs she was looking after. She knew I was nervous and reached out proactively to provide me with updates and pictures of how things were going. I highly recommend Lucia for your dogs hotel needs. She is clearly a dog lover and great at what she does.

This is my first experience boarding my Pug over the weekend. Lucia was amazing answering any questions and showing me around during the meet and greet. The indoor and outdoor space is specific for pets. She also stayed in contact during my dogs stay and send me photos. I would highly recommend Lucia’s Pet care for day stays and overnight stays. She is very reliable so you will be at ease while your little fur baby is having fun.

The difference between Lucia and other boarding facility is her honesty, communication, and providing extra care. Typically my dog does fine in boarding facilities, but it's been a while since I boarded my dog so he a hard time adjusting to the new environment. Lucia was great, she would keep me informed what she is going to do for him or ask for feedback. I think this is extremely important when coming out of a pandemic, our pets may develop new behaviors we are unaware of. I am extremely happy that I found Lucia, because she isn't someone who is just caring for your pet she actually works with you to ensure she is giving the best care for your pet.

Lucia is such a sweet person and truly cares for the dogs. I had a last minute trip and she was able to get my Snow in right away and took such good care of her. She updated me on how Snow was doing throughout her stay and even sent me a picture. I would highly recommend Lucia's Pet Care.

Great place to board your pocket pets! I had such a wonderful experience with Lucia's Pet Care. Firstly, she took in my 2 pet rats with very little notice (it was hard finding someone to board small animals for a last minute trip just a week in advance). The day before going out of town we found out that one of our pet rats got an infection. He had neutering surgery a week prior and the stitches got infected. The doctor gave us antibiotics to give him twice a day and we were worried about him receiving the medicine while we were away. Lucia was a godsend for us! She diligently administered the medicine to our boy twice a day and sent us updates on his condition every day. (And it's no small feat to get a squirming little rodent to take his medicine out of a syringe.) No amount of pictures or video requests were too much for Lucia. And when we got back after 10 days, the wound had healed and our rat was healthy again! The cage was cleaned (she even washed the hammocks and towels from inside) and our rats were well fed and taken care of. We are so grateful to Lucia for treating our pet rats like they were her own and would 100% recommended her to friends and family. Thank you so much!!

We have been sending our two Dachsunds to Lucia for several months now and couldn’t be happier with how she takes such great care of them. Lucia takes a truly personal interest in their welfare. She is always able to accommodate special requests for them concerning diet, sleep etc. All of her dogs have a ton of space to run around as well as personal space to chill and be by themselves. It is very clear to us that she loves animals and keeps them safe. Her prices are very fair and we feel stress free when leaving them with her. Cannot recommend her high enough!!!

Jeremy managed to get us set up with a great dog walker at very short notice. We are working with Eric--he's gregarious and clearly into dogs and his job. We interviewed him with our dog and were immediately at ease. We have an ever changing schedule and Jeremy and Eric have been able to accommodate that with no problems. THANK YOU Red Rover!

Our dog has been getting walks from Red Rover for almost 4 years. We have also boarded her with them. We couldn't be happier with their services and customer service. Riley loves her walks and comes back a happy and tired dog. I really don't know how we would function without them.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.

This will now be my go to daycare/boarding facility. Absolute best place you can ask for to take care of your pup. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I took my (at the time) 4 month old Bernese Mountain Dog here for a boarding evaluation. He had a blast and the staff took care of him like they would one of their own. A month later I dropped him off for one week of boarding. Like any dog owner, even at 5 months this pup is my world and I was able to relax and enjoy my time away knowing that he was very well taken care of and I could check in on the live feed. As if the care and attention wasn't enough the affordability is insanely good and not just for the Bay Area. I would challenge anyone to find a better deal in any state. They offer plenty of reasonably priced add-ons like tuck in time, ice cream, Kong treats and walks. They even gave him a complementary bath before picking him up from his stay! I give them 2 thumbs and 4 paws up since that's how my tired guy looks after coming home from a day of fun here.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ve taken my puppy to other places and always comes back sick 🤒. But this place is nice, safe, very friendly staff and they treat my puppy great 😌. My little Oreo comes back tired when he comes from this place. And when I take him there he gets excited 😊 Highly recommended

I have a very large dog that takes way too much of my attention and limits what I can do when traveling. Dog Time provides personal care in comfy, smaller scale environment. Smaller means less dogs and more attention. They don't have use a bar code collar to know your dog!

I frequently take my fur baby here. Both my kiddo and I love it here. I can easily schedule appointments and he can come as frequently as I need. They're really great at communicating on how your dog is doing whether if they just had a good day, playing too rough or even if they notice your dog is a little overwhelmed. They also have Webcams so you can watch your fur baby from any computer or phone. Bonus! They are super active on their Instagram and post all the fun going on in the playrooms just about every day.

My dog is always eager to come here and very tired when she leaves. Dogtime is her home away from home and I know she’s in safe hands with DTs video cameras. The staff truly care about your dogs well being and inform you of good and bad information related to your pet. Overnight boarding is never easy but there is peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands.

Our pup seem to love it at Dog Time. The staff is great! Prices are very reasonable especially if you buy the bulk package. Did I mention the staff are exceptional there?, They truly treat our pup like one of their own.

Wonderful program for socializing dogs. Been a client for over 10 years. My dogs love the folks that spend time overseeing play time. And I love the fact that I can watch through my phone, as the classroom has a camera so we can watch the dogs playing 👍👍👍👍 …

They do a good job taking care of your pets. Never had any issues and our dog is happy to be here. You can watch your dog during the day and buy like extras for them.

Our doggo loves DogTime. He comes home happy exhausted from sniffing and running around all day. Excellent staff. Owner Mark is amazing dog whisperer. Can’t speak highly enough about DogTime.

I had my two 4 month old Tea Cup Yorkies get the Spa treatment which for them was a bath, nails clipped, rear glands checked, ears checked, and just brushed and dried because they are so young. This was their first time so I kept it simple and they did very well and looked lovely when I picked them up.

We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!

We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

I’ve used Namrata three times now for all-day Doggy Day-Care and she has been wonderful with my fur baby! She’s sent me photos and updates, and the last time I pulled up to her home for drop-off, my pup was whining with excitement to enter!! Thank you Namrata, for all your love and care!

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!

We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.

Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

Happy pets dog boarding is amazing!! They take the best care of my dog - lots of attention and walks and love. I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Also , they are great at communicating- lots of pics and updates when I am away and scheduling the pet sitting has always been very easy. I feel lucky to have found them!

Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

Namrata took great care of my pup during his stay there. She sent me pics everyday to keep me posted, and also hand fed my dog when he had low appetite. My dog came back home happily, indicating that he had a great time there! Thank you for your care!

We love Puptown for our Jarvis. He is always SO excited when we arrive and happily exhausted from playing all day. We use both daycare and overnights and we always feel confident our baby is in good hands. Also love that they do an initial evaluation to ensure fit and safety. Thanks Puptown!

PupTown is fantastic! I am very glad I found them. My puppy loves coming to daycare a couple times a week, he always plays a lot and comes home very tired, but happy! The staff is great, I love that they work with the dogs to minimize barking and other behaviors. Their facility is also indoors which is very nice!

Many of our neighbors who have dogs, board their canine family members @ Puptown, have for many years, and give Shasta and the entire team, rave reviews. We recently had our giant rescue puppy, Koda, evaluated by Puptown (he passed) and have been having Koda spend some half days, full days, and a few days and nights being boarded at Puptown to get Koda acquainted with the staff, facility, and other pup guests. Koda has had a great time and comes back happy and tired from all of the canine play sessions @ Puptown. We have found Puptown to also be very clean and focused on hygiene, which is great. Thanks, Shasta and Team! You all do great work and provide excellent service.

Our Cattle Dog German Shepard mix, Aviva, has been going here for over a year now. She’s always so happy and excited going in, and happy when we pick her up! It really is a safe space, play place for her! She’s leash reactive while on walks, but at Puptown, she loves to play with all the dogs at all sizes! Her fun and loving personality really comes out :) The staff of course, is always amazing!

Outstanding day care for our Australian Shepherd, she’s been going here for over 2 years once a week and loves it. We’ve boarded her a few times with no concerns. The entire staff is wonderful, caring and loving to all that goes there. Highly recommend this facility for your pets care!

Just picked Ronny up from his “spa weekend” at PupTown. He just loves it there and enjoys the other dogs and of course all the dog-loving handlers. What a great place — so glad it’s there!

We boarded Nomi here overnight for two nights to spend Pride in the city. She had a great time. We got to see photos of her enjoying the stay and playing happily. Nomi is here often and loves this place like home. Highly recommended for any and all dog care concerns. This establishment is humane, kind, diverse and sincere. We love them. 💖

It was a nice friendly place. My dog seemed to like it. He was only there for 5 hr day boarding. I would like it more if it had an outside play area and/or if it were more spacious.

My dog got kennel cough from another dog after first stay here. It happens, nobody's perfect. But I can't say I trust them to take care of my dog again after this. (And the price doesn't look so great after you add in the vet bills...) Customer service was really friendly and responsive during the evaluation/booking/checkout. Fast, too. They seem pretty flexible if you need that, which I did, but you're rolling the dice on safety.
