Boy, did I gey lucky with Rachelle and Lou! I am so happy with their excellent care of our home and our pets. They both went above and beyond. Lou performed a few repairs. They organized my cupboards, creating order out of chaos. They tidied up and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. Our home sparkled. And we were treated to home made chocolate chip muffins. Written communication and pictures were excellent. Our pets, Poshie and Leo, were well fed, loved up and contented. Did they miss us? I doubt it. Rachelle's stated goal was to get my skittish and grumpy cat, Leo, in her lap . It worked, even if it was only for a minute for a start. If they were here longer, he would have made himself at home in her lap. Poshie overcame her skepticism of stangers in the house and cuddled up to Rachelle and Lou. I sincerely hope to have them back for future pet sits. Any time!

New to the zeewoi concept, we are very happy with how this sit went. We planned our trip, and this sit, many months ago. Seemed so long ago that we hoped our sitter hadn't forgotten us! It was also a long trip, almost two weeks long. Tommy arrived on schedule and we had a wonderful meet and greet. She was at ease with our animals (two cats and a dog) and immediatley fit in. We left feeling confident our critters and home would be well taken care of. Tommy sent us daily texts, pictures and videos. When we arrived home at the end of our travels, we found the house very neat and clean, and some wonderful treats for us to enjoy. It was obvious that Dot, Andy and Cooper were attached to Tommy and were sad to see her leave. Tommy is a world class sitter and we would love to have her back again!

This was the 2nd time we had used Robert and Biljana, and once again, they did not disappoint!!! They are so wonderful with Truman. Always making sure he gets plenty of exercise and love! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. Anna gave them loads of fun time and company, lovely walks and snuggles in front of the TV. Thanks for all the fun we had before and after the sit too. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands.
