We love having them as feel totally relaxed being away, knowing Peanut and Merlin are having their own lovely holiday with days out, lots of cuddles and play time with Bella. Phillipa and David were wonderful, loving and caring with our 6 fur babies. They all looked happy and healthy on our return. Communication was brilliant, we felt we could message any time for an update and we were kept well informed. When we got home Phillipa had a delicious vegan stew ready for us, which we were very grateful for 🙏 Our home was kept clean and tidy and David even did some gardening, keeping our garden looking beautiful. Martin arrived the previous night due to a long drive to ours which was agreed on both parts. This allowed us to start our holiday a day earlier. Martin kept in touch everyday. Videos pictures and updates on their walks; forever grateful for these. Frank has become a fussy eater recently. Martin changed his daily allowance to twice a day which Frank has enjoyed; will continue to do so hopefully. House was immaculate on return. Bedding washed and hung on the line. Puppies walked prior to his departure. A true gent. Thank you for looking after our siblings with such care, passion and devotion. Safe journey ahead to you. It was a pleasure meeting you.

It was a pleasure to have James and Helene stay in our home with Jupiter and Everest. James arrived on time for our departure and was a lovely man to meet. Very kind and friendly which put us instantly at ease. They left the house very clean and tidy which was hugely appreciated. The dogs were both well cared for and we had some pup updates whilst we were away. We would gladly have them stay again.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime.
