All was fine and Bonnie left on April 26th a day before we will arrive back to the island. I do have a back up person to cover so no issues. There was a mistake that was made when our Jeep was being used by a friend and the gates was left open for over 2 hours. Bonnie did not notice until dinner time that our older cat Mango was not in the house and that she went for a walk around the neighbourhood and was lost for 3 days. I recorded my voice and Bonnie walked around the area to see if she could see her. On day 3 our maid and her husband came by and found her in the spare lot next door in a rain storm. With very high walls there was no way she could have climbed back into the yard. With the gates being open Bonnie’s bike could have been stolen when people were walking by so she was lucky that did not happen. I am very clear in my house info book about keeping the gates closed at all times or be aware of cats locations when taking out cars or bikes. I wish her good luck in her future pet sitting.

Mariana looked after Cleo for six days, kept the house sparkling clean and we arrived home to a relaxed and happy cat. She responded very quickly to all communications. She didn’t deluge me with pictures of the cat, if you want daily updates from her you will need to specify that, my old Cleo sleeps all day and I don’t need pictures of that! Mariana is pleasant and friendly to talk to, she only arrived an hour or so before we had to leave, so we didn’t get to know her very well and I didn’t walk her through every page of my house manual.

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy...
