Diane was incredibly organized and efficient. We had a lengthy video chat before the almost two-week sit. She asked many questions to ensure she understood my kitty's routine, habits, needs, and personality. Every day during the sit Diane sent one or more photos of my kitty with a cute caption. Another sitter took over before I returned home. She (the other sitter) reported that my apartment was very clean when Diane left. Additionally, she said Diane graciously shared information about the sit and was generous with her time.

Recent grad working remotely and exploring new areas!
Joey and his friend Rebekka took such great care of Bernard! They took him to restaurants in the area, on hikes and walks around town. Our home was super clean and tidy when we arrived home. Highly recommend Joey!

Experienced Sitters + Work from Home
Would whole-heartedly recommend Jessica, and would happily have her sit again! She was communicative about arrival and departure schedules, as well as with our doggie's status. She also left our home absolutely spotless!

Reliable, mature and resourceful and looking for new experiences.
Came home to happy, healthy kitties and a well kept house. Meeting with Gail was easy and she was very self sufficient while I was away which was great peace of mind as there was chunks of time on my trip I didn’t have phone access.

Nurse & Pet Rescue Volunteer who will care for your pets & home like my own
Tracy has housesit for me before and she was wonderful then and she was wonderful again this year. Also, Alex is an added plus because he loves my cat Rocky almost as much as I do. They are the most reliable pet sitters you can ask for, and they will love your pet as if he is their own. They waited For me to arrive home from my trip, which was very kind. Do not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Tidy, responsible and reliable, pet lovers!
Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work with, right from the first communication we had bout my trip and Sitter needs. She's very responsive, professional, kind, caring, clearly loves animals (and in my case, both dogs, and farm animals as I run a Farm Animal Sanctuary for rescued animals). Brittany kept me informed throughout my trip with photos and messages which I very much appreciated. And she left my house as clean, if not cleaner, than it was when she arrived at the start of the stay. Finally, I would highly recommend Brittany for Home/Pet/Farm Animal Sitting services, and would welcome an opportunity to work with her again, and often.

Tess was great to work with! She took great care of our birds, plants and house, and she communicated quickly, clearly and pleasantly. She sent us regular photos of our birds and left the house neat and spotless. We are very happy and would definitely welcome her back any time!

It was a pleasure to have Jeanne and Alex pet sit for us while we were away for a week. Jeanne communicated very well before and during the sit and regularly shared pictures of Yuki with us. I think he got all the attention he needed! She also took good care of the house and our plants. We would love to have them pet sit for us again!

Yaritza took excellent care of Rochester and Raven. She informed me when Raven had eaten part of a toy and had tummy trouble. My house looked just the way I left it. Thanks for keeping the pups company and texting me photos and keeping me in the loop!
Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. She left our house in perfect condition and we returned home to one happy kitty! Would not hesitate to have Amanda housesit for us again or recommend her to others looking for a sitter.
Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.
Meg was a dream pet sitter for my three year old labradoodle. She gave him nice long walks and was very organized, communicative and tidy. I look forward to another opportunity to have Meg in my home!
Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.
Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! We would ask them back again.
I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.
Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!
Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!

Quoted one cost over the phone and then was charged another upon pick up of my pet. Additionally, the hours were even for drop off and pick up but yet the total was not a divisible number from the number of days? The lady attendant and the man present were both argumentative and didn’t explain the cost at all. I’ve used them several times before but this was a far different and negative experience all together! Not to mention that all of my dogs supplied treats were used but not enough of the food for the time I was gone. Updated once arrived home- my dog has liquid diarrhea and two paws have cuts on them. I am appalled and so angry!!!!
The first time we boarded here it was no problem. The second time, however, my dog was returned with badly infected eyes. Her eyes were swollen, dark red, and her face was caked with puss. I gasped when I saw her and the owner acted as if I had dropped her off like that. My dog was clearly in pain and in need of immediate medical attention. She has NEVER had an infection before. In 7 years she has never been seen for anything other than routine veterinary care. What kind of person allows a dog to suffer like that? It's completely inhumane. I called the vet from the parking lot and drove immediately there. My dog had an ulcerated cornea and an advanced infection in both eyes. The vet had examined my dog only 2 weeks earlier as we prepared to leave town and she was in perfect health at that time. I had my 4 year old child with me during all of this which was also stressful. That evening I spent over an hour slowly cleaning my dog's face of the caked-on puss. Underneath, I discovered several lesions that were also clearly painful. My dog's health and safety was completely neglected and it sickens me that this was allowed to happen. Since her stay at the end of March, 2024, and the resulting $600 of medical care, my dog has a chronic infection on the side that her eye was ulcerated. We have to go back to the vet and who knows how much more money? Not to mention the pain that my best furry friend has suffered and continues to endure and the fear and stress my family has suffered as well. If I had left my dog in their care for 2 weeks instead of 1 she would have lost an eye. I can't believe this was allowed to happen. It's absolutely abhorrent. It is reprehensible that they didn't help her or even call me. I'm not saying this is routine for this boarder, since they've been in business for a long time, but I'll never go back there. What if the next time my dog didn't survive?
We have never boarded our dog Tyson before so we were very nervous. He’s almost 12 years old and can be dog aggressive but loves all people. My husband made sure the owner was aware and she made us feel at ease. He was loved his entire stay and was safe! She never once sounded annoyed with all of our questions or our call to check on him! If we ever have to board him again, this will be the place we use! He came home clean (he didn’t smell like he had been in a kennel) as well as his bedding and my husband was very impressed with the kennels cleanliness as well as how it was heated nicely for the animals. I will recommend this place to anyone for their animals!
Never, ever again! Took my two English Crème Golden Retrievers (2 and 1 1/2 years old) to Aunt Ri’s for a week stay as my usual kennel was booked. My wife picked the dogs up upon our return and was frustrated and extremely disappointed in what she saw and encountered. The bag of treats we provided were never opened even though we were told no problem that they would give them to the dogs. The dog toys we provided were never given to our dogs to use during their stay. Archie, our oldest was missing more than half of the hair off his tail. When my wife asked what happened it was clear they had not noticed it before her comment and then gave the answer that the reason for the hair loss was “excessive wagging” WHAT?? When both dogs came home, they drank five bowls of water over a three hour period. WHY?? Harper, the youngest, has had diarrhea since she got home. $400 to board and another $320 for new medical bills! “Excessive Wagging,” are you kidding me! Never, ever again
Been a while since using this place but decided ought to leave a review about our experience to help others. Hopefully our precious pups are all well-cared for here. I can tell you we picked ours up in one piece. Just some kennel cough. Very strong bleach smell upon entering facility. Only other thing I know for sure is the owner has the poorest people-skills. Never went back due to her rudeness. I thought it was a fluke but have since heard from others similar stories. Would much rather pay more anywhere else.
Love the staff! My daughter has a hard time leaving her dog. The ladies allowed my daughter to see the process and how our dog learned what to do within 2 visits. We tend to call and do a check up and they always give us an update. Our fur baby love it!
My normal kennel was closed for remodeling so i had to find another place to board my dog for a weekend. I called ahead and scheduled a bath and a 3 day stay for my dog. I asked the lady if it was ok to bring his blanket and bone, she said 'of course'. I picked up my dog at the scheduled time on sunday and was told they didnt have time to give him a bath. How can you not have 'time' to do your job? They returned my dogs blanket and bone, both completely unused? Did they take care of him at all? Did they even bother to feed him, or was that a other job they didnt have time for? I wish my dog could talk.
Took our dogs here, sounded great on the phone and even when I came in to check it out. When we got our dogs back on Sunday they charged 80$ instead of the 40 I was told. Also my dogs blanket smelled like urine after they said they make sure they take the dogs out..our dogs never have accidents. My advice don't go here, now I have to find another place.
Excellent kennels to keep your loved family pet safe while your away. Nice runs out back allow your furry family pet the ability to exercise and sniff four plus times a day. A trained and caring staff see to your loved pet ensuring a happy reunion upon your return.
Great, clean kennel, but pricing is outrageous! Was told price for two dogs would be $40. Dropped off Saturday, picked up Sunday evening, was charged $80!!! Owner got snippy when price was questioned.
My blue heeler Bella loves going to the Krazydoglady house. I think she looks forward to us taking vacations just so she can be at the krazydogladys house. She is so smart and knows when we are most there. She gets so excited to get down and play. Bella hates when we pick her up. 😂 …
This was our first time ever boarding our frenchie. We were out of town and in a bind. Krazy Dog Lady LLC answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our baby for the first time! She kept in touch the entire time and sent us pictures/videos. She answered every text I sent when I was checking in while we were away. Pricing was super reasonable! I felt like I was leaving my frenchie with family. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be repeat customers.
Britanny was amazing with my dogs! They always had the best time while they were at doggy daycare. In the mornings, they’d cry (actually- my aussies love to talk) whenever they saw the street we were turning on and they came home ready for bed! She responded quickly every single time I’ve messaged her and sent me photos every single day! My pups always had so much fun! If I was in Cleveland again, I’d totally be taking them there every day! 10/10 recommend the Krazy dog lady!
Would not take my dog anywhere else! My dog has been coming here for 6 years now and I would not trust him with any other doggy daycare. The owner, Cheryl, really cares for the dogs and does an excellent job with managing all of the different personalities of the dogs. Anyone who knows dogs knows that this is very important. Completely cage free with a large outdoor fenced-in area and comfy couches inside. Overnight boarding is offered too. The rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
It's a private owned doggy daycare that interviews your four legged canine. The owner and her assistant (Kate a beautiful yellow lab) mingle with your pet to gauge Fido's temperment. This method has worked for a number of years with very few exceptions. First time our boy was there it took him awhile to warm up. But, the Facebook pictures can't lie and to see him running and playing then nice and relaxed at home in the evening is worth it.
Cheryl, the owner, puts our furbabies first! With outside facilities for the dogs to run and play, she interacts with each one of them as if they were her own!
How are customers expected to want to bring their dogs here when there is no website and they won’t answer the phone? Already a poor experience and I didn’t even get to bring my dog in…
The best dog care in Medina County or anywhere else I've been going there for 12 years and it is the best
Trustworthy treat pets very good
Love it
Very awsome
Claudia is incredible! We recommend her at every chance we get for pet needs! She does drop-in’s, overnight care, medication, and more for our pets. She is professional, organized, punctual, reliable, flexible, so easy to work with, and cares so well for animals. She’s the only one we completely trust with our fur babies! We’ve had to try quite a few pet sitters because of our dog’s needs, including several from Rover, and Claudia is hands down the best pet sitter we’ve ever had and always our first choice for services! If you ever have needs for your pet, Claudia is the best there is!
I got a new job and needed someone to let my dogs out around lunch time every day. I have two great danes so I was worried about finding someone who could handle them. Both of my dogs absolutely love Claudia, she walks them without any problems at all. She also makes sure my cats aren't getting into to much mayhem and lets me know if they do. I love knowing Claudia visits everyday, I trust her and know she is loving on my animals as much as I do. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter! She's responsive, sends pictures / updates / and is her prices are extremely fair for the amazing services she provides!
Claudia has taken care of my three dogs numerous times and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She is very professional, reliable, and my dogs absolutely love her! I never have to worry about anything when I leave my pups at home with Claudia. She keeps me updated with photos and text messages. She’s flexible with her schedule to accommodate my travel plans. I have nothing but positive things to say about her services.
Claudia has watched our 2 cats and 2 dogs multiple times at our home while we have been on vacation. She gives our animals as much love as we do. She sends pictures and lets us know of any problems while we are gone. I highly recommend Claudia’s Pet Sitting!
Claudia is such a wonderful human. She loves animals so much and will do anything to make your pet happy. She takes care of my pup as her own and it makes me so comfortable knowing Claudia is with her!
We have been using Claudia to pet sit our 3 dogs for almost 4 years. She is quick to respond to a pet sitting request for both scheduling our vacations as well as stopping by to let the pups out and play with them when we go on day trips. Claudia just loves our dogs and they love her. When we got our new puppy she was one of the first to meet him! I can’t express our gratitude enough to Claudia for caring for our “fur kids” as well as our home when we travel.
Claudia is hands down our first choice pet sitter!! She has sat both my dog Daisy and my parents’ two dogs Libby and Bella, along with their cat Tigger multiple times! Every single time she has gone above and beyond to take excellent care of them even in such a full house! She sends updates regularly with pictures and videos and ensures each pet feels safe and loved while we’re away. There’s no one we trust more to watch our fur babies!
Claudia is a wonderful pet sitter in every way! I have two pits that involve a lot but she always has been up to the challenge. They were fighting a couple days before my wedding and I was afraid we were going to miss our honeymoon because of their behavior. Fortunately, Claudia was still willing to do it and came to our rescue (separating them for her safety and theirs, of course). Did I mention we also have two cats and two ferrets? She’s always reliable, reasonably priced, and excellent with animals. She’s excellent at what she does.
Claudia is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She takes her business seriously and cares so much for the animals.
Just a wonderful human! Not only does she take care of my 2 dogs, she looks after the turtle and snake as well!
TWO PAWS UP! My Pups love Paws Inn the Woods! They were super accommodating and flexible with my vacation dates. The facility is very clean and well kept. I was nervous the first time but Kaylee and Rob made me feel like I was leaving the dogs with close friends. June was also super sweet and helpful. Going on trips is a reality again thanks to having a reliable/trustworthy place for Frank and Boo to relax at. Thank you to all of the amazing staff!!!
No hesitation to call Ms.June, Denise or Kyle to take care of my dog while I am away. I’ve called spur of the moment and they have extended their hours to care for Gia. They love her and she absolutely loves them. When I was diagnosed with cancer Ms. June told me “if I EVER needed them to care for her so I could get better they would take her for me”. Cane Corso breeds are hard to “rehome”, God forbid, something happens to me. Since that day, I have not worried about what would happen to my dog if something happened to me. I don’t k ow about other pet owners but, knowing my dog, whom I know they love, has a sanctuary to go to sure brought me peace of mind. They even took excellent care of her when I had to board her with a knee injury. Her “limp” was better when I picked her up.
My dogs stay here frequently. The attention given to them is wonderful. They follow any written requests and or instructions I have given. The owner has been a multiple dog owner for many many years and really pays attention to how dogs are cared for. Beautiful grounds as well. Would never go anywhere else.
DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG AT PAWS INN THE WOODS, GRAFTON OHIO My dog died because of the carelessness and complacency of the kennel staff at Paws Inn the Woods. My retired working dog has been boarded periodically at this kennel for years. He was never allowed to have blankets or toys in the kennel for his safety. This past stay, they put not one but multiple blankets in his kennel and admitted to having zero accountability of blankets or toys in general. They do not pay attention to how many blankets they put in and certainly do not pay attention if any become missing. Not even two days after having him home, I noticed he wasn't acting normal. He was trying to vomit and was struggling to poop. We took him to the Vet immediately, where they found he had a serious obstruction in his digestive tract. They performed emergency surgery and removed the material, which ended up being nearly a whole quilted blanket. Tragically, he ended up dying shortly after surgery due to the severity of the surgery's impact on his system. This was a healthy 8 year old GSD living out his retirement after years of service to this country which was tragically cut short due to a completely preventable incident. When I spoke to the owner of the kennel, she told me three things that broke our hearts even more. 1. She insisted this kind of thing has never happened before at her kennel. Which, after many years of working in pet and working dog kennels and professionally handling and training dogs, I know is not true. Dogs eating things is a very common thing in a kennel environment, which is why it is so important that the staff monitor and keep accountability of exactly what is put in each dog's kennel, if anything. 2. She said she had no idea how or when it happened. When I spoke to the kennel staff, they were immediately defensive and straight up told me they put not one, but multiple blankets in the kennel and had no idea one was missing because they don't count them. They said they don't have time for that. 3. The worst thing the owner told me was that she had no intentions of changing the way she ran her kennel and said she wouldn't lie to me and say she would, just to make us feel better. She was unbelievably unempathetic and offered us nothing in the way of an apology or anything. It is also important to note that while I had this conversation with the owner at the kennel just days after the loss of our dog, I witnessed another dog in an outside run tearing apart the stuffed dog bed that was in the kennel with him. When I pointed it out to her, she said "Oh he does that all the time, he doesn't eat it." She did NOTHING to stop the incident as I literally witnessed the dog pull mouthful after mouthful of stuffing out. For the safety and well-being of your beloved dog, I strongly discourage using this facility to board your pet. The owner and two staff members are lazy, and complacent. Keeping track of what goes in each kennel and making sure it comes out should be a priority at every kennel, among other important things that keep the dogs healthy and safe. For my dog, that lack of attention to detail cost him his life. I am speaking out to hopefully save other dogs from the same fate.
The staff here has become like family. I have used them for almost 7 years. Denise is in my phone as Aunt Denise because my two furry girls love her like family. The location is so peaceful and they staff goes out of their way to understand each dogs independent needs.
Take my 2 dogs to the "spa" all the time. Thats what we call paws in the woods. My 2 dogs love this place and come home tired and happy. Staff is awesome and take care of my 2 dogs like their own. Have a nice place to stay and have a patio and a play yard. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. I literally live next door to a very nice kennel but still drive 30 minutes to paws in the woods.
Paws Inn the Woods is an extraordinary place. I've been taking my dog, Sadie since she came to me. The boarding facilities are nice, and the critters are treated lovingly. She also gets groomed at Paws by Bruce Brehm. I am also delighted that Paws is a rescue facility.
Got to pick up my step doggy with my good friend. The place is so inviting and pristine. The dogs truly love the caregivers and they were very respectful. Only thing- bring cash or a check...no credit or debit taken.
This is where I adopted my Dobie from. She loves going back for grooming visits. Bruce is great with her! Looking forward to taking a vacation this year and trying out the boarding.
Such a wonderful, loving place for our puppy! He is always excited to stay there. Very clean and the staff is remarkable. There is no doubt that they enjoy working with the animals!
Been boarding our Doodle here for 4 years now. The employees are always so friendly,.and this place has my dogs stamp of approval. Our dog runs up to the workers when we get there. She doesn't even say bye to.us out of excitement. Looking for a great boarding option, give them a go!
This place was absolutely amazing. My dog Dallas was boarded here for 10 days and they took amazing care of him. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Thanks again ladies for keeping our pup happy and he felt like he was at home with your pack of dogs.
We LOVE Pet Play, but our dog Otto loves it more! The staff is extremely kind and attentive and our pup loves going!! We recommend this amazing place to all our friends!
We loved that they let us pick up our pets on a Sunday at 6pm when closed . They always take such great care of our Marley and Chewy.
Great staff. Patient and kind. They were a huge help in getting my dog Zibby to be less shy around people. Really appreciated the daily updates and seeing how much she loved them all.
Great staff, great prices. No ability to see how your dogs are doing while they're staying there. I would love to have the ability to go to a web site and watch my dogs play there via live web cam.
One of my co-workers, and a client of mine, recommended Creative Pet Play for my German Shepherd puppy. I never really understood why people used a doggy daycares until I started bringing my pup here. The staff is absolutely fantastic! They’re always looking out for my pups needs whenever I drop her off, without even being asked. The prices for half and full day are very reasonable and so is boarding if you need a place to House your dog for a few days. Highly recommend !
I have taken my pup here on and off for years. They are so good to the pets! My dog gets so excited soon as we turn down the street! He sprints to the door and waits to get in! He loves it here! Daycare and boarding!
My dog Mack absolutely loved this place. We boarded him there many times and had him groomed there too. He also went there for play dates every couple months and he would return home exhausted. I called it “going to school” and when I would ask him if he wanted to go to school he would get soooo excited. Mack passed away in December at 11 years old. When we feel better and get another fur baby, I will bring him/her here too.
My family loves this place and so does my dog. Great rates, the place is clean and excellent customer service. They really care about animals. Plus they overnight stays, which is awesome.
I will never bring my dogs here again! We booked a reservation for our dogs back in July for Labor Day weekend. We called today to see what time we can drop the dogs off and they told us one of our dogs rabies vaccination expired in July and they couldn’t take the dogs!! Why didn't they call us to let us know ahead of time!? We could have taken care of that a while ago! The girl that we talked to was rude! It’s like .. well too bad! We had referred people to this place but after this, I will never again! I wish there’s an option for 0 star!!
I love this place When I visit Wendy Watts and wonder They Act as if they are leaving their family for a few They are always excited to see me although they absolutely love the staff here. Definitely recommend them. And the staff falls in love with the dogs as if they are their own. Hands down the best place to keep your animal safe and feeling like the right at home. The prices are a little pricey If your doing it long term but they are really not that bad. I had to use their services for 2 months so that's why I feel it was pricey. They keep your dog fed and on the same schedule as you have it on. But you will be a 100% satisfied guaranteed in my opinion anyway.
Took good care of our dogs while we were on a week long trip.
I hate to be writing this because I rarely write reviews, let alone poor ones. I was grateful that Memory Lane was able to accommodate both of my pups on short notice, however our experience there was far from pleasant. Both of our pups came back with completely different temperaments. Our 1 1/2 year old has been to numerous pet hotels, as well as attends daycare regularly and we have never seen her act the way she did when we picked her up. Both her and our 6 month old pup stayed for 3 nights at Memory Lane. They both came back anxious and afraid, alone with hacking nonstop. It turns out they both caught kennel cough. It took almost a week before their behavior was semi back to normal and they stopped acting so anxious. They now both have to be on meds for kennel cough and have been miserably coughing and vomiting for almost a week straight. I am disappointed that there are no cameras at this facility whatsoever. I am scared to think about how my pups were treated. While yes, it is on the cheaper side as far as pet kennels, it is in no way worth compromising my puppies’s well-being. We will NOT be returning to this kennel and based on my experience I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone else.
TAKING DOWN REVIEWS. We will be contacting the local news. This place is removing honest reviews. They run a disgusting facility and almost killed our three dogs. They gave our dogs Clostridium and cost us $2000 in vet bills. Our dogs were temporarily paralyzed from the bacteria they got here. Then they took down our reviews. Good luck with the news team!
Memory Lane is the best place for boarding your fur family:) Our dog always recognizes the girls who work here when we walk in and she hands out kisses to everyone. They are so kind to her. We can tell the difference in her demeanor when we pick her up from here, vs anywhere else. I couldn't enjoy a vacation if I didn't have confidence she was being taken care of. Thank you memory lane for loving animals as much as we do!!!!! You are the best!
Memory lane took great care of our lab puppy while we were out of town. Ended up needing to stay an extra day and they were very easy to work with. Prices are great too!
Great place to board your pet. Nice facility, wonderful employees and good pricing. I have used them every time we have boarded our dogs, always a great experience. I highly recommend.
My fur child has been going here for a few years and they are great. Lindsey is my pups favorite, she is the best.
After using many other places with doggie daycare and boarding, I would always end up with 2 dogs that exhibited serve separation anxiety and depression . Then a friend told me about Memory Lane Pet Resort. I wish I would have found this place sooner. My dogs love the staff as if they were family. I love all the attention and affection they receive while in their care. When I say we are going to doggie daycare or your going on a doggie vacation they run outside and jump right into my car.. My babies are always smiling from ear to ear to and from their second home! Thank you memory lane for keeping my babies safe and making them feel loved when I'm away!!
Finding Miranda from (PetCare Delux) was literally the best thing that could happen to our family. This was the first time we hired someone to watch our dog besides having family over, and it was the best experience. Miranda took very good …
Miranda is fantastic! She is always punctual I love getting full updates with pictures and videos after each visit. Our 2 high maintenance pups seem to really enjoy their time with her. They can be a handful and Miranda is always so patient with them. We are so happy we have found her.
After many years with another local dog walking company in Broadview Heights, we recently transitioned to working with PetCare Deluxe. Although we are still relatively new, we have truly appreciated Miranda's (the owner) client-oriented policies and flexibility around scheduling. She shared that she uses the same app as our old company, but we discovered she provides much more transparency with GPS offered on our walker so we can see exactly where he has been while we were gone! Miranda was also able to dedicate the same walker each day for our dog, which has greatly helped his nervousness about strangers coming into our home. It is clear that our walker, Jocelyn, genuinely cares about building a relationship with our beloved dog, takes lots of pictures of her visits with him and provides fun details about their interactions while we are away. We are so glad that we discovered PetCare Deluxe. This is a responsive, thoughtful team who is passionate about caring for animals.
Our pup did great with his first visits with Miranda. Her photos and communication provides 'peace of mind' to pet parents like us. Truly a professional service with heart at the center of their mission. If you're looking for a pet service that communicates (and listens) with you, you'll be hard pressed to find another.
Miranda did a great job taking care of all my cats! She took the time to listen and followed all my requests. I will definitely be using her again!
Miranda and her team did a wonderful job of taking care of my cat. I really enjoyed getting updated every day with pictures/video of my cat it made me feel she was being well taken care of and in good loving hands. I would highly recommend Miranda and her team!🥰 …
I was lucky to find Miranda after our previous dog sitter moved. Miranda does daily drop ins for our 3 dogs. She provides updates, pictures and a video on each visit. I highly recommend her.
Miranda is amazing! Reliable, professional, and was great with my pets. My dog Zoey is a rescue dog and is afraid of new people. Miranda had many tactics to make Zoey comfortable and less afraid. Highly recommend :)
I had an all day event and Miranda checked on my pups 3 times. She did an amazing job taking care of them, provided me lots of updates and pictures. I had great peace knowing they were well taken care of and was able to enjoy the event I was attending without worry. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants quality care for their pets.
Miranda was a great help while our family was vacation, she is friendly to humans and dogs alike and communicated with us every visit with status and pictures. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their pets.
Hounds Town Brunswick takes such good care of our Lenny! The initial evaluation is very informative and puts you at ease that your furry friend is in great hands. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I love seeing updates from my dog during the day seeing him play with the other animals. Thank you for taking care of our baby boy!!
Sunny has had the best first week at Hounds Town! I was a bit worried at first with him being a puppy, but he is doing amazing! I wanted a good way to wear him out while I worked. Safe to say the plan is going great! The staff are incredible as well! All around 5/5⭐️!
If I could give them 6 stars, I would! So many good things to say about the staff and business overall. I'm not sure who is happier between the staff, Deacon our Great Dane, or us when we take him for daycare or overnight stays! It makes us so happy to see his excitement to come here and definitely makes it easier when he has to stay overnight. The staff is amazing and we would highly recommend here to anyone!
My dog's evaluation and first day of daycare was amazing! When we picked him up we got a report card and they even showed us videos of how he did! They really care about your pet and it shows 🥰❤️ He was so tired as soon as he got home from all the playing! …
I cannot rave enough about Hounds Town Brunswick. We've been dog owners for nearly a decade, and in that time we've had relationships with several boarding locations in the greater Cleveland area. Roger and his crew have outdone them all with their personalized attention and sincere care. I feel like every single person who works there genuinely knows and cares about both of my dogs, asking after them if one shows up without the other and responding to their "quirks" with good humor and affection. The standout experience though was a few months back after one of our beagles was diagnosed with a medical condition requiring activity restriction for the next several months. We were already booked to go out of town, and Roger was so communicative and accommodating as we discussed Mouse's needs and restrictions and how it would affect him and Murphy since they're joined at the hip and would be unable to be in the playroom together. When our first plan of action resulted in clear distress from Mouse, Roger problem-solved in an incredibly compassionate and resourceful manner, then called us to let us know of the change in plans and make sure we were ok with his solution. We would never have known how the boys responded to the first plan if Roger didn't tell us, but he saw that Mouse needed something different and didn't hesitate to adapt accordingly. I am a very anxious dog-mom, but I have no questions or concerns about the care they receive at Hounds Town Brunswick for daycare or for boarding. Great owners, fantastic staff, and peace of mind for me.
Our dog had a great time on her first visit. The place was SO clean and staff extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Haley had her first visit and surprised me by how well she did. Staff is wonderful and took extra care because she was anxious. Looking forward to taking her back.
Loved the meet and great to evaluate my 4 month old Corgi Ozzy. We were shown around the different play and rest areas. All questions are covered in the presentation. Very clean facility. Friendly knowledgeable staff. After a day of play with his new friends, he came home and went in his crate for a nap.
I’m only giving 4 stars based off of one experience of the evaluation and 1day of daycare(and will update as necessary). This facility (Brunswick,OH) was and is very clean. The owner was knowledgable and was able to answer all of questions. I love that it’s clean; that our fur baby gets to meet/play other dogs like him (in size and personality) and that he will also have his own private room when we board there. I couldn’t give it 5 stars quite yet since it was short lived and only one day.
My muttley loved his free day to try it out! The pictures and report card was the best! Rodger was very easy to talk to and fully explained everything! Highly impressed how clean it was. Wish the report cards were every time we brought our Townie in though! A little note was the best! I can't rave about the staff enough though ❤️❤️❤️❤️ they are perfection with my Muttley!
Yesterday’s visit was at the grooming salon. My Rescue Golden Retriever looks beautiful and I had some Paws Points, so the price was nice. We have boarded dogs at the pet resort in the past and have been very pleased with the service. I can travel worry free knowing that my dogs are in good hands.
I took my dog here for boarding, I was super nervous but the whole process was a breeze. Everything went amazing from my knowledge and my dog was so tired out after getting home I guess she had a lot of fun lol. I highly recommend this place thus far! It’s owned by the same people as Avon lake animal clinic and makes me feel great knowing there’s a vet not even 1 minute away if anything was to happen.
Highly recommend Paws by the Lake. The whole team is amazing and helpful. They are so good with my dogs. Brittany Bowman is the best groomer. My dogs love her and she is an amazing person.
What a great place! I dog sit a doggo that goes here for day care, and he has a blast! The staff is friendly and always remembers the dog I bring, and immediately shower him with love. He gets playtime, swimming time, makes friends with other dogs and is absolutely whooped at the end of his day there. They send a daily report card of who your pet played with and his activities, which I think is really cute and informative. The dog I sit has never had any issues with other dogs being mean in any way, or has come back with any scratches or anything. All around a fun and lovely time for your furry friend
This place is great! They take great care of your pets, the animals will be as happy as they can be (without their parents), and you can know that whole you're away from them they are getting the next best care.
The team at Polished Paws is amazing. They care about my pup and it shows from the moment we walk in the door. They recognize her and she does a full body wiggle to greet them, which is saying a lot considering she doesn’t like a bath! They go out of their way to make her comfortable and even have fun puparazzi moments (see photo of Elton-Ophelia). I would recommend this caring crew to everyone. I appreciate how hard they work and how much they care 🥰
We’ve been boarding our Yorkie Bichon at Paws By The Lake for six years whenever we’re traveling. He goes in and comes out happy and healthy. We especially like that he can have play time with other dogs while he’s there. We also appreciate the ability to do online requests for lodging as soon as we know we’ll need it.
Ronnie does a great job with our Great Pyrenees. She has given helpful advice over the years regarding sensitive skin and feeding changes (which made a big difference) as well as alerting us to possible issues underneath all that fur! Schedule regular appointments. They book quickly.
They take such good care of my rescue dog. She is fearful of other dogs and wary of new people. They are very patient with her.
I have been talking my dog to the groomers and vet for about 3 years now. I have always received the best service and will continue to use them in the future. The young lady, Sam, that takes care of Lelo at the groomers is awesome. My dog looks forward to seeing her every month
