Carol and Dennis were very friendly and had great communication. This was our first sitting and we were nervous about not having our home ready or having issues with Gunner but with Carols daily/multiple times a day text updates and pictures of Gunner, it was very relaxing for us. Unfortunately, our pup was very energetic and mouthy during their arrival ... So we will be looking for new ways to introduce him to future sitters. He is a 85lb puppy that still doesn't know his size and so that was worrisome for us with them as an older couple. However, Gunner enjoyed the time with them and they also enjoyed his goofy personality!

Kevin had excellent communication starting when we met on a video call. He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Kevin was super responsive during the sit and never left us wondering how the pets were. His frequent pictures were much appreciated! Our shy older cat took very little time to warm up to him and we also returned to a happy and content dog! All is well at the house, and we are grateful for a great sit!

Cindy and Frank left my home in excellent shape--very clean. You wouldn't even know that they were there. Suki seemed well-fed, and from the 3 or 4 images sent, she got out into the neighborhood, which is what I wanted! I didn't have much interaction with them before I left, other than 15-20 minutes for the handover, but they seem extremely organized and self-sufficient and nice. Very reliable, indeed.

Melodie and Karajah have been reliable, trustworthy sitters for us for three stays. We chose them again because they are great with our Welsch Corgi, Griffin, who is older and can become anxious in the wrong hands. This is the second time Reg has looked after my cat, Kenya, and my house for over a month. He sent regular updates with lots of photos of Kenya who was obviously very relaxed. This was the 2nd time we had used Robert and Biljana, and once again, they did not disappoint!!! They are so wonderful with Truman. Always making sure he gets plenty of exercise and love! They do a great job of keeping us updated on how Truman is doing while we are gone. As long as they are available, we will always try and use their service.

Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge.
