Shauna was a wonderful house and pet sitter. I got occasional photos of Buzzi (the cat) -- enough for me to see that Buzzi was very happy. Periodic updates from Shauna revealed no problems. The house looks great; now I just have to keep it that neat and clean.

Hi! I am Olivia, and my partner's name is Belrie. We look forward to meeting you
I am so fortunate because I had to cancel this sit at the last moment and Olivia and Belrie were extremely understanding. All our communications leading up to the sit were phenomenal, and I can't wait to have them stay with Pearl soon.

Non-smoking remote worker eager to love your pets as my own!
Monica was an outstanding house sitter. She communicated well, took very good car of our cat, and was very gracious after a falling tree limb took out the internet. We would definitely invite her to sit again.

Flexible, reliable, & adventurous married couple. Animal loving + Travel ready!
Jordan and Alexander were absolutely wonderful pet and house sitters during our 3.5 weeks away. Jordan kept in contact with us with pictures and updates about our dog, and it was clear both she and Alexander are real animal lovers. They took wonderful care of our home, plants and garden as well, and we came back to a clean and tidy house and a happy dog. If they had any questions, they would just ask, and they took care of everything that was needed while we were traveling. We highly recommend them for any house and pet sit opportunity, and hope they will come back to our home again next time we go away. Thank you, Jordan and Alexander!

Experienced pet and housesitter, trustworthy, conscientious and caring
Judy is clearly a pro at being a housesitter. She was super communicative and sent us frequent pictures. She kept our home tidy and took great care of Lola. In fact, on a last-minute notice, she was even able to stay an extra night due to a disruption in our travel plans. Five stars all around.

Complete Peace of Mind While You Travel: Loving Care for Your Pets and Home
Maeve was very communicative and kept us updated on our pups and house during her stay. Prior to her visit, she was very organized with a list of questions so she was well informed before she arrived. The dogs seemed happy and well cared for while we were gone. Recommend her to others.

Olive can be a bit shy with some new people but April quickly won her love. Can’t thank April enough for her care of Olive and our home. Great communication, left our place clean and tidy with a very happy pup. Would love to have her again anytime. Thank you, April!

Sidney did a great job taking care of our dog and cat over a long weekend. We got regular updates and he was very responsive.

Reliable and trustworthy pet lovers
Abby and Matt were so easy to work with and we immediately felt comfortable with them in our home and with our beloved fur babies. They were communicative and clear leading up to the visit. They stopped by our place the evening before the sit started to meet our pets and get the lay of the land. During the visit, they sent just the right amount of updates and photos to give us peace of mind. We returned to a clean home and happy pets and plants. Abby even agreed to change my hummingbird food a couple of times to keep our feathered friends happy and safe. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for friendly, responsible pet sitters.
Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
Rachel was an excellent pet sitter for my cat. She was a good communicator and also kept my place very tidy. She even left me a gift of a bar of chocolate upon her departure! Highly recommend.
Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Anyone looking for a “perfect” sitter would be lucky to have Andrea as a trustworthy, considerate and kind person to care for their pets and home.
Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! We all miss having her around and wish her a fabulous world trip and safe journey back to the States.
Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Thanks again for making my trip away worth it!
Deboraj took great care of the apartment and of our goofy unsociable cat. She went out of her way to bring catnip and make friends with Rowan. She communicated often and cared to be as good a house and pet sitter as could be. I can gladly recommend her highly to anyone else looking. Thank you Deborah.
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Our dog in particular seemed to miss them and their long walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Jerry and Suzanne! We wish you well in your travels!

We love this service! They took excellent care of our guinea pigs while we were in Europe. Guinea pigs require lots of special care, including a diet with nutritional and vitamin needs, fresh vegetables, fresh water, unlimited hay for digestion, and daily/weekly cage cleanings. Passionately Pets did a stellar job at caring for our furry little friends. Their daily pet journal with photos and special notes on their visits with our pets was a fantastic way to see and read about how our fur potatoes were doing. Their prices were very reasonable, their care was top quality, and their customer service was the best. They also took care of a few other services such as bringing in mail and packages, bringing in the trash cans, and turning off/on lights in the house while we were gone to give the house a "lived-in" appearance while we were gone. On a special note, our pet caretaker was even concerned enough to run to the grocery store to pick up some fresh veggies for our pigs when he ran out. We loved Passionately Pets service and felt our pets were in competent hands. We have used Passionately Pets during two vacations and know that we can trust their services to care for our precious furry little buddies in the furure
Passionately Pets is amazing! We have a tiny puppy and they are the only ones we could find that were willing to come twice per day to let him out for potty breaks and a walk. Plus, they have the same person come most days, which is better for my puppy - rather than always having to meet someone new. They send updates after each walk and the pics are adorable. I trust them completely and would not use anyone else!
Passionately pets has been the best decision we have made since moving back to Arlington. They have been outstanding with meeting our needs and leaving us feeling reassured about getting out of town for a few days as we have a cat that has specific medical needs. Alex has visited our home twice and has done a fantastic job providing real time feedback while we are away. Jenna and Vanna have both been terrific to work with as well. Their website is very easy to use and the consistent updates and support have been wonderful for us. We are looking forward to continuing to work with their entire team!!!
I recently used Passionately Pets to care for my kitten while I was out of town, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the start, Vanna, the GM, was wonderful—she came to my home to meet my kitten and me, which instantly put me at ease. The detailed paperwork during sign-up was thorough and gave me so much confidence in their service. Alex was my pet sitter, and he was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive and sweet, leaving daily notes that tracked my kitten's temperament and how they spent their time together. I especially loved the daily journals Alex submitted after each visit, complete with photos, which made me feel connected and reassured while I was away. Passionately Pets provided top-notch care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitting service!
Passionately pets are truly amazing. I’m not sure how they do it (probably great training) but we have had many different sitters from them over the years and each one is fantastic! We never have to worry that our cats are well cared for while we are out of town- they give lots of playtime and love in addition to feeding. The management team is also amazing- helping us find last minute sitters and even having options as we prepared to welcome our daughter. I cant say enough good things about Passionately Pets!
I had a GREAT experience with Passionately Pets! I left for a long weekend and was very nervous to leave my new rescue pup with a stranger, but Ashley (our dog sitter) was wonderful! She came and met my dog before I went away and sent detailed reports and pictures from every visit. My dog can be wary of strangers, but he absolutely adored Ashley. Our neighbors had a little party one night and she even thought to turn on soothing music for him to drown out the scary sounds so he could sleep peacefully. I am so glad to finally find a place I can trust to walk/watch my dogs! Can't recommend them enough!
Thanksgiving break was my first time using their pet sitting services and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Passionately Pets is very trustworthy and they are now my go-to for pet care. I highly recommend them .Specifically, Vanna is the best!!!
Vanna just stayed with our dog, Marty for two nights with pop-ins during the day while we went out of town for a wedding. I was nervous because we've always had family watch our pets but we recently moved here from out of state so that's no longer an option. Passionately Pets was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set up a meet and greet before I booked the service. Vanna walked me through their different services, patiently answered all of my many questions, and went through the profile I set up for Marty. Vanna ended up also being Marty's sitter for the weekend and did a phenomenal job. She sent pictures and updates throughout the weekend and when we arrived home he was happy and had clearly been well cared for. Marty is still a young dog with puppy energy and is not used to being left for more than 6-7 hours at a time (and never overnight) so I booked the Deluxe Overnight package plus a midday visit each day. The pricing was as advertised on their website. I'm not sure how the cost compares to competitors, but considering that it accounts for 13+ hours/day of time, I thought it was totally worth it for the peace of mind and standard of care that Vanna delivered. 100% I would recommend and will be using Passionately Pets again.
Passionately Pets is fantastic! We have been out of town and Mary has not only taken care of our sweet bunny Dhalia, but our garden on this hot weekend! I look forward to her notes and pictures when we are working or out of town. I also know how much Dhalia appreciates passionately pets especially when she gets love, attention, cuddles, treats, and bunny run time! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable pet sitter or service
I went out of town for a few days and this was my first time booking through Passionately Pets based on a referral. From the consultation to the actual pet sitting service, everything was seamless. Great communication, friendly service, plenty of pictures, and my cat was taken great care of! Olivia did a great job. I will definitely book again when necessary.
I have been bringing my dog Shakespeare to Whole Dogs for the past two years. Shakespeare loves the daycare and their staff. I love how they all know him by first name. The new manger who took over is amazing anytime you bring a concern to her she immediately addressed the situation. My dog is happy to come and he bark at the stuff until they take him to the book quickly. When I see him do that I know they are-taking good care of him. Also love the manager suite that whole dogs have because my dog has anxiety issues and doesn’t like to be alone when he’s being boarded. I recommended whole dogs for your fur babies.
We have a 6 mos old golden doodle. She absolutely loves daycare. She has been attending for about 3 months. We have boarded her once and that seemed to go well. We have had her bathed and trimmed while boarding and that also worked out great.
I have been bringing my dog Winston here about once a week for a little over a year now. I appreciated during his initial evaluation the staff understood he was young and daycare was a new environment for him that would take some adjustment so he was not rejected quickly but allowed to visit and grow comfortable. He is a shy dog and usually has to warm up to novel things like new places and people. Within a few visits, he went from standing on the side watching to being in the middle of playtime enthusiastically running and playing with the others. He really enjoys playing with other dogs, so dropping him off here is easy since he is eager to go back to the small dog room and hang out with the other dogs. I haven’t had any major issues with the daycare, and any staff I have seen on the webcam or been around in-person are friendly and care about the dogs. I have not really used the grooming (just a couple nail trims) or training services (my dog had maybe one session of a development camp so far and we chose the cooperative care training while he was spending time at daycare). My dog was boarded here once so far for about 3-4 days. We brought some food, shirts, and a couple toys with us to leave with him, and when one of his toys was not in his bag at pickup, I called them to let them know and they had the toy waiting for us next time we visited. I was grateful they found it and remembered to return it next time we were there! Overall, whenever anyone asks where my dog goes to daycare I say Whole Dogz and recommend it. I continue to trust them when I need an extended time for my dog to be watched while having some playtime and exercise. I am so grateful they are close to where I live, conveniently located by the Metro and highway, and have webcams in each room so I can check in on my dog while he is there and I miss him. The facilities seem clean and safe, and I have never noticed any health, physical, behavioral, or other issue with my pup after pickup. Previously, I had a dog who failed a daycare examination, but I knew he was not a big fan of being around lots of other dogs and didn’t pursue alternative daycares later on. My dog now also failed his first evaluation at another daycare, so I was grateful that Whole Dogz understood him better that he was just still young and growing and only needed some time to become more comfortable, and now he enjoys every visit. The store area in the front is also neat. I am always meaning to buy something, but usually am in a hurry with drop off or pickup and don’t take more time to browse and buy. There are lots of great things for pets and their owners.
We love Whole Dogz! The owners and staff really love dogs and it shows. They have everything Bailey needs all in one place, so convenient. Daycare, training, grooming and a store. So glad we found them.
I don’t know where to begin!! Alexis, Chyna, Tonja, Olympia, Emma, Noah…. Whole Dogz have been the MOST attentive, warm, welcoming, and loving group of Huemans that I have seen, experienced, and interacted with to date! They have made my and my pups transition and relocation process effortless! They listen and are very engaged with the pups and parents! My Jetson L🐾VES all of the staff mentioned and all of the ones whose name I may not know, but see via webcam! You, Whole Dogz, all of Jet’s newly adopted Puncles and Pupunties (Uncles and Aunts) have raised the bar! I can not thank each and every one of you enough! Now, I need to u spoil him because I can’t keep up with all the hugs, rubs and extra wuv that you show him each and every day! You are consistently consistent and I love it! Thank you all! Jet’s Mom - Gwen B
Our dog has been going to Whole Dogz for over 5 years daily. He is well taken care of and has care takers that truly adore him. Their facility is very big offering your dog lots of room whether he wants to be in the action or not. Many facilities are too cramped. They have a dog trainer and grooming too, both which we have tried and recommend. Put your mind at ease, and give them a try!
The best doggie day care I have found. Milo has been a member for about two years. The staff are great and the manager, Alexis, is phenomenal. They take great care of our furry friends and love each of them. I highly recommend Whole Dogz!
Super friendly, knowledgeable staff that loves what they do!! Update: I recently added a (very large) puppy to my house and he absolutely LOVES going to Whole Dogz! Apparently he has his own little group of friends that play all day. I couldn't ask for a better doggy daycare or better folks than at Whole Dogz! The photo is from this year's Halloween party.
I do not recommend this business to anyone. I had a previous bad experience with the grooming service under the old ownership. I gave them another shot under the new ownership this past weekend. I dropped my dog off at 9am. I called mid-day to find out when he would be done and was told he hadn't had his coat trimmed yet because the groomer washes all the dogs and then cuts them in the order they arrived. At 4:30pm I had not heard back so I called again. I was told he hadn't had his coat trimmed with the same explanation again and was advised that I should pick him up and bring him back for a cut another day. When I picked him up, I saw that many dogs I had seen arrive AFTER me had or were leaving with full grooming/cuts. So much for cutting them in the order they arrived. It was also obvious that my dog had been brushed only shortly before I arrived to pick him up. By the way he used the bathroom and drank water upon arrival home, I can safely say he spent 8h in a crate, likely wet until I called at 4:30pm. Absolutely will not be returning and I advise everyone to avoid this business.
Our Siberian Husky has gone to daycare here and boarded here. It is a great place for dogs. He is always so excited to go there. It is very much a place run by people who love dogs. I highly recommend it.
We were hopeful when we discovered The Board Hound. But. Today we were told our 9 month old pup couldn’t come back for a month because he was too energetic and didn’t know how to take cues from other dogs to chill out. He had been out for three weeks for surgery—a cyst removal and neutering. We had to keep him calm during that entire time and so today he was super excited to return. They said he had “too much testosterone” still. But they’d never said that before his surgery, so how is it that after surgery he has too much? Further, the reason we took him to The Board Hound in the first place was so he could learn to play well with other dogs and we were led to believe they could help. Indeed, they said they were teaching him to “take a break.” He is NOT aggressive; he’s been quite good with much smaller, younger pups and older dogs, even a cat. I guess, however, they decided they’re not up to the task of dealing with a 52 pound, energetic puppy who hasn’t been able to play for awhile due to surgery. And this after we gave glowing reviews to other people. We’ll have to go back and amend our reviews now.
I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the team at The Board Hound. The puppy play parties and training classes have been excellent. The team ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Both of my dogs have attending puppy party, have gone through training there and I truly couldn’t be happier. The training has really helped our relationship with our dogs. The staff is fantastic, and Mary goes above and beyond every single encounter and always ensures we walk away with more understanding of our dogs. One of the only locations I would board my dogs. Couldn’t recommend more.
This is the most fantastic place. My Akita pup loves it. She has no off switch when she is around other pups but their STEPS program worked with her and did just the thing to occupy her mind and body.
we are regular customers here, our pup absolutely loves going here. I am thrilled with the staff who are there because they are definitely dog lovers with every penny to us to help our dog socialize and play and have fun.
My girlfriend and I at the time were pretty crunched on time to find a doggy day care and puppy social classes. Low and behold, we came upon The Board Hound in Old Town. We set up a meeting to do a day care for the evaluation. We absolutely loved their honesty and recommendations. As soon as they had openings for doggy day care and our pups passed the vaccination requirements, we immediately booked in advance. The Board Hound is personal, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. They work with you and your schedule and communication is top notch. Arianna has been absolutely amazing in communication with our pups and all of the in-house trainers with STEPP have been phenomenal! Highly recommend!!
This is a great facility and I am continuously impressed with it. They have been accommodating of my two dogs with special needs. My one with anxiety is relaxed and happy with the staff. And I feel comfortable leaving my epileptic dog there as the staff keep her medicines safe and accessible, and really listened to all of my instructions on what to do in case of a seizure. It's also very clean and daycare booking has been really easy. My dogs are always excited to go and tired out when they come back, which is great.
Caring and knowledgeable team that takes great care of our dog. Great mix of educational daycare, owner-dog classes and supervised free play. A better behaved and tired puppy is the result.
Luna loved her mini day she got to spend with the Board Hound family! Will plan on using their services in the future!!!
The staff is amazing and truly cares about the dogs! Our dog always drags us in the building and runs on to the floor with the other dogs. Staff is always able to and willing to tell us about her day, who she played with, and what she likes to do during the day. They also make sure she gets the care and attention she needs. Once registered at Old Town you can also go to their other location for daycare and boarding, wich we have found very helpful! The Board Hound is the place to go for any daycare or boaridng needs.
Top Dogg is great! My dog Chloe warmed up to Jonis faster than any other human ever. Since then he’s expanded his team, and they are always reliable, professional, and kind. Sometimes we help watch a friend’s dog, too, and Top Dogg is super flexible about adding an extra dog to the schedule.
Top Dogg has been so wonderful to work with! I've used both their dog walking and dog sitting services over the last year and have had great experiences. Every member of their team has been so excellent with my dog and I appreciate them tremendously!
I love Top Dogg!! Everyone on the team is so sweet to my Evie and they always send pictures and updates.
