Working from your home so your fur babies get plenty of care and affection
Jason is a great housesitter and cared about our cat's comfort. We were able to take our pup with us but not our cat who has separation anxiety. We received pictures and updates on how he was doing. Jason is also a kind person, and we met his girlfriend who is lovely as well. It was so nice to come back to a tidy home after traveling. Would definitely recommend!

Jon and Freda are the most kind and caring people we have ever met. Our dogs Sandi and Lucy were treated more special than anyone could imagine. They became a part of their family with lots of attention and tender loving care. Both dogs were spoiled and enjoyed ventures to Tractor Supply, Petsmart and Home Depot and even rides around the local lakes. Lucy received a special new cuddly bed on one trip. Our pups were more than well cared for as was obvious by Jon and Freda’s attention to detail making them feel well loved. They very quickly learned their personalities and were great about communicating with questions or concerns to ensure that the best possible care was given. We received pictures, special moments and regular updates on our fur kids. We came home to a well-maintained house inside and out. We were and are so appreciative to have such a great couple (Jon and Freda) to stay in our house and to take care of our dogs, Sandi and Lucy. We came back to two very calm, relaxed and happy dogs. I know that they missed them when they left since they looked around to find them after they had left. There were also some beautiful flowers left for us when we returned home; so very thoughtful! It is very comforting to know that when you go away that you have such fantastic people watching your house and dogs. We would love to have them come sit at our house sometime in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect house/dog sitter……on a scale of 1 to 10….10 is not a high enough rating. A great big thanks to Jon and Freda for helping us with some flexibility as we were able to be there for our son's college graduation and do all of the necessary things to move him out of his apartment as well as visit some family and friends. Caring, experienced health professional wanting pet kisses while traveling . . .
Babette took wonderful care of our senior dog and 2 cats. She asked great questions and gave us really helpful feedback as first time TH users. We loved getting photo and video updates of she and Zelda adventuring at local dog parks. She is thorough, clean and so thoughtful. We look forward to working with her again soon!

Thank you Sarah and Jeffery for taking care of nacho for me for a week! Nacho was soooo happy though out the sit and of course when I got back..he gave me that face - saying ‘mommy, I had so much fun with auntie Sarah and uncle Jeff..they took good care of me!”😝 Also, Sarah and Jeffery were good communicators, constantly sending me updates and pics so that I feel at ease while i was away! Truly dog lovers! Highly recommended if you are looking for someone to take care of your pets! ☺️

Jayme and Sam were wonderful housesitters. They clearly understood Jampo and responded to his needs. I loved the pictures and updates they regularly sent. They were conscientious regarding house and left it in perfect shape. I especially appreciated that they were willing to stay long enough on their last day so Jampo would not be alone for too long. I'd happily have them back anytime!

Callie is THEE ABSOLUTE BEST sitter we’ve ever had! She has sat for us twice and we hope she will sit for us again in the future! Our dogs and cat absolutely adore her. She walked the pups twice a day, sent lots of photos, and was super easy to communicate with. I would 1,000% recommend Callie as a sitter for your fur kids

Tina, Peter and the kids were excellent sitters. They asked questions when they had them, sent pictures to us, took excellent care of the animals, and cleaned the house thoroughly before they left. We couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend Tina and Peter for your pet sit.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. I came home to a house that was even tidier and more organized than when I left and two very loved pets. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a kind, caring, consistent pet sitter. Thank you so much Jill!!!
Anant was a great sitter and a friendly guy. Kept me up to date re his arrival and with Marie & Toulouse during the sit. Found my house exactly as I had left it. Would highly recommend Anant to other pet parents.
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Initially, I was very nervous about finding my very first in-home pet sitter who could provide the level of care and attention our 3 beloved fur-kids required. From the moment Emily and Johnny stepped into our home, I knew they were going to be in good hands. Their gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals instantly put our dogs Gypsy & Johnny at ease. Emily and Johnny took the time to understand our pets’ unique personalities and preferences, ensuring that their every need would be met. During our absence, Emily provided us with regular updates and adorable photos. Their detailed communication gave me peace of mind, knowing that my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy and contented gang, who clearly had enjoyed their time with Emily and Johnny. Emily and Johnny are more than just pet sitters; they are true companions to our furry family. Their exceptional care, genuine love for animals, and unwavering dedication have earned them a permanent spot in our hearts. Without hesitation, we give Emily and Johnny a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and loving caregivers for their beloved pets. THANK YOU Emily and Johnny!!! <3
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

We have been taking our dog to the Ruff House for over a year now. They treat her just like we would, and have really helped with her socialization and training. She loves the daycare, and we also regularly use their grooming services. They are truly wonderful, I recommend them to everyone!
We love The Ruff House in Greenbrier. The employees are happy and excited when you drop off and very efficient when you pick up. We tried another daycare near Great Neck in VA Beach (near my office) and had problems with our pup being bit. They blamed him saying he wasn’t reading social cues from the other dog. He did his temperament test at The Ruff House and they said while he did get amped up once (he’s a year and a half old), he was very good at social cues. He hasn’t had any issues. I believe they have more supervision and interaction with the staff. We have been so happy that our boy can get to play with his friends! He is tuckered out after a day of play! (He’s the yellow lab)
The Ruff House has been amazing! My Leti girl gets so excited when it's time to go in for daycare or boarding. I can trust them to treat my puppy with love and care. The report cards and pictures are a plus as a first time dog owner. Thank you Ruff House staff!
Staff is super friendly - never had any issues with booking, communication, or follow-up questions. I love getting pics of my puppers playing with other dogs her age during boarding. They always take care to keep her with the other grey-faced older dogs, knowing puppies are just too energetic for her. I always feel secure knowing my dog is being cared for while I’m away.
We take our dog there regularly for enrichment, daycare, and boarding. He always comes home so happy. The people there are wonderful and deeply love all the animals in their care. I can’t recommend them enough.
We are so thankful for and love The Ruff House Stay & Play at Greenbrier!! They give us so much peace of mind and reassurance that our sweet 2-year old dog, Fiyero is receiving the best care possible while we are away! The team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They constantly go above and beyond and show an authentic love and care for all the animals they are caring for. Fiyero is always excited to go to overnight boarding, and he always comes home well taken care and in great spirits! We are so grateful for the amazing team at The Ruff House Stay & Play at Greenbrier for the endless love they show our sweet, but high energy dog!
I just moved to Virginia and wanted to find a safe enriching day care for our dog. The Ruff House (Chesapeake) is amazing. Our puppy Pompeii has a great time there and comes home tired and happy. They feed him and make sure he’s an environment for his temperament. When I drop him off he goes with the handler no hesitation! They post pictures of your pet to your profile and cute report cards. Reasonable pricing too! I love this daycare and so does Pompeii
I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend their services to anyone. My dogs (and even my cat) love it here, and I never worry for a second when I leave them in their care. You can tell everyone is very passionate about caring for the animals, and the business is run efficiently and professionally.
My two babydogs, Rocky & Hazel, absolutely love it here when they are boarded. The care is top-tier which I appreciate as a loving & highly protective dogmom. My pups mean the world to me and I have so much peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands while I’m away. I also greatly appreciate the photos seeing them at play with other dog friends. Thank you for the quality service and amazing customer service! This will always be their home away from home when I need to travel out of town.
My 13-month-old golden retriever recently began attending daycare, and I have noticed that he is quite fatigued when I pick him up. However, I am pleased to see that he is actively socializing and developing his confidence. The staff at the daycare has been exceptional; they are highly professional and demonstrate a deep understanding of how to handle and care for each of their clients.
Marabou had a great time at Serenity Spa! This was his first time getting groomed so we were a bit nervous, however, we were super impressed by Tim’s dedication to de-shedding him. Before we came in, Marabou was blowing his coat & we were pulling clumps of fur out of him. Tim spent 4 hours grooming then brushing him. We will definitely be coming back!
Serenity Pet Spa always took care of our boy! He got sick from some other groomers before and when we moved here we were on the hunt for the perfect place. They took care of our dog and always did the best job to make him look and feel like the handsome man that he was. Denver passed away recently and I’ve been meaning to write a review because I really appreciate these groomers. 😌
I came to Serenity Pet Spa with a new puppy and let me tell you, my Choco looks great!! Definitely will go again!! Here is a before and after picture.
We have been taking her since she was about 3 months i believe & bring her every 3-5 months. I think today she really appreciated it though, all bellies when she got home instantly. Thank you!
We went out of town to visit family and needed a place to board the fur babies. Serenity is wonderful. They take very good care of our dogs and the rates are very reasonable.
Hands down the best groomers in our area. They are extremely reasonable and you can tell they are passionate about what they do.
They always do a good cut on my girl.
After being turned away for grooming services for my Yorkie at PetSmart and a couple others, I was fortunate to find Serenity Pet Spa and Hotel, a very welcoming environment with great staff and professional grooming. Very pleased with the services provided to my dog and will definitely continue to bring them here for grooming.
I love them!! always such good service and so great with our pets. Garth gets his pedi's once a month.
Radar is always so well taken care of here! They do a fabulous job every time.
Four Paws is Awesome. They helped take my pretty unruly and mouthy pup to a mostly well-behaved puppy. He is still a puppy but he is the most loving and social pup. Thanks Four Paws and Canine Training Unlimited. The owner/trainers (& family) and staff are all so wonderful. My puppy loves to go to doggy daycare
Our Dachshund Peanut loves doggie daycare now and then. Been thru basic training. Needs more ☮️. Wonderful staff
I cannot say enough great things about Four Paws. Our dog has been going to their doggy day care since he was just a few months old, and the staff has been such a huge part of shaping his personality and behavior. You can tell that everyone genuinely loves animals, and they greet you and your dog by name when you walk in. They have tons of amazing training programs, and the prices are so reasonable. They even have bonus free days for regular day care dogs. The vibe is really great, and the business is run efficiently and pleasantly. Honestly, if they allowed human kids I’d send ours there too 😂
I took my dog for Four Paws for 2 years and sadly had to move away! I wish I could have taken Four Paws with me!! We did multiple training classes as well as daycare weekly. The staff are attentive and friendly. The facility is well maintained, clean, and honestly a dog's paradise. They have lots of room to run and romp or to lay around in the afternoon sun. Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for training or daycare!
They aren’t a fan of bigger dogs, my dog has never been aggressive in his life and that’s how 4 paws labeled him. He is very playful and friendly and has never harmed anyone. 4 paws wanted us to muzzle our dog. If I could I’d give this place zero stars.
Boomer goes here for daycare at least once a week and he absolutely loves it! I love seeing all the pictures on Facebook of all the doggos having fun!
I had initially made a review immediately following Domino's training and after I was reached out to I decided to remove the post even though it was honest. There was a follow up meeting but I did not feel it made a difference. We had multiple conversations expressing our very specific concerns for Domino prior to starting the program. We were consistently reassured that his behaviors would be addressed. I paid $1250 and there was no noticeable change in his behavior. I was responsive and completed the homework. I don't have anything negative to say about the politeness or friendliness of the staff. Domino enjoyed his time there but that was a major financial strain for not one of his problem behaviors to have improved. I think it could be successful if you're looking to improve on leash skills. I brought up my concerns during both the drop off training and group lessons portions. I suggest having some kind of checklist or graduation criteria agreement beyond simply completing classes for that kind of time and money.
I feel awful having to write this review, as my dog really loved coming here, however unfortunately he contracted kennel cough from the facility. I was not made aware that the illness was going around, and when I called and left a voicemail first thing Monday morning stating that he had contracted kennel cough at daycare (he does not socialize with dogs anywhere else) and I would like a call back, I never heard from anyone at the facility. I spent my weekend taking care of a sick dog and got stuck with a vet bill. I understand kennel cough is a risk with daycare, and I am not upset that he got sick at daycare, however I am extremely disappointed in how this matter was handled and will not be returning. The daycare is still up and running, and as far as I am aware has not let any pet owner know about the transmission of kennel cough. Extremely unprofessional behavior on the owners part. I will not be returning. If you want a facility that cares about the health of the Pets and not just the money, I recommend going somewhere else. After writing this post I did have a manager call me. Whoever took the messages that day did not relay the message over to the manager. Mistakes happen and that is okay and they have fixed their mistake and are taking appropriate measures!
Perfect place!!! Supervised off leash area, good food, beer, and nice people and their dogs. Awesome place.
Just want to share my experience. Put my 10 month old foxhound lab into daycare at four paws inn, she has attended 3x after the first day of picking her up Both of her front pads were torn the skin lifted and hanging off. I noticed as we got in my car she wouldn’t stand on her front paws. Brought it to their attention the next day as we couldn’t return due to her needing to heal, once healed we go back for a half day on a Friday picked her up at 2pm she did well, now on tuesday I drop her off in the morning at 9:30 for a full day and not even 30min into her being there I received a phone call saying she was yelping when ever they touched her back. Mind you she was totally fine when dropping her off. They had no idea what it was they said it was up to me to let her play or they can put her in the kennel. They said she was acting normal but you can’t touch her back. I told them I would need a min to get back there so it was up to their discretion to let her play or put her up. I had then called my vet to let them know what’s going on and before I could even get off the phone with my vet they were calling me back saying I needed to come get her. I rush over get to her and as I’m checking her back the lady comes from behind the counter and up to us and my dog literally was so scared she started to piddle as she approached. After my vet visit, I called and left a message as to what my vet had inspected and said she had been bit or was rolled on to something as to the bruise and lump on her back. Now I have left two messages with the business one to inform them of the outcome and the next day calling to AGAIN keep her out to heal.. I have still have yet to receive a call back. I will say The staff is and was very friendly, At least a phone call to check up on her would have been nice or any sympathy at this point. My dog is now on 3 different meds since we started here.
Beth loves my dog so much! She is very kind and takes such good care of Leo. She has a big fenced in yard that is very safe. Communication is great and you’ll get picture and text updates throughout your pet’s stay!!
Beth has a large backyard, with plenty of room for your dogs 🐕 to run. She will keep you up-to-date on how your pup is doing. She'll send photos 📸 and messages so, you know your friend is doing. If you're going on vacation and need someone to watch over friend, give Beth a ring. …
My family and I spent a week in Florida and Beth watched my Luna girl. I don’t know what she did, but my dog was sad to be home with us. She lied around for 48 hours! Lol we will definitely be taking our girl back to Ms Beth.
This was my first experience dropping my dog off to ruff house (va beach) for Labor Day weekend because we were going out of town. I picked this facility based on the great reviews. I didn’t tour the facility with my husband b/c front desk staff stated there was a certain time that we would have to come in and we had to work. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary upon dropping her off. We did elect for play time for one day which was an upcharge. We never received pictures or updates regarding my dog. However we called Saturday and was told everything was going well and that she’s wagging her tail. She seemed happy she just wasn’t eating a lot. On Sunday we picked her up and she was panting like she was hot or didn’t have water. She looked a sweaty mess. I thought let me take her home in bathe her she might be overly tired. She slept all day Monday like she was depressed. As an update I called to speak to the manager Tuesday. The manager never came to the phone only relaying messages to the front desk staff that Asa wasn’t outside Sunday and they’re not sure why she was sweaty and panting. She seemed fine on Saturday when she was playing. Also I asked about room temp in the kennel and they stated it was 72 degrees which is a little in the warm side in my opinion. I will not be bringing my dog back. Unprofessional that the manager didn’t want to listen to my concerns.
Thank you all so much for taking care of our boy Milo. I was nervous at first leaving him for the first time since we've had him but with the staff taking pics of him everyday (I made sure to check lol) gave me and my family a warm fuzzy that he was being taking care of. I like the little report afterwards thats lets me know how he did as well. I look forward to bring him back for a future doggy daycare session to get accustomed to other pups. Thanks again!
The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and inviting. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted Sadie with genuine warmth and care, making her feel right at home. Their attention to detail and personalized approach made the entire experience exceptional. It was clear they prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and valued.
We’ve been coming here for over 3 years. We’ve boarded our senior dogs with special needs, our super shy, skittish dogs, and our super active pups. All of them come back super happy and healthy. Staff is very helpful treat the pups with such love!
We boarded our two guinea pigs and we were so pleased with how clean their cage was when we picked them up. Their hay bag was full and there was food in their bowl so we know they were well taken care of. I also appreciated them being in a quiet area. We will definitely be back! We have boarded at another kennel previously and the difference is night and day. We highly recommend The Ruff House for your small animal boarding needs.
I was really worried about taking my dog to boarding/daycare for the first time but ruff house was nothing but helpful, accommodating, and kind. They were very quick & helpful when responding to all of my questions throughout the “onboarding process” & during my dogs stay! He tested into daycare and I’m so excited to see him grow and be properly socialized with other dogs in a controlled, safe environment. When I first received pictures of my dog playing with others, my heart melted. Thank you ruff house!!
It was my first time ever leaving my fur babies at a doggy boarding facility. The atmosphere is very clean. The staff is very nice and relaxed. They treated my babies really well and made sure that I knew they did well while I was gone. They’re very alert when it comes to their boarders and I love that. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
We had a wonderful grooming experience with Judy! Our pup came home happy, healthy and looking so handsome! We would highly recommend the Ruff House for their grooming services!!
Boarded our pup for the first time and we are so happy we picked Ruff House. The pictures taken during his stay shows how much he enjoyed it. They took such good care of him! We will definitely use them again for both boarding and grooming services.
I really wanted to love this place. I’ve taken my dog here twice. The first experience seemed great.. he was super tuckered out, and they took a ton of photos. Based on that, I decided to bring him back. This time, things were different. I didn’t really get much with the photos which I'm not too worried about, but he came home with an unusual amount of energy and INSANELY thirsty. He sprinted to his water bowl and i had to refill it twice.. which confused me. He’s not the kind of dog that requires constant stimulation to relax, so it felt odd. I had also requested a full groom for him, but when I picked him up, he didn’t smell fresh, which made me question if he even received a bath. At first, I let it go, but only a week later and he's showing signs that his anal glands are full. Now I’m wondering if I was charged for services that weren’t provided. To make matters worse, he has kennel cough. I don’t understand how dogs get sick in facilities that require updated vaccines. He’s never been sick before, and I feel awful for him.
Wilson spent the whole week with Jacqueline's care. We are so glad we found her. She is very professional, responsive, and provides daily updates. Best of all, she provided plenty of play and attention to Wilson. We highly recommend her and plans on reaching out again for our next care. Thank you Jacqueline! The Petras Family ❤️
Would give zero stars, but Google won't let me post without at least one star. Last March, took my 11 year old Labradoodle in for her summer cut and a bath. Dropped her off and was told it would be 3 to 4 hours. At the 4 hour mark, I still had not received a call that she was done, so I called and was told they were running a little bit behind and would call when she was ready. A little after the 6 hour mark, they finally called and said she was ready. Figured hey stuff happens. Fast forward to this month, September, and I had made an appointment for a haircut and bath. Dropped my dog off yesterday at 11 and again was told it would be about 3 to 4 hours. At the 4 hour mark, received a call that they were running a bit behind and it would be another hour or two. Seems I've heard this story before. Just before the 7 hour mark, I have not heard back from them so I called but got their voicemail. They called back about 15 mins later and said they were still running late and it would be another hour or two. I asked where they were at in the process and was told she had her bath and was waiting for her cut. Told them to get her ready, I would be there in 10 minutes to pick her up. Would not recommend unless you want your dog to be cooped up all day for just a bath and haircut. I will definitely be looking for a new groomer.
We took our 4 year old golden doodle here for a really late summer cut. I can’t put into words the magic they worked on our pup. BEST GROOMING EXPERINCE!!! They brought him ALL the way back from the matted fiasco😩🥴 he arrived in! As a small business, this place covers all the basis of customer service for both the owner and the pet. Felicia and Dawn compassionate and accommodating to the needs of every pet! They have a sincere love and passion for what they do, and it shows in their work. Glad to say that we are now a part of AGC’s family!!!🐾❤️
Polite staff, and very competent. Other groomers were unable to handle my German Shepherd, who was very anxious around water. AGC had no issues grooming him and continue to do so.
My furbabies go to daycare here where they get lots of love and care!
We’ve been coming here for more than 2 years. My dog is a rescue and has had anxiety issues. From Day 1, Felicia and her staff have loved on our dog as one of their own.
Took my 20 month old Portuguese Water Dog to All God’s Creatures and they did a great job grooming him. Super friendly staff and great grooms! I have found my groomer for my pup!
Amazing service all the way around! We have a pit who's been impossible to work with. She hasn't let anyone cut her nails or get close to her ear, which has sum sort of infection, an allergy or jut yeast but it's not in good shape at all, but they were able to clean it out while cutting her nails all without trouble. When I told them I couldn't pay but a certain amount a d couldn't pay anything towards the ears, they said "were not worried about that!" They were so friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for any grooming needs u may have! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!
Horrible experience! I was quoted one price, then at pickup, the price was jacked up an extra 40$ and the only explanation I got was that my dog was bad….. 6 years old and no other groomer has ever said she was difficult to groom, must be them! I also do not see any type of sign or post that states, right to add additional money to your bill with no warning or explanations!
I was hoping for this to be my new groomer, but customer service is horrible. I called on the 6th of April and they said to leave a voicemail or to message on Facebook. I did both, leaving my name, what I needed, and my phone number. Finally a week later they ask for my number (even though I already left it over voicemail) and after I responded, I never heard from them again. If you're fully booked and not accepting new customers, just say that. Extremely disappointed with this business.
I took my little baby in there today. Her name is Nala. She hates getting her nails done. I've been two other places and been turned away. I got referred by a vet that God's creations for the place to go for grooming and for nails. I met the staff today. They were very sweet. I went out of my way to go there and I will continue to go there when I'm in. Virginia, they were fair on the price and now I loved getting her nails done. I recommend these people. They are good with animals. Jersey
If you’re in the Virginia Beach area I highly recommend them for watching your dog they will cater to your dogs needs for an individual experience for each dog very good highly recommend will bring dog back if we go out of town.
Absolutely love Cameron and Hayes. They are so fantastic with our two dogs. They have a nice yard for them to hang out in and play. They definitely treat our pups as their own whenever they are there. We’ve used them a few times and will continue to when we need! Highly recommend.
We used The Epps Dog Nook for our boy Kylo when we went out of town for a couple days. He had a great time. They were extremely communicative and responsive. We really appreciated the home style atmosphere and acclimation process and care they use with new members. Thank you both so very much, it was great to know that Kylo was in great hands while we were away!
We had a last minute trip come up and the Epps took our family dogs in without hesitation. Very friendly people and great with animals! Will definitely be bring my dogs back to them!
Recommended for anyone in the deep creek/chesapeake area. Cameron and Hayes are very nice and respectful people, will definitely bring my dog back to them when I go out of town again.
Absolutely wonderful! Our dog Harper loved going here! They took her in as if she was their family pet, she was so well loved and taken care of! She was always so happy and excited to be dropped off! Thank you for taking such good care of Harper!
I highly recommend! awesome people. Very open and communicative. Definitely will leave my pup there again when i make my way out of town.
I went out of town on a detachment for 2 weeks and left my basset hound with the Epps family. And let me tell you mine and finneus’ experience has honestly been the best. They took the very best care of him and before leaving I asked if I could be updated and sent pictures of him and they did! If you’re ever in need of a pet sitter for your fur baby in the deep creek/ Chesapeake area definitely use them!
The Epps Dog Nook took great care of my dog Louis! He didn’t want to come home he loved them so much. If anyone is looking for a dog boarding service in the deep Creek or Chesapeake area, look no further. This is the best hands-down. Incredible loving family owned business.
Great service! The Dog Nook took responsibility in taking care of Arlo when he needed it. 100% recommend ty!
