They took great care of our home and even better care of Eli while we were away. He loved them and was sad to see them leave! They were so sweet to include him on their adventures, car rides and giving in to all the snuggles he craved. They sent adorable updates and photos from Eli and their adventures together. These became a favorite part of our day! They were extremely communicative throughout the process, accommodating and even came a day early and stayed a day late to make the transition incredibly easy. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. This used to be a pretty good place, but the last several visits they absolutely did not follow instructions. This last time we asked for our two dogs to be bathed and nails trimmed. They came back with the hair cut short on their back haunches and feet, and trimmed elsewhere. We DID NOT ask for a cut. We will not be back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Be careful of boarding your animals with this establishment as they allowed my sister's dog be mauled literally to death under their care. Please be mindful of this when using this facility.
All of the staff have welcomed our mini daschund from the first day we visited. She cannot wait to be “leashed” & go to play. She sprints to the door to get in & start interacting with her 4-legged friends!
This place did an amazing job with both of my dogs! My big dog is real hyper, they filed his nails in no time and spoke of how good he was. My little dog is a ball of anxiety and they took amazing care of her. They even got a little giggle when her anxiety meds kicked in.
This groomer 7 miles closer than where we took our first doxie. Haven't been able to get an appointment there. Found Greenbriar Pet Spa 7 miles closer to home. Got in right away. They did an awesome job with Chloe. Love the little bow collar she came home with. Will definitely use them again.

I've always been happy with the way my animals look when they come trotting out from behind the counter. They have also groomed my cat. My dogs have not been stressed when they go back for a repeat visit so I have confidence in the groomer's treatment of my dogs. This is a nice place.
This place has to be a joke. I brought my dog to get a simple cut and he's a small dog very calm always get his hair cut never a problem. This was my first time coming to this place. After his cut I saw him come out and his hair was chopped in all different places on his body. It was supposed to be shaved the whole body one langth. He had long hair and very short hair all over mixed in. I told them to redo it and she chopped it all over again. I called back to ask a simple question to see how many groomers they had. Well the front desk person was very nasty and said why do I want to know I said it was only a question and she just started to go off on me and handed the phone to someone else. They would not tell me how many groomers they had. Last time I'll ever step foot in this door again. Plus when I went there the first time I saw the front desk woman dragging a dog across the floor, it was a small black dog wasn't doing anything. She could of picked up that dog but instead she dragged it by the leash across the floor. What is the matter with this grooming place. They need to be put out of business. Please watch your dog carefully!!
Finally, a Vet who cares for pets with understanding how they impact our life. My pups were happy to be their and enjoyed the attention. I am so thankful and will enjoy bringing my pets again.
Leaving town for New Year’s, and was expected to be gone for the 31st-5th of January. Scheduled a room and board for my dog a month in advance. Day before leaving to the airport, they were closed and not picking up any of my phone calls. They will certainly not get any of my business, if this is how they run theirs. Wouldn’t recommend!!

K-9 Designs in Clarksville has been the BEST grooming experience I’ve ever had for my 8 year old Labrador Retriever. My dog had an extreme fear of grooming and nail trims. The staff at K-9 Designs was so professional that they took extra time and care to work on gently and compassionately getting her fear level reduced by over 80%. Now, my dog practically runs to their door! Highly recommended by me…and my dog!
Services are amazing here, everyone is friendly. They treat my boy Jake like family. They got him washed and and nails trimmed in short notice, even the bandanna are cute!
Called days in advance to book an appointment to have my dogs HAIR cut, nails trimmed, etc. the basics. Had my dog picked up and she looks the same as when she went in, looks like she didn’t even get her hair cut. The lady told my husband she didn’t know what I had wanted but I told her specifically on the phone my dogs shoulders were thick and needed trimmed. Unsure what the issue is but probably won’t return. Writing things down really helps. The picture of her in the truck is the last time we had her groomed (different city) and the darker picture is from today. Her coat is obviously too thick still.

My Aunt Martha Rose took her mini toy poodle and got her groomed. They did a awesome job. A ragamuffin before into a show dog appearance. Excellent job.
I love this place! My dog literally won’t go anywhere else. He hates other groomers but loves them. They give him the cutest bandanas as well! Also, super cheap!!
