Love this place the staff is really helpful and my dog got along with every one great and I was little nervous cause people think he's scary.

I am extremely pleased with my experience. I was able to enjoy my vacation with no worries about my pet Rocky's Care. Rocky really enjoyed his stay as well. As you can see from the photos , Rocky really enjoyed the interaction when attending the daycare and was eager to go through the doors each visit. Highly recommended by Rocky and Me 💕

Pawsitively has been absolutely WONDERFUL! I hardly write reviews but felt the need to gloat about how wonderful they truly have been. My dog attends daycare twice a week and he absolutely loves it. The service and attentive to detail they provide is absolutely incredible. They make sure he showered with cuddles, plays fetch, and that he is safe. They always send me videos on Snapchat of him playing and if he doesn’t eat his food they keep me in the loop to what is going on. HIGHLY recommend the daycare as well as the boarding. Also the training facility next door is phenomenal as well!

I had not been there in years. It was the place where I used to take lucky for grooming and usually Ruth would groom her. Lucky crossed the rainbow bridge over a year ago. I scheduled an appointment for Lexi and from the minute I parked it was non stop uncontrollable crying for me. I walked in with Lexi and my 5 year old daughter. It was hard to fill out paperwork but I got through it. Emilio took Lexi and did an amazing job with her. I apologized for the crying earlier and he was totally understanding after I told him about lucky who made it to 17 years of age. The place just brought back so many memories of course good ones and although it was rough I look forward to returning with Lexi for many grooming appointments in the future. Thank you so much Emilio!!!

I want to give a 5 star rating to the entire staff. Angel my 15 month female Rottweiler has never been away from me since I picked her as a puppy. So when I decided to go to Ireland for 10 days I was worried. Not so much for me but if separation anxiety would set in on her. I added the extra one on one time and the good night kiss. Well I received various pictures everyday. She was having a great time. Then I wondered if she would want to come home lol. A special thanks to the workers who did the private sessions. She fell asleep in there laps. So a big thumbs to entire staff

I love this place. They always take a great care of my doggie, he loves it too. They send me pictures of him with different activities and are always helpful. Might cause more then regular boarding, but its worth it.

I love this place so much- both for grooming and boarding. I take my little dog here for grooming and she is a difficult little pup. Ruth (and I'm sure many others) are patient with her and so kind and welcoming even though I know my little Chloe was a pain. We boarded here for the first time this week because my husband had surgery. I knew I couldn't handle his rehab and our two big dogs at home, so we boarded the dogs for 4 nights. I was super nervous to board the dogs and everyone was so nice when we dropped them off. They showed us the room where they'd be staying, their little patio, and the giant play yard they'd get to go in multiple times a day. They were so kind to send pics each day. The dogs were happy (and tired, thankfully) when I picked them up. I am so grateful for this facility, and all of their employees!!! Thanks for everything!!! I will definitely be back!!

Pawsitively Heaven has taken the absolute BEST care of our best friend! From grooming to boarding, they are A+++! Thank you for always making sure our pup is very well taken care of and for giving us peace of mind knowing he is in the best care!

It’s always nerve-racking and scary leaving your family members with someone else. This is compounded when there’s life long disease processes added in the mix. The core staff at Pawsitively Heaven do a wonderful job of accommodating several aspects of our girls Yuna and Zeldas care. Like most parents I read the reviews and went off of the feedback that I’ve gotten from other people who have vetted and recommended this place. I’m adding some of the accommodations that pawsitively heaven has done for us so that this might answer some questions others might have. Some of these accommodations include feeding separately, daily medications, seizure logs, seizure management and much more. We are very impressed and this review is not based off of one visit but I believe a total of three separate stays with the most recent being two full weeks. Wanted to give a special shout-out to Carrie, front desk team and Val, who I believe is one of the handlers.

My dog has been groomed here twice now and I am extremely satisfied with my experiences. Friendly & efficient staff, attractive facility and fair prices. I highly recommend Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort.

My Daisy is a rescue dog and we haven’t been away from her since we adopted her last April. We did a couple of day care visits before we left so she could acclimate. My husband was very concerned about where she would stay and didn’t want her to think she was being abandoned again. She did so well. They sent pictures every day so we could see she looked happy. Came home with no issues and very happy. Thank you for taking such good care of her. Will start taking her to daycare one day a week so she can run and play with the other dogs

I started taking both my dogs to OFPS as a recommendation from a friend. I have never been happier. The staff treat the dogs like their own. One of my dogs is a ‘run alone ‘ dog because he has some anxiety with other dogs. He has his own handler and play area which is so fantastic. The staff bring my other dog , who does play in group, to be with him a few times during the day and that is amazing. Very clean are and huge outdoor areas for dogs to run. It is nice having someone live on the property as well. Highly recommend!

My dog is absolutely crazy about this place! She always has so much fun! She comes home exhausted from playing all day! The staff is amazing to the dogs and the dog owners. Always accommodating. I bring lunch for my pup and they are sure to feed her. Someone even told me I can make requests like please play fetch with her too. Really affordable rates and a wide range of services. You won't regret bringing your pup here! Just look how happy my girl is! They always send me pics of her day!

I’ve used Our Family Pet sitting for boarding three times now, and each time has been wonderful! I have an almost two year old German Shepherd (Anakin) and he can get very easily over stimulated during group play. But the staff have been very kind and helpful about finding a system that works for Anakin (one on one time, going out to play with my parents dog when he boards as well, etc) it’s nice knowing that they took the time to find what works best for my dog during his stay, so I can go on vacation knowing he’s being well handle. His most recent stay Anakin didn’t even look back to say bye! He happily followed the staff inside. My family will continue using their services for our dogs. (Also the daily update is a big plus! The photos I’ve included were taken by the staff)

For the first time ever, we had to board our 3 Newfies. We were so nervous, but they were happy and not stressed after being there 9 days! We were impressed by the cleanliness and care given to our babies. We loved getting the daily pictures of them. We are so thankful to OFPS for taking such great care of them!!

Our Family Petsitting is the best combination of family business and professional, quality service. Our lab/boxer mix goes for full days once or twice a week. Every time we arrive she pulls on her leash till she’s taken inside! She loves it here! I love that the staff send text pictures every day she’s there. And I frequently get reminders/offers to add grooming to her day if needed. Great service/ communications, good quality (safe/clean) care, and a great location - lots of room for the dogs to run!

They took great care of my Cane Corso! Everyone on staff loves dogs and live for this work. Makes me super comfortably leaving my buddy in their care!

My wife and I drop our puppy off when we are off at work and go on trips when we don't bring him with. The entire family takes such great care of all the dogs there. Plus they send us photos of him when we are away. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

This place could not be more convenient. Anytime I'm out of town this is the only place I trust with my dogs. What is really nice is they have a groomer on site. Neither of my dogs are breeds that need a lot of grooming, only de-shedding. So I have them get a de-shedding bath and nail trim every time, and they're ready to go when I pick them up! They make it very easy to book boarding and grooming. They send pictures every day of your little ones so you know they're ok.

Just wonderful. While your dog (2 dogs in our case) is with them, they are treated like family. They spend a LOT of time outdoors running and playing. They send at least one picture to let you know they're being taken care of. Dogs come home happy and exhausted.

Dogtopia has been a favorite spot for my dogs, Benny (who we sadly lost recently) and Bruno. They always got so excited the moment we pulled into the parking lot, knowing they were in for a fun day. The staff at Dogtopia are just the best. They always have great things planned for the dogs, and they never miss an opportunity to offer them treats, which they both of course loved—It’s so comforting to know they’re in good hands with people who genuinely love and care for them. Thank you for making every visit so special for my pups Dogtopia!

My experience with Dogtopia has been amazing and I really couldn’t ask for a better doggy daycare/hotel for my energetic, 2yr old Salem💛 I was incredibly impressed on her first day, throughout the assessment the team conducted to ensure she’d be a good fit, they included her interaction when being introduced to the pack and how she behaved when was sectioned off from play. The team even has motivational Monday (a little treat,which she loved!) It really gave me the confidence I didn’t realize I needed to trust the wonderful people who run the show. The pictures/videos on their instagram is an added bonus. My pup literally jumps in excitement when we arrive and she’s always nice and tired by the time we pick her up. I highly recommend Dogtopia🐾

Great place for our puppy to get socialized with a variety of other dogs. We love the Webcam to watch our pup's behavior and enjoy seeing her play. The staff has been so friendly, professional and caring with all the dogs ... and humans too. We also appreciate the spa options so Pixie can get her nails trimmed while at day care.

my outgoing and energetic frenchie absolutely LOVES Dogtopia, especially the LaGrange location. We used to visit the Oak Brook location, but definitely prefer the staff at LaGrange. They just "know" dogs. My pup typically does half days with a bath and he comes home and sleeps for hours. Once we pull into the parking lot, he already knows he is in for a super fun day with his doggy buddies. Theresa the owner is super hands-on with the business which is nice to see and everyone there is a trained canine coach. But what is even nicer, is being able to check-in on my little fur baby on my phone with their Google Nest webcams that they have in the doggy day care room. It's the Best Doggy Daycare

I started bringing my small dog here as a puppy for socialization and stimulation. They have the best staff hands down! They are flexible so you can do one day or everyday, have cameras you can watch as well as great hours. They always have plenty of dogs and staff that interacts with the dogs so any day is a great day to go. You can also add baths or nail trims to your day if needed. The staff are my dog’s “people” too and it’s her home away from home.

Took my dogs here while I went on vacation. Was told that they would be placed in a suite when one became available and that never happened so they were stuck in kennels and I’m sure I was charged for a suite. The camera feed rarely worked when I checked it and when I got my dogs back one was covered in poop and the other got kennel cough a few days after. Just a poorly run facility with low standards for hygiene.

My dog is a regular daycare clients. We love it here compared to other daycares. So much love given to the dogs. I took a 17 day vacation and boarded my dog who also needed medication. They were absolutely SUPERB! I called there once and got a full report on my dog. Then a couple days later they sent me a follow up email on how my dog was doing. Absolutely superb! Highly recommended. I have a new pup and cannot wait until she is old enough to attend. When you say daycare, my dog jumps up and down. My dog says it all!

I always recommend Dogtopia in Lagrange. They really care about the pups. And they made an effort to ease any worries I’ve had leaving my Cupcake for the first time overnight. I love how I can check up on her throughout the day on the live feed and Cupcake gets SO excited to see the workers when I drop her off.

We only recently got a new dog and decided that she needed some socialization. The workers here have been super friendly, and the best feature is that you can log in and watch the dogs play. I am entirely pleased with the service they provide.

My two dogs truly love their doggy days at Dogtopia. They get to play all day and come home tired, which is great for me after a long day at work. I feel confident in leaving them both and that they are in good hands throughout the day. The staff lets me know how they did with the others dogs and they always make my pups feel welcome.
