Marion and Chris provided excellent care for our cat, Jackson. Marion asked how often I wanted updates, so I received daily photos and reports on his adjustment to care. Jackson is shy, but he took to Marion and Chris the first evening. I knew this arrangement would go well, and indeed Jackson was healthy and relaxed when we returned. Marion and Chris left our house super clean when they departed. Linens were washed and folded, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. My garden and flowers were in good shape too. Chris even brought his own gardening tools. I highly recommend Marion and Chris as house and pet sitters.

Denise and Dennis have to be the best EVER house sitters! If you get the offer for them to come look after your pets don’t even hesitate to accept! They looked after my pets for 2 weeks while I was away and my little dog was poorly following an operation on his spine.. I couldn’t have left him with anyone else! They were completely unphased by the situation and took the responsibility very seriously, having had previous experience with poorly dogs. They sent me regular updates on Wilfs progress and lots of photos which meant I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was in such good hands! Aside from their caring qualities, this Canadian couple are such fun, interesting genuine people, who enjoyed staying in my house which they treated with complete respect. We had a lovely evening at the pub with them and they welcomed us home with a cooked meal. I can’t thank them enough and would love to have them visit anytime ! Thank you Denise and Dennis :)

Pamela, was fantastic! Took great care of our dog, Mowgli and had such an amazing, kind energy! Felt totally relaxed knowing she would take great care of our dog, plants and house while we were away. We were able to enjoy a worry-free vacation with Tannis and Jamie looking after our home and pets. They obviously enjoy cats and dogs, our fur-babies were well loved and looked after. There are not enough gold stars or positive words to describe how awesome Tanis and David were as housesitters! They were so kind and caring about every detail. They left my house spotless and even cleaned up the yard. My dogs were with me for this trip but I am sure they would be amazing with any pets!! I wish they could stay at my home any time I'm away! Tracy and Trevor looked after our cat, Habibi, for 5 days while we were away at a wedding. We met them on a video chat and then in person a few weeks before the sitting date. They are very reliable, friendly and instantly put us at easy leaving Habibi and our house in their care. They watered our outdoor and indoor plants as needed and sent us a few pictures over the weekend of Habibi cuddled up to them and content. When we returned the house was clean, the sheets and towels had been washed and put back on the bed. Nothing for us to do. I would absolutely recommend Tracy and Trevor and hope to use them again in the future.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit.
