Responsible house sitter that will care for your home/pets as if they were mine.
I would highly recommend Tracey. She is kind, caring and easy to work with. This is the second time Tracey has come to stay with Boz. Like before, she was responsible, dependable, clean, self sufficient, and Boz was a happy girl when I got home. The garden was also well taken care of. Thanks so much Tracey. You are welcome back anytime!

Ed and Laura were great pet-/housesitters! They were organized and communicative. We returned home to a spotless house, thriving plants, and a happy cat.

Active 38 years old travel Nurse that loves animals, and has a flexible schedule
I would higly recommend Rachel for pet sitting. She took great care of my elderly, highly social cat, who needs extra love and attention in addition to requiring daily medicine in her ears. She handled everything beautifully and sent me great updates throughout the week. I'd definitely invite her to sit for me again!

Retired Trial Attorney-Trustworthy, Compassionate, Friendly, Caring and Tidy!
We were lucky enough to have Dede sit our house and yellow lab for a little more than two weeks. She treated our house as if it were her own and did an outstanding job looking after our three year old yellow lab, providing the requisite exercise for her, as well as the love and attention she so craves. Our home was spotless upon our return with everything in order and although our pup was happy to see us, she may have been a little sad to see Dede go. We would reccomend Dede, with our highest praise, to anyone who is seeking a responsible, caring, communicative and considerate sitter, you will not be disappointed!

Responsible, considerate, and well-traveled couple seeking short and long stays
Lauren and Jeremy were wonderful house sitters. I would ask them back or recommend them without hesitation. They communicated clearly, and took wonderful care my pets, house and garden. They left the place cleaner than it started and generously offered to help in ways that I hadn't asked but that were very kind and thoughtful. I felt very comfortable with my animals and home in their care.

Skip was great! Very available for communication, sent a couple of kind updates with cute pics of my cat, left the place very tidy, even made up the bed. An all-around happy experience and I'd be delighted to have him back if he wanted!

Teacher/petsitter dreaming of making petsitting and traveling a reality!
When we select a sitter, we read every review in addition to conducting some sort of video interview. We really rely upon the experiences of past hosts, so that’s why I believe it important to be honest in this review. I love giving out 5 star reviews and do quite frequently, but I also need to share any less-than-positive experiences as well for those hosts who rely upon reviews such as we do. As such, I’m a bit ambivalent about writing this review of Katie, as there were some really good things Katie did while here. She is a lovely, energetic woman who responded immediately to the concerns I voiced to her during the time she watched our pets; however, the “negatives” we experienced speak to the heart of the importance of having a dedicated pet sitter. For the most part, our home was left tidy and neat – which is no small feat as ours is a large house and I appreciate the care Katie took in ensuring we walked into a clean home. That said, Katie failed to notice my dogs had urinated in both of their dog beds and on the floor of our downstairs office, which we believed happened in the first part of the sit and resulted in the downstairs smelling of stale urine. Further, because she didn’t notice the urine, my pets, when downstairs, had to either sleep on the bare floor or in wet beds, neither of which is a satisfactory option. Also, my dogs don’t generally urinate in the house as they have access to a doggie door, and this seemed more a sign of their distress or discomfort. I believe this incident was part of a larger problem I experienced with Katie and that was in the manner in which she approached this sit. I advertised dates of July 6 – July 22. We generally ask our sitters to come in a day or two early as to walk them through the schedule for both our animals and our many plants, as well as to give them time to get to know the animals and experience a little of the town we live in. We also provide a very detailed introduction and welcome guide which outlines our expectations. Katie came in late in the day on the 7th, without personal transportation, which necessitated us picking her up and then my neighbor taking her to a rental cart company the next day because we left very early on the morning of the 8th. This abbreviated introductory time didn’t allow us to fully prepare Katie for the sit and allowed for some apparent “misunderstandings.” The “issue” for me was for the first five days of our 13-day trip, Katie was away from the house for up to 13 hours at a time – leaving our two, older rescue dogs, who have some separation anxiety - alone and with an extended time between meals. It was clear Katie was using this opportunity to visit many of the beautiful areas which surround where we live – hence using our home as more of an Airbnb to vacation – than a house sit dedicated to caring for our animals. Our dogs are fine with being alone for up to six hours but even that, for multiple days in a row, is, frankly, distressing to our animals and to us, as owners. To Katie’s credit, when I called and brought her daily, extended time away to her attention and reiterated my wishes the dogs not be left for more than 6 hours, she changed her schedule and while still gone every day, capped her time away at six hours. And, as I said, she is cheerful and responsive; hence, the ambivalence is positing my concerns with this sit. I think if Katie is provided with very clear expectations prior to the sit and understands exactly what is needed and expected, she will absolutely deliver. For whatever reason, from the start, this sit was rushed, there appeared to be too many misunderstandings, and it ended up being frustrating for us in ways other sits have not been.

Friendly, Responsible Pet Sitter looking to Travel while Working Remotely
From a pet sitting aspect we were not unsatisfied with Sara. Our dogs seemed happy and our chickens were also tended to well. However, from a house sit I will say we were disappointed with a few things. There was a bad storm the day before we left and we requested some photos of the damage to our property that was done. I asked multiple times and never received what I asked for after saying she would send it. We also agreed to daily updates in form of text or pictures of the animals and I did go the first couple days without reliable communication which didn’t sit well with me. As for the state of the house upon return, while it was mostly clean, one of our curtain rods was ripped from the wall. I wouldn’t have been upset had we just been notified of the repair that needed to be done but she never even told us that she broke anything in the house it was just left. She also very clearly rummaged through our drawers and took brand new unopened toiletries from areas that we did not specify she could use and she never reached out asking if it would be ok to take.

Lindsey was great! She left the house clean and organized and no concerns with that. My dog loved her and it went so well he didn’t have any behavior problems when I got back. Would definitely recommend and have her come back in the future.
Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. She left our house in perfect condition and we returned home to one happy kitty! Would not hesitate to have Amanda housesit for us again or recommend her to others looking for a sitter.
Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella. We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. We would be honored to have them sit again. On top of their great care they left us a thoughtful friendship gift. zeewoi continues to be the best site ever. Not only do we have great pet sitters for Cella, we also have the opportunity to meet great new friends. Thank you!!
Initially, I was very nervous about finding my very first in-home pet sitter who could provide the level of care and attention our 3 beloved fur-kids required. From the moment Emily and Johnny stepped into our home, I knew they were going to be in good hands. Their gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals instantly put our dogs Gypsy & Johnny at ease. Emily and Johnny took the time to understand our pets’ unique personalities and preferences, ensuring that their every need would be met. During our absence, Emily provided us with regular updates and adorable photos. Their detailed communication gave me peace of mind, knowing that my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy and contented gang, who clearly had enjoyed their time with Emily and Johnny. Emily and Johnny are more than just pet sitters; they are true companions to our furry family. Their exceptional care, genuine love for animals, and unwavering dedication have earned them a permanent spot in our hearts. Without hesitation, we give Emily and Johnny a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and loving caregivers for their beloved pets. THANK YOU Emily and Johnny!!! <3
Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Jessica was so rad. I wish she could be our go-to sitter for all our travel. Came over for an in-person orientation, took great care of house and pets and seamless communication. Thank you, Jessica!

I started bringing my 1yr old rottie here two months ago and she absolutely loves it. She darts for the doggie door when we walk in and is a big smiling goof ball when I pick her up. I love that she is playing on turf, instead of concrete floors! We plan to use boarding here in the future, as we know our pup already loves it here! This is a great facility that takes safety and cleanliness seriously. Highly recommend!
We LOVE Charlie's! Kelsey is very accommodating and the staff is great. We take Vincent once a week. He is a Vizsla who gets along well with the other dogs and loves to play. Although extremely rare, if there ever is a problem where another dog has had an issue with Vince, they are sure to inform us at pick up and let us know what they did to resolve the situation - even if there has been no injury to either dog. The dogs are never left alone with each other, there is always a human supervisor if there is more than one pet in the enclosed outdoor area (we previously took Vince to Pet Villa and found this was not the case.) They also clean Vincent before he leaves, which we love! We completely trust Charlie's with our precious fur baby and have recommended it to friends many times!
I’ve been bringing my dogs to Charlie’s for over 5 years now, we unfortunately relocated about 3 hours due to work for a couple of years and were devastated that we needed to find a new doggie daycare. Our only option was one of the “corporate brands” and the care was not the same as what Kelsey and her team at Charlie’s offer. The “corporate” facility didn’t give that extra attention and love to our dogs and just kept them locked in a cement room for hours on end. We were excited when we moved back to once again be able to bring our dogs to Charlie’s. Our dogs absolutely love Charlie’s Canine Care because they are treated with so much love, it’s their home away from home. The staff members knows our dogs needs and they have such a large facility where the dogs can actually do dog things and runs around vs being stuck in the same room for hours on end. I recommend Charlie’s to everyone and the best part is they are locally and family owned and will treat your dogs like their own.
We love Charlies! We take our dogs there every friday and they bark with excitmenet the minute we pull into the drive. They are always happy and tuckered out when we pick them up. The staff is great, very hands-on and are obvious dog lovers. They do a great job of making sure you dog is taken care of and having fun. They always post photos of your dogs playing on facebook so you can see how they're doing. Their groomer is great too and fairly priced!
Michelle is awesome with the dog. And always does a fantastic job. With here. All we have dealt with at Charlie's K9 are professional, always very helpful. It is plain to see all who work there. Love our animals. Just as much as we do. Great Job Guy's. Keep up the good work. I would recommend Charlie's to anyone.
We love this family run place. There is a wonderful no fuss service here with clean safe facilities . Juniper loves to stay here and comes home plenty exhausted from playing in the yard with other dogs. A great value id recommend.
We've used Charlie's now for over a year, and Sable has had daycare, bath, and board with them and each experience has been perfect! Sable loves the staff and knows exactly which days she goes to camp because she is always eager to leave at the crack of dawn. The variety of dogs at play and their large fenced facility make for a very tired pup. Great place. Great people.
My dog is a little nervous in new situations, but Kelsey is a dog whisperer and has helped him come out of his shell. They are always very accommodating to my busy schedule and my dogs love them. Great place to board or bring your dog for day care:)
I can't say enough good things about Charlie's. Our yellow lab loves to come and play. The staff and owners are warm and wonderful people who take such good care of our extremely energetic lab. We've been taking Murphy to Charlie's for over a year now and have always felt he is safe and well cared for. Our kids love the FB posts of our dog playing with the other dogs. I looked at quite a few places to take our dog for daycare and for kenneling. None compared to Charlie's. I love that they're outside and able to run around all day. No one else has the outside area that Charlie's does. Kelsey and staff are fabulous!
My dog loves Charlie's! She's been going weekly for 3-4 months now. They go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable and always has a dog her size to play with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to put their pup. Great staff, great location, and great prices! They even have a groomer for when she needs her nails done! In response to other reviews stating they care about money more then your pets this is not the case. Very kindhearted works who love what they do and will put your pets best interests first!
My dog absolutely loves it here! They have very good hours for drop off and pick up. The staff are always quick to assist you and I can tell that my dog feels safe and excited to be here. I love that you can watch the cameras to check in. One thing I would change about this place though is they should have someone on site for overnight boarding. It makes me feel uneasy that the dogs are left alone overnight.
I brought my puppy here on 08/03 and 08/06 for daycare. Both days I picked him up he smelled like stale urine. It was so bad we had to roll down the windows on the way home and give me a bath both times. I asked the staff about this on 08/08 when I went to drop him off for daycare and was told they are short staffed and having a hard time keeping up with the cleaning. This is unacceptable. If they can’t keep up with the cleaning then they should not be taking in as many dogs! I cancelled my membership immediately and did not drop him off. Do not send your dog to this company!! We have been to two other daycares in the area and did not have this problem. We switched to Dogtopia because they offer boarding and liked the idea of having him at daycare in a place he would feel comfortable if we had to board him. This is not worth risking his health by having him covered in urine for the 8 hours he is there.
This place DOES NOT require a negative fecal sample from dogs coming in there!!! That is not ok! Also, I know of a pet with a VERY ACTIVE flea infestation and was able to keep going to daycare. Way to spread the love!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
There are so many things! Firstly, the individuals at the front desk are always warm and friendly (1st thing in the morning), ew! haha They remember Oberon and every time they see him, they treat him like he is their own pet. It feels great to know that I'm leaving my "fur child" in the hands of people who actually care! AND I can get work done in the office without worrying every minute of the day. (Plus, they have cameras so I can just check on my little bean while I'm taking a break or on lunch!) I'm grateful for the organization and planning Dogtopia takes for customers to book any service they have. I forgot Monday was a Holiday and it was so easy to cancel daycare over their app! Their services are endless as well, I'm still in "awe." All in all, I could NOT WAIT until Oberon turned old enough to attend, had his required vaccinations, and passed his assessment to be allowed to attend Dogtopia. This business is a life saver. Dogtopia - where your fur children are building a life in safe/loving hands, while you continue living and building your own. <3Thank you again.
Hands down the best boarding experience. Dogtopia was more then willing to help accomodate our dog's boarding during a busy time for them and working around my due date. I went into labor before my induction date and they were more then willing to allow our dog to be dropped off very last minute close to there closing time. Our dog was treated very well during his entire stay.
They have very reasonable policies! They also have very attentive and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in randomly (before deciding on daycare) and staff members were very responsive to my several questions. Sawyer, my dog, loves going there! Introduction day is a great way to see if your pooch is compatible!
Our silver lab, Harbaugh, loves Dogtopia. In fact, it seems like all of his friends love going to “school” at Dogtopia. Like many busy families, we are on the go all week and it can be lonely for a stay-at-home dog who needs to run around and play regularly. Dogtopia is a great way to keep your best buddy healthy and happy, not to mention the value of having a pet who’s well socialized with other dogs. We love that he can be checked on via their WiFi cameras and he always comes home happy and tired out from a long day of fun with his buddies. The staff are all very nice and we love the little extras that they do for birthdays and holidays. Top notch franchise!
Very friendly service every time I come in for drop off or pick-up. Also receive quick and helpful responses via email as well! My dog LOVES going to daycare at Dogtopia and I love that he is in a safe place there and can he even get his nails trimmed while he's there if he needs it! We are very happy clients that would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a doggie daycare!
Flexible pick up and drop off times, dogs are consistently supervised, I'm able to share my dog's boundaries for staff. Love being able to check on my dog throughout the day and see the environment as well. Dogtopia does many fun events with the pups!
I was able to get my naughty puppy in quickly for an emergency bath and picked her up two hours later- clean, happy and fluffy!
I love Whiskers. The people are professional and friendly. My dog is happy when groomed. They have made accommedations for small touch ups too. Best of all, we can get regular appointments. That was not possible at the smaller dog salon I went to originally. Puppy looks so cute too.
Great first experience kenneling our puppy. I was very nervous leaving him since he’s usually with me all day long. The team at whiskers were great dealing with my questions and providing updates when I called. It would be great for nervous dog mommy’s like me if they added cameras for us to peek at them when they are there! 😊😊 …
Very positive experience. Our boy was happy and healthy. Best grooming he has ever had. Staff was super friendly
I had used Whiskers for boarding a pet several years ago when I lived in the area. We decided to use them again, even though we are now 45 minutes away. We just love it! Very clean property. Sooo many options for rooms and extras. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our girls got to share a room and they looked very happy there. You can get pupdates while you are traveling. Highly recommend!!
So happy with the individual training from Ally at Whiskers. My dog is calmer and more patient. And added bonus, he absolutely loved going!!
Incredibly clean and welcoming atmosphere! All of the staff were kind and knowledgeable every time I spoke to them, both over the phone and in person. It was very apparent that my dog’s well being and happiness are their first priority, and they really made me feel like she was just as special to them as she is to me. I’m actually looking forward to my vacation now, knowing that she is in such good hands! The report card they sent home for her initial play assessment was the cherry on top! It was very detailed and honest, so it really let me see how she behaved the whole day with each new stimulus. I have already started recommending them to everyone! Bertie came home relaxed and tired out, so I could tell that she had a great day!
We have a VERY anxious, and reactive dog who cannot handle even seeing other dogs. Whiskers was the first boarder that could handle his needs and get us through a successful stay!!! I'm beyond thrilled. Beautiful facilities, clean, and the staff was amazing with him. Whiskers has won themselves a returning customer!
Whiskers offers great services and has a friendly, helpful staff. My dog really likes going there. They keep me up-to-date in line with my preferences and I recommend them for your pet!
We are so grateful to have whiskers as an option for our highly reactive pup. They are so accommodating and communication is top notch. We are able to leave and have full confidence our dog is safe and cared for. Would recommend to anyone in the area and especially for those pups who are reactive also!
This is the hack job they did on my long curly haired briard. They were told to shave her belly and inner pits. Instead, they whacked her hair off clear to her neck, down the inside of her legs, all the way to her feet. She looks so bad I cried. I had told the girl that came out to get her what I wanted done, and called on the way home to verify that they understood. I wanted her inner belly shaved. That was it. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The belly stops at the back of the front legs, NOT the neck. And the pit area does NOT run all the way down the inner leg. I am in shock. We make a huge effort to keep her in a full coat and she was completely combed out when we took her in. This is an all too common result of a groomers laziness. I hear it all of the time, “I dropped my dog off and they came out bald”I am livid. It takes 2 years to grow out a coat so this mess makes me sick to my stomach. And think, this could have been your dog. They called, apologized, and gave me a full refund, after I complained and showed them pictures of the mess they made of her. There wasn't much else they could do. But I’ll still never go back.
Pulse got to hang out with the great staff of Brookenelle. She has severe separation anxiety(being the true frenchie she is) so Brittany kept her by her side for most of her time there. I have never had a place take such great care of my baby. Thank you so much! 💕 …
My family has been boarding our dogs here at Brooknelle for years! After management changed we noticed so many new positive changes!! Brian and Brittany are so welcoming and make sure every pet there is well taken care of! They are making so many new improvements such as a whole new play room, grooming room, and another play yard! I’m so happy to have all the members of Brooknelle because they are truly great and I trust them!
Brooknelle is the BEST. My dog is particularly anxious and Brian and Brittany went out of their way to make him (and me) feel comfortable. They are extremely patient, welcoming, and kind. I take my dog there for daycare almost everyday …
This is ABSOLUTELY the best place to take your pet. You KNOW that your family member, your baby is taken care of and loved! The staff are incredibly nice and caring. Stephanie, is so loved by our dog. It gives you (owner) a sense of …
I had such a positive experience at Brooknelle last weekend! I had used this facility 8 months ago and it was OK. I was so impressed with how the new management has made many upgrades . Managers Brian & Brittany, along with their staff …
Or any other place that I would want to leave my best friend. They do such an incredible job with my dog. Every time I drop him off he's so excited to be there and he's welcomed like he's part of their family. I highly recommend Brooknelle pet hotel!
Stopped in and saw Brian and Brittany at the updated Brooknelle Pet Hotel and was very impressed with all the different updates they have completed and got a sneak peak at some of the additional updates they are making!! …
If you want to confidently leave your sweet pet in another’s care, Brooknelle Pet Hotel is it! The staff, especially Ella (my loving daughter) are truly invested in the care and comfort of your dog/cat.
The caretakers are incredibly patient and understanding and the facility is clean and organized. Our dog came back happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend this place!
Left my pup there over the weekend and Brian & Brittany were so kind! They treated my pooch just like one of their own! Great facility, and great staff!
