Amanda and Nate were wonderful house sitters. We realized a few days before the sit that I had scheduled their arrival a day after we were leaving for vacation. Amanda and Nate were so accomodating and arrived a day before they had planned which was such a relief for us. Mopsy and Sadie enjoyed hanging out with them. Amanda sent updates and pictures during the week, which is always a treat We received pictures of Mopsy sitting next to Nate and Sadie getting nightly brushings from Amanda. We arrived home to find that our house was especially tidy and clean, which was so nice after being gone for 7 days! We did not need to clean anything up upon our return. Amanda sent us a detailed update at the time of their departure! :) We couldn't have asked for better house sitters/cat sitters! We would highly recommend Amanda and Nate.

I have nothing but good things to say about Janet throughout the stay with my precious boys! First of all, I invited her to sit only two weeks prior to my departure, as I saw she had already saved my listing and I had no applicants up to that point. Janet received great reviews on previous sits so I thought I'd go for it. She responded promptly and confirmed that she would be able to sit for me and I thank her for that! Janet was prompt in her arrival earlier in the morning, despite potential inclement weather. Ari and Archie seemed to warm up to her pretty quickly, which is unusual because with strangers it usually takes a day or two to do so. Janet was great about communicating with me and giving me updates every day, and the boys were both happy and healthy upon my return. My home was also in the clean order that I left it in. I would 100% recommend Janet to sit for your home and pets any time!

This was the first time we used Lisa and we hope to use her again. She was extremely easy to coordinate the details of her and our trip. She and her husband were booked to stay at our home over thanksgiving and she mentioned she had a daughter who was in college. We invited her to come and stay with them during this holiday. They all three flew out the night before so we could go over details with them before our departure the next day. They were incredibly kind by offering to get up super early to take us to the airport. They texted us pictures of their adventures with the pups on a daily basis and the pups were never provided with so much attention and walks. They were extremely clean and tidy and the house was cleaner than when we left. The linens washed and changed and all the dishes were washed and replaced. It would have been hard to tell that there was anyone staying at our house. I cannot recommend Lisa enough and I truly hope she will consider a return to care for our pups and house.

Josh and Jenalee did a wonderful job with the dogs. The communication with the was easy and seamless. They were not shy to give updates and send pictures even though it was not asked of them. The dogs all seemed very happy. They went above and beyond with the tidying up of the house. If they were ever in the area again and we happened to need a sit we would not even second guess going with them again.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well.
