I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

In the beginning she came to feed Lucy (our puppy) her midday meal and take her out for her business and some exercise. As Lucy has grown we have transitioned to midday walk and once a week hikes. Great place. Our Sunny loves it here. He goes on Monday and Friday. We also board him occasionally when we go out of town. Very caring people. The owners are terrific. Shout to Nicole who is Sunny’s and our favorite. But everyone here is wonderful with th pups. Sunny loves the pool in the summer which is great exercise for the dogs. These folks are dog experts and also run a shelter. It’s called Mona’s House. I know you and your pup will be very happy here.

We LOVE this place! We wanted to bring along our dog on a trip to New London for our vacation. It was the perfect doggy daycare for him! We dropped him off around 7-8am, then picked him up by 6:30pm on the weekends. They took photos of his play time with the other dogs in the water, and let us know how he did at the end of the day! (This was our first time leaving him at doggy daycare) I wish we lived in CT to send our dog to Fun Play Bark more often! The perfect doggy daycare for our vacation with our dog! We came from far away with a baby to bring in our cat. They just turned us down. Did not care at all. Why work as an animal lodge if you do not care about your customers?
My pup and I love the Lodge! The staff is so friendly and helpful with booking, questions, etc. Regular daycare there has also completely changed his behavior at home - I can be confident he’s getting his needs met while I’m at work which is a huge relief.

I heard great things about this place and wanted to give Fun Play Bark a try! Definitely the most affordable daycare around the Groton area and they’re open early which is fantastic for my schedule. My standard poodle puppy had a great two days in daycare this week and was EXHAUSTED when she came home, which is exactly what we were looking for! The people I’ve talked to so far clearly have a love for dogs and animals in general and have been super friendly with me each time I’ve dropped her off. I’m looking forward to bringing Ani to daycare weekly so she can have some fun while I’m working :)
We moved to the area in January of this year and prioritized building a community for our Gus like the one we had in our old town (Montclair, NJ). I came upon Fun. Play. Bark. through my research and truly am glad that I did. Our dog is an odd fellow – he doesn't eagerly play with other dogs, preferring belly rubs from his humans. The team at FPB are so accommodating of him and allow him to experience their facility how he likes to experience it. He does come home ramped up but does fall into a sleep relatively quickly thereafter. Not only are those that work with the dogs lovely, but their front of house – Sue – is a dream. She has helped us on a couple of emergency situations when FBP was ostensibly booked but managed to get our guy in. They get 5 stars for taking care of our boy. (A note to management, however, would be this: rework your client portal. It is not particularly user friendly and tends toward the clunky.)
Let me set the record straight here an hour ago NEW My dog died by suffocation at this facility. When I shared my experience I started receiving hostile and aggressive messages from people associated with the owner or business. I had to report them to BBB to get it to stop. It was extremely traumatic and I would not recommend. In regards to this review I would like to set the records straight. As a former employee I was the manager at the time this happen. On Friday evening when I had placed all the dogs in there weekend kennel one of the employees ((the sister of this dog owner)) decided to move the dog with out permission and moved the dog to a kennel which was easily opened if it was not reinforced to keep it locked. She did not reinforce it. When the employee was told about what happen she made up huge stories that her sister hated her now and blamed her for what happen and stopped talking to her. As the owner took full responsibility for it . Now that I am no longer there I have free speech to tell the truth. So this owner can point any finger she would like but cameras don't lie!
They're very good at grooming and being patient with all kinds of dogs, even the crazy ones. I've been here twice and been very satisfied with the results! Will be back soon!

Meg and Ron just cared for our basset hound and I can't say enough about the wonderful care they gave him. They sent me pictures, checked in to be sure we made it home safely and played with our puppy. He often is a little strange from the separation when we get home...and there was none of that this time. I can't recommend them any higher. We will definitely use them again.

Meg is just terrific. She not only does a great job taking care of their physical needs (litter box, water, food) but spends time with them and plays with them. Leanne has been our pet sitter for several years. We have 2 dogs. She loves them like her own. We trust her in our home for extended trips and/or overnights. She walks them, as well, usually twice a week. You cannot find a more caring sitter!
Leanne is amazing with animals. Our two dogs immediately sat next to her and began cuddling with her. She truly cares about them and we trust her to watch them at the house when we are on vacation. She will also do shorter stops when we are away for the day. Leanne makes it so much easier for us to travel knowing the dogs are being loved.
My dogs love Leanne and roll on their belly for her. She is professional and very friendly, making it comfortable to go away without worry. She has done several overnights at my home and is the perfect guardian of my two doggies! I plan to use her again for sure.
