Fabulous, Faultless Five Star sitters! We were treated to daily photos, videos and anecdotes about our much loved pet, which our whole family could access, and we had absolute confidence that our dog was being loved and cared for as always. It was as if a family member was at home. Local friends saw them out on walks and our dog always looked happy, under control and well cared for. We didn’t meet this lovely couple unfortunately, but they were totally reliable and communicated efficiently to advise of their arrival and departure times, they are super organised and didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. The house was spotless on our return despite the fact our dog moults at this time of the year, all areas were thoroughly clean and tidy, and we had a helpful handover note. We couldn’t have asked for more, and don’t hesitate to recommend Claire & Mike!

Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

Jeff and Sylvie were excellent sitters for both Lola our dog and the house. They communicated in advance really well and came around to run through the sit and aspects of the house. They kept us informed during the sit and clearly Lola was enjoying their company and normal life at home (rather than having to be elsewhere). Jeff & Sylvie did an outstanding job of leaving our house super tidy and wonderfully clean. They very kindly even left us a meal in the fridge knowing we were getting back late with the kids. Would really recommend them to anyone and also welcome them back to our house. We wish them safe travels and hopefully see them again soon!

Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)
