Juli was exceptional during what must have been a challenging petsit as our elderly dog's health started to decline just before her arrival. Juli went far and beyond in her care for Roxy and our two cats. She kept us informed via text regularly and the house was clean and tidy when we returned. Laurel was a wonderful sitter. She is quiet and thoughtful and attentive to detail. It was so reassuring to hear from her regularly while I was away. And the fact that she asked careful, sensible questions at first to make sure that she was caring for everything just right, was really great. Julie and Ed were very attentive and affectionate with our pets: this is the first time one of our cats, Ginger, the most fragile, slept with one of our sitters cuddling just like he does with us. This made us feel very relaxed during our trip. They sent us regularly updates and photos to let us know how things were going. We were away for a month and Stephanie took care of our 12yr old lab, Bella. While we were gone, Bella had quite a few medical challenges and Stephanie was a star in taking care of her. She also took her to the vets, gave her pain relief and applied bandages to an open wound. Stephanie communicated with us regularly and was respectful to our property and left everything clean.

Laura and her parents spent a long weekend with my senior cat. We had great communication before and after the sit. I didn't receive any updates or photos while I was away (I also didn't specifically request that,) so if you like photos and updates, be sure to ask. 😉 I felt confident that my cat and home were being well-taken care of, and I assumed all was going well and that everything had been addressed and discussed before the sit. Aside from pet care, I'm learning that different sitters perform different levels and tasks of cleaning and tidying up, so I'd recommend having a conversation with your sitter before the sit to discuss and negotiate your expectations upon returning home from a trip....

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue. He cleaned up the messes and I came home to a clean house and VERY happy babies! My two dogs LOVED him. He is extremely reliable, clean, trustworthy and was incredibly caring to my dogs. I would have him back ANYTIME and HIGHLY recommend him!!
