We have hired Totally Tails Pet Care Services to take care of our two indoor cats many times over the past year, and we couldn't be more pleased. We receive daily email photo updates along with thorough, detailed reports while we are gone. Totally Tails Pet Care Services has provided excellent, caring and reliable dog walking/pet care five days a week for the last year for our two Golden Retrievers (our dogs are now one year old and nine years old). Our family is so impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided by Totally Tails Pet Care! I highly recommend them! The daily pictures of our pets, which they email us, are just the best. It is so reassuring to know that our furry family members are well cared for while we are at work.

I hired Totally Tails to watch after my 2 dogs while I was on vacation in Hawaii. I knew I didn’t want to kennel them, so I was excited about someone coming to my home to feed, exercise, and care for my pups. Not only do they do a fantastic job of exercising the dogs they sent DAILY photos and follow-ups of their health and progress. These reports made me feel very comfortable with Totally Tails. They also rotated indoor lighting so as to give the impression that someone is always home. Superb service! Beats kenneling when your pups are in their home environment. I will contract with them again!

When it comes to Totally Tails, I have nothing but positive things to say. We trust the entire team completely and know that our dogs are in great hands when we're away. Even if our regular sitter isn't available, there is always someone on standby to ensure our pups receive all the love and attention they need. Ramona runs her business with precision and ease, making scheduling and communication a breeze. We feel lucky to have Totally Tails in our dogs' lives and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pet care services.

This was the best pet care service we have ever experienced. An excellent value. The daily 30-minute visit was packed with focused attention to our cat's specific needs: food, medication, daily litter box cleaning, brushing, play time with treats, supervised outdoor deck time (indoor cat), and loving lap petting time. We received a daily review with pictures that served as both comfort and joy to us while we were away. Absolutely reliable. Knowledgeable about animal care. Loving and attentive. Professional. Responsible. Attentive to detail. Michele made sure we provided for unanticipated problems prior to leaving so our bases were covered in any event. THE BEST. We came home to a calm, happy, well cared for cat.

As fellow pet care providers we are quite picky who we leave our pack with should we go out of town. Ramona took care of a large zoo of animals (game birds, fish, Guinea pigs, and dogs). Her updates were thorough, and we came home to a clean house and happy animals. If you need a professional you can trust, you've found one here. Part of why we never leave town is not having had anyone we felt comfortable leaving them with, but now we do!

I love Michelle! We trust her implicitly with our dog and home. She goes above and beyond by bringing in our trash cans and packages when she's at our home for a dog visit. She sends us texts and pictures of our dog so we know she's taken care of. And she insists you text her that you're back home so she's assured your pet is safe. That's excellent care! Highly recommend her!

Camano Pet Sitters hav been taking care of my two Springer Spaniels for the last 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I have the peace of mind of knowing that my dogs are being loved and cared for when I have to be gone during the day. I don't know what I would do without Michele, Pat and their crew of dog lovers. I highly recommend them for you and your pet!

I was stressed, four sorta feral cats and I had to take a trip. My vet said boarding was a bad idea because none of them would adjust well - in addition to being expensive. Camano Pet Sitters to the rescue! Not only did they do a professional job I think they made headway with my cats who were actually peeking out at them by the end of the week. I cannot recommend Camano Pet Sitters highly enough - they are now my go to folks when I have to travel. My neighbors, who travel regularly, were so impressed by the level of professionalism and caring my pets received they will be switching to Camano Pet Sitters.

This place is just amazing. My dog loves going to day camp at Adventure Trails. I know she is safe with the staff/team when I drop her off. With the trails and acres of supervised play she comes home happy and tired. She gets something there that I can't give her, a pack of dogs to be around! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a special place for their dogs to hang out.

We absolutely love ATDC. Kristy and the staff are just amazing, and our pup, River, loves playing with her friends and running around with them in nature. She comes home happy and tired. We love that they send out newsletters with helpful information and monthly news. It’s also great to see pictures posted daily on Facebook. I love that I get to see her having a blast with her friends. It’s comforting to know she’s in great hands and cared for.

Our Gibbs has been going to Adventure Trails for around 3 years now and it's like they designed the camp with him in mind. This is his 3rd daycare that he has been too and the happiest we have seen him. The staff is the best and they really know each dogs personality which as a dog Mom is appreciated that he's not just another dog. They also post the best pictures and funny stories on Facebook and the Monthly Newsletter.

We started our Golden Retriever, Tweety, at camp in June 2023 when she was about 10 months old. My husband was deployed and I started working a new full-time job which made managing an adolescent dog difficult to say the least. Adventure Trails was an absolute life saver. If she spends a full day there, she will sleep for about two whole days. We now send her at least two times a week and it will be one of our biggest losses when we have to move. Tweety can hardly contain her excitement when she arrives. There is nothing else like it for dogs who love to socialize and be outside. You can feel confident that your dog is cared for all day and having so much fun. The staff periodically posts photos and videos throughout each day so you can see what your pup is up to! We feel so lucky to have something like this in our area.

Awesome staff that really cares about taking care of your dog. They also offer amazing training classes to help get you and your pet on the same page. They even have structures for the dogs to play on!

Adventure Trails is one of the best dog facilities I have ever used. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and they all have great senses of humor and compassion with the pets and their owners too. My extra large dog gets the exercise and the socialization skills necessary to keep him happy and calm. I highly recommend this camp for anyone looking for a fun place to have their pet play and be loved by many! Dog training classes are also available by Kristy. They are helpful and beneficial to both owner and pet.

If you had your best friend or family member caring for your dog then ADD all kinds of exercise, enrichment and pack fun… you have Adventure Trails. My dogs never achieve the zen, complete relaxing rest without going to camp. When your dogs cannot WAIT to get there and don’t want to leave at pick up, you know you have found a unique, magical gift you can give them every day. Adventure Trails is amazing.

Adventure Trails Dog Camp is a terrific asset for dog owners on Whidbey; especially for newbie dog owners of puppies and dogs that need training. Kristy has a kind approach when it comes to training canines but more importantly the dog owners that need to be trained as well! She's encouraging and patient for those who take a bit longer to get the hang of things. Absolutely recommend!

My Weimer Shanti and I absolutely love Adventure Trails Dog Camp! We had heard many good recomendations before we started going there. Since then we have met so many people who are taking or have taken their dog to Adventure Trails. The look in their eyes have a happy, loving glow when speaking of taking their pets to the camp. The same goes for the doggies we see when coming or going to camp.This is a very unique place! The staff are outstanding and come from very well educational backgrounds. My pup learns so much, is treated so well and entertained the whole time she is there. The owner, Kristy is has a very gentle soul and understanding heart, She is so perfect and has this sixth sense with all the dogs. Our dogs (and of course us) are truly fortunate to have Adventure Trails in our life.

This business is an absolute blessing. My dog loves the daycare and is always excited when I tell her she’ll be going. The home environment for boarding makes it a good experience for dogs and cats alike, since they are staying in homey spaces rather than institutional kennels. All the staff are lovely people. Finally, the location and especially the entry garden are just stunning. It’s a beautiful place with good heart.

I reached out to All Critter Pet Care & Training to get some help with training my new pup alongside the dog I've had for a few years. I did the 5 week training plan and it helped a TON. Karry was excellent. I loved how straightforward she was. After training, we decided to put my youngest pup, Penny, into daycare weekly. Penny absolutely LOVES daycare! When I pull into the driveway she knows she's about to have a good day. She can't get through the door fast enough. It makes me feel good knowing that I'm leaving my girl in a place where she genuinely wants to be, and a place that I know she'll be safe (the dogs are never left unattended). Penny has a regular schedule, but she also goes on some other as-needed days. We don't know what we will do when we have to move :(

Highly recommend All Critter Pet Care! I know my puppy is well taken care of, getting good exercise and the socialization she needs. She loves to go play with her friends, and when she gets home she sleeps. She is better behaved at home as well. It’s awesome!

We loved training with Karry! We had a hard case with our pup and I can't properly express how much of a comfort she was with her knowledge. Karry really focused on training my husband and I on dog language so we could understand her better. This not only helped with training, but also helped all of our relationship in general. We really needed one on one training with our dog and we believe we made the right choice with choosing Karry. 10/10 recommend

Karry is an incredibly knowledgeable and gifted trainer. Duke, my Frenchie Boston mix, was highly reactive to other dogs and even nipping at my kids. I was at the end of my rope when I brought him to Karry. She gave me so much great information, and even more importantly, so much hands-on training. She showed me how to interact with Duke to help him behave. In 8 weeks, Duke has transformed. His reactivity to other dogs has decreased significantly and he is more polite in his interactions with people. Today, he passed his final test with flying colors. I would highly recommend Karry for any behavioral issues or training in general.

Karry Brooks is hands down the best dog trainer on the island. She doesn’t just show you basic commands and send you on your way. She helps you understand your dog and the way they process everything. She teaches you (as a human) patience, understanding, and the proper correction techniques. As a dog owner of a very reactive dog, I’ve learned to understand his needs and boundaries. Karry has, not only, transformed me as a dog owner, but has helped Dexter grow into a secure and confident dog. If you feel like you’ve lost any hope in training your dog, please see Karry before anything else. She can transform the bond between you and your pup as long as you’re willing to put in the work!

Karry was a great help to our military family. She is knowledgeable in the behavior of dogs and because of her advice we were able to get our dog on anxiety medication. If we still lived in the area we would use her services forever.

Karry is AWESOME! We LOVE All Critter Pet Care & Training LLC! Our rescue pup, Archie, continues to learn and thrive with training and gets his social time with other great dogs at day care. :)

I would like to say that I haven't even started training my dog with her yet. We simply did an evaluation. I just can not say enough at how happy I was to have my dog meet Karry. She helped me with a lot of training tips. And she quoted fairly about the prices of her service. She was super patient with all of my questions.. And my dog who has very little training (since I just got him.)

My German Shepherd lights up every time she’s greeted at the door. She’s always met with loving energy and is always excited to be here! More than just boarding there was such attentiveness and care given and Iris, my German Shepherd is always such a happy puppy when I pick her up! I’m always provided with pictures and updates while Iris is in her care and it’s really nice to have that peace of mind as I go about my day! I always feel like I’m trusting my Iris with a close friend, not just a business. From Doggy Daycare to house calls or just simple dog walks, there’s no one else I would rather have my looking after my baby and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of pet care!

One of the best doggie daycare I've ever experienced!!! My two fur babies are my pride and joy and to be able to get pictures sent during daycare was a great way for me to see how my babies were doing. I was even able to board my fur babies while I went on vacation recently and it was the most relaxing feeling knowing my pups were having a blast and well taken care of! Definitely highly recommend especially when wanting the best care for your babies!

Rachael asked questions regarding Nala that made me know she was looking after my dog's best interest! I received a happy Nala back, and though I don't like the thought of being away from my pup, I know she is in good hands with this place!!

I’ve had Rachael of All Lives Paradise care for my 2 dogs and 1 cat on several occasions now. The most recent being last week and involved a family emergency that required me to get to Oregon immediately. Exceptional care and concern was provided to my fur friends (on every occasion) and they and I couldn’t be more happy with the services provided. She also sent pictures and updates on how they were doing and their activities. EXCELLENT !!! Rachael and All Lives Paradise is the ONLY pet care service I will use and she and her company have a customer for life. Thanks again Rachael…very much.

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job! My 13yr old man is not easy to handle he takes special attention and care. He’s really sweet but he’s not great at standing and can be quite a handful when he feels like it but she takes such great care of him. And to top it all off he comes out looking and smelling wonderful. I’ve been going to Ashley for almost a decade now and I’ve continued to follow her to every location she’s groomed at. A good groomer is hard to find and an amazing groomer is 1 in a million. And Ashley is an amazing passionate groomer we’re so thankful to have her around.

My golden retriever has been going to Four-Legged Fun Zone since September, and she LOVES it! When she arrives, she wants to gallop to the back to join her furry friends. She comes home happy and tired every day, which tells me she's had a blast. The outdoor space is huge, with tons of agility equipment. She loves playing with her furry friends both inside and out. The staff is amazing too – so friendly and caring. I highly recommend Four-Legged Fun Zone to any dog owner looking for a top-notch daycare!

I am so happy with the grooming service today! The staff is friendly, professional, and really care about peoples pets! My dog looks amazing after grooming—clean, trimmed, and smelling great! Ashley took extra care to make sure my dog was comfortable, and I could tell she truly loves animals. The shop is clean and welcoming, which makes me feel good about leaving my dog there. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I am so grateful and appreciative of the fabulous care Ashley provided my 3 cats while I was out of town. They provided very detailed notes, which is a great comfort to a cat mom. One of my cats, that very rarely makes an appearance for anyone, warmed up to Ashley! Amazing! If my cats love a sitter, I know they're happy and safe. I highly recommend Ashley and will always request them as my pet sitter.

I have recently became acquainted with our new groomer on Saturday afternoon, I wasn't sure as you never know with a new groomer how your hairy baby is gonna turn out. We were given a quick tour of their facility and was offered to have hot chocolate and make my girl, a dog cookie using the decorations they had to choose from. Then only an hour after they took her back they were already done and she looked so adorable and so happy!! Then to top it off we got a free picture of me and my baby girl a free picture!! It was a fun environment, and all the personal were very happy, friendly people, genuinely. It was nice to bring my pup in somewhere where people are so personable and happy I would totally recommend these guys to anyone who is or isn't looking for a new groomer,because once you walk in the door and are greeted with a smiling face you'll be sold Thanks again guys, I'm really happy I chose to change from our previous, blah, and impersonable,overly crowded, scrunched for time, staff,that never made me feel appreciated for my business or even greet me or walk me to the front door like i was here. I'm very pleased all the way around Good job guy's

We enjoy taking our dog Mitch here for daycare and meet ups. The attention she receives is evident throughout the process, from first signing up to the end of day report card we get after picking up. Mitch has a great time and we feel good knowing she's having fun while we're at work. Convenient pick up and drop off times and location as well.

Tailored Pet Service saved me both before and during my trip when I couldn’t find a place for my elderly small/medium service dog that doesn’t like being in a “free roam group setting.” No place would accommodate her being in a room most of the day as she would THRIVE IN. Or, timing was too close to when I needed to leave. I finally found TAILORED PET SERVICES!! They were quick to reply and gave a detailed and complete estimate/bill. The deposit was reasonable and the rates were beyond competitive. I loved how my girl dog could either be seen at home or be at someone’s home alone or with another dog or two. She has all her vaccinations as required and I got the stool test too as needed. She accommodated me so well and we were able to get my girl in. I met Antigone and her husband and I immediately knew my girl was in good, no, GREAT hands. It was originally for about four days to be kept but an emergency happened medically during the trip and we needed her kept longer and we were accommodated so kindly and they cared so much for me and for my girl. I got photos and updates daily. The photos were better than ones I could take! She looked so so happy! They kept her many many extra days and didn’t charge extra and now I have a forever place for my girl. And, since she has been with them, my girl has become more cuddly and allows us to hold her in our laps more. She even fell asleep in my dads arms the other day. She has never done that due to prior owners to me being abusive. This makes my heart sing knowing she was so, so loved. You won’t regret trusting your loved ones with Tailored Pet Services. Your furry friend will be safe, loved, communication is top notch, and the prices are beyond competitive. I trust them 110% and I love my girl as she’s also my service dog she’s my entire world. I trust her with my parents and boyfriend only after a YEAR. so that’s huge! Thank you Antigone, Kay, and all there that helped my Kapu girl and me during a rough medical time and keeping her safe and sound and happy!

Four-Legged Fun Zone made training my new puppy, Sunny, a breeze! With Lise’s help, we’ve mastered sit, stay, & lay down. While continuously working on not jumping up. I’m very grateful for the training and time Lise has put into my dog. My dog is a Pitbull/Chihuahua so she’s needed extra help, and Lise has always been there to support us! I highly recommend training with Four-Legged Fun Zone .

We've been a customer of TAILored Pet Services for some time, and have had several of their dog walkers. They have all been great. Also, everyone in the business has outstanding communication, from the daily walk reports to working with office staff. I feel like they know our family and care about our dogs. We would leave a 6-star review if we could.

Miss Vikki is, in a word, outstanding. A great facility with separate (and secured) areas for large and small breeds. The small breed area is "Eagle proof." I have absolute faith in Vikki and her crew to love and take care of my beloved family member. Vikki is knowledgable, experienced and loving to all of her canine charges. Recommended without reservation. I completely trust Pampered Pooch.

We have used Vicki's establishment for a couple years. Our two cockapoos are consistently safe, well cared for and come home exhausted from their socialization with other small dogs. Sometimes we have had to leave them for over a week, and all went well, with frequent e-mails from Miss Vicki to calm our anxieties. I feel less Catholic guilt leaving our "kids" with Vicki than any other place we have tried.

I trained for agility wiith my dog zoey with VICKI. SHES EXCELLENT TEACHER FOR MASTER AND DOG. TO WORK TOGETHER HAVING FUN. WE LOVED IT SO MUCH I CONTINUED THRU ALL THE OBSTACLES FOR COMPETITION COUTSE AND SO MUCH FUN. MADE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY DOG A VERY SPECIAL EXPERIENCE LEARNING TOGETHER.

Vikki is no longer providing doggy day care but is doing agility training classes and my mini Aussie and I are loving it so far!

Only place 4 our dogs. The owner, Vicky, is wonderful. Only place we'll leave our two dogs. We know they'll be taken care of so we can be gone and not worry about them.

This is an excellent place - the owner really loves and cares for her dogs!

The staff was very welcoming. I have never boarded my dog before and the moment I walked in everyone was giving my girl so much love and attention I felt at ease. It’s very clean I lover pulling up to the red barn and green fields. This is a very comfortable space.

Writing this review to hopefully help others because we were completely blindsided. THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM A RESORT!!! I did some research and Dogwood came recommended by others in the area. Looking at their website, I didn’t think it would be a traditional kennel, and that’s what they advertise. We went for a tour and I was appalled. I guess I didn’t do enough research because after reading some other reviews just now, I likely would have never set foot in this facility. Just looking at this the owner has responded to some negative reviews is very telling. I can’t imagine how these employees treat the pets staying here. First, the staff member who led the tour was far from friendly. She didn’t seem like someone who would give my dog any love or attention. If you go to the website and read the history, you’ll see that they opened this business to not be like other kennels. They state “some kennels are dark, windowless buildings with poor ventilation, cold floors, and low ceilings.” Upon entering the kennel, everything about that statement was true about Dogwood. The smell of urine could be smelt through a mask. The kennel area was extremely claustrophobic. Sure there are a few windows way up high, but overall it was dark and felt like a depressing animal shelter. They only let your dog out of the kennel twice a day for ten minutes. If you would like your dog to be let out more, you can pay to do so. Reading other reviews, this place charges for every little “upgrade” that seem like normal parts of our dog’s lives. To me, it was clear this place was just there to make money. I didn’t get the sense from the atmosphere or the employee that they would care at all for my dog. If you are looking for a place that would love and care for your dog, save yourself the time and don’t bother with Dogwood.

Deserve zero stars. Picked my dogs up after 4 days of boarding. They handed me back over 3/4 of the food I had given them. My smaller dog's face looked sunken in. Took them home bathed them then weighed them. Smaller dog had lost 10# and larger dog had lost 8#. They claimed they fed them twice per day, impossible considering how much food was returned and weight loss. Gave them enough food for those 4 days and like I said over 3/4 was returned. I've read other reviews that state they only let the boarded dogs out twice per day. After this stay I would wager a bet that they only see them once per day period. Feed them, let them out and see-ya tomorrow. I have large dogs that require 4 cups of food per day and they were given closer to 1.5 cups per day. If you love your dogs do NOT leave them in their care.

So clean and a great talented staff. They really know what they're doing here and your dogs and cats will be well taken care of, highly recommended!!

I used the Dogwood for years when I lived on Whidbey Island. This place is truly special and provides amazing care for furry friends. Every time I'd round the corner and head down the street toward the Dogwood my dog would get so excited! He absolutely loved it there. He required multiple medications and treatments and the staff always made sure he was well taken care of. He always came home exhausted and happy. Thank you to everyone at the Dogwood (especially you, Colleen) who made the time my friend spent on the island magical. He has since passed over the rainbow bridge but I am happy he was able to spend so many wonderful years visiting this place. Thank you to all the staff who make this place what it is.

We’ve been taking our sweet Stormy girl to Dogwood about every other month for the past six months for 5-10 days at a time. She’s had the best of time there. She’s always excited when we pull up and they are always happy to greet her when she comes in. Everything has been very straight forward and our dog has been very well cared for. This is a big deal not only to myself but my kids to knowing that she’s in good hands!♥️

Please reconsider taking ANY pet here!!! You may have the belief your pet will be safe, happy and well cared for, but that couldn't be further from the truth!! These animals are left unattended in cement cages for 14 hours a day, 5PM to 8AM. They may get an outside break for a total of 20 minutes a day, at times this doesn't happen as the staff may "run out of time" keep in mind they will NEVER miss a smoke break. There is constant barking and loud noises throughout the day, aggressive dogs are not muzzled and certain dogs who are visibly shaking are not given extra attention or care for their fear and anxiety. Additionally, when a well intending person pays extra $ for their pet to receive extra playtime, it will be too much of a burden for the staff, yet it gets marked down as a provided service. Please consider leaving your dog in its known environment and hire a person to check on and actually care for your pet. I have personally used WAG before and I have had great success.

I should have read more of these reviews. We took our pup there twice to be socialized, both times he came home stressed and nauseous not having spent any time with other dogs and the excuse of "maybe next time." I want to believe they are spending time with my pup but suspect he's spending the day stressing in a kennel, taken out only occasionally to relieve himself. There won't be a "maybe next time." Not a good fit for us and if you want your dog socialized I recomend you look elsewhere as well.

Two stars for the facility being nice & clean. Minus 3 stars for our fur baby being locked in a kennel majority of the time during his stay. Please pay the extra $5-$10 to take your pet to a daycare that is prison free. (Not Locked in a kennel) my dog cried the whole way home & slept with us because he was so distraught. I wouldn’t recommend this place for social dogs.

Theresa is a loving caregiver of animals. She fosters for shelters, offers classes in pet CPR, and provides exemplary service in her boarding services. Her facility is clean and offers stimulating activities for the animals to enjoy during their stay. Creature Comforts is by far the best facility I have used over the many years of boarding my pets. Hunter approves this review!

I have left my elderly cat with Creature Comforts multiple times over the past several years and every time Theresa has gone over the top to make him (and me) feel comfortable and safe. Recently I had to board him for a month and Theresa kept in contact with me as to how he was doing and even made suggestions as to ideas to help him with his hairballs! The facility is clean and quiet. I highly recommend Creature Comforts for anyone who needs their cat to be taken care of while they’re out of town!! Love them!

I have left my 12 year old cat with Theresa at her boarding place 2x this year for 7-9 days each time. My cat loves looking out the windows at her chickens and Theresa sends me pics every few days to let me know he is doing fine. While he is happy to be home when I get him, he is also happy and contented. Not stressed. So I know he is being treated well at Creature Comforts Boarding Pet Services Boarding. Theresa clearly loves cats and is very comfortable around them so the cats there always seem quite happy.

We love this place for keeping our little guy Peanut. He's a little bit extra when it comes to care, but he's done very well with his stays here. He keeps coming back!

Our sweet boy JimJo has been in Theresa's facility twice and she is definitely amazing. We feel reassured that she provides care, attention and love to our boy. Each cat has his own independent playtime in the tree branches & cat perches built into the Cool cat jungle gym! Theresa at Creature Comforts is amazing! Going out of town is always stressful for me because I hate leaving my animals. But it helps to know that they are in REALLY good hands. Theresa is very knowledgeable & has a nice, gentle ease with the animals. She really gets to know each animal individually.... food requirements, personality quirks, likes & dislikes, etc. The facility is also great. The cat room is always spotless, which I definitely appreciate! Each cat has an individual enclosure where they can hunker down if they are shy or nervous. But there is also a really cozy room that they can explore with a climbing wall, tunnels and toys & a huge window with hammocks where they can watch birds on a feeder outside. This is also a great space for your pets to hang out together if you have multiples like me. To be honest, the first time that I boarded my cats at Creature Comforts I was nervous about them being in separate enclosures because they are very bonded. But Theresa does a great job of rotating the animals out & giving them time in the cat room every day (if desired). My cats always come home calm, happy & obviously well taken care of!! Don't hesitate to board your pets here.... if I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Creature comforts has been such a great service for our Kitties. Our Yogi isn’t really a social cat but he loves going to spend time with Theresa and playing with all the fun toys and climbing stuff. He is always so content and happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend this care facility for your kitties. You won’t be sorry.

Our senior cat, Farley, has had many stays with Theresa in her Cat Hotel. He always seems comfortable and content when I drop him off. I’m always relieved knowing that he’s happy and getting great care when we are out of town. Much appreciation for Theresa and her Creature Comforts Cat Hotel!

Oh my goodness! Theresa has provided the best care whenever we travel and are not able to take our 4 legged kids. Never have I felt so at ease while on vacation. She sends us photos every few days and my Chloe and Sofie just love it there. They became more socialized and in great shape from the daily walks. Theresa goes above and beyond my expectations. The ones that she picks up regularly are so lucky. They visit new places and are so safe under Theresa’s watchful eye. Her lifesaving skills like knowing pet CPR and other skills helps me relax and be in the here and now when I am gone! Her dedication to her business is the Cats Meow! Or the Frosting on the Cake!! I recommend her 287.45% !. It’s safe for our little loved ones! Oh and the kitty area with its separate entry has me wishing I was a kitty! So many fun things to climb on, play with and just go crazy in her cat playroom! Try it!! You will like it!!

Terrible place... If i could have given less than 1 star, I would have. We boarded our dog on the 19th Dec and picked her up on the 23rd. We had already informed the team that she is not good with all dogs. They assured us they would try slow introductions and if it doesn't work out she would get individual playtime/walks (for which we obviously had prepaid extra). The day we pick her up she was a different dog completely. Her usually happy behaviors were all gone. We thought may be she was just very well tired out and needed some time to recover. We asked at the reception how the boarding went and they assured us that she had a perfect score and it went all fine. Our interaction there with our dog was just receive her from the staff there, put her in the car and immediately drive back home. As soon as she reached home we notice a huge and deep gash on her bum with blood pooling inside. We immediately call CCCC and whoever picked up says oh yes she got into an altercation with a dog on the 20th and had been bitten by that dog. They apparently checked her for injuries. Mind you, this was the 23rd when we had picked her up. My poor dog did not get any medical attention for 2 whole days. And if we would have left her there any longer she would not have gotten any attention for that entire time as well. She could have had sepsis and things could have taken an awfully wrong turn. I beleive the staff at CCCC is not to be trusted. They did not even care to notice a huge gash on our dog. She is a malamute and she has a lot of fur, but that wound was so easily visible that unless they interacted with their eyes closed, there is no chance a person would miss noticing that wound. I also noticed someone in the reviews mentioning that only half the food of what might have been measured was fed to the dogs. I noticed that too as well. I stronly urge CCCC to hire competent staff, because this is beyond outrageous.

Took my perfectly healthy happy dog there, he was there for two nights and now he is not the same dog I dropped off. He's skinny, they only gave him half the amount of food I sent with him that I had measured out prior to bringing him. And he came out limping and they said nothing about it when I asked them about it they acted like he got it on the walk out then claimed it was from being in the water at play time. We live by a river that he swims in everyday so that’s certainly not what happened, his entire paw is swollen and he can’t even step on it. He looks and acts absolutely traumatized and malnourished. I never leave reviews like this but when it comes to what I consider my child I will prevent it from happening to someone else’s. Will be hiring a pet sitter next time.

I had a fantastic experience at Canine Country Club and Cattery during my first visit! The staff was friendly and genuinely cared for my dog, making us feel completely at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and caring dog daycare!

We were so nervous to board our 2-year-old bubs for the first time. We had never been away from them. The staff is so wonderful, so kind and patient with us when we called every morning to check on them. Our boys loved it there, they were able to socialize and play with other dogs and we will be taking them there for daycare. Such a great place to take our dogs with peace of mind that they are adored and cared for so well.

My dog seemed to love it and was very happy dropping off and when I picked him up. And they didn't seem bothered at all when I called to check up on him Update: it's been almost two years since I brought my dogs in! They stayed for 7 days this time! My one dog is very skittish and not a people lover. They both did great! They seemed to be well taken care of! They did walks everyday and I was able to call for updates. I was so nervous dropping my younger dog off but now I think I will be ok next time they go!

I have used canine country club a few different times and I have always been happy with their service. The pups seem to be excited when we drop them off and they are always happy and normal when they come home. Highly recommend. Good pricing too. I like that they offer walks and play time.

Phenomenal group of folks here. Our dog Nakita now gets so excited when she's realizing where she's going! They take care to report on anything that occurs during the stay which just lends to a peace of mind you won't get anywhere else. And when Nakita sees any of the staff she's instantly happy and excited to see them. Ten stars if I could!

Very nice people. My dog loves coming here and is always excited to go. Rates are good, and I feel they take good care of my dog. Hours could be longer but are adequate to work an 8 hour day with an hour commute each way.

Best place to take your dog for daycare and overnight stays. The staff are super friendly and all are super caring for our pets. A bonus is the daily report cards that let you keep up with all of the adventures. Highly recommended reading!

I like everything about this business. They give thoughtful and caring feedback, and my dog enjoys their time there. I won't leave my dog with just any one, I would highly recommend them a they really do care about your pets.

The folks at Dog Townsend really love dogs, and they're dog behavior experts. Before I could leave my dog there, she had to pass a test to prove that she would get along with the other dogs. This was a little stressful at the time when I was trying to make arrangements for a trip, but I appreciate it now because it's for the safety of the dogs. If you can, get your dog approved well before your trip so you don't have to worry about it. My dog has significant separation anxiety issues, but she also loves to play with other dogs. The first several visits were stressful for her, and the staff at Dog Townsend did their best to help her adjust, and also kept me appraised of her progress. Now, she gets excited whenever we arrive and truly enjoys her visits with the pack at Dog Townsend. It's so great to be able to leave on a trip and know that she's having a good time too.

Great place for doggy daycare or board our pup overnight when we travel. Folks there are friendly and accommodating. Our dog gets excited every time we turn into the driveway there.

This is the worry free place to take your dog. Our pooch loves it there, and the people and other pets are excellent. Very well managed.

Kate watched both my dog (Todd) and my sister’s dog (Lenny) at my home over a long holiday weekend. Both being labradoodles, they are energetic and can be a handful. Not only was she able to provide updates and photos each day, she handled them with amazing skill. We came home to a clean house and two very happy pups. I will definitely use her services again, and would highly recommend her to other family and friends!

Kate is simply the best. We trust our Charlie girl with her and know that she cares about Charlie as much as we do. It makes me so happy and relieved to know that Charlie has a sitter who loves her so much and takes such great care of her when we can't be with her. Kate takes her on hour long walks and takes photos of her every time for us. The best part is that Charlie is smiling in all of them! I would highly recommend Kate and I'm so glad we found her!

The owners are friendly to us and our dogs. They are more attentive than other dog boarding companies and took very good care of our 8 month puppy who is still learning to be social. The owners updated us with a video of our dogs every day while we were traveling.

Kate is amazing with my senior bulldog, Gigi. I travel extensively for work and I leave knowing that Gigi is well cared for and given lots of love.
