I have a senior (14 yo) Golden who struggles with summer yeast & matting, they helped me out and the prices were amazing. They do prefer cash or check if you can. Highly recommend, and park in the lot in the back the entrance is back that way, not the street side.

The ladies were nice so I wanted to like them but our fluffy furbaby came back fully buzzed despite the request for a short trim - we loved how fluffy he looked but now we'll just have to wait for his hair to grow back. In addition, despite having an appointment, this took nearly 3 hours. This was his first haircut and I'm now afraid to bring him to get trimmed anywhere.

We called on short notice to have our Scottish Terrier groomed since we live on the road full-time in an RV. They worked us in on a Saturday and did an absolutely amazing job. The owner is a fully certified groomer with decades of experience. We couldn't be happier with the results!!

I finally found a willing and caring groomer in Carol at A Gentle Touch. My 11 year old terrier mix, with a balding back, gets a nice haircut, nail trim and teeth brushed with TLC. He wasn't happy being left the first time but hasn't minded going back since.

Gave him the works. Not overly expensive and he was done in 2.5 hrs

I didn’t catch the young gals name that groomed both of our golden retrievers but she did a great job! They love to roll in the dirt and mud the second they get the chance so they don’t feel soft or clean often, but they have never felt as soft as they did after leaving the salon! The young gal was super friendly and kind, as was the older woman working there too? Maybe the owner ? The prices were very reasonable and they got both of our dogs in and out in under 3 hours which is wildly fast in my experience.

Absolutely loved the results and the people here were incredible and friendly! My pup is nervous about haircuts and they treated him perfectly and he came back looking like an angel!

I was very pleased with the pedicure my dog received! And I didn’t have to wait two weeks to be seen! I’ll be coming back!

Not reliable! Been going there for over 2 years on a regular basis. My old dog got bad on a Saturday morning. I called at 8:00am and answering service said they would relay the message immediately and Woods would call right back. I waited 2 hours and no call. I had to take my dog to Medford 3 hours away to have him put to sleep. Woods never even had the courtesy to return my call. I Lost all respect for him. Then when I wanted all my dogs records, I was told it had to be approved by Woods! Why? What was he trying to hide? People, it’s a short drive to Sunny Brae Animal Clinic and they return calls. Don’t jeopardize your pets with Woods.

Wonderful!! The staff were great...very caring. Dr. Wood was so kind, explained everything about my little Cupcake. She has diabetes. He gave me all the stuff I needed to treat her at home. They even stayed after hours waiting on the lab test results so we wouldn't have to come in today . If you want your pet to get the best care...go to All Creatures Animal Hospital !!

I boarded my two dogs here, told them specifically not to let them sleep together as they were both females in heat. Got a call a couple of days into my vacation saying the bigger one bit the smaller ones ear. Come back to a bill for stitches even though it was their mistake.

People please don't subject your beautiful pets to this fraud .Dr Wood LIED to us .And caused us to watch our beautiful cat SUFFER needlessly from Doct wood misdiagnosed his Bad teeth were actually severe life taking cancer.Dr Woods didn't even open his mouth and charged over $400 for his misdiagnoses that caused horrific sight for 2 months. He's being sued for this .I will never trust him again with our pets .Asked for refund .he won't even apologize

I had only been there once years ago. I had been at four paws since i moved here. Well I came back here because of the other office retirement. I am impressed with the way this office and the people in it helped me transition from other office. Just came home from appt with one of my cats.i fell well cared for. Eben explained to me. Great staff and clinic! They were very kind the entire time while dealing with my Kitti peanut trying to help the best they could with the unfortunate circumstances when it came to letting him cross the rainbow bridge peanut was layed to rest & they did more than I ever imagined when I got his ashes back! Loving words of kindness! They even surprised me with a plaster of his Paw print! Loosing a pet is hard enough as it is having the patience that they did with me ment a lot! Letting go is so hard after 16 years together! FOR SURE will be choosing them for the rest of my animals checkups and emergency needs!

They are really busy. It's super hard to get an appointment. They are also not the cheapest option by far. But he's a really good Vet. He's just spread way too thin. But he took care of my 18 1/2y.o. jack russell terrier when 4 other Vets had basically took our money and then gave up on him. He's doing fantastic now. There were no complications. And with a little luck and lots of love he might make it to 20. Thanks to the Doc, the Techs, and the Front Desk Staff for helping Russ. We are grateful.

My GSD Koa has been boarded there for about 3.5 weeks. They are so caring and have taken such good care of him. They are absolutely amazing and I am very happy with their services. I highly recommend them. If you want good, honest care.

The folks at Pine Hill Doggy Daycare were super professional and sweet. Our pup came back happy and absolutely exhausted after a full day romping around the beach and yard at day care. They always take such good care of Arrow, I love seeing videos of her playing with the other dogs in the woods and on the beach on their Instagram feed, while I'm off on business. Whether it's a dog walk on a long workday, or dog boarding while I'm out of town, I know she's happy and having a blast

I had my puppy Penelope stay in their care while I was at work for over 4 months. They were professional, kind and engaging with my puppy! I was blow away by how kind and caring they were! I received daily pictures of her play time and any questions I asked were answered. My puppy had the highest quality care with puppy ply, puppy art time and even a bubble party! I am a travel nurse and needed someone to take care of my sweet pup, Ollie, while I was at work. Lindsay came through and was there for me when I needed it most! She took Ollie in like he was her own and took such great care of him. I never worried when I dropped him off. I could tell Ollie loved going there because he basically ran out of the car as soon as we pulled up to her house! Lindsay is extremely caring, kind, flexible, and communicative. I love that she limits how many dogs she takes per day to maintain safety. She also sends updates and pictures throughout the day so you can see your pup in action. Lindsey and her husband Chris are so caring and so attentive to all the dogs they care for! Whenever I have to leave town I know my pups are in good hands with miss Lindsay. Paws and Wet Noses is one of the best! I’m one of those pet parents who is WAAAAY over protective of the care my animals receive. But I know that I can trust this team with any type of care. My diabetic pet needs multiple daily medications and they were able to take care of him so well it was like I had never left. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful fully fenced dog park! Room to zoom, play ball, and make new friends! There are separate areas for large vs small dogs.

I come here almost every day to give my dogs some exercise. Most of the time, there are other dogs there for them to play with and almost always simple tennis balls to use. People donate their old toys by simply bringing them to the park and leaving them for everyone to use. always clean. The side for the small dogs is closed at the moment to let the reseeded grass grow. There are always water and dog bags available. there is even a nice place to sit while you let your dog play. It is a very nice park to take your dogs.

This was a nice stop to run our dog while on the road. It’s a decent dog park that’s well maintained, gated, no frills, and a little small. Still a great place to get your dogs zoomies out. :) There’s an open field just outside the dog park, but it’s not off leash.

Today was a first for all three of us. I know Chief and myself have never been to a dog park before. Since LunaC is new to our family I don't know. Here goes this Park has 2 fenced areas with real working firehydrants to provide them with water and a place to hike their leg. The two play yards are divided into large dogs>30lbs. And small dogs <30 lbs. We did have fun but I don't think they really understood the purpose behind it.

Nice place to take your dog to let them socialize with other dogs. Always find people for kind and social and look after their pets' responsibly. Plenty of toys left in the Play area for your pets to play with. Has two separate watering bowls and each of the two separate play areas. One size for larger dogs the other sides for smaller dogs. Great place to socialize and let your dog do the same.

Nice dog park, if your dog is a jumper the fence maybe inadequate.

This was my first experience using Kelly's Pet Sitting. I can honestly say that I have had pet sitters over the years and Kelly stands out. We used Kelly's Pet Sitting just last week for the first time. Like some other reviewers, I was so nervous to have a stranger watch my pet other than friends or family, but we are new to the Medford area and don't have contacts for that yet. By the time our initial interview was done, we knew Kelly's services were going to be just what we needed We have a very old cockatiel. Kelly did the pet sitting and her professionalism and updates are priceless. I do worry a lot about leaving my pet home when traveling but because Kelly was so good, she set my mind at ease. This is probably the first vacation I have taken where I really did relax and it's because of Kelly's Pet Sitting service. She provided me with daily updates and seemed to even thoroughly enjoy the time spent with my bird. She even sent me a short video of him singing to her!! And when we got home, my bird was happy, and did not seem stressed out at all. It was great. I trust Kelly with my home and my pet. I will definitely be using her service as often as I can. I think her service is better even that family and friends because she is so knowledgeable. If I had found her where I used to live, I would have used her then. My cat was so happy that I hired Kelly to watch over her on a recent trip! Kelly was incredibly professional and so easy to work with. She also understood how much I would miss Pearl and gave me regular updates. When I came home, Pearl was calm and happy--very different then when I just had friends drop in occasionally to check on her. Kelly also got the mail and took out the trash. Truly a great service and worth every penny.

I have been a dog owner my entire life. Taking vacations away from my fur babies can be very stressful. We have never boarded our dogs and we have always had a pet sitter come to the house. We just returned from a 10 day vacation to find our babies happy and well cared for and house spotlessly clean! This is our first time using Mike’s services and he will forever be our first call going forward. We have three dogs, one of them is a senior, another one requires special medication including weekly injections, and the third is very high energy and needs a lot of exercise. All of their needs were met flawlessly. We got daily updates with pictures and videos and could see they were having a fantastic time with Mike. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and love Mike gave our babies. Looking forward to future vacations knowing that Our precious babies will be loved and cared for a while we are away.

Mike took great care of our cats and pet chicken while we were away. He sent us updates and pictures of the cats, made sure our senior kitty got his meds, and responded to texts quickly anytime we reached out.

Mike gets an A+ Mike understands how special my cats are to me, so he happily agreed to mimic some of their daily (feeding and playing) routines to maintain normalcy in my absence. But at the same time, he had his own "pet voice" he used with them and developed friendships with them. He sent me short videos and photos of them while I was away and responded promptly to texts I sent him. When I got home, I could barely notice that he house/pet sat there for a week. And my cats pretended like they had noticed I'd been gone. That was a good sign. I highly recommend Mike as your house/pet sitter. He's been a professional in the Humboldt Region for decades and is true to his dependable reputation. The Peace of Mind I had while I was gone was worth many times more than I paid. This is the pet sitter you want if you don't want to worry about your pets while you're gone. But he won't be available the third week in October ever! I'm calling it right now!

We have been using Krazy Kritter for about 2 years now. I have to say the walkers that Karissa employs have all been reliable, professional, and I've NEVER had an issue with anyone Karissa has sent to our home. We have walkers come 2x a day on days my husband and I both work and the walkers send me a text message or handwritten note to let me know they're there and how our dog is doing. Karissa is a great communicator, quick to respond and so easy to work with. Our dog has been cared for by Kiara, Jessica, Courtney, and Christine - they are wonderful, I just adore them!!

I've had friends spot-check during my absence (thumbs up!) and have always come home to animals who are calm and cheery. After 20 years of working with various petsitters in this area I feel like I've finally found the best. And I'm just now the beneficiary of a different type of life support from these folks. My dog and I had to evacuate in September and were gone for almost a month. Responding to my desperate text from Denver, Karissa arranged for Tiara to come every day to water my beloved garden and keep it alive in the blazing heat. On her own Tiara mastered the tangle of faucets and hoses and soakers and timers I use to maintain a quarter acre of plantings - in pots and in the ground. Without CPR it would have all died while I was gone. But thanks to Tiara's attentiveness and problem solving skills I came home to young trees growing strongly and roses blooming - all alive and thriving!! To say that once again I'm grateful and happy doesn't nearly cover it. When you hire a company like Krazy Kritters you are trusting them to take care of an important part of your life. It's wonderful to know that you can absolutely count on Karissa and her staff to serve you well and safeguard what you love.

My fur baby and I love Woodcroft! This has been like a second home to him and I feel at ease when I have to drop him off for daycare or boarding because I know he is in good hands! All the staff are wonderful and it’s very clear they are all dog lovers! Would highly recommend this place.

My border collie and I had a great experience here at Woodcroft. I was nervous at first to take him to daycare because he can be a little shy and is usually never away from my partner and I. However Hannah made us both feel more comfortable by giving us a tour of the place before hand and also ensuring us that she does not take in too many dogs (which I liked very much). Inside was a very open and clean space and the dogs have easy access to an outside patio that my dog enjoyed a lot. After pick up, Hannah gave me an assessment of Huck's behavior and also advise on how to make him more comfortable the next time he comes. Although this is a new business I would recommend Woodcroft if you are looking for a doggie daycare.

Woodcroft Doggy Day Care is the best place to take your pups in the entire county. Staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and prioritizes your dog's needs and health. Kenneling, daycare, and training are well-priced. The owner is charismatic and works perfectly with all kinds of personalities ("pooch"inalities?). I cannot recommend Woodcroft enough if you have to travel without your companion.

LOVE Woodcroft, great for stays, also a BIG shoutout for Hannah as dog trainer! We had a session recently, just a half an hour of practical pointers and advice and at a critical moment Hannah said “trust your dog.” Something clicked in both me and dog and frustrating problem is gone ever since! Magic!

My dog loves Woodcroft and so do I! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a good staff to dog ratio, and they gently correct inappropriate behaviors. My dog plays so much better with others now.

I'm very impressed with this business. My uncle was in the hospital in feb for at least a month and a half. My cousin contacted Woodcroft and was able to get my uncle's dog (Elliott) in right away. Then unfortunately my uncle was flown to an out of the area hospital this last weekend for emergency care. My cousin asked me to contact Woodcroft for Elliott. When I called Hannah said no problem bring him on in. When I dropped Elliott off he was so happy to be there and Hannah was excited to see him as well. Hannah your awesome and your making a huge difference in people (and doggies) lives. Thanks again for being there.

I have purchased every service at this kennel. Across the board this doggy daycare has helped my high energy dog calm down. We started with training, the team there taught me basic training and really worked with my experience while assessing the needs and behavior of my boy. He's very high energy snd by the time we had finished 5 trainings he had all his basic training down. 7 commands later, from sit to leave it, we were ready to face the world! When my office had me go back into the office this place was the obvious choice. They knew Lucky and spent the time to access his behaviour with other dogs. He's now so friendly with other animals and has really grown. No matter how much I miss him their Instagram page posts stories daily to show how my baby is doing. And its just a text away to see if anything is happening. These people are very communicative and their online app makes it easy for me to roll over in the middle of the night and schedule an emergency board or day if something happens. Overnight boarding is great and there is so much space for the dogs to run around. Toys, other puppies and the reassurance that he is in a safe environment makes this place my only choice in Humboldt. Sometimes he comes back with all the slobber and I know that that means he had one of his best days with the friends he is making at Woodcroft Doggy Day Camp. The best dog sitting/boarding by far in the area. They are super friendly, accommodating and professional. The facility is top-notch, there is plenty of space for the pups to play and socialize. I know when we bring Maple and Willow here that they are in good hands. Im very happy that this place exists.

We were exploring the Redwoods parks and needed a place for our 2 year old boxer during the daytime. She loved RRR. Had lots of fun playing with other dogs all day. 15 min drive from our campsite at Del Norte Mill Creek Redwoods state park. Highly recommend.

I can not nor will not recommend bring your dog to Red Rover Ranch! The lady seems very nice and was great at communicating the things that is going to be happening with our dog while she was there. My boyfriend and I spoke to her a few times on the phone and obviously in person before we decided to entrusted our dog to stay with her for roughly 2 weeks while we were out of town. When we returned our dog had fresh cuts on her nose and face, the lady never communicated with us what had happened nor did she tell us when we picked her up I found out after looking at her face and seeing fresh blood. I have been going back-and-forth on what we can do but I know that I need to leave a review to warn people before they make the same decision as my boyfriend and I did. It has been a few weeks since we have got her back and as of today she still has marks on her nose that we believe are going to just be scars.

Such an amazing place. I heard about this place from ladies at the dog park. The owner Clare is a godsend!!! She’s great with dogs. Cares about them and their well being. She will work with you and such modest great rates compared to the wag or rover app. Come here first!!! You won’t want to go anywhere else. It’s better here than at the vets. The dogs are loved and cared for. Felt good leaving my baby here

I always take my 85 pound Labradoodle to Red Rover Ranch when we're going out of town for a few days. He gets good exercise and is placed with other friendly, non aggressive dogs. A bath is available when it's pick up time and the rates are very competitive. Clean kennels, too.

Very poor service. We made an appointment to have our dog watched for a few hours while in town on vacation. We tried to confirm the appointment the day before but could not get any one to answer the phone or return our call. We arrived at the scheduled time and there was no one even at the dog daycare.there were at least 3 dogs in a fenced area that was over grown with weeds. With no supervision.

Claire, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She treats the dogs like her own and gas a real way with them. I will be using her any time I have to board my animals.

We have been bringing our 9 year old Lab cross, Smokey, here for 8 years! We just adopted a 7 mos old lab cross from the shelter (we got Smokey also from the shelter when he was 9 weeks old). Claire has been wonderful. Smokey has always whined in excitement when we turn on her street in anticipation! Skye, the puppy was gulping Smokey's food after her food and Claire separated them into 2 kennels when we boarded them for 2 weeks. He eats slowly ;). We absolutely trust her to do what's best for our dogs. She is knowledgeable and separates the shy dogs from the more active ones. Leaving our dogs here is like leaving them with family. We are so grateful to have a place like Red Rover to leave them. Claire is the best!
