Kelly has been the most wonderful carer for Peaches and Dippy! We couldn't have asked for a more reliable, attentive and friendly person to stay and bond with our kitties. She spoiled them with brushing, cuddles and even vacuuming Peaches (which he loves) and her communication with us was wonderful before and during the sit; sending videos, photos and frequent updates about the cats. Our house was sparkling when we returned and she even left thank you treats! Thank YOU, Kelly! We hope you will return. Peaches and Dippy miss you already. 💕

Ana and Álvaro are very reliable sitters and lovely people. We felt we could trust them immediately, our cat loved them and was pampered like he’s used to from us. We had a peaceful vacation knowing they were taking good care of him. They regularly supplied little updates and pictures and communication was very pleasant. They took optimal care of our yard with vegetable beds and greenhouse and left the house clean and tidy. Ana and Álvaro are 100% reliable and very attentive housesitters—we’d love to have them back at any time!

Melissa was great, laid back and flexible but also took the responsibility seriously. It was really nice for the animals to have someone calm and quiet with them to follow their routine. Overall Jessica was a great house/pet sitter. She watered plants and cared for our dog. We were having a significant backyard landscaping project done during her stay and she was flexible about that. Prior to her sit she was very responsive to messages but during her stay there were several times when she was less responsive. I wished we received photos and updates daily, only one was sent unprompted, where other sitters sent daily photos with daily updates. Most importantly we came home to a happy dog. Jessica kept up with some of Bella’s training and provided great feedback when requested at the end with issues she had (steeling food, counter surfing etc), which will help us with training. The only issue we had is that she did not clean up after herself. We came home to a dirty bathroom with hair everywhere and the shower door was a mess. Also there was food splatter all over my new kitchen tile backsplash where she had cooked, she did not clean the brand new stove top and smudges/splatter in the new white cabinet. Living room was tidy but pillows must have been removed from couches at some point and not put back correctly.

Olga and Damiano were asolute excellent pet sitters for my two cats. My cats required some care, paste for the teeth, medicine, 2 vet visits and Damiano and Olga did all of it keepi g me up to date on the health and wellbeing of my kitties. And while i can't promise the same luxury for others, they even brought a cat toy and made a portrait painting of my cat!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Happy Hearts N Paws and Nanke were great with caring for both of our dogs over a weekend. One of our dogs was very apprehensive about a stranger entering our home but Nanke worked with her over several days, so that our dog felt very comfortable by the third visit. Julia is simply the best pet sitter that I ever had. She always sends me pictures of my kitties when she is watching them. Gives them their ashtma medicine and makes sure that they are entertained by playing with them. My cats love her!
We were very hesitant to leave our anxious and nervous, yet very loving Aussie! Because of how I described our dog (Happy), Julia (one of the owners) insisted on taking Happy vs. having someone else in the company do so. From the daily texts and photos and otherwise, I could tell that she and her family cared for Happy as if he were theirs for 7 nights. Dogtopia of Manassas is fantastic. Our puppy is about a year old and gets beyond excited when she sees us pulling into the parking lot. The staff is incredibly friendly, and seems to really care about taking care of our dog. The webcam service is fantastic to check in on your pup! Its a great way to let your pet get their energy out while you are at work! We look forward to many more visits!
I like the fact that every employee is inviting and loving toward myself and my pup. Everyone is always so excited to see Misty and has funny stories to share about her day. I really enjoy the little notes that are sent home.
Several things: 1. I like that i can watch my dog on nest - during the day - and see him having fun.2. I like the people that work there - they interact with my dog and he likes them (if he didn't, we would be going there).3. It is totally convenient for me - as my work is nearby.4. I feel that the staff cares for the pups there.5. I love it when he is wiped out after playing all day - and I know he's gotten exercise and socialization!
The assistant manager Abby is one of the most impressive aspects of the Manassas Dogtopia experience. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to pet parents and love on our dog and all the dogs at Dogtopia. The drop off and pick up process is seamless, location is convenient, the ability to decide last-minute to drop off our dog for daycare is a lifesaver. We love that the facility is clean and safe.
