My family have been sending our dogs here ever since I can remember. We have never had an issue and the owners are absolutely amazing and kind. They truly care about the animals in their care and the owners peace of mind.

They are wonderful! I needed to board my cat at the last minute and they were able to save the day. Prices were reasonable and the staff is lovely and seem to truly enjoy taking care of the animals. My cat was in great shape after 5 days in their care. Two thumbs way up and I would absolutely use them again and highly, highly recommend. Facility was very clean and I was impressed that a place with that many animals didn’t smell like animals at all. Really impressive.

Have used RJ pets twice and they are a great place to leave your pet

We've been using RJ for years. Every time we leave town and we can't bring our fur babies, we trust that they'll be in good hands and we don't have to worry. Their pricing is competitive and they've almost always been able to squeeze us in even if we forgot to make a reservation. Make sure your pups are vaccinated or you'll be turned away!

Really like RJs. My boys seemed to like staying there. Will definitely be going back.

I have brought my dog there a few times in the past few weeks and they have been very polite and courteous when I go in. They remember my dogs name and allow me to pay when I drop her off so that my other half can just go get her after he is out of work. They seam to really lime there job and the animals they work with. The only down side was that I wanted to put my dog in the monthly payment and they said they couldn't because all the slots are full so now I pay more in 2 weeks then I would to pay for a whole month.

My two boys absolutely love going to RJs for their pup-cations when we go away. Always happy when they go and when they come back. I trust the owners with my boys and have recommended this place to all my friends and family.

Just started going here, they are thorough with their exams and do their absolute best, really affordable as well!!! I was supposed to drop off a stool sample today and I do live in Lima so it’s a bit of a drive, none of the staff told me today the 2 times I did talk to someone that they have staff development meetings, which is great but 100% think they should let people know about them so they don’t end up wasting gas:( I got there at around 1 and they don’t open back up until 2.

My mom was in from out of town when another dog attacked her Dani. Baker was the only local vet clinic able to get Dani in the next day when I called. Every single staff member that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The vet was personable and examined Dani very carefully to make sure she wasn’t injured. It was a very positive experience during a difficult time for my family.

They treat all my cats really good and never rough on not my cats. I had bad experience other Veterinarians in Wapakoneta

My dog can be very anxious and they are always patient with him! Great and caring staff.

We LOVE Dr Ferguson! And the staff is so kind and caring. He and his staff 100% cares about our fur kid and we do not feel like just another patient walking through their door!

Dr. Ferguson and his staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. After taking my cat in I was given lots of information about after care and even a phone call to check up on him. They go out of their way to make things easy and stress free for you and your furry friends.

We have 3 dogs we take here, I can't explain how great they are! They care very much about the animals, more than I've found anywhere else. I highly highly recommend them for whatever your animal needs!

They have always did a great job with all my pets. From the beginning of life to the end of life for them.

Had my dog in the “Family Dog” class and enjoyed it and learned a lot. The instructor Tracy was amazing, helpful and had lot of tips! Easy to follow and a clear outline of what was to be expected of by the next class & what to work on. I would recommend “Family Dog” course to anyone with a new pup!! Tracy was great to answer questions and give feed back! However, we did the “community dog” class and was less an impressed with the experience. Felt like I didn’t learn much of anything, and the class wasn’t easy to follow. Seemed like it was just jumping from topic to topic and nothing really seemed to flow. I wasn’t a fan of the instructor, seemed to be flying by the seat of her pants! It seemed like what we did in class didn’t have much of a “purpose” or reason. I wouldn’t recommend the “Community Dog” Course. Seemed to be a waste of money for us unfortunately.. Hate to give this place a 2/5 star cause i believe they have some instructors that know what their doin , but others don’t seem to and there’s better ones out there for the money!

The first and last time I will ever take my dog to this grooming facility! I was happy that they worked him into their schedule, so I paid them 35.00 and even gave them a 5.00 tip BEFORE I even seen my dog! Horrible grooming job! My dog looks like a Diseased Rat! Random scissor hacks and shaved spots clear down to the skin! They even put some sort of grease product to attempt to hide the poor job!! It honestly looks like my 4 yr old gave him a haircut! There was no call back from the owner. I'm assuming she already knew what they had done!

I would prefer to give zero stars. I took my dog here for training classes. He’s a Corgi/Chihuahua mix. He was not obeying the instructor (a large male) and the instructor pulled so hard on his choker with one hand and his other hand he white knuckled my dogs neck so hard his right eye buldged and blew out a bunch of blood vessels. When I told him I was concerned with his eye at the end of class, he dismissed me. My dog was in pain for several days. He could barely close his eye lid because his eye was so far out. He yipped if you even tried to gently touch it. Hid when we got home and shook uncontrollably. Wouldn’t eat, or play. I went there for help with my dog, and my dog literally almost lost an eye. We have a vet appt scheduled to make sure no permanent damage was done as it’s been several days and his eye is still not 100% as it should be. Do not let this man aggressively handle your small dogs!

Amazing I had a male kitten and it's a great place to go for deals most of the time. My Albert was enrolled last year and it seems like his stuff was a little bit cheaper than Cahlula and they don't have a variety of things for girl kittens or male just a lot of dog stuff other than that it's cool.

Took my 4 month old pup here to get groomed for his first time. I knew he'd be scared and move a lot. So I told the lady at the desk I just wanted the face feet and fanny puppy cut. I really just wanted his bottom and around his eyes trimmed and told her that. She warned me that the lady who is grooming him is known to cut short. But I'm telling them that's not what I want? I've only been to one other place but for doggy day care and this place seemed a lot more dirty and smelly. They have cats roaming around and on the counters where you pay. After 3 hours I picked him up and his cut looked awful. Looked like they just chopped at his hair. He came out with a mullet and his nails were bleeding pretty good. The only thing good was the price. Needless to say I'll pay more somewhere else.

I am editing my review! They called today to say I was double charged and will refund the difference. Very honest business! I took my dogs in fir grooming. They look great, but I THOUGHT I was charged an exorbitant amount! Thank you for catching the error!

I had my cat groomed there yesterday. It was the very best I have ever had. He was clean and smells beautiful. She gave him a bath. She was ale to brush him instead of just shaving him. He has really long hair it had to a real job not to just shave him! Very good price for all that work!

Very disappointed in the cut, and grooming, will not take him to this facility again! The cut is very choppy, and uneven. I specified how I wanted cut, and she did what I did not want! Please use another grooming facility, so you don't have the Same outcome.

Stop in and ask them about getting my two dogs groomed and they were able to see me the next day at 8 in the morning they did a wonderful job

We are new to the area and took our cat here for his first grooming appointment. We are so happy with how Bacio turned out! Marcy did such a nice job... she didn’t shave him bald, which is what we requested. He should be much more comfortable for the summer. Thank you!

Wonderful facility! My dog is always treated like royalty here. Owners and staff are all very caring and accommodating. This location is very clean, with multiple-sized kennels and runs. They offer all forms of personalized breed-specific grooming and have reliable around-the-clock the clock pet care at a great price. I highly recommend this establishment, you won't be disappointed! Tails to Nails Dog Grooming exceeded all my expectations for my little girl’s first grooming experience! I was initially concerned about how she would react, but John and his team were absolutely wonderful. Their gentle and caring approach put both my pet and me at ease. The groom was outstanding, and I couldn't have asked for a better first impression. Do NOT recommend for boarding. Dogs were there 1 night but I still paid for 2 full days. The payment wasn’t really much of an issue. My problem was I purchase a brand new bed ($60) for their stay and I receive the bed back with poop on it. The worker had the bed folded when they brought it out so I didn’t notice that it at first. I just thought that the smell was coming from the dogs and they needed bathe. My dogs are house trained and do not potty at home while I work 8hr+ shifts. I don’t understand if there is a potty schedule why would my dogs have poop on their bedding. In my opinion I didn’t feel like the poop on their bed belong to either one of my dogs.

Our boy was left go almost all day without going out because an inexperienced employee couldn't get him out of his kennel, so he had pee all over his bedding and himself. They didn't call him by name, they didn't apologize and frankly didn't seem to care at all. Would not recommend for boarding. Will not bring my fur baby there again.

My pupper loki absolutely loved it there! She had such a fun time that after we picked her up she just knocked out sleeping for 4 hours! She played her butt off..she's a pittie mix and I was scared they wouldn't take her (even though her only weapon is her tail😄..and it's one of love)..they didn't care as long as her shots were up to date! She absolutely loves other people and dogs! We will definitely be bringing her back!!! And she's about 70lbs..it was only 20$ a day!

This was our first time going to Nails to Tails. So it was a little scary taking our pup to a new groomer. But they sure didn’t disappoint! We have a Bichon/Poodle mix and he looks adorable. I was worried he would be very scared but my husband said when he picked him up he was running around playing with another dog! They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

They were a good price for my Berner pup and my big boy. They smelled so fresh. Also the lovely receptionist listened to every concern I had and filled me in on how it went when I came to pick them up.

Worse dog groomer ever. Would not go to this place. Poor dog didn’t get a proper cut and when requested to cut face, was insulted that my dog was dismissed from a prior groomer and was dumping my dog on them.

I love Flying Fur Pets! I originally adopted Alfie, and I called Flying Fur Pets. He is short haired, so he only needed a bath and nails clipped. He probably was about 10 weeks old the first time. Alexis took care of him. He is 3 yrs old now, and as soon as we pull up to the building he is frantically excited. He literally pulls me out of the car and into the building! I recently added Meadow to the family, and she goes there too. I request Alexis with her. Everyone's great, but I thought she would feel better with her big brother! I will never take them anywhere else!

On the website it only specifies 'pet' grooming's not dog nor cat. On google it says they do cat grooming. Called to make a cat grooming appointment only to be greeted with unenthusiastic voice not even saying the name of the business or 'how can I help you?' then a rude 'no we don't do cat grooming.' no apologies or any other offers were made to me.

My girl Pixie boarded at Flying Fur when she was waiting to be adopted thru Deb's Dogs. She loves going to daycare there now to see all of her friends, canine and human. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They really care about the dogs well-being and take great care of them. They create a fun, safe place and include fun activities that are fun for me too; like the paw paintings and parties for the dogs. The groomers are great too. Pixie doesn't need haircuts but her mani-pedi's are always beautiful and she loves the ladies there. I highly recommend Flying Fur for all of their services. A place a pet parent can trust and feel good about taking their fur babies to.

Just took my puppy for his first grooming experience, he’s usually reactive and anxious but was so happy when I picked him up and was so soft and smelled so clean! 10/10 for the team at flying fur :)

There aren't enough good things to say about Flying Fur Pets! All the girls that work here are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. I've been bringing my puppy for a few months for doggy daycare and she is always so excited to rush through the door to say hi to the girls. They're amazing with her. She got a haircut today and Alexis was so friendly about talking with me about options, length and style. The haircut looks better than I could have imagined-- Alexis did a fantastic job! I was also shocked about how inexpensive it was for such great work. Everywhere else I looked was at least double the cost. The price of haircuts and daycare is very cheap especially for the excellent care and attention that is given. Would absolutely recommend Flying Fur for all of their services!!

We love Paw Prints and their mobile pet grooming service! We have three dogs, all ranging in size, fur texture, and ATTITUDE. They do great with all our dogs and even get the dreaded nail trimming done on our biggest dog. They come right out to our house and set up, taking each one at a time and like magic they come out looking great! We have a long-haired wiener dog, and they shape his ears and legs up so nice! They stay so soft, and we get compliments on their coats after their visits! Plus, we aren't driving three dogs somewhere and waiting, we stay in the comfort of our home. They are punctual and the text updates are great for appointment reminders. Thank you for loving our dogs, we really appreciate you and the care you take with them each time!

Took my spaz of a pup to the Slabtown location for a bath, grooming and teeth brushing. I normally do it all myself because I'm comfortable with the results, however it was refreshing to have it done by a professional. I was concerned that he would be a handful because he's so high energy. The groomer did a fantastic job, and she let me know that he was very well behaved and had no problem letting her work on him. Lastly, I know the owner personally, as well as a couple of the employees. They are salt of the earth people. Great on a personal level, and great for business. Very thankful for a great experience with Paw Prints!

Took my dog there to get groomed, the price I was quoted was different from the price they charged me for. Also I never was told about a late fee after a certain time. The groomer called and said that my dog would be ready in 25mins so after picking him I was charged a $10 late fee which wasn’t fair bc I still had to wait when I got there for pick up smh. They moved to a new place and now everything is different. I liked them better before.

This place is great! There is a service where they will come to your house but that's booked out so far that they aren't taking new clients. They also have a place where you can come and that is what I do. My first dog used to hate getting her hair groomed, though. Even when we took her to different places. Then when we brought her here, she loved it and wanted to come back! And if you're wondering if they have any experience with it being a home owned company, don't worry because they have about a dozen first place dog trophies! I would like to mention that place that you go to is really small. It is just a well kept large shed. But don't let that stop you from coming here! The workers are friendly and your dog will want to keep coming back!!!

We got a new puppy and needed a vet for her exam and shots. Metz Petz was able to get us in quickly. Dr. Nathan was our vet. He was wonderful!! He took his time and answered all of our questions. Our puppy loved him and gave him many kisses. All of the staff were great, friendly and efficient. Prices were very reasonable. 100% recommend Metz Petz!

My cat has not been eating for several days. I called Metz Petz of Shawnee in the afternoon and asked if they were accepting new clients. They were and were able to schedule an early morning appointment for the following day. They also advised that should an emergency happen, to go to the emergency animal hospital. When I arrived at Metz Petz of Shawnee, the staff was very nice. I met Dr. Nathan Metz who was nice and seemed to care about me and my cat. After an exam and some tests, Dr. Metz carefully and fully explained the diagnoses and treatment. When I was presented with the bill, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was so reasonable. I definitely would recommend Metz Petz of Shawnee. Dr. Matz and staff were friendly, and the place had a good 'feel'.

We were referred by a friend to Metz Petz just a couple of months ago in a fairly emergency situation. I'm simply amazed at the care, compassion and knowledge that exists with this awesome team of doctors and their staff. Not to mention how very thankful. We are so fortunate and blessed to have them. We really love Metz Petz! We have 2 dogs and have been seeing Nathan and Melissa for about 5 years now. Our dogs really love both of them and so do we, both are really knowledgeable, they offer a great mix of traditional and homeopathic care, which I love! You can tell they really care about animals, they both know and remember us and our animals every time we come in, there's been times when we've needed extensive treatments Melissa didn't charge for some items that we couldn't afford to make sure they got everything they needed. Our Saint Bernard is really difficult to examine and highly stressed at the vet, Melissa is so gentle and patient with him, she really tries to make the experience as positive as possible. I also love that they personally have Saints, they are very experienced with giant breeds and issues/risks specific to them, which is difficult to find at most vets. Pricing is very reasonable, they always get us in right away if there's an urgent issue, if we can't come in they have us send pics and get advice over the phone, which has been a huge help at times! Everyone in the office is so friendly and does a great job, they just go above and beyond!

The personal attention that is given each time we have an appointment is what keeps us coming back. It shows how much everyone cares about the animals and their caregivers.

Pretty decent vet office. When my cat passed away earlier this month, I called them to ask questions on cremation for him. They were sympathetic and caring, talked me through what needed to be done, pricing, and answered any questions I may have had. This is my only true experience with them, but they seem to be very thorough and upfront. They work with Tails Remembered Cremation Services, which was helpful during a sad time for me. I gave a 4 star simply because that is all I know of their services, I may use them as a vet for the rest of my cats. I appreciate what they do.

I always recommend Metz Petz. And having a former vet at the Shawnee office is the icing on the cake....lol They take great care of my cats and have saved 2 of my cats' lives. They answer all questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else

We have left our dog there for the last 3 years while we take a weeks vacation. Excellent care each year, super friendly staff and owner. The first year Zeus, being an escape artist, (which we forgot to mention), pulled a fast one and got loose. He headed for a nearby woods with an employee, (in rubber boots), in chase. Deb, the owner, just happened to catch the scene from her house and hopped in the atv to catch up. Zeus, being all about a ride, hopped right in with her when she pulled up and all ended well!! Couldn't ask for a more dedicated staff! I'm just glad they let us come back, lol 👍

I take my Boomer there a couple times a year and they are great with him. I would recommend Paws and Claws to everyone.
