Kristine is amazing! She has a ton of experience with large dogs and I felt so comfortable leaving our dogs in her care.. I can't believe we got so lucky to have her spend time with our pups. She made sure our dogs stuck to their normal schedule and went above and beyond, working with them on their training and leash skills. We came back from our trip to dogs that were happy and better behaved and to a house that was cleaner than we left. She was very communicative the whole time and took some beautiful pictures of the dogs. I would have her back in a heartbeat!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Puckett’s Pups is the best. We would come back here in a heartbeat, and I wish we lived closer!! The facility is so clean, the staff is great, and we got pictures multiple times a day. We were nervous about boarding our pup as he’s only 7 months old and not very good with other dogs yet, but I could not believe how comfortable we felt leaving him there after just a few minutes of being inside! Also love the add-on options of private walks, lick mats, exit bath and more! What an awesome first boarding experience for Thor 🐾
We camped at East Harbor State Park and wanted to give the pups a break from the 80F temperatures. We have 4 dogs between the two families. Puckett's prices were reasonable and they made booking extremely easy. Dogs had a great time and came home exhausted.
Pucketts pups did a great job with our whole crew, even though this year was a little rocky on our planning part. They were incredibly patient, worked with us through it all and took great care of our pups!
I cannot be happier with Puckett's Pups and neither can my good boy, Luka. The staff and owner were so very helpful, friendly and most of all made us feel comfortable and safe. They took such great care of my boy, took pictures of his status. Luka had such an amazing time playing with the other dogs. So much so he almost didn't want to leave during pickup. My 15 month old doberman was boarded for what was suppose to be 8 days. Due to flight issues my dog had to stay an additional day and night and the owners did not hesitate to make the accommodation. Great new clean facility and great people. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be using again in the future.
They don't watch dog's for just 2 to 4 hour's wish there was a place that did. So people could go to their doctors appointments. The place looks pretty good

Smoke Rise Kennel has been taking care of Penny for years! It’s always clean and organized, she is always well taken care of. Jesse and now Camden are always kind, you can tell they both genuinely love animals and are just good people. Smoke Rose always finds a place to keep Penny, even when it’s last minute. It’s a great kennel/boarder and we are lucky to have found them!

We recently boarded our 3 dogs (2 labs and a schitzu) at Lady's Paws. It was a spur-of-the-moment thing as we had to go out of town for a funeral. One of our dogs was only 12 weeks old. Sara and Todd were very friendly and helped ease my mind of leaving my fur babies. When we got back, Todd had gotten up early and bathed all 3 of our dogs. Sara also does a great job grooming our schitzu. I would highly recommend them.

I took my fur baby there for the first time today and I am very glad I did. Not only did Sara do a wonderful job grooming her and charged a more than reasonable price, my little girl was wagging her tail and happy. The last groomer I took her to left her traumatized so we were very happy to have a good friend tell us about Lady's Paws! Lady's Paws will be our go to groomer from now on! I take our dane there for boarding and bathing. She is very skittish with water so its very hard for me to bathe her. Sarah does a great job with her and she's always so shiny and smells good.
