Pet Sitting in Cuernavaca

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible.

Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie.  Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie.  Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman.

Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company.  She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning.  We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands.

It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals.  When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small.  Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there.  When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door.  I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away.  

We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early.  We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision.  As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time.  As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.  Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle.  BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon.  Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets.  She was a teue blessing.

Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband.  If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of.  We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime.  She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Anant was a great sitter and a friendly guy. Kept me up to date re his arrival and with Marie & Toulouse during the sit. Found my house exactly as I had left it. Would highly recommend Anant to other pet parents.

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors.   We would be happy to use her again.

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!

Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella.  We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. This was my first time using house sitters and Shanen and Ryan were wonderful. She sent me pictures of Calla and game me updates on Calla’s activities. She would be welcome to pet sit for me anytime!

BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. Angelica was a wonderful pet sitter for our dog Rosie! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. She was extremely reliable throughout the process, and left our house really neat. Rosie was happy when we got home! We'd be happy to have Angelica sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone!

Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left.  I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby.  She even pick up meds from the vet.  My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me).  I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place.   I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can!  She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared.   I would certainly have her back again!
