We so enjoyed getting to meet Lee & Lyndi. They were kind enough to visit us before we left as they were in between 2 longer sitters. We so appreciated their kindness to our specific need. We are so glad they came and hope they have many fun adventures in zeewoi. Thank you!

Mindfulness Coach Seeks Furry Companions While Working Remotely
Matt was terrific! Phoebe quickly adjusted to him and enjoyed his company. He was organized, neat and a pleasure to have sit in my home. His calm, zen-like personality instantly put Phoebe at ease and it was evident when I returned by how relaxed she was that she enjoyed herself spending time with him. I would definitely recommend Matt as a pet sitter in your home.

High energy family to come and play with your pets!
It was an absolute pleasure to have Pam and Brian look after our cat, Ollie, and home while we were away. They are very kind, personable and down to earth people. We not only enjoyed having them sit but also enjoyed getting to know and meet with them. They are great at communicating and very reliable. They provided regular updates of Ollie and we could tell they truly cared about our cat. They also provided notes of their stay, detailing anytime Ollie was fed, had a hairball and whenever they were out/home etc, it was a very nice touch that we’ve never had from previous sits. They also left us a very unexpected and thoughtful gift on our return (thanks again!). We came home to a very clean flat (you couldn’t tell anyone had been here) and most importantly, a happy kitty. We could not have asked for more from Pam and Brian and anyone would be lucky to have them sit for them.

Pros: Our kitties were well cared for. Ary offered to stay until we returned when our flight was cancelled--this meant an extra day and a half--which we appreciated. Cons: I want to be fair. The kitties were fine, and they are our first priority. But we also care about our backyard birds, which we requested she care for. When we returned we found all the birdbaths were empty, the hummingbird feeders hadn't been filled with fresh nectar for days, and I'm not sure how much feeding actually got done because of the number of unopened bags of birdseed. Our previous house sitters sent a brief text about the kitties or a photo every few days while we were away. I admit we didn't specifically ask Ary to do this but we were surprised that the only communications from her related to a couple of questions about the house. I don't expect house sitters to be perfect housekeepers but I was dismayed to find dirty glasses in the cupboard. The aluminum cat food cans were not placed in the recycling container, but simply put in the trash. Wooden spoons that I asked not to be cleaned in the dishwasher were in the dishwasher. I had provided instructions on these points in the welcome guide. It was also dismaying that the phone call that Ary scheduled to meet us didn't happen because "time got away" from her. We waited over an hour for her call, which didn't come. Again, it's important to note that the kitties were fine when we got home, and Ary had washed the sheets and dishes.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!
We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. As a bonus, he is very likable and communicative. We would definitely have him come again.
Exceptional Pet Sitters - Highly Recommend Diedre and Keith! I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was top-notch. Dierdre and Keith provided regular updates, including delightful pictures of Molly, which put our minds at ease while we were away. Upon our return, it was evident that Molly had been well cared for and was content. The genuine love and understanding Diedre and Keith have for both dogs and cats was apparent in their interactions with Molly, and it was clear that they had made her feel comfortable and secure in their care. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable. In addition to taking great care of our beloved pet, Diedre and Keith ensured that our home was in excellent condition upon our return. They even went the extra mile by informing us about the leftovers they left in the fridge, which was a thoughtful gesture. I wholeheartedly recommend Diedre and Keith as exceptional pet and house sitters. Their attentive and caring approach, coupled with their expertise, make them a perfect choice for anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy sitters. Don't hesitate to entrust your home and pets to this fantastic duo!
I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Their communication with me was enough that I felt perfectly at ease during my time away and in turn, they were super responsive if I contacted them. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned!
Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! My house was CLEANER than I left it (immaculate!) and she left a sweet card thanking us upon our return. Truly the best sitting experience I've had thus far, thank YOU so much!
Deboraj took great care of the apartment and of our goofy unsociable cat. She went out of her way to bring catnip and make friends with Rowan. She communicated often and cared to be as good a house and pet sitter as could be. I can gladly recommend her highly to anyone else looking. Thank you Deborah.
Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Our home was immaculate when we arrived home and the dogs and cat were super happy !! I would recommend Debra as a wonderful, responsible and reliable pet and house sitter !
Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. The cats were very contented. Any time we leave we will be checking in with them first. Such a pleasure to work with.
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

John is very kind and personable! I don’t usually leave my little Lucia with just anyone, as she is like my baby, but she’s in good hands with John. I highly recommend him. He even sent us pictures of Lucia while we were on vacation. We will definitely continue to use his dog-sitting services!
I’ve been using Specialized Pet Services for years and can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my pups while I’m out of town! My pups get so excited when I drop them off as it’s like a little vacation for them! I highly recommend Specialized Pet Services to all friends, family and anyone in need to get their pups watched!
Can’t say enough good things about John. From his extremely prompt responses to his peak professionalism and recommendations he’s number one on my list for boarding. My puppy’s excited every time she sees him. John even followed through after I picked her up when I was concerned about an issue.
We have left our young Shiba Inu with John at Specialized Pet Services for both daycare and for an extended boarding time. She seems to have had a lot of fun and was well cared for. John is easy to communicate with. Would recommend!
John is a huge animal lover and has a big warm heart. As soon as we and our dogs met him we had in instant vibe. He is really kind and friendly and was great with our boys 💜 I am not sure my dogs even wanted to come home with us! …
We had a really great experience leaving our mini goldendoodle with John! Very spacious fenced-in backyard and very accommodating to her chicken/turkey allergy. We received many pictures and videos of her while we were missing her from afar! I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone looking for boarding or daycare!
"5/5 stars! Louie received excellent care at Specialized Pet Services ! John is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. He kept me updated with pics and messages. The facility is clean and well maintained. My dog loved his stay ! Highly recommended !
Specialized Pet Services is exceptional! I've been bringing my pup, Fritz, to John for years and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention John gives Fritz. He has a wonderful backyard where pups can run and play. John is always very responsive and accommodating. We'll always go to Specialized Pet Services for our daycare and boarding needs!
Brody gets excited every time we head to John’s! Over the past two years, John has taken great care of Brody for several of my trips. It’s great knowing he is in a caring home and has outdoor time while I’m away! John is very accommodating - even when I’ve had travel plans change last minute.
John has been my pet sitter for 20+ years... I often tell people my dogs stay at “Camp John” when they cannot travel with me; and that is what it truly feels like. Sure, my dogs are excited to see me when I pick them up, but… when I drop them off… as soon as we turn onto John’s street, the dogs start whining. I live in the country and the dogs can run, play, and explore, all day, every day. When a country dog is excited to come to the city you know there is magic in the air! When I pick them up I swear they tell me all the friends they played with and how much fun they had. :) John provides old fashioned customer service; the kind that is difficult to find but highly valued. In short; he CARES. He cares deeply about his four legged clients and his two legged clients. Here’s to many more years as Omaha’s BEST Pet Sitter. Cheers!
We boarded our cat here for nine days while out of state and were very pleased with the experience. The staff provided regular updates whenever we called, letting us know how she was doing. When we returned, our cat seemed calm and well-adjusted, showing no signs of distress. It was clear she was well cared for and likely enjoyed her time there. We'll definitely use their services again for future trips.
My dog Glenda has been there twice now. Office greeters are very friendly and helpful. I always have her bathed before I pick her up. She is always clean and great smelling. The kennel is easy to work with for short notice boarding needs. I would recommend to everyone.
What a nice group of people to watch my dog when I am away. Great staff, very accommodating. Bubba had a great time during his stay. Thank you!!! When I am gone, it's not home to him.. but they treat him like it's home.
We boarded our dogs for a long weekend vacation recently. I paid for the “suite” and was relieved when we could board all three together. However the pictures online are deceiving. There is no padding/blankets/etc on the bed or chair like it’s pictured on the website (understandable for sanitary reasons). Inside was a large cot and a metal, slatted patio chair. I recommend bringing your own blankets/dog beds in addition to what they have at their facility. They did offer a bath before we picked them up, which we opted for. It was really reasonable. I’d use them again.
They took great care of our dog and Cece went above and beyond to help us out when she didn’t need to. Thank you! 10/10 recommend to anyone.
The staff truly cares about each dog and goes above and beyond to get to know everything about your pet. They work hard to ensure an enjoyable stay for them. They care about each animal as if it was their own. Great staff!
First time I ever had a dog come home the same way I dropped him off at the boarding facility. No anxiety, no fear, no problem. They took good care of him and closely followed his food requirements. I'll be back.
I cannot express my gratitude towards this facility. They are professional, responsible, reliable, and loving!! They really care about my big boy and all of the staff took the time to get to know him. They accommodated me on a moments notice when I had to leave town for my family. They know how to handle large breeds and educate their staff that are new. I’d rate 10 out of 5 stars and would highly highly recommend. Love you guys!!!
I have had only good experiences with boarding my Wheaten at Paddington's. He is so much less anxious acting after staying there than when I've used other dog day care places. It's very clean. No music rocking out like at one local place. The staff here seem to be more professional. I don't expect everyone working with dogs to be dog experts or experienced at all, but at least you can dress nicely & use good customer skills, which they have at Paddington's.
I boarded my cats here for 5 nights. I have never boarded my cats before but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to board them over the holidays. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The facility looked clean and they were thorough with how I needed my cats taken care of. When I got them back they didn’t stink and, while they obviously wanted to go home, they seemed like they had been taken care of very well. If i ever need to board my pets again I will take them here.
We have used Lily and team a couple of times now and I’ve never felt more assured my babies are in good hands. You get a ton of photo updates through out the stay which I greatly appreciated. Both of my dogs have special needs (epilepsy and hip dysplasia) and they handled their medications flawlessly and made sure they were always comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found them and will most definitely be using them again in the future. (Photos are from the CFOD team)
This place deserves WAY more than 5 stars!! ⭐️ I have severe separation anxiety from my dog (I suffer…my dog could probably care less). I have never put Tuck in a kennel before because he was always able to stay with family. This time, I had no choice and my backup pet sitter fell through at the last minute. I was about to cancel my trip when I discovered Canine Field of Dreams. I cannot put into words how relaxed and comfortable I felt leaving my fur baby in the care of this amazing staff. Not only did they work me in for a last minute reservation, the owner took time to give me a tour with my dog. Every day they send me multiple photo updates of Tuck chasing squirrels, barking at chickens and romping around with his dog pals. I have been able to fully relax and have complete confidence my dog is enjoying his “dogcation” as much as I’m enjoying my trip! I 100% recommend and will be taking Tuck here again! THANK YOU!
Excellent in every way imaginable. I boarded my 2 dogs for 10 days, and let me tell you: the amount of respect they have for your dogs, the level of communication (unmatchable), the various HUGE spaces they have, the incredible staff... the list is endless. I loved that they sent me multiple pictures & updates on my dogs throughout the day. Even if you're looking at doggy daycare, this would be my #1 recommendation for the Omaha-metro area. Canine Field of Dreams is incredible!!!
Lily and crew are amazing. They treated my senior dog, Lincoln, like family from day one and he loved getting to go there. I appreciated the one-on-one or small group atmosphere and always knew he was in great hands when he was there. Plus, they have some pretty great photo ops and send lots of photos throughout the day! I recently had to say goodbye to Lincoln and they were so kind, thoughtful, and caring when they found out - they truly care about the dogs in their care. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Amazing place with amazing people! They truly care about each individual dog and it shows!! Went out of town for 2 weeks and received updates/pictures multiple times a day. Our dogs looked like they were having the time of their life! So happy
Amazing care, training, and overall an experienced team. They know dogs from health to behavior. Structured stays that won't break your training and regular updates with fantastic photos. Our Doberman has stayed here several times, and it's like he's at summer camp!
I cannot explain how much my fur baby and I LOVE this place! If I could give them 100 stars I would. I recently lost my fur baby of 15 years, and had adopted a new fur baby, Percy. I only had him a few months before my vacation, so I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. I found this place through a Google search and decided to reach out. Lily was quick to respond and get a tour scheduled. When I arrived, she showed me the play areas and provided additional details on what to expect when boarding with them. She was patient and answered all my questions, and believe me I had A LOT! She also took the time to get to know Percy and his personality and behaviors. This was so welcoming, since I had toured another place the week prior and felt I had inconvenienced them and they couldn't get me to leave fast enough! Becky was there the day I dropped Percy off, and she could tell I was anxious but she reassured me he was well taken care of and she would send me daily updates! I absolutely loved getting the daily updates with photos. After the second day, my nerves were gone as I could tell he was having an absolute blast and was 100% well taken care of! I love that the owners live on-site and that they have all the necessary safety precautions: smoke alarms, carbon monoxide, cameras, etc. They also make sure to do slow one-on-one introductions before dogs play together instead of throwing them in with 20+ other dogs. You will not find another place like Canine Field of Dreams! I've already started spreading the word and had a coworker tell me how much she loves them too after visiting! Hands down this is where Percy will go during my next vaca! I mean, look at my guy's big smile during his time there!
My dog is extremely particular about other dogs and can get aggressive when around dogs she doesn’t know. This makes it nearly impossible to board her, but Lily and her team give my dog individual play time when she boards to keep her and the other dogs safe. She gets daily nature walks that she loves, and I am treated to daily pictures of her. I never have to worry when I board her, because I know she will get excellent treatment.
Lily and her Team are absolutely amazing. Her expertise in animal health, and genius in veterinary sciences, and love of animals make her such a gift to our Community. Pictures, text, stories and understanding our anxiety leaving our literal puppies behind was eased by this amazing, amazing woman and her Staff.
Lily and the crew at CFD are fantastic. We were looking for somewhere to board out 10 month old lab and have some socialization. We couldn’t have found a better place. CFD is super easy to work with when boarding. They take pictures of your pup thought the day and let you know what’s going on. They even offer day camp options when your pup just needs some play time.
We have been seeing Natalie for grooming since she started there (10 years!). She loves & knows our dogs and makes sure they feel comfortable when they’re nervous. She pays attention to any changes in their bodies and lets us know if she feels a bump or something needs attention. When I ask my Westie (Poe) “do you wanna go see Natalie?” he always jumps up and runs down to get his leash. I think he loves her too.
I called in to get my toy poodle a grooming. The receptionist there booked me with the person who said does “great” on poodles. Look at this picture for reference this is just his body. His face and the rest of his body is even worse. I paid about 100 dollars for my poodles grooming and I was not satisfied with how they gave him back to me. He has uneven cuts all over his body and then the cut that I asked for they did not do. I’m so disappointed, this is my first time here and I will never be coming back. I hope someone from here can get back to me and at least give me half of my money back.
Great service! The only feedback I have is around billing. The process they have for tracking attendance is still fairly manual. As well as the process for upgrading memberships. So, make sure you have all your questions answered by a manager before signing up. With that, we have no regrets! The staff takes such good care of our pups. We love them!
We adopted Chewy in August 2020 @ 18 months old. She was a surrender at the Omaha Humane Society. We were only one applicant in 72 applicants, we got the call it was instant knowing she was perfect for us. And I think she also knew that we were hers. What we learned from the surrender paperwork was that she came from a family with 3 young children, 2 other dogs, 2 cats, mom, dad & COVID. September we joined friends at Pint Nine micro brewery who allowed dogs in. We noticed a lot of dogs coming and going at the other end of the strip mall. It was Park Your Pawz. I knew from Chewys past that she needed to be with other dogs. She fit right in and loved it. It was shortly bought by DOGTOPIA and it’s been perfect for Chewy. She goes half days, once a week, every Wednesday and then down to Pint Nine for socializing. I love the staff, the webcam TV. It’s important to watch Chewy interact with the other dogs. If I have a question I can email, the staff get right back with me. I am so happy with the care she gets from the staff. She loves the attention she gets from the staff. I tell everyone I know and run into at Pint Nine about the staff and facilities at DOGTOPIA. I could not be happier, thank you.
Pretty expensive for a dog hair cut. About $20 more than I've paid anywhere else. But I was able to get him an appt within a week where it has taken months at other places.
I hate leaving our dog anywhere, but I am able to relax leaving our pup here for daycare and boarding. I am able to feel comfortable, knowing she is being taken care of. Recently, I found out our dog was having a rough day and didn't want to go back to the play area. A staff member let her hang out and take a nap by the front desk until she was ready to go back and play later in the day. I love knowing that the staff cares enough to do something like that.
I took my dog there to get groomed and she didn't get groomed, but they charged me for something they didn't do. Smh. If you don't know how to groom a Goldendoodle just say it. Not take people money! A manager needs to call me please. Thanks
NATALIE IS THE BEST!!! We love Dogtopia as we’ve been taking our pup here his entire life (5 years), occasionally for daycare and often for boarding. There have been a couple of issues in the past that we’d resolved, and nothing that would make us stop bringing our dog here. The key is to communicate and the staff is usually pretty understanding and responsive. But back to Natalie. The 5 stars are for her. The best groomer ever. And just a great person. Our dog gets so excited to go see her even though he has extreme anxiety and hates baths/grooming. She treats him with the very best care, like he is her own. Natalie works hard and has great communication with us. We moved out of the area and have driven from KC twice now to have her continue grooming our dog. So thankful to have found her.
The staff was all super friendly! They have a wall for your pups leashes much like where kids hang backpacks in school. A really cute touch. The very first time I took my pooch I left his bowl behind, the next time we went in they handed it to me with absolute confidence and without asking if it was mine. Seems like they make an effort to remember each pet and owner despite how busy they are.
Everyone on the staff is always friendly and they know my dog’s name when we walk in. He loves to go. In fact, I can’t even say the word “Dogtopia” in front of him because he will go crazy thinking it’s time to go there! I think that right there is a great testimonial straight from my dog’s mouth! I’m a fairly new customer in the last few months and my dog and I are very happy with all of our experiences, including the grooming services. The LaVista location is awesome!! Gretchen Schawe
Tam was able to get us in last-minute and took great care of my 6yo German-mix. Max was delighted to have a new friend take such good care of him! Tam was in constant contact over our 2-day experience and provided some nice pictures of Max's activities. Highly recommend using Tam for all your pet sitting needs!
Tamera is the first pet sitter I’ve ever used. She is trustworthy and provided much peace of mind while I was out of town. She communicated with me daily and provided updates and cute pictures. I could rest easy knowing my fur kids were well cared for.
Tam Weeks has been walking our Boston Terrier, Rio for 6 weeks now. She is meticulous with Rio's walk schedule each week and communicates in advance if there are any changes. She is very good in getting to know Rio and adapting her training to help him learn and be obedient during their walks. Highly reccomended ! Rio gets excited every morning they walk and has bonded with Tam during this time 😀
I can count on Tamara to give wonderful care to my big boy! She follows his schedule , on time , and can always count on her ! Good communication and pictures during care. Tamara so kind and considerate !
Tamera has gone above and beyond while caring for our cat while we are traveling. Trustworthy, reliable and excellent communication.
Tam did an excellent job taking care of my timided mini schnauzer. I would diffently use her services again and would recommend her to care of your furry family member
Tam took care of our cats for 5 days & did a great job! She kept me up to date everyday & gave them a lot of attention while she was in our home. It can be nerve racking to invite a stranger into your home but she is trustworthy, I’ll ask her to pet sit for all our future vacations. I recommend her without hesitation!
Tamera did an amazing job taking care of our Goldendoodle while we were away! She eased his anxiety and made us feel relaxed with the updates & pictures for our in-home sitting. Highly recommend Tamera and will continue to use her for our pet care.
Our first time leaving our puppy with a pet sitter for a week. Piper is one high energy puppy and Tamera did a great job keeping her busy all week. I had a peace of mind knowing Tamera was staying at our house and keeping our puppy in her routine. I enjoyed the pictures and updates throughout the week. I would hire Tamera again to watch our puppy.
We’ve been using Tami’s Service for a while now & are very pleased with her. She takes such good care of our Sheltie Leo. He is always excited to see her, she’s consistent in showing up on time, and very reliable. We are blessed to have found her when we did & highly recommend her to anyone with a busy lifestyle that needs a dependable, considerate, helping hand walking their dog!
Best experience with dog groomer. Brandon does an excellent job every time. Very professional, helpful and very loving with the dogs. I have a 97# black lab mix and also a 60 # black and Merrill Labradoodle. They look great every time. Thx for the doggie Christmas gifts today🤗 they’ll love it! You are awesome! …
I’ve been bringing Pepper to Bellevue Pet Adventures since I moved here and it has been a godsend! The entire staff is so kind, and they treat Pepper like she’s their own. The theme days and other events BPA does are super fun and they make sure to make a whole thing out of it, complete with pictures (and who doesn’t love MORE pictures of their dog??). Pepper is very silly girl and can be shy, so I was nervous at first on how she would do in a group environment but she always leaves daycare and boarding happy and exhausted! I boarded her at a similar style place in the last city I lived and was left with a very sour taste in my mouth from how they treated her, so I was a bit nervous at first to try again but BPA has been the best thing for Pepper. 10/10 recommend!
They take great care of your pets! Day care requires a 4 hour temperament test before you can start bringing your dog in! (Good for making sure all dogs get along). They have groomers and give departure baths for pets that have extended stay boarding. Price is very reasonable!
I have been really torn on writing this review cause I dont like to talk bad about places but the way I was handled and talked to about my dog is not okay. Still waiting for the owner to give me a call. I over looked the first run in since I had my dog was groomed for the first time and just assumed that he got nervous or scared. I have a boxer I requested for him to have a good bath and brushing since his hair isn't long enough for a cut and he was there for almost a week. Very short hair. He had little knicks all over his neck. I was told that the groomer said he never used clippers on him. That was a lie because his neck hair was for sure different. Again, looked over it since he was getting something like that for the first time. He also smelled like he had been sitting in pee for a very long time. It was so gross! They say they give a bath before picking up, could be the case but then he sat back in his own pee in the kennel at least overnight. The most recent time he was there was in August. I received a call the day before picking up that he had an owie on his ear, not a problem. When I picked him up, I had asked what happen to his ear and I was told he fell and scraped. Okay, I'm not an idiot. Where the scape was, he could not have fallen and done that. He was for sure bite by another dog, not a problem stuff happens, dogs play just don't lie to me. He also smelled of pee again. When I got him home I immediately gave him a bath and noticed that not just one of the pads on his paws where peeling off but EVERY SINGLE ONE. They couldn't explain that. I had to take him the vet the next day as well. Had the paws & ear looked at but then also his man parts. He was oozing puss. The vet confirmed the dog bite on the ear & also told me that he had an infection in his man parts from more than likely sitting in his urine. This is not okay behavior. Our dogs deserve better. Again, still waiting on the owner to call me that was 2 months ago. They told me that I could be compensated with a bath and nail trimming. Not happening my dog is stepping foot back in there.
Absolutely loved the experience here. my pup has a lot of anxiety and can be a bit much sometimes when it comes to getting his nails done. they see absolutely fantastic. His coat is fluffy and soft, even used products that helped with his dry skin. He is a happy, clean, tallon free boy and I couldn't be happier with the way the staff treated him. I will be coming back often!
We love taking Jaxx to BPA. The crew is wonderful and take such good care of our boy.
Our pup Lunabelle is a very anxious Dutch Shepard, and the staff at Pet Adventures work so hard to make her stays comfortable! They’re so patient and very communicative, their rates are very reasonable and Belle comes home clean and happy at the end of her boarding. We’re excited to get her into group play daycare since she is getting so confident and comfortable thanks to the staff!
Complete incompetence! Should have read all their bad reviews first! Was on the phone for 20 minutes yeterday talking about our first ever daycare test, reveiwing her documentation, etc.. They assured me her vaccinations were good, they would do a good job, etc. Get there this morning and girl says, oopsie, my bad... I read this wrong. Complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Waste of my time.
My dog has been coming to BPA since he was 6 months old and he is now 11 years old. He comes here for day care M-Fri, boards with them when I'm on vacation and gets groomed here. I would not trust my dog with just anyone and he loves coming here even after so long. This is his second family and they treat him like family. A+ care. I have recommended them to all my "dog" friends and they have had good experiences also. Keep up the good work.
I dropped my dog off for grooming and went about my business. I received VM that Duke needed kennel cough vaccine with an apology that they didn’t tell me earlier. No problem I said, drove the 30 min back to pick dog up and reschedule after I got his vaccine. (I was under the assumption that only kenneled dogs needed it but it was not an issue - I said I would get it). Then a different woman, Christina, told me I needed to pay her $16.50 for a late/missed appointment charge. What? I didn’t miss an appointment. They cancelled the appointment and I returned to get my dog. Christina didn’t care — “it’s policy!” she kept repeating. After she said they don’t waive the fee even in cases where it was THEM that neglected to tell me he needed that vaccine when I called for appt and again when I dropped dog off. She said it was my fault — I should have noticed the signs on the wall! I cannot believe a business owner would adhere to such poor customer service. I know Christina isn’t the owner so perhaps the owner would not have insisted I pay this fee. I finally realized I didn’t want to leave my dog in this woman’s hands and left. For good.
I have been taking my Long Coated rescue Akita to F Street Hound since I got him. Not many places will take big (over 140 pound) dogs, let alone an Akita. Hiro enjoys his daycare trips, never had any problems with the other puppers or staff. I've even had him boarded for a couple of days during my surgeries. He always seems happy, and I'm happy he's in such a good and caring environment.
My puppy enjoys this place and seems to always have a good time. I didn’t like how he was given to me with his butt smeared in poop though, and he wasn’t given his food that I had taken in so I’m not even sure if he ate. I was told he would be given food from home if i took it, but i was given the same amount of food back. As for the poop, a little wipe with a wet towel would have been the least to do, only because his butt was smeared with it and had other dog hair in it too. He would have done the exact same if I had left him at home alone, so I’m not sure why I paid to have it happen at a place that was supposed to take care of him.
The staff at F street is so kind and helpful! My dog is very skittish and they know exactly how to handle dogs of all kinds. I love the atmosphere they provide for the dogs in boarding and in the daycare. They do great with grooming and nail trimming!! Once again, i left my dog for dog boarding snd grooming for 10 days and she came out happy, healthy, and clean! I can see that their cleaning product stained my dogs bed, but other than that its still a great place for your furbabies to be kept, be safe, and loved.
Sent my chow Mix for a groom. They shaved kid fur off and he was mutilated. I’m so upset I cried. Chows should never be shaved. Even I know that. I complained to manager and she would not even acknowledge that they were wrong. Please tell everyone and never use this place. He was worse leaving than when he went in and I have used many groomers . Heart breaking
Boarder Collies and I enjoyed their first grooming at F Street. Greeted warmly and the groomer had peaceful ore about her. Female BC has had some rough handling in the past. Believe I've found a groomer she can trust. They also have frozen dog yogurt with CBD oil there. Next Time I will treat them first then send them in for grooming
Our recently adopted Nala stayed at F Street Hound for 10 days and they are amazing! I got a text photo everyday. First photo she looked so scared but each day her smile came out. With the love and affection from the staff, Nala was no longer scared but a very happy girl. Thank you to the staff.
LOVE it here. Our pup has a great time and the staff play with the dogs, which is nice. We come to get Bell and her tail is wagging and she's happy to see us and to get some extra pets/treats from the staff.
My dog LOVES it here. The staff is absolutely awesome! It's a little pricey but worth it for my high energy pup! He gets exercise, socialized, provides free entertainment to the staff and customers that see him in the window. The only reason for 4 stars is because I wish they had an outdoor area for dogs to play and/or potty. However, my dog doesn't care, he just wants to be where the action is!
We have been going here with our dog ever since they opened. It is a clean facility and the people are carrying animal lovers. We enjoy the fact that our dog gets to socialize with other dogs and gets exercise during the day and makes her a healthier dog when we get home.
At one time, this was a 5-star place and over the past year, this establishment has crashed and burned. The day care aspect, at least to my knowledge, is good. The pup comes home tired and exhausted. I can't speak to cleanliness, attention, employee care, etc. The grooming aspect? HORRENDOUS! It's like someone learned dog grooming off a 5 minute YouTube video and was hired by F Street. The first time, we let it go. The cut was terrible, the ears and tail were not even close to fitting the breed. The last time, we were told by staff that the groomer 'nicked' our dog's foot. Well, the 'nick' turned out to be a 1/8" inch hold in one of the PADS of her foot. How the hell did that happen? We ended up having to take her to the pet hospital for an infection. The visit and antibiotics cost $$$. We advised Angela, the manager at F Street, and sent pictures of the wound. We asked for a refund of money spent at the vet and for medicine. It took Angela a week to respond and she did say she would take care of the costs when we sent a bill from the hospital. We did that immediately. Over a month later, no response. An email 72 hours ago was sent, still no response. We've been told (confidentially) by an employee to not bring our pet here anymore because staff morale is low, employees are quitting, and management doesn't care. You should seek other venues for pet care and boarding.
Took a little drive today. Checked out S&B Kountry Kennel. I'm so glad we did! Great facility, great people, great dogs! We are a little partial to Nancy and hope she gets a forever home soon. 🤞💕🐾 I'm glad Nancy found her forever home. …
Great overnight for my poodles. They love to run, rain or shine, this kennel has very good outdoor space. It was close to I-80 as I was going into Iowa. My stopover for a concert in Omaha was saved when I found this kennel south of Council Bluffs.
It can be hard to find a kennel for big dogs, especially the bully breeds. To find one designed to let their energy and personalities be relaxed is a gift. S & B Kountry Kennel is my Cane Corso's Disneyland. Highly recommend this place for your own enjoyment at the members dog park or for your pups wellbeing in Doggy Daycare or overnight boarding. Taking a tour is worth the time!
It's a great place to take Mr. Woofers! They genuinely care and provide excellent services for your pup, whether it's doggy daycare, boarding, or grooming. I highly recommend S&B.
Joe and the S&B Kountry Kennel staff are patient and knowledgeable when working with my reactive dog, Trooper. We originally attended training sessions with Joe in order to be able to walk Trooper on the leash without him reacting to everything in our path. Later we were able to board Trooper for the first time in over two years since we rescued him. We're so grateful that Joe is willing to not only work with Trooper, but interact with him and love on him while he's there. I love seeing the videos that Joe posts of the interactions with the dogs together and with the staff.
Owner and staff are awesome and truly caring for Augie, our recent rescue from the Nebraska Humane Society. We're his third home so he has anxiety when left alone but S&B Kountry Kennel daycare is exactly what he needs to play all day. We also boarded him over Thanksgiving and when I went to pick him up he acted mad that playtime was over and he had to come home. Wonderful place that's well run, highly recommend!!
I work overnights and lately have been taking my dog here to be puppy sat and play with the other dogs while I sleep during the day. My Odie has a pretty bad anxiety disorder and can be a tad reactive but they always seem to be able to get him calm and happy throughout the day, and regularly post videos of all the dogs playing together, him included! Gives me peace of mind so I’m not worried about my boy all day. I’m a little salty they raised the prices but it’s well worth it.
Had my German shepherd Ember there for a week. They have a nice clean place. Nice people. They put up with her overerly opinionated talking back all week and didn't complain or charge me any extra for boarding her. If you have ever had a GS you know what I mean. Highly recommend.
First time I took my dogs there and they came home with Kennel Cough. The vet asked that we call and let S&B know, so we did. They have not listed it or let any one know this has been an issue there. After running into several others that had sick dogs after taking them there, almost a month later, I think there’s a problem. I’ve been taking my dog to a local boarding facility for two years and never have they came home sick. We switched it up this one time because our normal place was full, that won’t happen again. When I discussed with our normal boarding facility how they would handle it, boy did I get a different response from the way S&B handled this situation. Beautiful place buutttt won’t be back.
Best kennel around. All the staff are so good with the dogs, Joe will talk to you on the phone the staff will conversate just amazing people. I know it's a great place because my dog loves going there.
Grooming review: This was our first time at Come, Sit, Stay. They're close to our new house, so I checked to see if they'd be willing to groom both my dogs, including the one who can't be vaccinated. Renee spoke to Faith, who was willing to groom him, and they kindly scheduled a grooming appointment when Smokey wouldn't be around any other dogs. I am so impressed with Faith's skills. They look beautiful! She clipped them exactly as I requested, and they were finished in 2 1/2 hours. We will definitely be repeat customers. Excuse the blurry photo of Maddie. I wanted to get a picture showing the adorable purple bow she came home with, but she wouldn't stay still for me to do it. I did manage to get a picture of Smokey side-eyeing me in his tie.
I brought my corgi in for the first time for a walk in nail trim appointment. To say he is difficult is the understatement of the year. The two young men working were so so patient with him and did such a wonderful job trying to make my dog feel comfortable and as calm as possible. When my dog really started losing his mind they did not lose their cool or appear phased in anyway, which made me feel more at ease during the stressful experience as well. I’m so appreciative and hope they are both recognized for the wonderful employees they are!
Our dog Charlie absolutely loves Come Sit Stay!! Renee and the entire staff are wonderful!! He's always eager to go and play with his daycare family. 🤎🤍🖤 …
My dogs are my world and i absolutely trust taking them here. They are so loving with my pups and understand their quirks and needs.
Took my dog here over 4th of July weekend for a one night stay. When we picked him up he was coated in pee, extremely dirty, and smelled awful. He has stayed in other kennels before and has never been like this. Very disappointed.
I booked a time slot for the Do It Yourself bath. I often book this at other grooming places because I like being the one to handle my anxious pup & choose which shampoo to use. The tub was so dirty. Stains and dog hair all over. There weren’t shampoo options, just a big gallon jug of watered down mystery premixed soap. No aprons or towels. The groomer was right next to me working on another dog. I felt like I was invading their work space. I was given a paper thin towel & told that all the other towels were being washed. It was not a clean or accommodating experience.
Called last minute for a husky grooming...they did a wonderful job at a more than fair price. Will definitely use them again!! Thanks ComeSitStay!
I took my huskie in for grooming and a play day. I asked for deshedding nails clipped and they offered hair trimmed between his pads I said yes. Nothing was done. I think they hosed him down and that’s it. We now have more hair on our floors than prior to him going from us getting it out. We will not be back
Worst grooming we’ve ever had. 80.00 plus dollars. Our poor elderly dog is horrified. Thank you for skinning him like a chicken. We could have cut his like this. His tail looks like a hotdog. Never again.
I booked three dogs for four days, and was a nervous first time boarding pet parent. ComeSitStay answered every phone call with delight in their voice. I trust this company with my animals. Highly recommend doing business with this company.
Had our Husky/Lab Indie groomed here by Ryann yesterday and she looks and feels so great!! She's got bad hips and I know she gave her some TLC. Great job Ryann ❣️
My dog attended GK twice a week for two years. She loved it, made friends, and slept great when I picked her up those evenings. The staff was so wonderful and patient when my dog started having behavioral issues. They worked with her and used positive reinforcement to improve her behavior. I highly recommend Good Karma for doggy daycare. We recently moved out of the area and can no longer attend. Will miss the staff and the care they provided for my dog.
I've been taking my dog since October of 2017 and they have always done an outstanding job looking after her. My dog has picked up some good manners just from her weekly visit to GK and she always has a blast. Ryann and Erica have groomed my dog in the past and did an amazing job. I also did one of the training classes, and it went really well. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a great place for their dogs to socialize and have a great time. I used to take my dog to a different daycare but it does not compare to Good Karma. My dog loves going to Good Karma and I'm never taking her anywhere else for as long as we're in Omaha.
Quick and easy. I have a 95 lb Lab that will NOT let me touch his nails. They had him clipped and ready to go by the time I finished a cigarette. I wasn't present during the trimming, but my pooch came out tail wagging and happy, so they obviously treated him well <3
We have a rescue corgi who has had minimal socialization and did not know how to interact with other dogs. We tried another daycare in town that used pack and alpha dog mentality, and our dog came home even more frightened and afraid. We knew good karma was the right place because right away we could tell the staff gave her nothing but the individual attention she needed. After only a couple months, she is like a completely different dog. She is excited to go to Good Karma, interacts great with other animals, and always comes home physically and emotionally stimulated. Great place!
I've been taking my Scottie, Maggie, to Good Karma, for a good while now. She's much more social with dogs now & clearly enjoys her days at playcare. The staff have been great at rewarding good behavior while discouraging rough behavior. In addition, I just got back from a trip to New Zealand & had both Erica & Brian house- & dog-sit while I was gone. Both of them sent me regular updates on Maggie. When I got home, my house was spotless! I'm so happy with Good Karma & the services they offer. And it was comforting to know Maggie & my house were in good hands while I was out of town!
Ryann is awesome with my Noodle, not to mention how soft and clean she is when she gets home! It's truly a spa day if Ryann is involved!
My boxer started coming to Good Karma twice a week back in June of 2014. I work all day and he cannot be left outside of a large kennel or he eats things he should not. Since enrolling him at Good Karma we have seen huge improvements in his behavior. He is more relaxed, he is more obedient, he is more social with dogs and humans and he is slowly being able to be left unattended for short periods of time. This place keeps him healthy, happy and busy. He sleeps in the car all the way home and then eats his dinner and then falls asleep again. He is not suffering from separation anxiety any longer. The owner and staff are just awesome. They report any problems they see with my dog and let me know how he is progressing. I can't imagine entrusting his care to anyone else! Thank you!
I am Dr.Susan Milner with Creature Comfort Veterinary House Calls. I have been working with Good Karma Dog Center for several months providing services for their clients. With 12 years experience as a veterinarian and many years experience training dogs, I highly recommend Good Karma for a safe, personal and caring experience for your pet. Good Karma has the highest staff to dog ratio that I have seen. The dogs are constantly being interacted with and trained by staff, reinforcing basic good behaviors and manners. Also, their physical health is constantly monitored and owners are notified immediately if there is a concern. This is why my newly adopted dog "Pearl" will be attending daycare at Good Karma. When choosing a daycare for your pet, be sure to ask about staff to pet ratio, cleaning policies, training and husbandry experience of all staff members and understand the owners training and treatment philosophies. I am sure that you will find Good karma to rank very high in all these categories. That is why I highly recommend and work with Good Karma Dog Center.
Archie had his first day at daycare and he had a great time, played with dogs closer to his young age and was one tired pup when he got home. I love that they make sure the dogs all get along on his scheduled day and don't have him meet new dogs constantly. He was well socialized and got a nail trim!
