If zeewoi had a 10-star rating for exceptional sitters, Stephanie would get one for sure! When we invited Stephanie to sit for us again (first time was when we lived in Germany, in DEC 2021 - JAN 2022), we jumped for joy when she said she was able to come! We already felt as if she was part of our family...and so did all of our cats, it turned out - including the ''orphaned'' ones who are regulars in our yard (during Stephanie's first sit, we only had Tiggy - who, of course, fell in love with her!). Even those cats we considered to be stand-offish or shy became trusting cuddle bugs after spending time with Stephanie!!! We think she is a true ''cat whisperer!'' She sent regular caring updates with photos of all the happy cats, playing with her or with the toys she brought them from Germany! Not to mention that Stephanie took perfect care of our home again, as well as the plants and the entire yard while we were away. We were also delighted to learn that Stephanie enjoyed staying at our home and further exploring Istria, so we cannot wait to have her sit for us again!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Catharina and Frank! We faced some travel adversities leaving for our trip with flights and didn't get to meet them in person before we left. But it was no problem for them; they put our minds at ease and adapted to our home without any fuss and they had no issues bonding quickly with our big dog, Darla. Both Frank and Catharina have a special way of connecting with pets and that was clear through the videos and photos we saw of our dog interacted with them at lakes, the ocean, the trails and while relaxing at home. They are kind, great with communication and extremely reliable. I wish them the best and would welcome them back into our home with our pets again.

Simone and Sven are the best pet sitters possible and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is their third pet sit for me and I would have them back again in a heartbeat. They are brilliant with my elderly and sick dog Pebbles. They really bonded, Pebbles was always so happy around them. They sent me daily updates that were informative and funny, and I knew they were looking after pebbles so well. They were great with medication and any unexpected items that occurred. They also brought me a beautiful gift and left the house spotless. They are an absolute pleasure and I know Pebbles and my apartment are well looked after when they are here. Exceptional First Experience with zeewoi Thanks to Kirsten & Marcel! We could not have had a better experience with Kirsten and Marcel as our dog sitters for our beloved Tui during our two-week trip. This was our first time using zeewoi, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision to choose Kirsten and Marcel. From the very beginning, they were absolutely brilliant. Before the sit, we had a video call to get to know them better, and their warmth and professionalism put us immediately at ease. They were so organized and kept us updated throughout their journey, letting us know about their flight bookings and bus arrivals—communication was flawless. During the sit, they went above and beyond by sending us plenty of videos and photos of Tui, which completely reassured us that our pup was having the best time. It was so comforting to see Tui happy and well taken care of, which really allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip. When we returned home, the house was in perfect condition, exactly as we had left it. It was like we never even left! Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless.
