This was the 2nd time Alan and Marilynne watched my cats for me, and I knew Sylvie and Monet would be in great hands because Alan and Marilynne had been so great the first time! They sent updates and pictures of the cats cuddling with them, and are so friendly they even had dinner with my neighbors one night! Another thing that stood out was how great they were when my cat got sick the night before/morning I left for my trip. I was so worried about the timing, but they assured me they were comfortable with anything they needed to do to help her- they went and got meds for her, kept me updated, and even called the vet when she got sick again. I've been home for several days, but I got a text from them today asking how Sylvie's doing now. These are very kind and caring people, totally trustworthy and do a great job!

Amanda and Nate were wonderful house sitters. We realized a few days before the sit that I had scheduled their arrival a day after we were leaving for vacation. Amanda and Nate were so accomodating and arrived a day before they had planned which was such a relief for us. Mopsy and Sadie enjoyed hanging out with them. Amanda sent updates and pictures during the week, which is always a treat We received pictures of Mopsy sitting next to Nate and Sadie getting nightly brushings from Amanda. We arrived home to find that our house was especially tidy and clean, which was so nice after being gone for 7 days! We did not need to clean anything up upon our return. Amanda sent us a detailed update at the time of their departure! :) We couldn't have asked for better house sitters/cat sitters! We would highly recommend Amanda and Nate.

No ruff days with me :)
Emmi kindly agreed to come the day before I left which was much appreciated and I was happy to pick her up from the train station. She was a lovely bubbly, friendly person, easy to have in my home. Emmi contacted me once when I was away with a picture of Alfie on a walk and on one other occasion to seek help with feeding Alfie as she had a personal appt that overlapped his evening meal time. I was happy to do this as had offered support like that from sister who lived nearby if she wanted to leave him for longer than the preferred 4-5 hours, something I offer to all my sitters so they can enjoy the local area. Unfortunately she did leave him for longer than I anticipated or my sister would have taken him to her house. I think Emmi struggled with planning ahead travel arrangements to and from Edinburgh perhaps not anticipating how long buses took, though trains half the time but don’t run after midnight. Alfie seemed relaxed around Emmi though I think his walking and feeding routine was not as he was accustomed to. I always tell sitters just to leave the bedding etc as I am happy to do all that when I get home preferring the attention to be on Alfie. Emmi left my home tidy though I would have preferred half eaten food to have been removed from the fridge and maybe the bathroom bin emptied Emmi seemed to have left her packing until the very last minute so was a bit rushed when I got home but we did make it to the train station in time for her onward journey

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! I don't think my fur baby wants to come home! This facility is operated by a locally renowned breeder. It is clean with outdoor runs, AND a play yard. The FLOORS are climate controlled for the warmth, or cooling comfort of our fur babies. The owner specializes in large breeds (we have a Rottweiler) though all are welcomed. Most other kennels won't take large breeds. The owner also uses aroma therapy for anxious fur babies and makes homemade doggie treats. All being said, instead of me going on vacation next year, I'm going to this kennel for a stay! This place is absolutely worth the drive for 5 star care! Highly recommend!

Words cannot express how happy I am that Robbyn came into my life! I have a dog who hates being boarded and two that have never been boarded. She asked me to bring them out individually so they could get accustomed to the facility and my dog that hated it, LOVED IT and my two that hadn’t been boarded LOVED IT! I love that she sent me videos and photos of my babies while I was gone. It eased my heart tremendously knowing my babies were being so spoiled. If you’re on the fence, give her a call and talk to her as I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A million out of 10 stars!
I’ve been bringing my pups here for a year and I am so pleased with the care they receive. Robyn sends me pictures and videos when I’m away on a trip. I have never worried about them while in her care. CCC is the perfect place for dogs, wish she had been open over the last 10 years!

My wife and I boarded our 2 dogs Sadie and Angel for 7 days at Jowls and Meows and the entire experience was awesome for us and them. The facilities and staff were extremely professional and friendly. The cleanliness of the kennels, and the craftsmanship of the facility in general gave us peace of mind that our pets would be safe and comfortable.
Great place with caring staff! My 9 month GSD was scared walking in the first time, but they were so amazing that he was at ease in 5 minutes. The services were great as well as the price. I've already scheduled his next 2 appointments.
Our Sadie loves coming here to get her nails trimmed. The staff are super friendly and treat Sadie with tender loving care.
We had a great experience with our cat boarding here. On short notice, we were able to get an appointment. The owners were kind and easy to work with. Additionally, they have a website you can book appointments on, list special needs, and also update vaccinations. They also work with animals who need medicine with no additional charge. We will certainly use them again in the future.
TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND SO DISRESPECTFUL! MY elderly father has been doing business with this groomer location in Mt. Orab before it was taken over with the current owner now! His dog has been going on a regular basis to be groomed and not once did the owner say anything about a price increase! We understand about a price increase but a business that is being ran the proper way would either let you know before they do the service about a price increase or maybe even call the owner first and ask if they are OK with it before proceeding. They wouldn't just go ahead and assume the client is ok with the price! This new owner grooms the dog and tells my father when he picks his dog up about the increase then! Plus I'm upset about the rude comment that was made to my father! How dare you take advantage of an elderly person and how dare you speak so disrespectful to him! In this day and age we are in our elderly are having a hard enough time budgeting their money and trying to survive! I really do hope my review hits your business hard! Cause after what my father told me, how you took advantage of him and then was so disrespectful to him when he was complaining of the price.....you and your employees deserve whatever is coming!

Would not recommend this place at all, once the head groomer left a couple years ago the whole place has taken a turn for the worst. As a previous employee take my word for it there are much better places to go then here and ill list why. First of all don't board your dogs here, the kennel area where your dogs have stayed have a faulty air conditioner that will not keep your dogs cool, no echo dampeners so all that barking bounces around in there will terrify any dog who is sensitive to sound. The entire back area has no grass only gravel and rocks that hurt your dogs paw pads, I asked multiple times while there if we could get grass or astroturf installed to no avail, there is a reason they covered up that fence so nobody could see inside because that gravel does not get washed either so other dogs feces and urines collects on those rocks. They buy the cheapest laundry detergent so those beds your dogs sleep on are absolutely disgusting and not clean at all and only mask the scent of previous dogs whove slept there. The drainage system in that kennel is horrible and does not drain at all so it consistently smelled of urine and feces and old soap from being washed out. Into the grooming area one thing I really did not like is how this place advertised it was anti cage grooming and that the pets would be able to go outside after their haircut free of a cage. This is the biggest lie ever, constantly id come inside to see dogs locked up in cages that went from the floor to the ceiling or big crates for the bigger animals. The lack of echo dampeners in here too made everything seem much louder and more stressful for all the dogs to point my own dog left the place shaking like a leaf! Absolutely unacceptable I hope that this business can figure out where things went wrong and turn it back into the place it was before because right now this is absolutely the worst pet grooming spa ever and your better off taking your dogs to somewhere that doesnt cage up your precious animals after an already stressful haircut.

I wish I could upload a before and after picture of our little Yorkie. Took her in for a mini-spa. When we picked her up, it doesn't look like there was anything done for her. Also, she certainly doesn't smell like she's been bathed. I cannot recommend this awful place.

Let's be honest...I called around trying to find a place to bathe my girls before one of them had a dental appointment on Tuesday. I called them have no idea who they were and low and behold...they do walk-ins!!! I quickly told them we would be there. We arrived and there was no one waiting so BOTH girls were taken right away! Then...to beat all we spent the next 1.5 hours playing with a puppy that we ended up making an offer on! So, just to summarize, they have walk-in grooming appointments........and puppies! You can't beat it...but they did! They even give multiple animal discounts!!! Check this place out, they have a cute lil shop inside too!
This is terrible. Took Nellie to get a mini spa, which consisted of Bath, trim and nail cut. Doesn’t look like they did anything but a bath. Tail and face doesn’t look like it was even wet. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Didn’t have a good experience. Booked online and when I arrived on the scheduled day they said no one could trim my cats nails. We rescheduled and the lady didn’t touch her dew claws. The front claws were barely touched and she got too close to the quick on one of her back claws. She acts like it hurts.
Don't recommend boarding with them . They neglected to care for my dog!!!! . She has more food then she should left . When I picked her up she smells of urine so badly 😢 they said they gave her a bath and brushed her out but pictures I have clearly show that they did not!!! If you love you pet like a child I wouldn't recommend leaving it there at all!!!
Did follow directions, dogs were in a wet pen, didn't seem like dogs had eaten, thier blankets had to picked up later do to need washed
We have boarded our babies here since it was what a dog. Since ownership has changed it has been a great transition and we feel as if nothing has changed at all and that’s a great thing!! Our two have been well cared for and loved on and they always update us if we call or ask in advance on how they are doing. Also saved a major trip for us by getting us in last minute. They neglected my dog my dog got bloat was suffering for a day and a half no phone calls from them that something was wrong with my dog I got there to take my dog out for a couple hours when I arrived she was in critical condition very lethargic couldn’t walk terrible to go to the med vet and it was so severe I had to put my dog down. This dog was my child. This broke my heart. They did not take care of my dog. They neglected my dog and let my dog suffer. I would never take a dog to this place ever. I don’t know how these people lay their head down at night time
I have taken my dogs To another place and upon their return they were so sick. They were puking had diarrhea. Had to take them to the vet And get medicine Which was Costly After paying for the boarding. I took my dogs to Jowls and meow's In Mt. Orab. They took excellent care Of our Babies The place did not smell it was very clean and our One dog is a little temperamental She allowed me to go back and put her In the kennel and allow me to come and take her out of the kennel The other place would not allow us to do that. They were extremely friendly I would highly recommend this place to take care of your Fur babies The care was outstanding. Thank you
