Dawn was an amazing house sitter. She handled issues that arose efficiently so I didn't feel I needed to "fix it". She communicated as needed and replied to any inquiries I made promptly. She left the apartment spotless. A great sitter.

We booked Joanne and Rick in January. We had a great interview and booked them at that time. I kept in touch through the next couple of months. Joanne was very responsive and a great communicator. When they showed up at the scheduled time, we hit it off right away. Indy was very 'taken' with Joanne and I knew it was going to be fine. I asked for a picture or two each day. They took Indy on hikes almost everyday and I got great photos of him and the beautiful scenery. The house was just as I left it, neat and tidy. It was a pleasure to have them stay in our house. I felt that it was going to be a good sit and it was. I would definitely recommend Joanne and Rick and would have them back any time.

We were very lucky & thrilled to be able to welcome back Jim & Lana to look after our three boys and the house for a second time and for our longest trip away so far (5 weeks). It is a real pleasure when away for such an extended period (for us at least) to have the comfort of knowing the boys are happy and the house cared for. Even better to come home to chilled doggies & a clean house. Jim & Lana are great communicators, very experienced with property & pets and lovely people, who again made us feel at ease and definitely bonded with our boys. No surprise at all that they have so many fantastic reviews on top of ours and we absolutely recommend them, while also hoping that our future vacation plans and their commitments coincide again and we can welcome them back. We are so beyond pleased with Rebecca and her husband’s care for our home and our fur family! We came home to happy and well cared for animals, and our home was spotless. Rebecca was communicative throughout her stay, sending us pictures and updates. They are welcome back any time!

Ash traveled a LONG way for this sit and still managed to be right on time -- a great indication of the professionalism/reliability that was to come. Our off-grid mountain home requires a fairly detailed orientation, and Ash didn't miss a thing. And our indefatigable mountain dog was even tired when we got home -- not an easy thing to accomplish.

Laura and Scott were the best pet sitters you could ask for! Communication was great from the time the sit was confirmed and thru out the sit. Laura sent me daily photos and texts. They did everything we asked and then more! Highly recommend and hope that they will come back and do another sit for us sometime!

Sandra was an excellent sitter - we came back to a happy contented cat, a spotless house and a lovely welcome home card and message. Sandra sent us daily photos and updates on Ziggy which we greatly appreciated. I hope Sandra can cat sit for us again and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Theresa was great at communicating, asking for clarification when it was needed and for keeping our home in good shape. She sent photos of our cats, & spoke lovingly about them. You'd be lucky to have her at your home!

My dog Teddy loved being with Theresa. She was organized, self-sufficient, and very personable. Even though she does online Yoga via Zoom 4 days a week, she took plenty of time to throw Teddy his beloved balls, snuggle and go on walks. She sent me updates and pictures. Teddy and I would definitely love to have Theresa come visit again.

This was only our second sit so we are still figuring out how things work. We reached out to Suzanne and Jim about sitting after other applicants had declined for various reasons. We also recruited our first sitter last year. They were positive and willing to make the long trip west to us and interested in exploring the area. Lola was well cared for during their stay which was the most important thing. As in other reviews, some cleaning tasks did not get completed.
