This place was awesome for my 3 pups to vacation while I was out of town. Open spaces to romp and play, but very safe. Billy was great, and took care of them and sent pics. Will definitely use again! Great place!

Uncle Billy’s Pet Boarding is our new favorite place for our dog, Marty, to “vacation”! We found Billy during a frantic google search when we had a pet-sitter change the night before we left on vacation. Billy happily welcomed us in last minute and was amazing to work with— super kind and accommodating and very reasonably priced. Our dog took to Billy right away and we appreciated that Billy sent updates and videos to let us know how our pup was doing. Billy’s property is great, too! We loved that Marty had plenty of room to run around and other dogs to play with. It really was like Marty got his own vacation while we were on vacation. We will 100% be using Uncle Billy’s Pet Boarding any time Marty needs a place to stay, and we’ll also be referring all our friends!

Our 3 dogs stayed at uncle Billy’s during Christmas & New Years break. They had an absolute blast. There is a large fenced in area for the pups to play & a shop for the rainy days. I received videos every other day & when I returned our youngest was behaving so much better. She used to jump & demand attention. She does not jump on us anymore & is so much calmer. Great place to teach, train & board your dogs. Thank you Billy for taking care of our fur babies

We had a last minute change in plans and Uncle Billy’s was able to get us in with short notice. Our dog loved the fenced area where he was able to run and play. Very reasonably priced. He also sent pics to us during the week while we were away and worked with our dog on leash training. Bonus! 5 of 5 stars recommend!

Billy took the very very best care of Dax. Not only was he great with my high energy Malinois, but he truly enjoyed playing with him and gave him a lot of attention. He was also amazing with my busy schedule and so nice. 10/10. 5 stars book this man.

I started a new job and was asked to travel for work. I frantically searched and visited other places in the area that offered dog boarding for my little one but none quite fit for my four legged daughter until we went to check out Uncle Billy’s. I just picked her up after being there a few days and she was all smiles. I received videos while I was away it was so nice seeing her! Billy goes above and beyond making sure she was taken care of and felt loved and special! Uncle Billy's truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We found ourselves in a tight spot, needing last-minute care for our older dog, Dan, while we were away on vacation. Billy was awesome! His schedule was really booked but he offered to come out to our house on a Sunday so that we could get the help we needed much sooner. He was very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Billy taught us everything we need to know to be able to work with our dog at home. 5/5 stars and would recommend him to anyone needing some help getting their dog under control.

Scout had the best time playing and being loved on at Uncle Billy’s dog boarding. Our ultra hyper 7 month old lab had plenty of space to run, play, and meet new friends. He even sent pictures to us every day. We will definitely be entrusting our furry child to Uncle Billy again!!

I love camp bow wow and they take care of my puppies like nobody's business, the only negative would be the fact that I had my two dogs groomed and it was almost $300, $10 shy.... Daycare and boarding 100%, having your dogs groomed there, way too expensive.

Camp Bow Bow for Peaches & Twinkle! We board our dogs when travel requires us to be away overnight. Having the option of sharing a room helps keep our fur babies together and comfortable, especially since both my dogs are a bit on the anxious spectrum. One (Peaches) is an introvert and hesitant around dogs and humans, while the other (Twinkle) is a human-attention hog. I appreciate how the staff at Camp Bow Wow gets to know each pet and their personalities, likes, dislikes, etc. They are strict with vaccinations - which is a GREAT thing! I recall reading a review complaining about it. Last year, the canine flu epidemic resulted in pneumonia in one of my dogs and a $2k+ vet bill. So, yes I am thrilled CBB is so diligent about shots! It keeps ALL pets safe and healthy. Brandy the manager is a gem. She genuinely loves all the dogs who camp there. Dog lovers know that our babies can tell us if they don't like a place or person by their behavior. Peaches & Twinkle are as happy to walk into Camp Bow Wow as they are to come home! Great sign when our pups are excited about a particular environment. Having live streaming access, as well as calls from the staff just to keep us informed are all very reassuring practices standard to CBB. The staff are trained to be as helpful and as accommodating as possible. During one overnight trip for sport competition, we realized we would not be finished nor make the 3 hour drive back in time to pick up the fur-babies. I called as I was frantic. CBB worked with us - told us to concentrate on winning and driving back safely, because Peaches & Twinkle were in good hands. Recently we used them for daycare as we were having a garage sale. They came back both days exhausted from the Cinco de Mayo celebration! I have to frame the pics! No place is perfect, and there have been a few OOPS! But what makes this place 5 stars is how they handle mistakes. With compassion and with reason. I highly recommend!

We used them for an afternoon of daycare services. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that were genuinely happy to meet our companions, Fiona and Seamus. I was impressed with the interview process with both dogs taken back to be analyzed for personality type and how to best deal with each pet. Facilities were clean and well organized. Checking in and out was efficient and easy. When we're in NW Arkansas, we'll be back.

Gibby attended day camp for 2 days while we visited Bentonville. I wanted him to have some play time while we biked and explored the area. The staff were all great with him, welcoming him each day and we could check on him through the web cams. We had an amazing experience and will be back when we return later this year!

Camp Bow Wow is wonderful! I love that they have cameras and we can spy on our little monsters while they are playing with their friends. Staff is always friendly.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Bentonville! It is our go to spot for doggie daycare while we hit the mountain bike trails. The staff is so kind and gives us updates on our pups and all of the friends they made. There is always something fun happening - like an Egg Hunt for Easter! Our dogs always leave tired and happy.

The team at Camp Bow Wow Bentonville are special humans! They take such great care of Krewe and Fuego on our frequent travels. It is the only place that Krewe feels comfortable going to for care; he is a very anxious old man. I appreciate the team there more than they will ever know!!

Visited for their recent NADD Dock Diving event and had an absolutely wonderful time. The facility was very clean and the shaded picnic table area for folks to sit at in between rounds was really nice. This was my first dock diving event and the folks running the event were so kind and encouraging.

We travel to Bentonville quite a bit and love to bring our dogs but never had anywhere to take them when we wanted a night out or to stay while we’re at a race. My only issue was not being able to tour the facility. We were unable to make a tour reservation on the site (there was no option) and they’re only on set days. Hopefully next time! Juno loved it and we really enjoy the daily photo uploads 🤩🐶 Can’t wait to be back!

We just had a really great weekend at Cool Wag for a Dock Diving event! So fun to have a welcoming, low stress place to learn and practice a new to us sport. My girlie knows when we turn off the highway to head that direction and can hardly contain her excitement!!! For the people end of things? An area with clean bathrooms, A/C and internet connection. Give it a try...you and your dog will be glad you did!

Dickens and I started with CoolWag through the puppy classes with Nicole. She was great, and the class was too. Dickens started going to Daycare there a few weeks ago and he loves it and so do I. I love that I can drop him off and know that he will have a great time, and most importantly be safe. This weekend I had a last minute family emergency and CoolWag was able to get dickens in for boarding even with the little notice. I had to extend his stay by a day and they were happy to accommodate since they had the space. I picked up a very tired and happy boy today and I can’t thank CoolWag enough for taking such good care of my boy.

I wanted to say how wonderful the staff is at Cool Wag. I’ve been spending quite a bit of time there, lately. Every time I ask for help, or I compete in Dock Diving, all of the folks there are so eager to help and give me answers or find what I need. Thank you for being so organized and pleasant during a busy and stressful time. It’s a great place to play with dogs.

Love! We dropped our two big dogs off for boarding for 3 nights and couldn't be happier! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from our first phone call, through our initial visit (to ensure it would be a good fit for our girls and to view the facility), to picking up the dogs from boarding. The facility is great with lots of play area inside and out and multiple options for separating small dogs or others that need space. Multiple staff on-site to provide doggie supervision in each area. Individual lodging rooms (not crates!) for dogs boarding, more than big enough for dogs from the same family to stay together comfortably. They also have an apartment on-site, allowing for 24 hour on-site staff (opposed to many boarding options that leave the facility unmanned during the overnight hours). My favorite part was that they sent regular photo updates of both our girls, via text, so we could see how much fun they were having during their stay! I was totally surprised to get the pictures and LOVED seeing my babies and knowing they were being well cared for while we were away! A close second to the photo updates is the all-day play! The dogs get supervised play and socialization all day long (not counting meal times and bedtime) and HOURS after picking them up our two normally very energetic pups are still pooped and napping! As a side note, when we picked up our dogs after their 3 night stay, they were certainly happy to see us but MORE than comfortable in the surroundings at Coolwag and with all of the staff and other dogs - I think they will gladly return in the future! Highly recommended!

CoolWag is an amazing place! We dropped off our pup, Sky, for daycare and it is clear that the staff is very well trained and knowledgeable. We felt confident that Sky would be fine and that she would have a wonderful time and she did! She was excited to go back the following day for a second day of daycare. CoolWag also texted us to let us know how Sky was doing, sent a picture, and provided us with a summary of how Sky did during the day. We will definitely use CoolWag when we’re in town and need daycare for our pup. Thank you, CoolWag, for taking a great care of Sky!

CoolWag is our favorite facility to take Skye to. We've used a number of daycare facilities in Orlando, and another in Missouri, and feel this is the best. The entrance is great, with divided areas to go through, as Skye gets anxious when surrounded by other dogs when he's on leash. He seems to enjoy playing with the other dogs, and we appreciate the pics they post. We especially like the enrichment options, he enjoys the dock diving and agility. The trainers are friendly and have excellent suggestions!

I cannot recommend Stage Coach enough! Rebecca is so kind and goes above and beyond! Mumford loves coming here, getting his walks and playing with the other dogs… and mom loves getting the pictures and updates. Such a great experience every time!

New favorite place for our dog Lily. Very affordable and the owner is very friendly. Lily was well taken care of and was worn out from playing with the rest of the dogs.

Boarded our very shy dogs for a week here and it was amazing! They went above and beyond to make the dogs comfortable and the facility is beautiful. We were so nervous because of their temperament but the owner knew exactly how to handle them and you could really tell she loves dogs and has a unique way with them. We are extremely satisfied in every way! Highly recommend!!

Sarah came over for a meet and greet. She never voiced any concern. We have 3 small dogs. One of the little Chihuahuas, a male, is an alpha male and protects me. Yes he barked and growled the entire time. Yes I had to hold him the whole time and yes he did lunge at Sarah while she sat on the couch. I did let her know he is missing half his teeth and he is only 10lbs. Rather than discuss her concerns with me at that time, and I could have advised her he has never bitten anyone, and is a different dog when I am not there. Instead Sarah stated she wanted to come back with her other sitter so that the dogs can see her again and the other sitter can meet us all. A few days later, I get a text stating that due to my aggressive dog she will not sit for us. She is scared my small dog might bite her. I find it very unprofessional and weak that she didn't have the courage to voice he concern or just say she was not interested to my face. That is the whole point of the meet and greet. If she is scared of a 10 lb Chihuahua missing most of his teeth, I wonder how she acts with other dogs?

Working with Arkanpaws has been like having family nearby.My husband and I moved to the area about two years ago. Given we were new to the area, when we got our new puppy Neala we didn't know where to turn. We were planning on using their dog walking services for only a few months until she was old enough for day care, but we have loved Arkanpaws so much that we have kept up with weekly walks. They treat our dog with such love and compassion. They write detailed notes after each visit. Most times they even take in our mail. I have absolutely loved the care and attention that they give our dog. I always feel so comfortable knowing she is good hands. I have recommended them to a few people who have had similar positive experiences.

We absolutely love Arkanpaws! Gay treated our elderly Boston Terrier Kennedy like she was part of her family. We will not let any other company take care of our pets but Arkanpaws. I consider it a great day at doggie camp when you come home looking like you played all day! I cannot say enough great things about this place. New to town and the area - we are lucky that this place is close by. From the moment we walked in - we were greeted and explained the entire day to us before we left. Their website is user friendly and a great way to book bay camp or boarding. I love that it’s a small operation and they know each dog’s personality. I can rest assured she’s being loved on and played with like it were me with her. Just look at that happy face! She can’t wait to go back next week for another day at Camp Underbite!

Camp Underbite is by far one of the best doggy day cares I've ever had the pleasure of taking my dogs too. We've boarded both our dogs Molly (lab mix) and Rico (miniature dachshund) there multiple times. The owners have sent us multiple pictures of our dogs playing there and you can tell they truly love what they are doing. Lots of open room at the facility with multiple fenced in areas for the dogs to play. The owners live on site, so the dogs are always within reach. I've even heard the owner has slept in the boarding house during bad weather to keep the dogs calm. Now that's dedication! A+

We love Camp Underbite! Jamie and the team are great with our dog and we always feel relieved when we travel that our pup is well taken care of. They encourage (or perhaps require) an orientation to ensure your dog responds well to their Camp and the owners are comfortable leaving their furry friend. Camp underbite is a great place to take your dog and know it’s well taken care of and loved! The owner(s) is always there and they take the time to get to know your dog. The facility is clean and has a lot of shaded outdoor space for the pups to run. It also has a section with turf for rainy days so the pups stay clean! It’s a great value and it’s worth going there! Jamie and Katrina are very friendly and available to answer your questions and concerns! I would highly recommend!

We send our 5 month old GSD puppy here and he loves it. He always gets so excited to see the staff and they are very loving and caring people. I don't normally trust people in general but I trust dogs and these folks!

I used their cat boarding service. My cat was healthy when she was taken in. When I received her a month later, she had developed feline jaundice (a condition that does not develop overnight) and had to be put down the next day. When asked for a refund, they refused, stating they did the best they could when they clearly didn't. Steer clear of this place if you care for your pets.

Bronco loves coming here! Cameron and the crew do a great job. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I feel very secure having my dog stay there during the days and boarding overnight too.

You can look at my profile and see that I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I have to give an honest opinion of my experience in hopes that their customer service will improve for other customers in the future. I’m not from the area, but my dogs attend daycare regularly back home so I’m used to this process. The first day (Thursday) I checked in was for assessment for two days of daycare. I had all of their vaccination and medical paperwork with me but no registration forms as I thought these would be completed when I arrived. I was told that they were busy and I would have to go to a computer to print the forms. I didn’t have access to a computer and asked if they could be printed and she printed the forms and I signed them but only after asking. We then talked about food and she told me it was ok to bring food the next day and it wouldn’t be an issue. Friday I checked them in with a different lady other than the one who helped us one day prior. I handed her the dog food and she asked “What is this for?” I told her it was their food. She then asked me if they had eaten and told me they only feed puppies. I told her they had eaten early that morning and explained to her that both of my dogs are still puppies, and had to tell her their birthdates just for her to take the food. I completely understand rules and regulations. However, it would’ve been nice if all the staff were on the same page when it comes to policies as well as a little more polite and friendly. It also would’ve been nice to tour the facility, but it seems as if no one has time or it’s just not something they do here. A positive is that they seem to be very nice to dogs. It served its purpose for two days but to be honest if I was a resident here, I wouldn’t send my dogs back.

Excellent service and wonderful staff! Everyone is friendly and accomodating. Most importantly, my dogs come home super happy and exhausted. I use DogWatch for both boarding and daycare. Additionally, the online reservation tool is fantastic. I will not take my pets anywhere else :-). Keep up the fantastic work, DogWatch!

Our dog absolutely loves it here. He loves the people so much he whines with excitement every time we pull into the parking lot, jumps out of the car , runs to the door tail wagging. Highly recommend. The staff are fantastic.

We have been to other day areas in the area and Bella cried all day and sat in the corner. I brought her here and she loves it she plays all day and cant wait to go back!! The staff is loving and call her by name!! Thank you so much for a safe loving place to leave her. She also had issues eating and they helped us find a good nutritious meal and now she eats!! We love dogwatch! I brought River here when he was just puppy! He started out as such a shy puppy but the workers at dogwatch did an amazing job in helping with this! He has now been going over a year and he loves to go and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We are always welcomed when we enter the door and River gets so excited to see the employees there. This place is amazing!

JC is my cat. He stayed for 8 days while I was on a vacation. The care he received was great. They trimmed his nails and bathed him. JC was looking good when I picked him up. The cost was very reasonable. The employees seem to care a lot about the pets left in their care. This will be my go to place for pet products, vet care and boarding.
