Rebecca (spelling is like Rebekah or similar) is AMAZING. She sits all animals from cats to dogs and those in between. She takes the dogs out for hours during the day, her kids are gentle, kind, and energetic with the animals. Her family is amazing and a great fit to sit my pets at a reasonable price. I will recommend her to all of my friends.

We love our sweet family of caregivers at Waggin Out Pets! We always know our furry child is loved, exercised, and cared for to the fullest extent while we’re away - which says so much! We actually had an emergency when our dog’s nail ripped off and Rebekah happened to be in the area, knew what to do, and rushed over to the rescue to stop the bleeding with expertise and a totally calm demeanor. We just can’t say enough! 💙💙

Rebecca is AMAZING. My dog can be very difficult and I don't trust anyone to really watch her at all. I first used Rebecca because I had no other option and she immediately put me at ease. I've used her ever since any time we travel. She keeps in contact, sends pics, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond what is expected of her. I absolutely love her and so does my crazy dog!

What a wonderful gift of relaxation Jenny and the team with Rover Heights gave me by providing such wonderful care for my Luna. Jenny responded quickly to my last minute holiday need for overnight pet sitting and WOW did the team ever come through. While I was away, I received beautiful pictures of my sweet girl in different settings during her walks. Luna looked so happy and that allowed me to enjoy myself and completely relax for the first time in many months. I cannot recommend Jenny and Rover Heights enough!! Great team, great organization, and I would give you guys a million stars if I could!!

I recently used Rover Heights for the first time to take care of my dog while I was out of town—including staying in our home and pet taxi services. From the moment I first reached out to Jenny to our meet and greet with our sitter Jeanne, I was impressed by the knowledge, experience and warmth of the team! My dog is routine-driven and can get sad when we are away. What truly stood out was Jeanne’s care and attention to his routine and putting him at ease. We received regular updates and photos, which reassured me that he was in excellent hands and having a great time. My dog was happy and relaxed staying in his home with his new friend, and he even got lots of extra love and walks at the park (his favorite)! A few years ago I needed to travel out of town and my dog (a German Shepherd) was not responding well to being left at home alone even when I had to go in to the office post-pandemic. Jenny (and the most amazing dog walker, Danielle) were so patient in working with me, getting to know me and Alexis. Since then, they've been my go-to and Alexis loves them! I love the way I know I can count on them to stop in, even when it's short notice. I also appreciate the pictures they send during the visit so I can see for myself that she really is just fine. :)

Finding people you can trust with your pets and home can be really challenging. The ladies at Rover Heights really go above and beyond to care for our animals. From weekday walks with our 2 active dogs to weekend checks on our cat when we are out of town, we can count on them to provide excellent care for our pets! I love that they give photo updates of each visit, and even take care of extra things like bringing in the mail or picking up after one of the animals has gotten into some trouble around the house. We were in a pinch and needed someone to take care of our pup over the holiday weekend. Rover Heights came to the rescue! Jenny not only provided food/water service, but also spent quality time with our pup and gave her plenty of TLC. Jenny also sent us pictures with updates to let us know how our pup was doing, which made my family very happy. We will definitely use Rover Heights services again! I highly recommend Jenny and her team for anyone that needs reliable pet care!

I used this company in November 2019, and I am very happy with what it stands for, how it operates, and it's value. I needed someone to check in on my dogs, let them out, feed them, etc during a week in November, and this company surpassed all my expectations. Jenny, the owner, is on top of all communication, she uses an app that makes all communication (and payment) very easy. My dog sitter was Danielle, and she was fantastic, sent me pictures, and was very good with my large dog as well as my smaller ones. She also took in the mail, and any packages outside the door. She was very easy to communicate with, and the app this company uses allowed Danielle to check in and out, which let me know when she was there for a visit and when she left. Overall, I gave this company 5 stars because they cleared all my concerns while I was away, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, they were organized, reasonable, excellent with the timing and methods for communicating with me, and their prices are excellent. I am very happy, would recommend this company to my friends and family (and have) and will use this company again! Edited to include that it’s now 2023, and I’m still using this company, I’m still very happy, and I greatly appreciate the consistency as far as their service!🙌🏼

Absolutely amazing! We loved the heart pounding coasters, the incredible animals! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. That being said, I swear I'm not being fussy, but there really needs to be more places to cool off. If you're coming from say north of South Carolina, it's some intense heat here in the summer ( it's still spring). Loved it and I'm sure we'll be back

Used the kennel at the Tampa location today. It was bright and clean! The staff were extremely friendly. It’s easy to get to them from inside the park to walk and/or feed your dog when needed throughout the day. I would definitely use them again. No reservation needed. They open 30 minutes before the park, so I recommend getting there right when they open to get your pet checked in. It’s also extremely reasonable at $25 per pet. We have 2 large labs and the large kennel fit them both so I only had to pay $25 total. They provide water in bowls right in each kennel so you don’t have to worry about giving them water. We brought blankets for them to lay on and I recommend doing that for their comfort.

The animals are one of my favorite things at bushgardens. We seen a momma kangaroo with a baby Joey in her pouch! So cute!!

My family likes this place so much. I hope they have better options for kids menu and /or overall food menu. When you come here almost every week, you will not want to eat here anymore...

Great service. Just rather difficult to locate with poor signage. Also reservation page is borderline impossible to find from park website. That also Sucks. Staff were great however.

Chihuahua approved! I honestly was so worried leaving my two chis at a kennel for the day since I’ve never done that before. All my worries were soon relieved! Nice and roomy kennels where I could fit blankets, pillows, toys, food and water for them. The Busch gardens shuttle takes you to and from the kennel and you can take them outside and visit them as much as you want! Bring your own leashes, food and bowls. They have a sink that you can fill their water dishes from and a countertop you can leave a cooler bag with their food and leashes if needed. Amazing friendly staff! 10/10

They seemed to be concerned and attentive to our dog. It was up front in the parking area( we would have not purchased upgraded parking if we realized it was on the opposite side of park. The premium parking was pointless altogether), and it was easy to find. I wish we could have had them walk, feed, and interact at our request but I imagine for liability purposes they are not allowed.

Fairy Tail Pet Care made our wedding day so special! It would not have been the same without them and having our sweet babies there. You could tell instantly the love and passion they have for animals! They took the time to meet and learn all 5 of our babies unique personalities and rescue stories. This meant the world to us! Within 10 minutes they were our pets new best friends almost as if they knew our babies forever. I never once had to worry about their well being. Even with 5 rambunctious beagles it went so smoothly. They were so well taken care of and listened to all my concerns. They were on time and came prepared for everything including having the squeaky toys ready for pictures, fancy water bottles that our puppies loved drinking from, and extra leashes and lots of cookies. Ilana one of the founders is such a special person. She was always in contact with me and took the time to understand our pets unique situation and provided love and compassion on our special day. The whole team was absolutely amazing!! Fairy Tail Pet Care were the biggest blessing at our wedding and deserve so much more love and appreciation than I can express through words.

Bethany and the FairyTail Pet Care team were absolutely wonderful in helping us include our dog, Sunshine, in our wedding. They cared for her so well, and it was clear she was comfortable with them from the start. They were prompt and were accommodating to her needs! We are so thankful for how much they added to our special day, and we highly recommend them to anyone who wants the furry friend to be apart of their wedding day.

I can't recommend FairyTail Pet Care enough! They were incredible to work with and were phenomenal with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Bentley. They made him feel comfortable in a very scary and stressful new situation. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough asking questions about what we needed and what would happen on our wedding day. Communication was excellent and very fast! Our two handlers went above and beyond from picking him up and taking him to the venue, getting him acclimated to the space, having him mingle with guests, have him ready for photos and two handoffs (he walked down the aisle with the groom and was our ring bearer) and also took him home, fed him, made sure he went potty and had plenty of cuddles! I was very worried about how Bentley would do in the wedding as it wasn't something I could easily train him for, but they made sure he did great! On the big day they arrived right on time to pick him up, had him ready in his wedding attire, and kept an eye on the time and what he needed to be doing. They brought treats and squeaky toys to help with photos, and we got some great photos because of them going the extra mile! Their care is above and beyond and very professional, and they made sure to cover everything he and we needed! They also texted us pictures and an update as well which was so appreciated! I could see how passionate they were and how much they cared about Bentley and making our day special and go smoothly. I highly recommend FairyTail Pet Care for your wedding. The extra cost is worth it for piece of mind and to have your beloved pet have the care he or she deserves on your wedding day. I truly feel like things would not have gone well if we did not hire them! Do yourself the favor- your wedding day is stressful enough. :) We could not have asked for a better plus one then Ilana and were glad she was apart of our special day.

The best date we could have asked for for our pup! Kelly did the best job following all the instructions we provided and he had such a fun time. He got lots of walks, lots of great photos, and lots of socializing time. We had complete trust in Kelly and Fairy Tail pet care taking care of our dog, Stanley. They even created a timeline for us to coordinate with our other vendors for important parts of the day. Highly recommend!

Our fur babies Sid and Sugar were in such great care during our wedding thanks to FairyTail Pet Care! We got to enjoy our special day knowing our babies were in great hands. Sid and Sugar got to meet one of the handlers prior to the event which was great. The handler got to see them in their element which eased some of our nervousness leading up to the wedding. During the wedding day, the handlers walked, feed, and cared for Sid and Sugar. We did pay for overnight care which we highly recommend. The best part of the whole day was having Sid and Sugar involved in photos and cocktail hour. All of our guests got to mingle with them thanks to FairyTail Pet Care! The handlers took so many videos and photos for us to cherish forever. My husband and I would highly recommend booking with them! Your fur babies will have the best time during your wedding day!

I honestly do not think I can say enough good things about FairyTail Pet Care!!!! They were hands down the best purchase I made for my wedding day!! Worth every single penny! As soon as Ilana came in the door to my bridal suite, she immediately went to Diesel & got on the floor with him and introduced herself and it was like love at first sight with those two!! Diesel took to Ilana so well, I was just in awe! He was so relaxed & comfortable with her from the get go and that put me at ease as well! We booked Ilana for 6 hours and she did the most phenomenal job taking care of Diesel and assisting him down the aisle, assisted during photos & made sure he was included in every step of our wedding - all with the biggest smile on her face! Ilana truly loves what she does & it showed!! Diesel was so well behaved for her and I truly did not have to worry one bit because I knew he was in such good hands!! I would HIGHLY recommend FairyTail Pet Care to ANYONE! I added a picture of Diesel & Ilana just to show the most adorable chemistry that they had!! FairyTail Pet Care was incredible to work with. Our three handlers were the perfect match to take care of our three animals. Not only did they assist with handling our very energetic Jack Russell mix, our very anxious Australian Cattle Dog- they kept our sweet tabby cat entertained and loved on all day! Everything was such a breeze to book. This is a service that is beyond amazing to have for your special day but really just takes away the stress of our animals on the wedding day and allowed them to be a part of the festivities!

This was the first time we ever boarded our Bernadoodle and McKenzie did a phenomenal job. It took a day or so for him to acclimate to his surroundings and then he had a good time. Leaving your pup with Makenzi and Jose is like leaving them with family! I can tell by the texts and photos sent that they love my baby the way I do. And for the pups - the yard is a fun area of exploration (water, chickens, toys!) and lots of room to run. Lefty loves his "home" away from home and we can go away and know our pup is loved and well cared for!

The care that each sitter takes with our furbaby, Lucy, is so so thoughtful and considerate: not only do they take wonderful photos at each visit so you can see, they also speak up about other issues as they arise, like a loose faucet handle. Stephanie is fantastic. I always feel so at ease when my older dog stays with her. I can't bear to board him and this has been a lifesaver. I know she's up to date on all the latest pet trends and safety precautions. I never worry about my old pup as she sends me lots of photos and updates. He's got some bladder control issues in his older age and she doesn't mind putting a diaper on him when he stays with her. I'd recommend her services to anyone.

An absolute gem of a pet service. Excellent communication and so understanding and non judgemental in regards to a rescue pup (w hx of trauma aka she is not the easiest with strangers) and working with her quirks. Every employee was fantastic and sent sweet updates and hilarious videos of trying to convince the scaredy-cat pup to come downstairs and see them…which she eventually did!!!! And that is not something that has happened in the past with previous sitters. Everyone from owner to employees make you feel like you are part of a family which can give one such a sense of security and trust leaving their fur baby under their care. I could feel everyone truly has a passion for their job ! We left our dog and cat at our home for two weeks while we drove across the country to visit grandparents and had Stephanie's business visit a few times a day to feed, walk, etc. We got photos of our pets and reports on their health with every visit, were able to communicate with not just Stephanie but her awesome employees, and came home to happy and relaxed pets (when we used to board our dog, she'd be frantic and anxious for weeks after). As everyone gets busy with summer travel plans, give Steph a try!

PJ is terrific! She walked/watched my dog Barkley from 2015 - 2021. He just adored her and loved staying over night when I traveled. PJ is very flexible and helped pick him up or drop him off if needed. She also gave him a good bath in between grooming appointments, which was a huge bonus! Now PJ watches / walks my new girl, Casey Brown. She helps with the training and sets up play dates for her to socialize and play with other dogs while I am at work. She has so much fun and it gives me such joy to see her so happy. I couldn’t do it without her! I have had to travel and have no worries when I have to board her @ Yanni’s. I have such peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands when I am away. A true treasure for your pet!

I have used Yanni’s pet sitting service for over 10 years. I never worry about my pup when she is with this sitter. She does private boarding and when my pup sees the sitter come to the door, my pup goes crazy with excitement. She also watches over my cat when I’m out of town too. I would recommend this sitter 100 times over. Nothing better than knowing your fur family/babies is in good hands and that the fur babies are happy. I am thrilled about PJ's awesome services as a dog sitter! Now that I know of her, I will be sending my beloved dog to her every time I go out of town. She kept in touch with me while my dog was with her which I really appreciated. Also, she took the time to take pictures and videos so that I could see for myself that my dog was adjusting well. It was my dog's first experience being away from me and I felt so secure and safe knowing that she was in EXCELLENT hands! She gave me much needed advice on certain topics pertaining to dog care when I came to pick her up. Her place is perfectly designed for taking care of dogs. The beds and crates are appropriately placed against walls. There is a wonderful outdoor area for dogs to be in, along with umbrellas to shade them. One of the pluses in having her is that she genuinely loves taking care of dogs. It is not just a job, but a job that she LOVES and CARES about. Even though I reside in Pinellas County where there are many dog sitting facilities, I prefer driving to her home in Tampa, a trip well worth it. I strongly recommend her, without any reservation, in using her services.

I was incredibly happy with the pet sitting service here! My 9 month old corgi had a pleasant experience and I felt very relieved to have put her in such good hands. Prior to the pet sitting, my puppy had been struggling with obedience and after staying with PJ, she came home better trained and way more obedient! Look no further!!! PJ and her pet-sitting services are the BEST around! I have been using her as a dog walker since March 2018 and couldn't be happier. First of all, she is 100% trustworthy, professional, and reliable. I receive a daily text message with pictures, an update on the walk, if my dog peed/pooped, and if she drank water. She will also feed my dog during the visit if I am working late. Each visit includes cuddles and plenty of love, too! :) Also, she is so flexible and accommodating! My work schedule is always changing and sometimes I work evenings and weekends. PJ has never missed a day that we didn't plan for way in advance!! And on the rare occasion she wasn't available, she went out of her way to make accommodations so that my dog would be taken care of. I recently needed some last-minute help on a Saturday and texted her with little warning. She had special plans that day but still went out of her way in the late morning to make a visit to my house! You will not regret your decision to use this dog walking service! Her passion and professionalism are hard to beat! :)

Best pet-sitting service in Tampa! Had a death in the family and needed to leave town abruptly. We googled local sitters and found Yanni’s about 4 hours before our flight departed out of Tampa. PJ actually drove out to the airport to meet us and pick up our 2 dogs (50 lb. Vizslas) for the 1st time. She sent us pictures daily, took them into the pool and did just a terrific job making our rambunctious pets feel very at home and comfortable. She even washed their blankets so they would be clean when we picked them up! PJ is wonderful. Great care. Safe. Very well cared for. And very accommodating. Highly recommend!

PJ is the best! Her rates are very reasonable and I always feel comfortable being out of town knowing she’s looking after my cats. She goes above and beyond for me - checking my mail, watering some plants, taking out the garbage - all without me needing to ask. I love that she sends daily updates and multiple photos. The longest she watched my cats was for 6 weeks while I was out of the country. As a pet owner, it’s always hard to leave your pets but I trust her 100% to give the absolute best care possible. She even feeds the TNR cats I care for while I’m out of town. Could not recommend her more!!!

Amber takes amazing care of my dog Oliver and treats him like her own. She is an amazing caretaker for dogs and does so much for him! Oliver loves coming to daycare and is always excited to go there. I feel at this daycare, there is so much more care into our dogs, and I don’t even have to worry about him while im gone. I really love how interactive this daycare is and how she does so much for my dog while there are other dogs around! I recommend anyone who needs doggy daycare or boarding to go through with Amber as she is excellent at her job!

Amber was the best to our little girls. Sage and Hazel love her and her husband. They took care of them like they were their children and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our pups liked to pull on the leash before and she trained them in only 3 days while we were away for the weekend. I am so impressed with Amber's Cozy Canine Care. She goes above and beyond. Artwork was so cute. They came home so clean, smelling good, well behaved, happy and healthy! I recommend 100%.

Amber’s Cozy Canine Care took amazing care of our girl Sadie while we were on vacation! She always sent us photos and updates of how she was doing!! She was so helpful with all communications and took our worries away! We will definitely be using her again for any time in the future! She was extremely attentive to our Apollo, sent us pictures throughout the day and Apollo appeared to love spending the day there! I highly recommend Amber and the TBCR! My fur baby, Ozzy spent 2 weeks boarded with her. She and her family loved my pup like their own. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our Christmas trip together because we knew our dog was in great hands. All the pups get daily enrichment, treats, and love! While he was there they also worked on Ozzys socialization with other animals. TBCR is heaven sent, it’s worth the investment to know your dog is in a safe and loving environment!

Ms Amber kept my two babies for 5 days & it was a wonderful experience! I got pictures and updates multiple times throughout the day and it looked like they had a better vacation than I did. She really treats them like family! 10/10 , highly recommend.

Fantastic doggy daycare! It is my puppy Kodi's 2nd home. He has a ton of fun there and Amber's takes such good care of him!! He gets so excited when we arrive, I can hardly keep him in my arms!

I travel often, and this place was a lifesaver at the last minute. I love my dog and always want the best care for him, so it made me happy knowing he wasn’t staying in a kennel overnight. Amber treats the dogs like they’re her own, and her vet skills are such a bonus! I highly recommend this place—your dog will be in great hands, I guarantee it!

Amber is amazing! She was able to accommodate my last minute booking, and what was supposed to be just a long day at doggy daycare turned into my asking for an overnight booking due to unrelated circumstances out of my control. She was very responsive and handled it with ease. She sent pictures and video updates throughout my dog's 24 hour stay. He had a blast! Will definitely be returning again!
