Pet Sitting in Depden

Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

Christian is an exceptional pet sitter and I highly recommend him. Before meeting my two cats, he took the time to ask thoughtful questions and make notes about their personalities, which immediately reassured me that they were in good hands. His care and attention to detail were evident throughout, as he regularly sent me updates and photos while I was away. Not only did he look after my cats with genuine affection, but he also kept my flat spotless. Coming home to such a clean and welcoming space was a delight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christian to anyone and hope to have him as a sitter again in the future.

This was our first experience of using a housesitter and we couldn’t have chosen anyone better than Michael. He was very easy to get on with, reliable and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process. We appreciated him asking if we wanted updates on our pets while we were away and it was reassuring to be sent photos of our cat who clearly made friends very quickly! The house was spotlessly clean and tidy when we returned home - all in all Michael made it a very good experience for us.

Helen and Greg have been great housesitters for us. They looked after our three dogs brilliantly and the house was extremely clean and tidy when we returned. Absolutely a 5 star housesit. We were lucky to have Sean take care of our dog, Manfred, a French bulldog who loves to rest and soak up the little sun on these winter days. From the first moment, Sean gave us a lot of confidence, showing a genuine love for animals. Although our dog ​​is quite calm and does not need much activity, Sean was excellent company for him. Sean made sure that Manfred ​​was comfortable and happy, respecting his relaxed pace and enjoying the moments of sunshine together. In addition, he kept us informed with photos and daily updates, which was a great relief while we were away. Additionally, Sean was kind to the dogs in the neighborhood. He even became fond of a little dog in the neighborhood, with whom he went for a run in the park and helped her find a new home, since the owner could not keep her in the best conditions. When we returned home, we found our dog happy, well cared for and in perfect spirits. Sean really understood our dog's needs and treated him with great affection. The house was clean and tidy and we felt his kindness when we returned from our trip. In the short time we spent with him, we had the chance to get to know an intelligent and great conversationalist man whose travel experiences are enriching and it is enjoyable to spend time with him. We recommend Sean without hesitation. He is responsible, affectionate and cares about the well-being of animals, even the quietest ones.

We were so pleased and grateful to have Wendy and Mike here. They are very experienced and totally reliable. Wendy sent us copious photos of our dogs who were in fine form on our return and sad to see our sitters leave! Wendy and Mike are a delightful and interesting couple and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jeff and Sylvie were excellent sitters for both Lola our dog and the house. They communicated in advance really well and came around to run through the sit and aspects of the house. They kept us informed during the sit and clearly Lola was enjoying their company and normal life at home (rather than having to be elsewhere). Jeff & Sylvie did an outstanding job of leaving our house super tidy and wonderfully clean. They very kindly even left us a meal in the fridge knowing we were getting back late with the kids. Would really recommend them to anyone and also welcome them back to our house. We wish them safe travels and hopefully see them again soon!

This was the second time within two months that Paula came to look after my house rabbits Max and Cyndi. Cyndi had just had surgery in connection with her ongoing bladder problems and needed medication during the recovery process. "Nurse Paula" again did a great job and on top of that took my bunny to the vet halfway through the sit for a quick follow-up appointment. She also informed me immediately when my boy Max seemed a bit off and gave him some emergency meds for his occasional "upset stomach" right away. He thankfully seemed normal and hungry when I walked through the door a few hours later! I am grateful having had Paula on my site during this time since she was a great help and did everything without further ado. She always leaves the house spotless and is the most pleasant house guest you could wish for. I very much hope to welcome her again in the future!
