Pet Sitting in Detmold

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. 
Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention.
He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. 
He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. 
The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! 
We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. 
We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. 
Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). 
In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. 
We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest!  Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven.  My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Anna and Alan were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time using a sitter for our pup and from the start Anna was reassuring and put me at complete ease. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved.  
Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!

Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away.

She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. 

Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
