She did a great job of caring for Tuk. When we got home he acted as if we really hadn’t been gone which really demonstrates how well he was cared for while we were gone. She left our home tidy and Tuk happy. She was able to come the night before and was able to get to see our dogs routine prior to our leaving which was a great help. She was even willing to accommodate an unexpected showing of our home while we were gone. All in all a great sit!

Mary was the perfect house/pet sitter. She took great care of Talula and our house. She was calm and resourceful when needed and seemed to have really bonded with our dog. Talula was happy and fit when we returned after 2 months. Mary left the house super clean, texted/emailed us as necessary, and sent pictures of the dog — all much appreciated. This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Ruff Dayz is a one stop shop! My EB Champ has gone there since he was old enough to go. Ruff Dayz has been amazing at working with my crazy work schedule, keeping my special needs pup well kept and wanting to come back time and time again. Champ is always ready to come to school and play with all of his friends. The grooming is done both professionally and beautifullly. While I'm The owner who takes my pup with me everywhere, there are those few places he just can't come too, in those instances Champ is at Ruff Dayz cage free boarding which is MAJOR to me. While cage/ crate is a great way to train and a safe place for pups I like knowing mine is not spending a majority of the day/ night in one. I have not met a staff member I do not like or trust around my dog. I love the highlights I get daily at pick up and ALL THE ADORABLE PICS! Thank you Ruff Dayz for allowing Champ and I to be a part of the fam!
The staff that helped me over the phone was extremely pleasant and friendly! I asked for my yorkie’s hair to be buzzed off because he was looking like a mop after this stay at home order. They got my little dog looking great and I’m very happy! I also got my lab mix a bath and nail service and she looks and smells wonderful. This was my first experience with Ruff Dayz and it won’t be my last.
Took our Rott in to get his nails done. McKenzie was awesome! Next time we may just do an entire spa day. Thanks! Took our rott back for a groom with a blow out. It was amazing! He looks thinner and is soft as a rabbit. It is unbelievable how much less hair we have floating around our house. I also loved that McKenzie told me his legs were a bit damp because he didn't like the driers on them. Love that she cared about our dog's comfort and stress level. We are going to have to try your boarding facility.
