This was Ida's second sit with Rosie and Quinn- this time a long one, almost 6 weeks- and, as before, she was superb! The dogs love her and she took great care of them, and of my home. Ida is extremely conscientious and dependable, and she is meticulous in her household attentions. She really goes overboard in preparing for my return home, the place is so clean and tidy- a great thing when getting home from a tiring trip! Strongest recommendation, with no hesitation.

Trina and her family were by far the very best sitters we have ever had for Stetson. She was communicative and always available for questions and eased our mind while we were traveling out of the country. She kept in touch with details prior to their arrival and while we were gone sent pictures and updates on Stetson that made me feel secure in his care. Not only did I come home to a very happy puppy but a house that was clean and organized as well. My only wish is that I could use her every single time!

Tanjila and her husband were great! My elderly dog looked happy and bright eyed when we returned, which told me how well cared for he was. We also returned home to a clean and tidy house, with towels, sheets and floor clean and trash taken out. Tanjila's experience and professionalism was evident in her communications and ability to manage the household and animals for several weeks We would be thrilled and blessed if Tanjila was available to stay again on our next trip!

This was the second time Anna and Ken had stayed at our house to care for our corgis, and as before, it was flawless. They are such a delightful couple and genuinely seem to enjoy house and pet-sitting. Throughout the week we were gone, we never worried. Only reason for the 4-star is because he wasn't completely honest about having friends come stay with him, and also used my personal bedroom, even tho I had clearly stated that was not allowed.

Marguerite watched our dog and two cats for three nights. She sent daily photos and was able to navigate around some very hot days. It was obvious that she bonded with our pets and enjoyed them. Marguerite has a great attitude and is very easy going.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Sharon at the Dewey location is amazing this was our second time going and I will be back! She is so gentle and loving with all the dogs and knows how to handle sugar with her arthritis. Sugar always looks amazing and all of her skin issues went away. Thanks so much
I would love to give this business a minus star! They do not even deserve a one star. Their professionalism is non-existent! I recently moved into the Dewey area. Thought it would be nice to give local businesses the business. MISTAKE! Will gladly drive to Prescott for any dog grooming needs. I was stood up! Not even a cancelation call or text. Not to mention having to drive down a muddy drive way and wait for the place to be show any signs of activity. The place was dark, note on the door and I had an appointment. Guess the owner, Shaun can't even call me to discuss the concern. Guess Shannon, the groomer had more important things to do rather than keep appointments! I would avoid this place!

Best Place ever, checked in early, done early, she handles pets better than anyone I've every gone to. And I'm 64 years old and have gone a lot of places in this area in the last 23 years I've been here.

We have utilized several pet care boarding and resorts in Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler & Prescott Valley now. WAGS is far & wide THE BEST Pet Resort we have experienced!! We have taken our dear Abby here every time we needed to go out of town. The Staff, Owner and Front Office are such incredible human beings. They show so much care & compassion for all the pets. Our Abby Loved coming here and staying so much, she would prance & just pull to get inside of Wags Resort. Pros: Great Customer Service, Clean Facility, Great Care. Cons: None to note. We Highly recommend Wags to friends & family. The facility is clean, professional & the staff truly cares! Thank you. A++. 5 Stars for sure.
So clean. Our little boy loves it there. Ally is a great trainer. And Woody's smile, when he greets you, is like sunshine on a cloudy day! Our pup went shopping with Ally.. he wanted to bring the whole pickup home for Dad but had to be satisfied with a tire.
All the employees absolutely love furry pets. They treat my Ellie like their own. She loves going there and loves the people. They are the best place I have every been in that was always clean, happy and couldn't wait to welcome Ellie! Your pet would be extremely well cared about, loved and happy if you took them for play day or boarding. They also have a amazing grooming facility. If you want to relax on your vacation or just a day out you can take your pet to Wags knowing she is in great hands!!
