They really helped us out by changing their plans to arrive several days early and were extremely willing to be flexible throughout their stay. Alba took to them very easily and quickly and was sad to see them go. It was great to briefly get to know Angela and Jim, and we're delighted the house was tidier when we came back than when we left it!

Just amazing! I had to leave earlier than expected so didn't get a chance to meet Christina and Malcolm in person. But they looked after my animals amazingly and left the house cleaner than when I left! Highly recommend

Kathleen was a delight. She came a night early which gave us all the chance to get to know her, including Haali. I lent her the car and it came back clean and full of petrol. She also made a good connection with the dog walkers in the neighbourhood who all spoke highly of her. Haali was very content and obviously looked after well. I don’t think she’s as natural with plants, as we lost two indoor ones. I would have her again gratefully.

This is the third time Denise and Graeme have looked after my pets and apartment and there is a reason I keep inviting them back - they are amazing! My cats love them, they are easy to communicate with, and they always go the extra mile to be accommodating. Plus my house is cleaner when I come back than when I leave. Mandy and Ben were the best pet / house sitters we could have asked for! They looked after our pooch Pilu, sent us lots of videos and photos, exercised her and even catered to her special dietary needs and made her fave doggy soup. They left our place in a clean and tidy condition just as when we left it. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy pet or house sitter. Communication was great and they assisted how they could when our doggy door malfunctioned. 10 out of 10!!

We were very lucky to have Ant & Katy look after our pets and our house whilst we were away in Europe for 4 weeks. Easy and reliable to contact whilst we were away and they gave us regular updates on our dogs. Our beloved pups were very happy and well looked after, and our house was lovely and clean when we arrived home. They had even had the bed linen washed and in the dryer! Ellie has previously completed a house/pet sit in April with her husband at our home in Melbourne. This visit Ellie came on her own to care for Nelson our 6 year old Labrador and our very old cat Tiff and four egg producing chickens. Unfortunately for Ellie she arrived during a particularly wet and cold week in Melbourne. Despite this Ellie walked Nelson every day, and the chickens produced eggs! Maybe Tiff hibernated as she’s a cranky old thing! Despite finding a couple of our appliances complicated, a quick text resolved the issues. Our home was left tidy and Ellie even put linens on for washing when she was leaving very early on her final day. Ellie happily obliged us and arrived the evening before our departure so we could meet her and go over the routine in person. We appreciated this and we were pleased to finally meet her. She is a conscientious and considerate person and we both wish her all the very best with her work and studies and of course her future house sitting opportunities.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Rebecca was amazing! She is a kind and clear communicator, took loving care of our pets, and left the house in perfect tidy shape. My husband commented, "You can't even tell she was here!" :-) Her calm demeanor, intelligence, humor, and common sense experience as a pet owner made her the ideal sitter for our 7 pets of varying species, ages, personalities, and needs. She managed the pet routine like a pro—including diapers and daily meds for our older dog—and cared for all of our pets as if they were her own. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
