we love utilizing cat’s cradle when we go on vacations! we went overseas for over 2 weeks and went to pick up our kitty and she seemed like she didn’t even want to leave! the couple running cats cradle are so sweet and take such good care of our baby. we have used their services three times now and are planning to continue to use them from here on out!! 100% recommend. :)

Great place to board your cat. No dogs, so no barking and stress. Each cat has their own "room" with a window, window sill, climbing post, chair and cradle. The cats are invited out one at a time into the office space to play and / or be combed.

Very impressed with setup, care, cleanliness and price. My bonded pair were together and enjoyed their tree, window and the nice couple who took care of them. I am so happy to have found in my opinion a 5-star A-1 cat boarding kennels. Only place I will be going to in the future.

I am so happy and relieved we found this place for our two cats for a week of our vacation. They came home happy and themselves so i know they were taken care of well. One of our cats was recently diagnosed with diabetes so we were struggling to find someone that would be able to give him insulin 2x a day while we were gone, our vet recommended this place and it surpassed our expectations. The owner here is very knowledgeable of cats and I felt safe leaving them in his hands. They have been in business over 21 years and are well educated on cats behavior, we even learned more about our cats just bringing them here! We are over the world grateful that our cats were well taken care of on our trip.

We left our cat with Cat's Cradle for 8 days. He was very well-taken care of. I'm not entirely sure he was happy about having to come home! The price was extremely reasonable. I liked that each cat in their care has an individual room with litter box, cat tower, and a spot to curl up and snooze. Facilities are very clean. Highly recommended.

We took our cat, Shadow, to spend 10 days at Cats Cradle. It was our first vacation without him, so we were worried about how he would do. When we picked him up to come home, Shadow was very relaxed. He had his own room, with a window, and had positive interactions with the owner. We were very pleased with his care, and would definitely take him there in the future.

I was out of town for 10 days and this place was great. They have actual little rooms rather than crates and it is for cats only. They took excellent care of my Leo.

Great staff and great accommodations. They are very friendly and the place is always clean. It doesn't smell of dirty dogs like other daycare/ boarding kennels. Riley loves his friends there, and all the workers. He tries to run back in to stay when it's time to come home.

My husband and I are rv’ers and traveling across the USA and wanted to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and couldn’t bring our pup. Luckily we found these guys and what a gem! They were great with our girl and she was exhausted and happy when we picked her up. Thank you Dahl!!!

We’ve tried most of the dog daycares in the area and Dahl House is the best. It is the only place we board our dogs. We’ve had 3 dogs go there over the years and they all LOVE it. Everyone there is so friendly. Our dog who couldn’t be home alone went to daycare several times a week. When he died suddenly, they were so kind and even sent us a card. Great people.

I take both my boys there!! They love it!!! Staff is amazing and place is clean. Make sure your dogs get a bath they make them smell so good for weeks!!!

My two-year-old border collie has been going to day care for about 6 months. Always happy to see everybody and they're always happy to see her. They're like her second family. They know her likes and dislike and they are very good to her. She hates to leave them in the days. I don't take her. She's unhappy.

Dahl House has twice accommodated boarding my cat last minute travel plans. Both times happened when his shots were due and they took care of it at the on-site vet clinic. Outstanding care and service.

Just picked up our Golden after a weekend away and he was thrilled. We've had other stays where he comes back smelling not the best from other places, which is understandable. When we loaded to leave my wife and I noticed he smelled super clean and brushed. He was bathed and they didn't even charge for it. Everything was so professional and thoughtful during our interaction. They even said they would call to check up on him after we left. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend!

This place has changed my life. Almost no place would take my dog for any kind of daycare because he doesn't like other dogs. Dahl House offers individual daycare during which your dog gets their own kennel for the day, but gets to come out to play in the runs and unoccupied daycare rooms. Dahl House made it so easy for me to start taking my dog there. Cash is always happy when he gets to go and play with his human friends there.

Great place to board your dog! Cost is extremely fair. Cleanest boarding faclilty I've ever been into. Dogs live like royalty with couches and individual rooms if needed! Highly recommend. Your best friend will be treated like family here.

Rocket was born during the pandemic so he is super attached to us and has major separation anxiety. Pooch Palace is the only other place that he feels at home. Toni and Chris and their staff have been amazing with him!! They treat him like family!! Without Toni and Chris, my husband and I would never be able to leave the house! Pooch Palace was the best place I could have chosen! I had to travel for a month and didn't have anyone to leave my 6 month old cavalier with for the time. Pooch Palace took exceptional care of her and she was very happy and loved during her stay. She was well cared, well fed and the staff are just the best! They sent me pictures every few days of Jessie playing around and enjoying her furry friends. I would recommend Pooch Palace a thousand times!

Ashe isn’t a huge fan of doggy daycares, but he seemed happier at this one as he could be in the room with other pups that have similar energy/social preferences. They have the young/energetic room, the older doggy room, the young adult chill dog room, and more. They also said they have the bigger area for the dogs to all be together if that’s what you prefer for your pup.

Misty was there last weekend and I'm grateful to have Pooch Palace near our home. She can cause a ruckus and have separation anxiety so I'm glad they have a gentle and patient staff. Every staff member is very knowledgeable and they 100% care about your dog. It was easier for me to travel knowing she was in good hands.

Pooch palace exceeded my expectations. This was my first time ever boarding my dogs, and this place made me feel very comfortable from the initial phone call all the way to picking my pups back up. All of my questions were answered, the process was seamless, all of the team was very sweet, and I didn’t feel worried about my girls at all. In fact, I received some texts, pictures, and updates a few times throughout their stay as well which was so awesome. This was our first time using Pooch Palace’s services, but definitely won’t be our last!

We used this place to board our 2-3 year dog three separate times. The longest time was about 8 days. All three times she returned to us happy and healthy. The place does a good job of taking care of their pets. Their website is very informative with what they provide and all the different hours and times. I believe they charge about $32.50 per day. If you would like your dog to get a personal walk, it is about $6 per day. I believe a nail trim is about $6. You do provide your own food for the pet. We will definitely be returning!

Just an amazing and wonderful staff. My dog has stayed there a couple times, and nothing but great care. This last visit is why I'll always recommend this place. My dog fell ill about halfway through his stay. He was immediately taken to Metro by the care taker, who informed me and gave me her personal cell number. Other people from the place was calling her to check in on Hugo and what was going on while they waited to be seen. The diagnosis was not good. He was an older dog, and unfortunately was put down. I was not able to make it back home in time. So she (the caretaker) made sure not to let him be alone and stayed with him for the entirety of the process. She was there for close to 7 hours and never left his side. I cannot thank this entire staff enough. Simply put, great and caring people all around there.

Unseen I had double knee replacement surgery on June 13. I made preparations in advance. The most important was boarding my dog Kibou (pronounced key bow). Even at 11, he is still very active. I did a web search for a dog boarding facility. These items were on my criteria. *He would be walked every day *A place that had individual living areas for the dogs *Close to home I found Eastdale! I chose it without seeing the facility. It was based on the excellent reviews and pictures with descriptions. A little over 3 weeks before I took him, he tore his right ACL. The year before he tore his left ACL. I wasn’t sure Eastdale would take him, but they did. The day I took him, Erika told me all of the staff were aware of his condition. I was so impressed! Erika answered my questions and reassured me. While in the hospital and at rehab I corresponded with the staff at Eastdale. Kibou has behavioral issues. I wanted to make sure he hadn’t attempted to bite or had bitten someone that worked there. I was told he was a favorite, a doll and he was great with everyone. I was so relieved! Since returning home, I’ve seen him twice. He is great and I couldn’t be more pleased! Erika and her team are very knowledgeable and aware of how to care for pets. Kibou may not want to come home. The picture is Kibou at Eastdale. No matter how much it will cost me, having him there is worth every cent and more! August 1 Tomorrow, August 2, Kibou comes home! I received this picture a few moments ago. They bathed and groomed him for his homecoming! He is my family and Eastdale treated him and cared for him like he was a part of their family! I hope each person that reads this review, will have no doubt that boarding your pet at Eastdale is the best choice! I am grateful to Erika and everyone on her team for taking great care of Kibou! I can assure you, I will be a repeat customer! Thank you everyone!

Easdale is a fantastic place! My 11 yr old pup gets excited every time we get in their parking lot. I know my pets are well taken care of when I have to leave. I will never use another pet boarding service! You guys are amazing!! The two photos I attached are of my pups and the ones Easdale sends me while they are in their care!!

First time we used this place for our dog and it will be the last. Our dog will lay on the couch and not move when fireworks are going off and she loves people and we have had zero issues when kenneled at other places. We picked her up on 3/18/24 and since then it’s been a 190.00 for a be bill from five days of bloody diarrhea . We will NEVER use this place again.

So I haven't been here for my dogs..... But I was going up a Hill That is right beside their kennel and was sliding off the road and pulled in the driveway. Erica came out to my car and was sooo very nice. She let me park there until the roads were clear and it quit snowing. The grounds are beautiful. Boarded my dog with Easdale a while back when I was unexpectedly called out of town for work. Pickup and drop off were easy. The staff was friendly, and prices were very reasonable. I even added on a nature walk for my pup so he got some additional stimulation. Most importantly, they really seem to care about the dogs. This place came highly recommended via word of mouth from a friend, and they were 100% right. Will be bringing my pups here again!

I love their products and they use to bathe with. My dog always comes home smelling & looking much better! I will continue to take her there to get groomed. The business recently changed owners & it's going to be great. I can't wait to see what these ladies do with the place. So many great upgrades already!

My pups had a great time! Brody is a pro! I was so worried about Cooper it was his first time being boarded. I called every day I was so annoying but they tolerated me! They also took the time to talk to me every time I called. When my husband and I picked the boys up they were so happy. But they were NOT stressed. They didn't look tired they looked like they just came back from their own vacation! Thank you guys for everything for taking care of my boys and me!

I have boarded my boy here approximately 5-6 times, starting from when he was five months -- he has always been treated wonderfully and with excellent care. The staff is familiar with his unique personality and take time out of their schedules to make sure he gets the most out of his one-on-one time with them. Lots of space on the property and with on-site grooming services, he always comes home clean and happy. Love this place!!

I Got my Golden groomed here, new groomer, fantastic job. She took the time to let me pick out the cut I wanted and went beyond to make sure it was done right. Very good with animals. My dog went right up to her. Highly recommend this place.

This is a wonderful place! I had never used a daycare for my young dog before so I was very nervous about leaving her. However, the staff put my mind at ease by answering all my questions. You can tell they truly have a heart for animals!! My dog loved it so much that she didn't want to leave!!!

I've been taking my 9-month-old Australian shepherd mix to Double Dog for a few months now, and I'm thrilled with the service. We take him there for 2-4 hours once or twice a week. It gives me a break so I can get some work done, he gets the socialization he needs, and the pricing is very reasonable. Staff is very friendly, and he starts losing his tiny mind with excitement as soon as he realizes we're getting close to the daycare. He loves, and so do we!

I’m new to doggie day care and had some concerned that were answered quickly and professionally. The staff recognized my pup on his second visit and were always very friendly and answered all my questions. I feel confident leaving my baby in their care. He is excited for his visits and I’m not stressed about him being there. It’s a smaller facility, which is fantastic. The girl on staff could tell me all the dogs names and how often they come. Which made me feel they know their clients well and take great care of them. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my dog to Double Dog since he was six months old (he’s now almost four). I trust them like family to ensure my dog is happy and safe. It was great to get him socialized at a young age, and he’s not stuck at home the days I have to work, Which is a bonus for my high-energy Husky mix. They also offer grooming onsite!

Went for a full groom for my boyfriend's shitzu, and a nail trim for my pitty puppy, okay prices, only $50 for the groom and $10 for the nail trim. Nice people, clearly care for animals. My issue came with the final results. When I brought the shitzu in I told them I wanted an all over very short puppy cut, but I wanted his ears and tail left a bit longer. They showed me examples of hair length with their clippers and asked which I wanted. I picked the second shortest. When I picked him up his har was twice the length of what they showed me, the fur on his face fur was still long, he has MUTTON CHOPS, and there are little tufts of hair all over him that got missed. With my pitty's nails... They needed more of a trim than what they did, it looks like they didn't trim them, and it seems like some were skipped. Over all I'm fairly disappointed. Two stars only because the people that run it are wonderful and it seems very clean.

Our dog was about 6 months old or so when she started going here for several hours Monday through Friday. The owner was so accommodating & kind when we needed to drop her off early. Unfortunately, there isn't a place for the dogs to have down time for resting, so our little one over did it and ended up getting injured. It was a good experience, but we wish there could be a way for the dogs to be taken outside at times for fresh air and have a quiet place to rest when needed or as requested by the dog owners. Overall, it was a great way to give our puppy socialization at a young age and she always came home happy and tired from a long day of exercise.

Love this kennel, and this will probably be our go-to from now on when we are in need of a kennel while traveling. Family owned and operated, very friendly and knowledgeable. I was hoping to give them a great review because they seemed like nice people. Turns out this is just a second job to them and no one is watching the kennel and dogs during most of the day. If your flight is changed and you’re running even a half hour early and try to pick your dog up before the 5:00 “pick up time” or if you hit traffic and are running 15 minutes late, they will give you issues or hold your dog hostage. Very disappointed.

Took our dogs here for the first time at the beginning of April. Beautiful facilities , spacious kennels, and the family that runs it took OUTSTANDING care of our fur babies. I couldn't have found better if I tried. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for Diesel and Dixie!

Love, Love, Love this kennel! I will never take my dogs anywhere else. They treat them like family. I was very nervous the first time I left my 2 dogs because they needed fed separately and they were the only kennel that would do that. When my one dog passed and I was leaving my rescue dog alone for the first time they made sure he got special attention. Now he gets out of the car on his own and walks right into his pen. He loves his vacations there and comes home a very tired dog. They will also share photos of your dog or cat with you daily if you ask.

Ridiculous 3 day policy. Wont take animals for 2 days. I understand not wanting to be a day care, but seriously? Not 2 days has to be 3? Absolutely ridiculous.

We've taken our two mini-labradoodles to Pet Joy a few times in the last year while we were on week-long vacations. I love that Jean has a large fenced small- dog area so my pups play with dogs their own size with so many toys in the yard. Jean is so easy to work with and takes the best care of our "babies". My dogs have been boarded and had daycare at Pet Joy for almost 6 years and I could not be more pleased. The dogs love it there. The large fenced yard is great for my dog who would spend all day running if he could. The smaller area was perfect when he was a puppy. Jean and Russ know all the visiting dogs' personalities and are great about ensuring like-temperament dogs play together. I never have a problem with my dogs getting their routine meds on time. The boys love it at Pet Joy and I'm so comfortable knowing they have attentive, loving caregivers in Jean and Russ. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We had a family vacation planned and Kristina came highly recommended by our friend. We had her 4x a day with our pups. They were able to stay in our home and be taken care of. She sent videos and pictures and texts everyday. We loved seeing them! We will definitely have Kristina back!
