Jerry and Michelle are so great! From viewing their profile and reviews, I knew our dogs would be in great hands while we were out of town. Communication was smooth and reliable throughout the whole process, from the initial zoom to when we made it back to our respective homes. During the house tour on the first day of the visit, we were very comfortable and got along great. We received photos of the pups each day, usually with funny captions and usually with the dogs under their blankets. The house was super tidy when we got back, and we appreciated the fresh sheets after our 9-hour drive home. We would not hesitate to have Jerry and Michelle come back again - hopefully with nicer weather next time!

Leslie was wonderful! I would highly recommend her. She did an excellent job taking care of our 4 horses, 3 dogs, and Earle Kitty. When we arrived home, they all looked happy and well kept. She texted updates and sent pictures every morning. The house, I couldn't even tell she had stayed. Leslie washed towels and bed sheets and remade her bed. She is a lovely person to be around.

Kristina did an excellent job as our house sitter. We have quite a few house plants in our home and in a small green house. Kristina took great care of them. She communicated with us and sent photos whenever she was concerned about a plant. Her concerns were unwarranted as she took excellent care of them. She also communicated well with us regarding some issues with the house. Upon returning from a six-week trip we found our house sparkling clean and well taken care of. All expectations exceeded!!! Outstanding, Amazing.....I would give a ten star review if possible. Patricia was my first sitter off zeewoi and she was a dream come true. Patricia is an excellent communicator, is responsive, flexible, kind, thoughtful....you get the idea that I can't say enough!! Then there was the cat care. My cat Minnie has never before been so normal upon my return from travel. Typically Minnie would be a nervous wreck after my travel, have lost a ton of hair, be meowing constantly, etc. Not this time, it was as if I never went away, amazing!! Minnie was so well cared for! Patricia is a cat whisperer I am certain because my cat can be a paranoid freakazoid but she was normal with Patricia! Patricia also sent videos and pictures which was both very sweet and made me realize I needed to up my own game playing with my cat.... I'm sure she misses play time with Patricia. And like many other reviewers mentioned, Patricia even left gifts...wow, what!.... .I was the one who should be gifting Patricia!! Thank you Patricia, you are an amazing pet sitter!!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. We had Infinity Pet Services take care of our Macallan and I couldn’t have been happier. One of the hardest moments, losing Macallan, was handled with such care and compassion. Allison and Jaiboy Gulley created such amazing memories for us to commemorate Macallan. The presentation of his ashes and keepsakes was handled with such care. I highly recommend Infinity Pet Services!!
Today, we picked up our Luna from Infinity. After an enjoyable drive there, we had a lovely visit with Sharon who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Even our other dog, Harry, enjoyed his visit too. We cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone we've dealt with at Infinity has been. They took great care of our girl and have made what has been a very difficult time for us more bearable. We were given some very beautiful keepsakes, along with her ashes which are in a beautiful container. When the time and place are right, we will scatter her ashes but the keepsakes we will treasure always. Thank you to Chris, Alison, and Sharon for your kindness. We will never forget it. Infinity recently did our boy Brooklyns final services. This time of loosing him, has been heartbreaking for our family. Our vet coordinated with infinity for his final needs. We miss him, and it's been incredibly painful as many have experienced this grief unfortunately. We take comfort knowing that he is home. Infinity did an absolutely beautiful job giving us a way to remember him, and created a memorial at home for a boy who deserved nothing but the best in life and beyond. We want to thank Infinity for there compassion, care, and professionalism during a devastating time. Thank you, Keith, Ashley, and Miss Leah.
I am absolutely devastated over my little man Dexter’s passing last week but I cannot express enough how compassionate Infinity’s staff was. They treated Dexter like he was their companion and we were family. The memorial package is beautiful, the facility is comforting, I know they took great care of him. The private services are unquestionable and you know you are getting your beloved companion back. I will never use a different service. We used Infinity 10 years ago and we knew what we were going to do when Dexter passed. For me my grieving couldn’t start until he was home and they understand that so they have an option to make an appointment which is a lot faster than going through your vet. There is a lot of healing that we all have to do after our baby’s passing and rubbing the beautiful paw print comforts me at the worst of times. Unfortunately we lived out of state when my little girl passed 5 years ago, I don’t have the same confidence that I have her back and I never will.

I am so, so happy with the service I received. My brothers cat, Boots passed away Sunday night and we brought her in on Monday and I can't remember her name but we were greeted upon arrival by a nice woman. She talked us through everything and made sure that all the details were correct. We got the package with a pawprint and fur. And she asked if there was anywhere special we'd like the fur from and since Boots was a gray tiger with white, we wanted the white preferably from the chest and then the gray from the head. She gave us time to grieve alone and then waited for us to leave before coming back to get Boots's box. When we picked up her ashes on Wednesday, we were overwhelmed with the amount of fur we have received. Only expecting a little bit, a patch of white and a patch of gray stripes, we received a patch from her tail, chest, head and side. It was more than we expected so that made my brother extra happy. Boots was 18 when she passed. Anyway, it was a quick and easy process and I recommend Final Gift to anyone who has lost a beloved pet and is looking for cremation services. (They are a little pricey, but it was worth it). I will definitely use Final Gift in the far future for my fur baby. Thank you, Final Gift for everything, Alicia and Jason
