Paula and Kenneth were 5* from their application, video call, communication before and during the sit and most importantly, I arrived home to calm and happy dogs. They are thoughtful, conscientious and very caring. They are hosts and sitters and obviously understand both sides of the equation. I do not hesitate to recommend them! My flight ✈️ was delayed and was possibly going to be diverted. They offered to bring a vehicle if it had been diverted. Thankfully it was not, but they were kind and thoughtful, further demonstrating their commitment. Really good people!!

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.
