Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Emily kept me updated regularly with messages and even sent me adorable pictures of Izzy. These updates meant the world to me and helped alleviate any concerns I may have had about leaving Izzy behind. It was clear from the moment they walked through our door that Emily and Lyssi genuinely cared for animals. They quickly formed a special bond with Izzy, and it was heartwarming to see them interact. I could tell that they treated Izzy as if she were their own, providing her with the attention, love, and care she needed. Upon our return, I was overjoyed to find our home in impeccable condition. We were spoiled having Linda as our pet sitter. She is amazing. Aside from taking excellent care of our cats, she took better care of our numerous outdoor plants than we would have. She also troubleshooted some challenging pond mechanical issues so well. So impressive. We got to spend some time with her before and after our trip and love her energy, integrity and wisdom. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home.
