Used Kate to care for our indoor rabbit while we were away. Free "Meet and Greet" was nice to get acquainted and go over care details. Kate followed all instructions and even sent me daily texts with checklists of everything she had done. She also sent pictures and video of our pet which the kids loved seeing while we were away. She was able to manage our alarm system, keys, lights, trash, plants - everything. She is a reliable pet sitter who does a great job. Happy to recommend her!

When my husband and I moved to PA 2 years ago, we took turns going on separate vacations as we didn't have someone to watch our cats. We always had family care for them while we were away, but no longer had that option. We feel very lucky to have found Kate, and know our kitties are in good hands. Kate always stays in communication, and sends daily picture updates that we look forward to receiving. Leaving your pets behind for a week can be very stressful, but Kate helps take that stress away. I could not be more pleased with Happy Tails! Kate was extremely reliable, attentive and professional, and delivered excellent service and care while I was away for a week. My husband and I typically board our dogs, but with a new puppy (4 mo) and an older dog (14 yo) I had concerns about their health and overall wellness. I’ve never used a pet sitter, so that brought its own concerns, but after meeting Kate I felt very comfortable and knew I was making the right choice for me and my dogs. I’m a *little* overbearing when it comes to my dogs, leaving lists that I thought were helpful but in hindsight probably were not, but Kate handled my anxiety with professionalism and understanding. She sent text messages with updates after each visit, which I really appreciated. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I will only use Happy Tails in the future.

Kate is an amazing dogsitter. She made our vacation so much better knowing we were leaving our baby girl in good hands. We lost two dogs in 6 weeks and two weeks later went on vacation leaving our little girl alone. She started acting up when Kate was caring for her. Having traveled with our pets for many years we had the opportunity for a two week vacation, however no pets were allowed. We left our pups in the care of Pampered Paws Pet Care. Pampered Paws is wonderful! When my husband had to return to the office after working from home for two years, I was in a panic about my senior dog being home alone. Lisa and Diane quickly worked to set up a meet and greet, and get our pup on the schedule. Our walker Gina is gentle and kind with our dog. I can tell by her photos and sweet notes how much she cares. It has been so reassuring having this company to work with. Lisa and Diane are very accommodating to our changing needs and schedules. Highly recommend!

Diane and her team members have cared for our dogs for 8+ years. I trust every single team member and the care they provide. We have travelled abroad and at no time Have I ever worried about a thing. They take excellent care of our dogs and respect our home as we have them stay overnight. They communicate frequently and with lots of pictures. Our pack has some very specific quirks and they know how to deal with all of it. Any chance I get I recommend Pampered Paws and in fact know those referrals couldn’t be happier.

The owner of pampered paws is an amazing human who absolutely adores all creatures. As a result she treats her business of caring for your pet with extreme attention to detail and love. She personally cared for our dog on multiple occasions and I could tell while we were away and when we returned home he was well cared for. Multiple pictures and reports while we were away allowed us to enjoy our vacation. When he would see her he got sooo excited. She has volunteered so much of her time to help animals in need and truly cares. Her farm is adorable and spotless if you would be interested in a slumber party. I would not hesitate if you are considering her services.

I have used Diane and her team for many years, and I can't say enough great things about them. They have taken care of my dogs wonderfully and with the utmost care. When my dog needed medication during the day they were excellent at providing the needed treatment with no hesitation. I would trust these fine folks with any of my pets at any time. My experiences with Pampered Paws have been nothing but fabulous. The dog walkers clearly care about my dogs and send me the cutest pictures after walks! When we have traveled they take great care of the pets and have brought in the mail and watered the plants too. Everyone is very professional and caring and I highly recommend them!

In Diane’s first email, she tried to steer us toward boarding saying how clients send pets to her farm for “slumber parties”. If we wanted to board them, we wouldn’t be reaching out to a dog sitting service. At the intake meeting, she tried that approach again. We passed again for the same reason. Is she licensed to board? She eventually shared she's understaffed. Anyway, we went through all the things she wanted to know – locations of food, litter box, medicines, routines, etc. and she took notes. She made a big deal to her staff (that were also there) about not letting our mill rescue out without her collar. The first day of the actual gig Diane sent us a pic of the mill dog in the yard. You know who let the dog out without its collar? She did. Then blamed the dog for being “overstimulated”. Our passive, traumatized, ‘go to zero’ when anxious puppy mill mamma. The collar wasn’t a big deal, but her lack of accountability and blaming the dog, the crate, and everything else didn’t sit well. We had left a note on the counter explaining the things we’d discussed during the intake because people forget. She texted asking where the food was. I showed them where the food was during the intake and had written it in the note. Clearly she hadn’t taken the time to read it. She did, however, take the time to say something passive aggressive about how it would’ve been more helpful to have emailed her the note before the visit. If that’s your preference, say as much up front. So it was somehow our fault. The first overnight sitter wasn’t able to arrive at the contracted time. Life happens. Diane stepped up and made sure the dogs were let out and fed, then left. We contracted that the visits would be from dinner through to the morning so our mill mamma rescue wouldn’t be alone her first nights without us since having been rescued. That was the job. After Diane texted she was leaving, she sent no further updates. I texted her at one point to ask for a status (which she should’ve been pushing out to us), but she didn’t respond. We ended up asking our listed emergency contact (also a client of Pampered Paws) to come up and hang out until the pampered paws sitter arrived. When we still had heard nothing, we called Diane. She answered, I think because she knew the sitter was "on her way". Diane spun the whole thing into a joke, “Gracie is like a little celebrity tonight.” That’s not what that was. She never offered an apology for the interruption in service or for putting us in the position of chasing down coverage. She did take the time to text us that she hoped the key was back where her sitter expected it to be. It wasn’t. Unlike Diane, our neighbors waited until the overnight sitter arrived and handed her the key. From our point of view, it was something of a “cluster” (to use Diane’s vernacular). We chalked all the oddities and disconnects up to learning curves and unexpected life events and didn't want to have to expose our trauma dog to a new set of people, so we decided to book a second, longer gig. It took a week to settle on all the dates and people and Diane sent us the final confirmation. Then pulled out later that same day, and put it off on us. In her email she wrote, “I do not feel like you wanted us there in the first place.” I don’t know if that’s gaslighting or classic projection, but we wouldn’t have spent seven days ironing out a schedule if we didn’t want them here. If we didn’t want them here, we wouldn’t have reached out. She asked if she could drop the key off the next day, but didn't even honor that. Instead, we got an email late that night that she decided to drop it off in our mailbox 1/3 of a mile from the house. It was an unprofessional and passive aggressive way to end things. During this same week, Outlook (where my emails are sent from Gmail) went through a migration to the cloud. There must’ve been a glitch because I saw Diane had used a BCC on at least one email without telling us. Be aware you don’t know who Diane has on her email threads (which is both unprofessional and unethical).

I have been a lucky member of the Pampered Paws Team now for about 6 months. I cannot say enough positive things about Diane, Annaly and the rest of their team. When I first met with them, they were extremely cognizant and aware of my dog's needs. They also work with my schedule every week and are extremely reliable. I get a text update with every visit and it puts my mind at ease knowing my dog is in the best hands. They treat my dog like their own!! I am extremely lucky and grateful I found their service and I would not pick and/or trust any other business with my fur baby. Thank you Diane and Annaly!!

Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. It ended up working out, because Jogs with Dogs worked with me and sent Will out for the day to watch them, the price was reasonable and I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about them! Phil was fantastic with my special needs Frenchie. He carried her up and down steps, fed her, gave her meds and stayed overnight while I was away for work. He sent daily updates and took great care of her. Highly recommend Phil and Jogs with dogs for your pet sitting needs!

Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. What free spirited person.

Our dog loves coming here and the staff love having him or at least they seem like they do! It took a few times of daycare to get him interacting with other dogs, but now he plays nonstop. We have also used boarding and even taken advantage of some one on one time while he was there for an extended stay and he loved it. We also occasionally use their spa services and they do a great job of trimming his nails especially since he is super squirmy and overly dramatic about getting them trimmed. The cameras are also a nice touch so we can see how he is getting along with other dogs and we don't have to worry about him. We highly recommend that you take your dog at least every other week so your dog gets used to the environment and builds relationships.

Great day-care for my pup. They provide a safe, clean environment for him. He comes home happy. Melissa and the staff answer any questions or concerns I might have. Being able to watch him on the provided app provides confidence my dog is enjoying his day.

We have been using Dogtopia of Chester Springs since we got our Labrador Retriever four years ago. They have always taken exceptional care of him and it is obvious that he loves it there. You can tell that the Staff cares about the dogs and they are all very good at their job. They not only keep the play fun and safe for all the dogs, but they also become so familiar with each one that they notice things that are out of the ordinary like a limp, favoring a part of their body, etc. and make the owner aware (immediately if it seems serious). Our dog was bitten by another dog and there was no follow up. They didn’t know which dog bit her and said they would watch the video of the event (after we asked) and never called us back. They never called to check on her. She needed vet attention and had two puncture wounds and ended up with an abscess. This was a significant bite and they were not concerned that the aggressive dog may hurt another dog.

We love Melissa and the team at Chester Springs Dogtopia. We joined early this summer and used boarding and daycare services often. I love how easy it is to arrange drop-offs and pick-ups. I love how welcoming and warm they are! We used to watch the webcams to check on him, but now we don't even think of it because we know he is happy. Alfie runs right in now! It is such a nice feeling to leave with ease and comfort knowing Alfie will be well cared for. Thank you, Melissa and team!

After adopting a second puppy this summer, we had to find a new solution for pet sitting. While our puppy is very sweet she is also incredibly nervous and shy. She took a few months to warm up to us so we were very nervous about a pet sitting plan for vacations. Fortunately, we lucked out meeting Emma and Sandy with Jurassic Bark. They quickly fell in love with our two dogs and put us as ease knowing our dogs were in great hands. They provide wonderful photo updates and were easy to communicate with if needed. They’re attentive and willing to help with anxious-dog parent details. We were even pleased to see our nervous pup warm up to these dog lovers and enjoy snuggling on the couch together. Last week our sweet Lily had a pup-cation at Jurassic bark while we were away. She came home exhausted but happy and showed no signs of separation anxiety. This is due to the care she received from Emma and her staff. Jurassic Bark is the best place for Lily to have stayed while her humans were away. They loved her and treated her as if she were their own. We received daily update with pictures of Lily making new friends and playing. She had a great experience!

Jurassic Bark has cared for our cat, dog and rats for years. Emma is amazing with all of the animals. Recently, I had made arrangements for a family member to take one of my dogs. With only 3 weeks before my vacation, the plans fell through. Emma was able to help us on short notice and our vacation was saved. And best of all, I know my fur babies will be safe and happy with the staff at the resort! Adding to this since we have returned from vacation. I had pictures and updates in my email every day. I think my dogs truly had a better vacation than I did! Even my shy girl was snuggling with the staff and pawing for attention.

We never left our first dog anywhere. When we got our newest dog during Covid we were lucky enough to find Jurassic Bark. It has been great for our dog and us.

Emma is wonderful to work with! We love to travel but I hate leaving our dogs. I know that I don’t have to worry with Emma taking care of them. Noah's Pet Motel Noahs, we love taking Stella! She's an almost 2 year old Doberman. Noahs offers everything from ice cream, food is available or bring your own, couches, blankets, play time, and the best interaction with staff. By the way! They are ranked number one in the area! We looked for the best place. I know Stella's getting the best care.

We used to use a different kennel and our dog always came back with kennel cough. Now we use Noah's their facility was clean, didn't smell and our furry friend came back great! I highly recommend them.

We boarded our ferrets with Noah’s this past weekend. It was a great, easy experience. Prices are great and all staff was wonderful. We will be back for all of our pets boarding needs.

I could not be happier with my experience with Noah’s Pet Motel! This was my first time boarding my dog, and I was a bit nervous. They walked me through the facility, answered all my questions, and really put my mind at ease right from the get go! When I dropped my pet off as well, I was headed to my car and was able to hear the staff talking to my pup as they led her to the kennel - they were welcoming her, and saying what a sweetheart she was, and were being so gentle and kind. 💕 Whoever did the grooming, as well, also did an amazing job! My dog has NEVER been so soft in her entire life and smelled so good !! All in all, Cricket had a great time, and I was able to have a great time knowing she was in good hands while I was away. I HIGHLY recommend Noah’s Pet Motel, and they’re going to be my go-to from now on for all my boarding, daycare, and grooming needs. 💕💕💕

Please beware Jenna is very rude and unreasonable customer service is horrible, be prepared to get hit with unknown fees at Geena discretion will never bring my dog back there, dogs are o my watched from 9am-12pm and 4-6pm for that you should just leave your dog home. My dog smells horrible every time I pick him up. Never again.

Our Bearded Dragon recently spent 8 days in the care of Noah's Pet Motel. The staff did a great job caring for her; we couldn't be happier. Beardies, and reptiles in general, require very specific care in terms of diet, temperature, humidity, and other factors. Noahs' staff understands reptiles and provided our pet with an ideal environment. They always provided me with a detailed update about our pet when I phoned them. Arriving at the motel, one will notice the neatly manicured grounds...a great first impression! Inside, the reception area is well-organized and always staffed with an employee. The entire facility is VERY clean. I'll gladly bring our Beardie back to Noah's!

This is a very nice facility that's well run by knowledgeable people. I've had only good experiences here. Highly recommend!

I was trying to set up boarding. I spoke extensively about my dogs epilepsy to the representative I talked to at the getgo... I spoke about dosing, the amount of meds...etc. She said it would be fine. I went to get their extensive shot list. And came for a behavior assessment and was turned away the first time because they didn't have all they needed booster wise. I didn't put up a stink...I understand vaccine importance. Rescheduled my assessment and came back this time when I discussed dosing my dog the front desk person rejected me. I have taken hours off of work twice not counting the multiple vet visits for their crazy shot list to get this boarding scheduled. I spoke about my dogs health condition from the beginning...they have wasted both my time and my money telling me it was fine then suddenly saying it wasn't.....

I usually don’t write negative posts, but when my mom picked our husky up, he seemed weak and frail, smelled full of urine and lots of red marks all over his front and back paws as well as on his mouth. We’ve taken him to lots of different kennels It has also been a couple days and he is still not his full self. He barely walks and has a limp and he was completely healthy right before we dropped him off. I’m highly disappointed in the staff that they let their animals get treated this way especially when most of them are “animal lovers”. Please take care of your boarded animals because I know for a FACT we will not be returning.

I took my beloved dog Dozer to the doggy day care for years and Bruno took superb care of my boy every single day I worked.

We got our 13mth old Rottweiler from here. Bruno and his wife were very accommodating.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dropped our dog off for three days. When I returned to pick him up, the man states to the lady “are you going to tell him?” At this point the woman tells me our dog just started a cough right before we got him. I automatically thought it was kennel cough. Our dog was throwing up the next few days so we brought him to our vet. The vet stated to give it about a week. Waited a week and our dog lost alot of weight, had a temperature, and lost appetite. Took him to the vet again where they said our dog has some other illness and they began testing him. Meanwhile my vet bill is already close to $600. My vet stated they get so many clients who use this kennel and their dog is always not in the shape they dropped them off in. They also stated that this vet doesn’t follow cleaning protocol. It smells like piss just in the main entrance, I can’t imagine what it’s like in the back. Please use someone else that will care for your animal!! Will be reporting them

I want to thank the staff here for helping my baby Lilo. Lilo was found tied to a pole in Southwest Philly and brought to ACCT beginning of August. She was barely there for a month and was set for euthanizatiin the day my mom and I adopted her. We found out that Lilo was post partum a few weeks so whoever surrendered her stole her puppies. Lilo was very depressed but is the sweetest pit ever. Unfortunately she did not get along with our cats that are 8 and 13 years old that have health problems. We tried for months to get her acquainted with the cats but it did not work. We turned back to ACCT and when we went they said as soon as we surrender her, she will be put down immediately. Our hearts instantly broke and by the grace of God, ACCT called Eagle Kennel and Bruno and his wife welcomed lilo with open arms. ACCT covered the charges so we could handle our family issues. I returned for Lilo today to learn he found her a rescue in Delaware! As much as it hurt me to give up Lilo again, Bruno and his family moved mountains to get Lilo into a rescue so she can have the second chance that she deserves. Thank you so much!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! My dog was here for 4 days and when we picked him up he was clearly having problems breathing. The person that handed him over said, “he wasn’t like this last night” mind you my father picked our dog up at 3. Once we got him to the vet we found out he was in heart failure, with an enlarged heart surrounded by fluid. We were never notified that he was having a hard time breathing never called about any issues and they never contacted a vet to see if something was seriously wrong with our dog. We have called and left voicemails since and no one has contacted us back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bring your dog here. Additionally, my dog came back with a strong stench. While my dog was 12 years old. I do not believe that his trouble in breathing began at 3pm the day my father picked him up after a 4 day stay. The comment of “he wasn’t like this last night” what about this morning? What about at 12? What about at 1? It’s hard to believe that heart failure started at 3 progressed to dead at 10pm after he was given a shot of lasik and the vet told us if he is still like this tom bring him back. My dog didn’t even live until the next day.

Owner (Bruno) and the staff truly care about all of their furry charges in every aspect! They meet their physical and mental needs, and really learn each animal's personality. The staff was busy washing the kennel stalls and giving prescribed medications to those pets under a vet's specialized care while we were meeting and greeting the cuties. Bruno matched us to the perfect dog for us. He took into account our needs and our dog's needs, setting us all up for a successful adoption and a happy furever home! Kora and her new family can't thank you enough!

Staff was great to work with. Dogs came back from a week-long stay happy and healthy. My one little guy was a bit homesick but we could tell that both of our dogs were well cared for. We will be back and thank you again for your hospitality!

Donut’s been playing here for about two years now, his favorite place to go. He usually passes out after the day, so he must be running non-stop. Highly affordable compared to other daycares and I know he’s loved by the employees. The photos from the day reassure me that he’s surrounded by love and his best friends, they keep us as a loyal daycare pup 🐾

I regret to say that we were very disappointed with Animal Resorts. Our standard poodle and our French bulldog went for boarding. The poodle 9 days, and the frenchie 7 days, and they were both very healthy when we dropped them off. Within 8 hours of coming home the Frenchie was very sick with diarrhea and an inability to get up, and we had to take him to an emergency hospital. There was little improvement and he had to go back the next day for more treatment! Our poodle had the same symptoms and required medication as well! It is clear that the dogs contracted this illness when they were there! Animal resorts should acknowledge this. I do not recommend taking your dogs there.

They take good care of my dog. She all loves going there, when we go on trips. the prices are comparable to over places. We also do a great job with one on one playtimes due to my dog not getting along with other dogs. I recommend them for to everyone looking for a kennel for trips.

My dogs are always so excited to go to daycare, and come home tired from playing all day. The staff take the time to know your pets and give extra cuddles and kisses to them.

We hoard our dog, Apollo, whenever we have to go out of town. He loves it! The staff is great. Reasonable pricing. You can sign up for daily report cards with pics and outline of the day. Definitely recommend to other pet lovers.

My babies absolutely LOVE daycare! The staff take care of them just like they were their own! My girl Bailey Lynne is super shy and loathes getting in the car unless we're going to daycare lol She's opened up so much it's like she's a different dog all thanks to the caring hearts and hands at AR! My boy loves playing with all his friends too! They come home exhausted and happy!

I would (and have!) recommend Animal Resorts to anyone. They always treat my puppy Ham like one of their own and he loves going to daycare. He was well taken care of when we boarded him over night. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I love how much outside time they get and the pictures and report cards after their days! Thank you Animal Resorts for taking care of our Ham!

I was disappointed in the Kennel's lack of accountability with the care of my dogs. I have a dog with medical issues that requires a special feeding regiment and meds. The kennel missed an AM feeding and claimed I gave them extra. Additionally, my two dogs have k9 ballistic beds that when picked up were soiled and wet indicating that my dogs were on wet floors which explains why my one dog with medical issues ears were inflamed. They also lost a bottle of meds i gave them. Very disappointing. Cancelled future reservations and will not be using them again.

My dogs thoroughly enjoy their stays at Animal Resorts. I also get to enjoy the photos and the report card that Animal Resorts sends me each day. I am confident that the staff at Animal Reports treats my pets the same way they would treat their own pets. I highly recommend this kennel

First time taking both of our black labs here and will definitely have them back when we travel. I think both of my did really wanted to stay when I picked them up as they didn't seem that excited to see me 😅 …

Amazing place. My dog has changed dramatically in the most positive way since coming here. The staff is amazing kind and so knowledgeable. We just picked up our German Shepherd, Odin, after a week long stay at Hickory. This is his second time boarding (hasn’t been boarded since 2022) since he is a very anxious dog. We were so happy to hear that Odin enjoyed his time at Hickory, he ate, took his meds, played and got along well with the staff. We also received an update mid week from his trainer, Gordon, which we appreciated! We felt like Odin was very well taken care of and safe throughout his stay! Knowing how well he was looked after we are more than comfortable coming back for daycare and boarding! Thank you for keeping our anxious boy happy and healthy!!

From rags to riches! Just took our labradoodle here for the first time and couldn’t be more pleased with them! First off, the haircut is the best he’s ever had. When I dropped him off, the groomer asked me how we wanted him done up. Gave them a couple requests and they were all filled perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. They even took him out to go to the bathroom on their beautiful property. When picking him up, the groomer had me take a good look at the haircut and make sure everything was good. She noted that if I had recommendations or concerns for the next visit, she would take a note in their documents to ensure our wants and needs were met. Lastly, the cost of the full grooming was much less than I was expecting, since we have been paying significantly more for years at other groomers. 10/10 Can not recommend them enough!

Been taking our dog for grooming to this place for years. The staff really enjoy being with the dogs and do a great job — flexible to whatever you need. Highly recommend based on our experience.

I took my Dog Ave there in January to have nails clipped and they were awesome. Ave is rescue dog and gets scared easy they were great with her, Had her back for full spa day on 4/7 and she could not wait to get in there and gives kisses.. totally awesome and they give great advice to question and concerns.. Never will go anywhere else…

I Just heard from the manager regarding the charge for the anal glands. She indicated that I should not have been charged for that and will be crediting me $25 toward the error made. Very much appreciated they're quick response and action! I took my small dog, a Yorkie poo, here for grooming and asked to have her bathed, hair cut, nails trimmed and to have her anal glands checked. She is 7 years old I have never been charged extra to have her anal glands checked and expressed! I expected to pay $65 for her grooming, which is very common, but was shocked when he told me there was an extra $20 to check and express the anal glands! I don't get it since every other groomer she has ever been at does that automatically🤷🏼‍♀️ I will not be returning here.

Brought my dog here for a nail clipping for the first time and it went great! My dog does NOT like getting her nails done. Has to be muzzled, and given a sedative before hand because she is just that bad. But at hickory springs they just had a brand new harness installed for these kind of situations and it made a big difference! She was still a little crazy, but you can see the amount of care they put in to make sure she was calm and still do a good job on her nails which I really appreciate. They were friendly, talkative and patient with her. It was reasonably priced and I feel comfortable bringing my dog here again. I HIGHLY recommend them for any grooming needs!

BEST DECISION EVER TO MOVE TO HICKORY SPRINGS FARM OVER 20 YEARS AGO. We were referred to transfer to Hickory Springs by friends and they were right! I absolutely love and trust Hickory Springs Pet Farm . . . they are truly our extended family to our dog, Puff Daddy. They are kind and handle him with care. The entire staff has been wonderful for many many years - I have never been disappointed. (our Beloved Puff Daddy passed away right after his 18th birthday). The Hickory Spring Farm Team prepared me for the inevitable - they treated us with sympathy and kindness. The Groomer, Amy EXCEPTIONAL she is wonderful and very talented and so friendly. Della has always be a treasure to my family in making sure we get the best opportunities and pricing whenever we boarded Puff Daddy - she looks out for his best interests and always calls me whenever there is an issue to alert me - even if I am on vacation. Now they are taking care of my daughter's dogs: Elmo & Vida The exact same treatment - AWESOME CARE! I love it!

We kenneled our pups for a week. They were well cared for. Employee Cat was wonderful and full of good info. Upon registering out pups Della was super helpful and very friendly. The place is clean and staff have a great vibe which puts one at ease when leaving their pets. All were very eager to hear everything about your pets. Love this place. We will be back!!!!

Our dog is always safe here. At home he is pretty reactive and he gets anxious outside, but we never have a problem dropping him off. I recommend this facility for boarding! We have also had his nails done here while he was boarded and were happy with the results.

The pet sitter Heather was fantastic and was very communicative and flexible with instructions! We had a very nervous puppy while we were on our honeymoon but between our family and Heather, we were able to get that situated without having to panic or worry!

Thank you to Tal’s Pets for your dog sitting services while we were on vacation. Murray is an old man but was well taken care of by Naya. Naya was awesome with keeping us informed with pictures and updates on how he was doing back home. Natalya always gives excellent customer service. I was having issues with my payment and she even took time out while she was on her honeymoon to assist. I will definitely be using Tal’s Pets services in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Our sitter Dawn-Marie was awesome! She took excellent care of our girls while we were away, sending pictures and providing updates daily which put our minds at ease as this was the first time we have needed to use a service such as Tal's. She even ran the vacuum a couple of times to keep up with the build up of dog hair, cleaned up the waste in the yard daily and treated our home as she would her own. Natalya was great too! She pleasantly answered all of our questions and concerns prior to booking. I highly recommend Tal's Pets. We will definitely use the service again when needed without hesitation. Keeping our girls in their own home, where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings was huge. We really did feel that our girls were very well taken care of while we were away.

This was our first experience with Tal's Pets. how great it was ! We had Skye as our caretaker and cannot compliment her enough. She wrote everything down, was very conscientious of everything we asked of her. Most of all , the kitties loved her. Lucy, normally very shy went right up to greet her. Skye kept me informed every evening with texts and pictures, insuring my vacation was worry free. I highly recommend Skye and Tal's Pets.

10/10 will always recommend Tal's Pets for pet sitting. We recently went away for 5 days and Skye, our sitter, was an absolute gem to take our of 14 year old dog in our home. She sent so many updates and pictures and we could tell our pup was so comfortable with her. Our dog had some belly issues while we were gone and she was prompt to contact us make sure he was okay and went above and beyond to clean up the mess and left our house pretty spotless after. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I used Tal's pets services for the first time two weeks ago. Could not be happier with my experience. Their services came highly recommended and they were as wonderful as I heard they were. Everything was so easy in setting up my visit and Natalya was super fast in her responses in making our arrangements. My sitter Naya was just the sweetest person ever and so good with our dog Mya. Natalya (owner) has been amazing to work with from day 1! She was quick to get me information and all set up to go with loving staff members to come check in our puppy. Can not even begin to say how grateful we are to have found Wilson Lakeside Kennel for our dog Lyla. Since the day we brought her home Lyla has had serious anxiety issues with crates so we really needed to find a kennel that would not have her in a crate all day!! Veronica and Anthony treated her like she was one of their own since the first meet and greet! Great people, great atmosphere and a great 9 day kennel experience! I am so happy that I found Wilson’s Lakeside Kennel! If you are worried about leaving your pet at a kennel, this is the place for you. They treat your pet as if it were part of the family. While I was away, I received videos and pictures of my dog Annie enjoying her stay. Annie has never been friendly to other dogs, but this past weekend she was actually comfortable with the other dogs. No nickel and diming you on actives/services like other kennels. Veronica and Anthony are very caring hosts, and Annie will definitely be back!

We took our dog Kudos to Wilson's lakeside kennel for the first time and left him for 4 days. I was worried about leaving him so long but Veronica sent me pictures and videos of him playing with the other dogs and in the doggie pool. He looked like he was having so much fun and enjoying himself, after all the video's and pics I didn't worry anymore. I think he had more fun then we did. (lol). I would highly recommend using this kennel for your pets. You can go away feeling that your pet(s) are in good hands. I highly recommend Wilson's Lakeside Kennel. We were worried about our girls Jade (1 yr Border Collie) and Mia (10yr Beagle/Bassett with anxiety) We were sent videos couple times a day. Our girls had their own vacation with lives and doggie friends to play with. You could tell they were happy. They are in a home setting and not in a kennel which would traumatiz our dogs. I'm telling all my friends!

We took our 14 yr old dog and our one year old puppy to Wilson’s Lakeside Kennel for the first time, this past weekend; our son was getting married and our dogs needed to stayed overnight somewhere. This was the first time they ever stayed somewhere with strangers. Veronica and her boyfriend were absolutely wonderful!! I was so nervous leaving them for the first time with someone, somewhere; that they weren’t familiar with! Well it was a wonderful experience for my husband and I, and our babies. Veronica text me numerous videos within the first hour of them being dropped off. This was so appreciated, I saw that they were being well taken care of, so my husband and I were able to really enjoy our sons wedding without worrying! I then received additional texts and videos the next day! If you are looking for somewhere to send your dog(s), I highly recommend Wilson’s Lakeside Kennels. Veronica did a meet and greet prior to their stay and the whole experience was perfect for everyone! Will use them again, for sure!!

We boarded our dog Hailey at the kennel for 2 weeks and received daily updates about her. The owners are warm and caring, and it is very evident that they are engaged with the care of your pet. We had an exceptional experience with them and felt completely at ease with our dog staying there during our vacation. I will use the kennel again in the future.

My husband and I are from out of town but wanted to celebrate a special birthday in Philadelphia. I spoke with Veronica who did have the dates open but does a meet and greet with your animals to see their temperament....and makes sure your paperwork is in order (shot records). Both of these things I greatly appreciate. I want the dogs mine are around to have their shots updated and to make sure other dogs are not aggressive towards mine. The meet and greet went great. Veronica is warm and friendly as is her husband. My dogs warmed up to them and loved to be able to run in a secure lovely environment without a leash. Veronica also keeps things clean. We got all the paperwork all filled out...she took copies of our shot records for our dogs and with a deposit....we were all set. We dropped our dogs off at 8: 30am and headed into Philadelphia. While we were gone...Veronica sent photos and video each day. You can tell her and her husband like dogs and give them the attention and love. We were in contact to let Veronica know our train was on time and we'd pick up our dogs as agreed. Another positive aspect of boarding here...is that they take a limited amount of dogs to board at a time. Their prices were fair as well. Overall, we were very pleased with this kennel experience. These are great people who will treat your animals well!

Chloe felt at home on our Meet and Greet! She bonded with Veronica in the first few minutes!! That was a big starter for us! Chloe doesn't bond well with strangers. We have not used a kennel, which means we have not traveled. Veronica took such great care of Chloe and sent us videos each day we we're away. Seeing Chloe running around and playing just reassured us that she was in good hands. We had a fantastic time on our 9 day trip and plan on doing it again and using Wilson's Lakeside Kennel.

Veronica and Anthony took such great care of my mini aussiedoodle Tucker while I was away on vacation. I received photos and videos every day, and I could tell that Tucker had a blast at their home! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for someone to watch their dog(s). They're super kind, caring, and you can tell how much they enjoy watching doggos. They also have an amazing fenced in backyard and the dogs get a lot of time to play and run around outside. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!
