Pet Sitting in East Port Medway

This was our second time using this service and once again, our house sitters did not disappoint. The house was spotless, all the furry and feathered critters are happy and were well cared for and dinner and dessert were even prepared for us for this evening! ❤️ They provided almost daily updates with pictures, always keeping us in the loop. They also went above and beyond by ensuring all our garden veges that were ripe and ready for picking were cleaned and frozen,(except for the ones they used to make us homemade salsa!) 😀 With 45 acres and a lot of furry and feathered friends, they handled each task like pros as they learned the day to day routine of our little hobby farm. Having said all that, I really know they did a spectacular job because after our pooch patrol greeted us late last night with a happy welcome home, they deserted us and went back down stairs to sleep with Chris and Meg for the night! 😆 That's when you know they did something right! ;) Thanks again Chris and Megan!

Tegan and Jacob were INCREDIBLE. Less than a week before we left Ernest with them for two nights, Ernest had to have emergency surgery. Afterwards, Ernest was taking three medications, twice a day, and had to be kept trapped in our bathroom, so that he didn't move too much or jump on anything. I was very worried and considered cancelling my work trip. How could a stranger be trusted to keep an eye on him, give him his medications on time, spend time with him in a bathroom?? But Tegan and Jacob came to the RESCUE! They immediately inspired confidence so I felt like I could go without guilt. And then they delivered. They literally sat with their laptops on the bathroom floor so Ernest could sit next to them and not be lonely. They handled his multiple meds and reported twice a day with photos as to how he was doing. They kept an eye on his surgical site and reported on his urine. They left us a two-page handwritten note with all the details about his condition along with freshly baked cookies - just because. They even cleaned up the flies that were starting to accumulate in the bathroom because of the food we were leaving out for Ernest there. I am stunned by their commitment and kindness. Ernest has been much less anxious about being trapped in the bathroom, I think because he no longer associates it with isolation and loneliness. My husband and I are left to wonder whether we should have gone away longer 😅 Anyway, I can go on and on, but they were absolutely the right people to find at the right time, and we (and Ernest) feel very fortunate to have had them here. Strong strong recommend!!

Kate was an AWESOME sitter. We would love to have her again! She was so attentive and communicative, and our cat clearly loved her bc we got lots of cuddling pics :)

Heather and Tim were fantastic. We came home to a very happy dog! We weren't worried about Ada while we were away as we got lots of updates. Also came back to a tidy flat which was lovely after a long flight. Throughout the whole process Heather and Tim were on their game. They had great questions during the interview and made us comfortable booking them so far in advance. They maintained contact coming up to the visit. We were never worried about Ada while away as we got lots of updates - when she got sick they kept us updated and her well looked after. Very friendly and easy to chat to! It was such a joy to meet Terri and Greg! They were so lovely on every level. They looked after my home and animals with loving care, and sent the best pictures of all of them out and about. I am certain that Chili is still missing them! The also were flexible to come a day early to meet me, given there would not have been time on the day of my flight. The house was sparkling clean when I returned, and my critters were happy and taken care of. Would highly recommend.

I was very glad to find Cathy as my cat and housesitter for my recent week away. Very organized, pragmatic and self sufficient, Kathy coordinated her schedule to fit mine and had read all my information in advance, making orientation easy and giving us time to get acquainted (including with Chernish!). Cathy was a good communicator and provided great daily photos/videos of Chernish. She had no problems giving his limited medication and I know she spent quality time with Chernish - including monitored outside time too. It was nice that she had a car and an interest in the area as well as French language skills - which put my mind at ease since I knew she would be able to manage anything that came up. As a plus, her background enabled her to help some of my struggling plants! The house was perfectly clean and exactly as I left it when I got back, and while we couldn't see each other in person - due to flight schedules - she left me detailed information upon my return. Thank you for coming across the pond for this sit (as well as several others in France), Cathy!

Thanks to Carolyn, our confidence was restored after a rather disappointing first experience. We confirmed the house sit with Carolyn just 3 weeks prior to our vacation as our first sitter had to cancel due to a medical emergency. During our first meeting we felt comfortable with Carolyne, she was professional, pleasant and very forth coming with the possibility she may need to cancel due to a personal situation. Given the short time till our vacation, we decided to confirm with the understanding we had a backup plan if needed. We were so lucky it all worked out, Carolyn was very independent, she had read the welcome package throughly and as such she was very prepared for the visit. She communicated with us as needed ( we didn't expect daily emails) with either questions and or updates and was quick to respond to any of our texts. We returned home late in the evening to a very clean and tidy house and a dog that was happy and well cared for. We would definitely invite Carolyn again and recommend her for house sits without hesitation.

Jaime and Scott arrived with a wealth of knowledge following a number of recent sits and our two dogs took to them immediately. Their arrival a couple of days before the sit allowed us to show them a few of the local walks and they took a keen interest in learning the dogs’ routine plus the idiosyncrasies of each one! When we returned the dogs were in great condition and the house was even cleaner than we had left it! From conversations before they departed it was evident that they had enjoyed the walks, loved being with Cadence and Reacher and that the dogs obviously enjoyed their time with Jaime and Scott. We would certainly use this couple again without hesitation.

Julia and Blair were superstar zeewoi! Clearly experienced- Julia asked great questions on how often we’d like to be updated, care specifics for our dog, etc. They took great care of our pup and the house was spotless when we returned. We’d love to welcome them back anytime!

This was our first time using zeewoi, and we had the best experience with Manue. Livi (our dog) was very clearly well taken care of, she seemed so calm and happy when we got back and that really just tells us that Manue created a wonderful environment and experience for her. Our house was spotless and clean, and she even made sure we had some coffee and food when we got back so we would have time to settle in before having to go to the shop. We truly had a wonderful experience, a very big heartwarming thanks to Manue!
