She and our cat Puccini clicked right away, and based on her frequent updates with photos to us I think Puccini sat on or near her every minute she was here😄! She was here for five+ weeks, and anything that came up needing attention she took it in stride and and kept us informed so we never had to worry about a thing. And when we returned the house was immaculate — if it hadn’t been for the pictures she sent we would hardly know she’d lived in the house for five weeks! Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. I was a little hesitant about this place when I saw the previous reviews but I took a chance. I'm glad I did the dog lodge took good care of our pup. She was very cleaned, nails were trimmed, and finished the food I took her while her boarding. They even surprised us when they dressed her up with a pink bandanna and she got to keep it, she looks adorable. We will be back for sure when we needed and I do recommend it. The staff is very nice, understanding, and helpful.
When I left for a three day trip and came back from it to pick up my dog, he was so happy to see me and it looks like he had a great time there! And that they took care of him very well. I thank for their time and service I would definitely take him there again next year because I’m going to Canada for my summer vacation again :).
Really bad service. Use to be wonderful, even use to board our dogs there. Not no more. They had our dog over five hours and still wasn’t groomed! They told us at the most three hours. Finally I just picked her up. We told them many times that our dog has anxiety issues and so we didn’t want to drop her off till the time of her appointment so that she wasn’t sitting around. I was told on the phone after only calling one time, not to call anymore that they will call me when she is ready. Five hours later no phone call! Be fore warned. This is how I got her back. Proof she was there, look at the tile floor. Others were from the inside of my car when I was taking her home

I have brought my dogs to get groomed so many times at this place. Even during pandemic times and I know they went through changes. But last Saturday I took my two pets a lab and a pug. I was charged $95.00 for both dogs that were given to me wet. Not dried because by the front clerk they don’t like the hair dryer. Lies I have never been told that! No scarfs were given and my dogs stank like if they were not bathed at all. To make things worst my labs right paw she wouldn’t stop licking at it and by the next day she was bleeding 🩸 non stop due to her nail cut too short. Actually we found blood in the back of our CRV that means she was bleeding already when being picked up. W the leaking she stopped her bleeding for a while. I’m so disappointed, disgusted, and angry at this place. I am never bringing my dogs to this abusing place. I took my dog to my vet she was put on antibiotics and and got a steroid shot. Don’t waste your time bringing your pets here they are not good nor profesional anymore. One last thing my poor pug we found out after a few weeks they had left cotton in his ears. Sincere warning!! Don’t bring your lovely pets here. 😭

This place is amazing. I have been taking my golden retriever to them more than 8 years. They know exactly how I like my dog hair length. The staff is very friendly and they always have a treat ready for him on his way out. I Highly recommend this place. Very reasonable prices and flexible appointments they even take last minute appointment if you call early in the morning around 7:30 am. Love this place.

Brought our puppy here for 5 nights of lodging as we took a vacation. Their rates were great compared to other overpriced boarding places. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our little guy. We even called a few times to check on him and they gave us updates on how he was doing and getting along with all the other dogs. We would definitely come back and lodge here again for any upcoming trips.

Kassandra provides an excellent service with a focus on love for the dogs she boards in her home. We have had our challenges with our dog finding the proper care for him when we travel. He's anti social with other dogs and people in general. Kassandra took care of him for 12 days with no major issues.
Will give this business two stars because she helped me out a couple times by watching my dog for me. Overall if you have a high energy dog, I would avoid this place. I felt like the owner was annoyed with my dog and felt like she depended on other dogs to be around in order to keep my dog entertained. The owner was NOT reliable, canceled on me multiple times, even last minute. Would not go back!

They did a fabulous job caring for Goober! They were super responsive when I was inquiring about the Disney daycare, and accommodated me picking him up on Christmas Eve when they were supposed to be closed. We had such a positive experience with Comfy Home! We dropped off our 5 lb chihuahua for the weekend while we went to Disneyland. She is a little over a year old and it was her first time being away from us. The team there that weekend were so communicative and answered all of our texts within minutes as we wanted to check in on our pup throughout the day. They sent pictures and videos any time we asked and gave updates on her eating/sleeping habits. They really helped relieve any anxiety we had about dropping off our pup and she even made a couple of friends while she was there! Cannot recommend Comfy Home Boarding enough, we will be returning next to we go to Disney and passing the recommendation along to any family/friends that head towards Anaheim.
My three little fur babies boarded for three nights at Comfy home dog boarding. I was super nervous on my way to drop them off because it was somewhere new. My anxiety was calmed so quickly when I stepped inside with them. The employees were so incredibly nice and you could tell they were going to take extra good care of my babies. Every day I got photos of them and they brought a smile to my face to see them having such a good time. I will definitely be returning, thank you for taking care of my fur babies.
We were visiting Disneyland and we called very last minute and were able to accommodate our fur baby Archie right away. We never leave him anywhere but at Comfy Home dog boarding they made him feel like home. They updated us with messages and pictures throughout the day and keep us with a peace of mind. Comfy home dog boarding was the absolute best! At the beginning of my experience they were extremely helpful. Their communication is top notch and they were extremely flexible with my schedule. I also was receiving updates and able to ask for updates myself throughout the day as well! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. And to top everything off this was on Christmas and Christmas Eve! Moving to a new city definitely was hard to comb through finding a new place for our dogs to stay at if we travel. Thankfully we saw Comfy Home Dog Boarding. When we saw the place, it was so clean and pretty. Then, we booked 10 days for the boys to stay. Comfy Home Dog Boarding sent us pics and updates on our boys and we really appreciate it especially since we'd miss them. The boys were also spoiled with lots of time out in the backyard, lots of pets and treats (they even made a dog friendly thanksgiving meal, so cute!). We also really liked that they set up the place exactly like a home where the dogs can roam around and really feel at home. They were also friendly and communicate to us very well. We're happy with how the dogs were treated and we'll be back! We definitely recommend this place!
I booked Meadow for 2 full days with pick up and drop off. Comfy Home Dog Boarding were very accommodating. Their hours allow us to enjoy full days at Disney. They sent me photos of Meadow through the 2 days. It looked like she had a great time. I would definitely recommend Comfy Home to anyone and will use them again!
We had an excellent experience with Comfy Home Dog Boarding! Right from the start, Lizzie was super helpful and kind! She gave us a tour of the home and made sure we felt comfortable before we left. Throughout the day, we got pictures and updates which was so nice getting that peace of mind! Berto also assisted in taking care of our dogs and was also very friendly and gave our dogs great care! He reached out to arrange a pick-up time for our doggos, and was super responsive and flexible. Would definitely recommend!

She offers a regular 8hr daycare and a “Disney Doggy Daycare” from 7am to park closing which allows you to “rope drop” Disney and stay the WHOLE day if you really want to maximize your day! She’s also VERY flexible with pickup/drop off times! Comfort Home Dog Boarding isn’t like a regular commercial doggy daycare where there’s basically an unlimited amount of spots open. Araceli makes sure there’s a good ratio of her team members to dogs so there’s always supervision and makes sure all dogs that are taken in are dog friendly to prevent any incidents. She also is really thorough and makes sure all dogs she takes in are up to date on their vaccinations and she sends updates with pictures to you about your fur babies. We were looking for a dog trainer as well as pet boarding. Mihail, owner of Long Beach Pet Care was highly recommended for our 6-month-old Brittany, Rhett. He loved his new play friends. He enjoyed group walks & lots of socializing and training at his 2 week-long summer camp. Mihail took such great care of our Rhett. I never worried about him. We live in Brea, the distance was not at all a problem for us. We highly recommend LBPC. Taking Rhett there will be a pleasure.
We found Long Beach Pet Care, shortly after moving to Long Beach a few years ago. The thing was we needed a dog walker that had experience with senior large breeds, specifically Akita‘s. If you own a Akita or large breed like an Akita, you know the struggle of finding reliable dog walkers, kennels or dog sitters that are willing to work with your breed. We were so happy to have found Mihail and his team with Long Beach Pet Care! They have a initial meet and greet, to make sure it’s a good fit. Our dog loved her walks with Mihail and team. She also got to enjoy group walks! I noticed a huge difference when I took her for walks after being walked by Mihail, she would walk at my pace. We had such a great experience with the walks, we added on daycare at times and overnight boarding. They truly care about the animals they walk or board, and as a owner you can have peace of mind that your dog will be exercised and enjoy fun times.

Monday, April 25th, 2022. Received a call from my sister in law that my brother who is a cancer survivor and current dialysis patient is Septic throughout his body and Gangrene along with other heart issues has given him only days to live. As I am throwing stuff in a bag with one hand and renting a car to drive to Idaho with the other. I am thinking I have to go online and try and book care for my fur babies asap! I can’t even think at this point. I just call Mihail and leave him what I am sure is a very frantic message of needing care for my babies. I make contact with Mihail and he is so quick to assure me that he has “the crew” which he calls my 3 babies. I tell him I don’t know when I will be back and he says don’t worry I’ve got them. Just keep in touch. Yes! I have used Mihail’s services once before and that was a Huge Success!! So, his few words put me at ease that I didn’t have to worry. His constant communication during the time I was gone was priceless to me. I’m sure it was just his way of continuing to offer support and ease at a time that I needed it most. Long Beach Pet Care and its owner Mihail were a godsend to me three years ago when I was trying to find a dog walker for my new rescue pit-bull, Petunia. She is my baby, and I was not going to leave her in the hands of just anyone. Mihail took the time to come and meet Petunia -- free of charge -- to ensure she was a good fit for him and the other dogs she would be around, which she was. That was three years ago, and since then Petunia and Bowie (another pit mix who joined our family a few months later) have enjoyed countless doggy daycare outings and hikes with Mihail and the pack. You have to check out his Instagram account @longbeachpetcare to really get a sense of how amazing he is; I call him the 'LBC Dog Whisperer.' Even more important, Petunia and Bowie love and adore Mihail. Before I leave for work, I tell them both, "have fun with Mihail today," and its instant smiles and wiggle-butts. It's clean and there's lots of things for the dogs to play with. The person that showed us around was very nice and answered every question we had. They even offer different packages tailored to fit your dog's needs. For example, I got the calming package for my dog. After taking the tour,I felt much better about leaving my dog with them for the night.
These folks really care about the pets left in their care. They put the effort in for our guy, Mr G, to make him feel comfortable in spite of his reactivity. We really appreciate the staff at Joyful Paws and think you will too!
I was so terrified to leave my 6 month old kitten fo the 6 days, but every staff member I encountered was able to ease my fears!! My kitten did so well, they were so patient and kind with him. He can be a bit spicy when meeting new people, but he adapted do well to their kindness. I most definitely will be returning for a visit to Joyful Paws Hotel!!
While the staff was friendly, I was extremely dissatisfied with this day care. Please DO NOT take your dog here under any circumstances. The first time I took my husky here, his nails were bleeding when I picked him up. When I asked staff, they had no idea what the cause was and barely noticed it when they turned in my dog to me. He must have been pawing at a fence for a long time and gotten ignored! The other two times I took him, he came out a complete mess and extremely dirty. The picture below is the last time ever brought him in on August 18 2023. He had a horrible stain on his left cheek that almost TWO MONTHS LATER has not completely gone away!!! If you look closely, he still has a light pink/brown stain on his left cheek. I’ve tried professional groomers, whitening shampoo, and nothing works. I assume it must have been some type of tar or oil that my husky got into. Once again, I asked staff if they knew what he was getting himself into, and they were unaware of what caused the mess. They didn’t notice it until they gave me my dog at pickup. Lastly, I know someone who’s dog suffered a spinal injury here and they deleted the footage!! Regardless if you believe the spinal injury story, the evidence of how Joyful Paws neglected my dogs needs is right here. I will be taking my dog to the vet and after the evaluation, I will reach out to Joyful Paws and request compensation because this is ridiculous especially for the price they charge. If you care about your dog’s safety please don’t leave them here.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a first for my pup and they made us feel comfortable and secure. Will be using them on a regular basis. Ive been going here for over a year and continue to be impressed with the staff who look after our Ollie! oliver loves the staff and all his friends at Joyful Paws.
My Chihuahua loves to go here and be social with his friends when I'm busy. Recently boarded him for three nights and he was returned happy and healthy. Will return for more visits! They are very well organized
My dog stayed here for the first time this past week. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Joyful Paws and completely trusted that my dog was safe and well taken care of here. I was able to watch my dog during play time every day with the Wag Vision live cameras. I loved the daily report cards and photos! Also, she was given a great thanksgiving meal, a bath, nail trim, and goody bag upon departure. I recommend Joyful Paws to all my fellow pet parents! Definitely will continue coming here for lodging and maybe even daycare! They are also great with following COVID precautions - limited people in the lobby allowed, curbside pickup/drop off, wearing masks, etc.
My dog LOVES Joyful Paws - he’s always so excited to go. The staff is super friendly and very attentive! I love that they do breaks during the day so the dogs aren’t overstimulated and given time to rest between play times.
This was Mimi’s first time boarding and Joyful Paws took great care of her. We received a daily report card with pictures letting us know how she was doing. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!
1st day meet and greet. Staff was very pleasant i was given a tour this morning, and the young lady answered all of my concerns. Made me feel comfortable leaving ny dog in their care. The facility was clean. I had the ability to view my dog through Webcam which is a big plus. He was a little shy, but with time i do believe he will adjust. TY for caring and for taking care of Taco

Briana has watched our dog for over 5 years! She is so loving and kind towards the animals. As we drive up to her house our dog wants to jump out before we even fully stop to run up to her and her house. She gets so excited! It's like when a kid is going to Disneyland. They get water play time and fun games and then of course relax time. Thank you Briana for all that you do! Your prices are fair and your love towards our baby girl is unconditional. We feel safe leaving her with you and we know she always has a blast. Thank you for all that you do.
Briana is great! We were able to take a small vacation comfortably, knowing our fur baby, Rocco was in good hands. Briana would send us updates and photos several times throughout the day. Rocco seemed very happy made a few friends during his stay. I’m glad we were able to use her services and can comfortably say, she will definitely be our go to sitter moving forward.
Brianna is amazing! We previously took our dog Jack to a larger daycare for either boarding or daycare and he always seemed so stressed when he came back. When he comes back from Brianna’s he is so happy and energetic! She sends updates all day which is so nice and makes you feel extra comfortable knowing your pup is in good hands all day. I would recommend Leash I Can Do to anyone looking for a daycare or overnight for their dog!!
I took my yorkie Bentley here recently since my family and I were going on a trip - let me say Brianna is the kindest and most involved caretaker in the business :) She always sent photos and videos every single day during my trip and it would take away any worries I had of my dog not being happy or taken care of. He’s not very social and has separation anxiety, but it looks like he warmed up very quickly to the other dogs and made a lot of friends! By the end of my trip it seemed like he was sad to be leaving them and as I type this he currently misses them a lot. Brianna is very good at following instructions - especially since Bentley was going through daily medicinal treatments he normally doesn’t go through. She’s very fast at responding and answers any questions you may have. She’s also kind to all the dogs and treats them all very well, and I like that she makes sure the little dogs and big dogs are separated so my little one won’t get hurt. He even came back looking cleaner than when we dropped him off! Bentley always looked so happy playing with the other dogs and we will definitely be taking him back.
i have been using Briana for a few years now and i am so thankful that i have found a dog sitter who is reliable. when i travel i don't worry about my baby at all. i love how she plays with them and sends me pictures so i can peace of mind when i cannot see him. Absolutely so happy with my recent doggy experience at the leash I can do. From dropping off my doggy to pick up I felt super safe leaving my Betsy! I was updated everyday with pics and videos and I could see how much fun my girl was having! I would highly recommend bringing your doggy here I totally love a home environment and not like those other boarding places where a dog can’t play outside. There is a nice yard for potty breaks and ample playtime I was very satisfied with my experience and so was Betsy! Look no further Briana is a great dog sitter and loves her doggies!
what can i say?! if i can give 1000 stars i would! I have been bringing my Jameson since he was small and I just fell in love with the way Briana treats my fur child! She is awesome in so many ways and every single time I pick up my boy hes always super happy and exhausted from all the fun he has!! I recommend her services 100%! She is amazing!!!! And on top of it all, she sends updates with videos/pictures!!! Makes you feel comfortable and at ease knowing your pup is in good hands!!

Briana is one of the best!!! Communication was excellent and our Lola had a great time with her. She gave us updates of our Lola all the time, sharing photos and videos. Her prices are very fair and we absolutely feel that she loves our Lola, especially because this is the first boarding of our little Chihuahua. Lola is excited to see her again soon. 10/10 RECOMMEND Professional - Knowledgeable - Reliable - Friendly Like many dog parents going on vacation is difficult when trying to ensure your pets are well cared for in a loving and safe environment. TIFF provides just that and more! TIFF pet sat my 3 small dogs ages 16, 15, 3 from 9/1-9/9 in her home. She had a comfy dog bed set up, fresh water bowl, and toys ready to welcome the pups. Her complex has a fenced in courtyard where the dogs can easy sniff around and get some exercise. Very nice neighborhood for walks too. TIFF put my worries at ease answering all my questions at our meet and greet prior to their stay. She even went the extra mile and visited the pups at my home a few weeks before so they can get more familiar with her. While I was out of the country we received text/photo updates and a video call. Unexpectedly there was a heat wave and could sense how well she was handling the situation and making sure the dogs were as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. We are thankful to Tiff for providing such great service and will book again.
Cannot recommend Tiff's services enough! She takes care of our fur family whenever we're out of town. She provides constant updates and photos/videos, and is especially good at training and socializing the pups all together. We've been repeat clients for 2 years now with zero issues, and our dogs LOVE her. Will always recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter/boarder.
Tiff is our go to dog walker when we are too busy or out of town. She is dependable and sends me updates and photos of her time caring for Bella and Brutus. She has trimmed Bella's nails for me when asked. I appreciate that she has expanded her services to include pawpedis. :) It is nice to work with someone you trust.
Tiff has been essentially a co parent of my dog and I trust her more with knowing how to take good care of her than myself. My dog loves going there so I feel zero guilt if we need to leave town and I'm so grateful for Tiff. She's extremely flexible when things come up (eg new baby seen here!) and if it weren't for her, I probably wouldn't be able to have a dog or kid or at least one would be neglected 😑. Also she does her due diligence to make sure whoever she is boarding gets along well with others. Thank you Tiff!! Almost don't want to recommend you to others since then you may get too busy but I try to behave ethically and unselfishly 😛. Highly recommend! Especially if you have a dog you don't want to leave overnight at a daycare.
Tiff is everything that you want in a pet sitter and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. We have a Siberian husky with significant separation anxiety issues and I think it says it all when our dog can't wait to leave the comfort of our car to run up to Tiff's door :) Tiff is incredibly responsible, dependable, and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. There have been a few times where our plans got delayed and we had to pick our dog up later than expected. However, Tiff was so understanding and flexible and made sure that we didn't rush, worry, or cut our activities short. She treats our dog like one of her own- giving him lots of love and pets, taking him to the dog park, and even treating him to Puppuccinos. We checked out a LOT of doggy daycares when we first adopted our dog and Tiff's Doggy Daycare & Pet Boarding is by far the BEST. We have used her services for over a year now for both daycare and pet boarding and we have a great experience every time.
Tiff and Jimmy are honest, reliable, and terrific pet sitters. When I was in the hospital, they came to my home twice a day to feed, clean up after, and socialize with my beloved dog, macaw, and parrot. Tiff kept in touch with me daily via e-mail and/or text letting me know how my critters were doing and even sent photos! I highly recommend Tiff’s Doggy Daycare!!! Bonnie
Tiffany is absolutely wonderful. I feel safe and my best friend Is when he is at Tiff’s Doggie Daycare & Pet Boarding. I use her service for boarding my buddy for several days at a time. I have never had a single issue. She an awesome caregiver flyover my Kobi!! Love you guys!!
Tiffany was great with my dog. She took the time to do meet and greet (she really took the time to get to know my dog and I was well informed as well). I feel VERY comfortable leaving my baby with her. Tiffany sent updates and pictures during the stay, that ease my mind greatly since it was our first time. My dog seems very happy on the day I dropped him off. It seemed like he was not in the hurry to go home with me when I picked him up, lol. That's how comfortable my dog felt under Tiffany's care. Our plan changed last minute and Tiffany was very kind to accommodate our pick up time. Tiffany's awesome care gave me the peace of mind when leaving my dog with her while I traveled for work. I was able to focus on my work and was not worried about my dog at all. I will definitely use Tiffany again for my future needs.
Butters stayed with Tiff a year ago and loved her. We now also have a 60 lb. bull dog. I was concerned that he was too big, but Tiff wasn't worried, and from the pictures we got from her, he seemed to love her as much as Butters. If you don't want your dogs at a mass confusion dog hotel, Tiff is the one to go to!! Personal attention and loving care!!
Tiff went above and beyond to help take care of my dog during my trip out of state. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable sitter for my rowdy 6 month old pitbull puppy, but Tiff's experience and understanding was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable sitter.
