Sue was the perfect house sitter. She used her time here to explore the area and took my dogs Darcy and Lottie with her in her car. They went somewhere different every day walking, and Darcy had plenty of opportunities to swim. Sue sent photos and videos of their adventures and it was clear that the dogs were having a brilliant time. It was immediately apparent that my dogs were confident and very happy in her care, and I'm in no doubt that they would love to see her again. Sue's visit coincided with a few days of warm, dry weather so she ensured the plants in pots in the garden were watered. The house was clean and tidy on my return. Sue had stripped the bed and washed and dried the bedding, towels and tea towels. There was nothing for me to do but enjoy the flowers she had left around the house and sample the delicious jam she made while here. It was an absolute pleasure having Sue at my home and she will be welcomed back by us all if she ever wishes to come back.

Clare and Matt were absolutely brilliant sitters, as all their other glowing reviews suggested. Their communication was just right, not too much or too little. They arrived on time, and asked lots of good questions about the sit in preparation for our departure. And they were an instant hit with our dog Jasper. We had complete confidence in them as we left, and they sent us occasional updates of Jasper throughout our two week holiday. Nothing was a problem and they thoughtfully checked our flight was not delayed before leaving the house in perfect condition (immaculately clean) for our return home. Clare and Matt are both really lovely people who I cannot recommend more highly. Jasper was clearly very well looked after, as was our home.

Conscientious and caring family with a love of all animals
Jennie & Alan house/ pet sitted with their daughter over the August bankholiday, which should have been a gorgeous summer weekend but storm Lillian had other plans. Jennie & Alan weren't phased by the weather which blew the bins over & lots of branches on the forest tracks but none of this stopped them enjoying days out & activities nearby. The house was lovely & clean on my return home with bed linen,towels all washed & drying- a few things out of place but Jennie was quick to messege me when I couldn't find things. The birds & cat seemed happy on my return & seemed well cared for in my absense- I appreciated some good photo's & updates on progress whilst away. I was pleased the house plants & greenhouse had been watered as guests often forget that duty. It's a pity we hadn't had an in- person contact handover at the start of the sit due to arrival timings but I sent video & written instructions to help them find everything & they where quick to ask if they needed local or other information. I'd happily have them to return sit & so glad their daughter enjoyed the pets & garden :)

I'd really recommend Helen, she was organised, friendly and caring. She left the house really tidy and even washed the sheets and made us some soup! She was kind enough to go and pick up a missed delivery from the local post office for us, which was so helpful.

She made sure to arrive well ahead of time despite some issues with the train service, regularly provided updates on how things are going, and was flexible around arrival and departure times. Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
