We are so grateful to have discovered Puff and Puff! Catherine is warm, kind, flexible, and extremely attentive to all the dogs’ needs. Our puppy loves going to Puff and Puff so much, she doesn’t want to leave. I completely trust Puff and Puff and love that our dog comes home exhausted and happy from playing all day with dogs of all sizes and ages. Her experience at Puff and Puff has made all the difference for positive socialization. When you choose Puff and Puff, you get a personal experience with photos, videos, and updates. Catherine has taken care of our extremely high energy Australian Terrier puppy for both day care and extended overnights. Our puppy gets tons of play in a safe and caring environment with only a handful of dogs staying with her at any given time. Catherine sends regular updates with a big bonus of very cute pictures and videos. The dogs get regular walks on the beautiful Bay Trail and trips to the beach. Our puppy always comes back happy and content.

Puff & Puff boarded my cantankerous 13 year old chihuahua for 3 weeks. She has a few health issues and couldn't travel internationally with me. I was very nervous about leaving her in a boarding situation. She had difficulty in boarding elsewhere in the past. I liked that Catherine insisted on a meet and greet before agreeing to take her in. I was instantly surprised by how calm and clean the environment is. My little dog was nervous to greet the few other dogs but didn't go into aggressive mode, as usual. Puff & Puff always responded timely to my inquiries before and during my chihuahua's stay. Catherine sent pictures and videos of my girl enjoying herself. That relieved my anxiety tremendously. My dog was happy and healthy when I got her back. I highly recommend this service and would feel good about using Puff & Puff again.

Catherine and her husband were fantastic with our dog Bogey. He stayed there for almost 3 weeks. Bogey took a few days to adjust but Catherine was very patient with him and kept us well informed with texts and photos of his progress. Bogey had a very good experience and we would definitely use her service again.

I visited 4 home boarding services before deciding on Puff and Puff, and i’m so glad I did!! Catherine and her husband did an amazing job watching my small dog...to the point where my little one didn’t want to leave! My dog is very particular and hates everyone (and most dogs) but she loveeed staying here. She became really close to their friendly small dog, Bailey. The two were practically inseparable. I honestly felt really bad picking my dog up because I knew she was having such a good time. I also loved getting the picture and video updates of my dog playing and having a blast. I will DEFINITELY be using them again. So glad I found her!

We were very worried about leaving our Puggle for 2 1/2 weeks… He is 15 with what we call “separation anxiety”. He really gave these guys a run for their money 🥴 during the first few days, but they persevered and won his heart! We were so grateful and relieved and now we’re already planning our next trip! 💯👏🏻💗 …

We just moved to the east bay this fall and needed a pet sitter to watch our kitties over the holidays. We felt very lucky to find Rebecca! Rebecca does a free meet and greet where she comes to the house to meet you and your pets and make sure it’s a good fit. This gave us the peace of mind to know our pets would be well taken care of while we were traveling. Rebecca also sends a very thorough questionnaire and will take care of bringing in mail, watering plants, etc if you’d like. We loved the daily update with pictures of our kitties and are sure they were much happier in their own space, seeing Rebecca, than at a boarding facility. Thank you Rebecca!

Rebecca's team took excellent care of my cat while I was away for a week. They had no trouble accommodating my last-minute request for care or my service area (Richmond CA). Someone from her team came by for 30 mins per day to feed, cuddle, and play with my cat and sent me a handful of pictures to show he was doing well after each visit. When I got back he was happy but didn't seem at all stressed or attention starved like he had in the past with other cat sitters (not from Rebecca's team). I will definitely call Rebecca again next time I plan to travel and need some care and companionship for my cat.

I had thought about hiring a dog walker for my girl Penny Lane for years but I didn't feel comfortable handing over the key to my house, and my burglar alarm code, to just anyone. I met Rebecca at a friend's party and she mentioned her pet care business. I needed a dog walker and I loved her instantly and knew I could trust her. Long story short, Rebecca has been walking my dog Mondays through Fridays for over a year and she has changed my life and Penny's life. I feel relieved knowing Penny gets a break when I'm at work and away from home all day, and right away I noticed Penny was more relaxed when I came home from work. Did I mention I have two cats? They are very shy and reserved but warmed up to Rebecca instantly. Rebecca has stayed with my pets several times when I travel and it's such a relief to know I have someone I can totally trust who will take care of my pets! About a month ago I was home while having flooring installed and Rebecca came to walk Penny. Penny saw Rebecca and immediately started leaping in the air when she saw her and it warmed my heart. I didn't exist at that moment! I highly recommend Rebecca as someone who will care for your pet as if it is her own pet! She is the pet whisperer!

My dog, Gigi, loves Rebecca! She connects so well with her. My dog has some unique issues and Rebecca is watchful, observant and ready to respond when needed. Every time I get a message from Rebecca that they've completed the walk, I'm relieved to know that Gigi is in good hands. She also a great communicator, so if any issue arises, she lets me know right away. Thank you, Rebecca!

I am so happy to have found Rebecca to walk our dog! She truly is a gem! Rebecca regularly walks our dog and I always feel relaxed knowing that he is in her responsible, caring and safe hands! I depend and trust her implicitly which is saying a lot! She sends me pictures and updates every time they have been together which always puts a smile on my face. Truly, I cannot recommend her enough!!

Rebecca is awesome! We recently had her check in on the cats twice a day while on vacation for a week. Our three cats were very content when we returned, even the most sensitive girlcat who tends to sink into depression when I am away. All the little tasks were done as we asked and she sent many photos and texts to keep us updated, asking questions as needed along the way. The kitchen was kept very clean and there was minimal post-vacation cleanup needed. We will definitely be having Rebecca catsit again in the future and highly recommend her services.

Finding Rebecca Marlin was the best thing I could have done for my dogs. I’m neurotic when it come to them, and I have always been afraid of allowing someone else to take care of them. Rebecca is kind, caring and truly loves animals. The best part is, my dogs adore her and I don’t have to worry, I know they are well cared for. I recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants their Animals taken care of, better than they would take care of them themselves.

Rebecca did some pet sitting for me...she was good at communicating with me when necessary. She responded in a timely manner to questions. I appreciate her no nonsense style, she came on the days I needed here, the times we agreed on, and did what had to be done. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Emily of Happi Dogs is a god send... Thankfully we found Emily before a big holiday. As things didn’t work out with our former kennel. Now, Polar & Fanta cannot get enough of Emily’s services. Hello everyone. I have four Guinea Pigs that are very dear to me. I would like to thank Emily for being reliable and sweet with my pets while I was away. She followed my instructions correctly and always kept me posted. She did an excellent job.The result was that when I got back home, I found my guinea pigs like I was hoping: happy, properly fed and their cages were clean. I highly recommend Happi Dogs.

Emily and Manish have been great! I was kind reluctant to hire someone off line for dog walking, but Emily and her husband Manish came over to our home for a free consultation and made us feel at ease with their calm demeanor and kind words. The services are also priced well and they are reliable. Now, I love arriving home after work because our dogs are calmer and have had some outdoor time. I highly recommend their dog walking services!!

Nancy is very accommodating. My dog , Appa, would have a very bad matted hair every time I bring him and he will come out very good looking . Nancy is doing a good job.

I'm dog sitting for the weekend and I took my 1 year old dog niece to get her nails clipped. She is a pitbull weenie mix. The staff was very friendly and kind, the dog was very nervous but they successfully cut her nails without any fuss. They only charged $10 so I gave them a tip (SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES) and they helped me very quickly, no wait time today.

I have gone here for many many years with several different breeds and size dogs. I have a Chihuahua that is my everything but when it comes to trimming her nails👹 she turns into a monster. They have done Tayah’s nails for the 10years of her life. I moved 2 1/2hours away and drive down just to have her nails done here.

My dogs are well cared for and look gorgeous when I pick them up! MIA AND JERRY

They did a lovely job with our dog, who got a bath and nail trim. There's no free range space after the work is done, so dogs are in kennels awaiting pickup, keeping them safe and separate. We'll definitely return for future visits.

Called in morning and was able to get my dogs nails trimmed that afternoon. Reasonable prices and confident staff. They used the nail grinder which is what I prefer. Thank you!

I boarded my dog for the first time with Eric and Melissa last because I had a business trip. They took care of my 4 year old Great Pyrenees really well. I’ll definitely be returning!

Melissa and Eric are fantastic! We had an unexpected change and our family wasn’t able to watch our dog during our planned trip and didn’t know what to do! So we reached out to our close friends and they recommended pupstatic and we are soooo glad we decided to go with them! They watched our little pitty Nori for 11 days and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation worry free :) they sent us daily photos and updates which we very much appreciated! A month before our trip we met for a consolation and our dog was nervous since it was his first time away and in a new environment but after a little time he warmed up and ended up loving their house! He was totally comfortable for his stay and enjoyed playing with their two dogs! I am so thankful we had this resource and it was such a peace of mind to know he was at a smaller family business instead of at a huge doggie hotel. Pupstatic is way more personal? Only have a few dogs at a time if any and is much more of a home environment- which is perfect for any sensitive pups! Looking forward to being able to use them again!!

Dog's True Dream is the second best decision we have ever made, first was adopting our sweet Pow Pow! Maya and her team are soooo good with our pup. It's been a couple months now and our Pow Pow is already bonded with her. Not only does she offer the best in class daycare and dog boarding, but she also takes the time to work with our dog on small behavioral things!!! She continues to impress us. Most importantly when we get Pow Pow back at the end of the day- he is calm, cuddly, and EXHAUSTED! Maya is committed to her dogs and treats them like family, and even does fun events like a Doggy Halloween Party. THANK YOU DOGS TRUE DREAM!
