Val is one of our favorite kitty and house sitters and we are always excited to have her back. She is proactive about finding out what works best for us communication wise before we leave (what medium/platform, how often we’d prefer a checkin, etc). She also asks any clarifying questions about the house or cats and proactively tackles any issues she sees (for example, helping to give some outdoor plants some extra hydration amidst a heat wave or changing batteries in a dying CO2 monitor). Most importantly we always come back to kitties that are so zen because they’ve had a great attentive companion. Val has also shown extra care to our fam with info and recommendations from her own experience following a diagnosis we got for one of our cats. Thank you again Val!

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Dogs were everywhere when I dropped off and it seems like the boarding clients and the grooming clients were intermingled. Will not go back. The price is enticing, but at what cost?

I moved here from out of state so my normal boarding places for my dogs weren’t an option when we needed to board our two dogs for 2 weeks. The reviews were great here and the people seemed nice enough. I got my dogs back after the 2 weeks and one of them had a raging UTI which I found out after she had accidents in the house, and the other is now afraid of her crate (she used to love her crate and went in it on her own frequently) and refuses to go into it now. I have no idea what happened at this facility or how on earth this could have even happened, but I’ve never gotten my dogs back from boarding with issues like this before. I even paid extra for them to have more outside time. 2 stars because they kept my dogs alive and mostly healthy, so I’m thankful for that at least.

Took my dog there for a nail trimming and they weren't sure if she needed a muzzle or not so I went in with her. Everything was great. The people who worked there were really nice. Good experience
Took my dog to 2 other people to get his nails trimmed and they couldn't do it due to him not allowing it. Was recommended to go here and they were able to get it done. Took him straight in, clipped them, and we were on our way. Will definitely be coming back to them for all his and my other dogs nails!
Our dog Tuck loves to go there for daycare. Shelly the owner is so sweet and so is everyone else there. They’ve bent over backwards to accommodate us and even raised their fence for my escape artist. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We love you all at the shaggy dog ❤️ Tuck especially loves Michael.

I haven't used Sunshine Pet Services... yet... I had planned to and will but wanted to give Erin 5 stars so far because of her impeccable customer service so far: my x-mas plans fell through so I decided- why not? let's head to Vegas! Completely last minute but had to make sure my guys were all set so contacted Erin to see if she was available to come over and feed them while I was away. Unfortunately I've had a medical issue that I was ignoring prove to not want to be ignored and I need to stay close to home but she was Very responsive and understood that my plans were coming together fast with planning a last minute trip and did everything she could to accommodate me. We didn't actually meet but that she responded to Every email immediately as I was trying to set things up was very helpful and that is really a good sign for me that she is the one that When I do get to go on vacation, she will be the one I will trust to take care of my dear ones.
