Highly recommend, came over a few days beforehand to meet our pup and get the lay of the land. Took great care of our pittie all day for us and our boy really enjoyed his time with Matt - our usually anxious pup even fell asleep on him. Will definitely use them again.

Aj and Matt took great care of my 4 cats and dog on many occasions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I felt at ease having them take care of my pets because they treat them like their own.

Our Winston( 6 months old bernedoodle) absolutely loves going to doggie daycare at Fluffy dog. You couldn't ask for more loving & caring people then Erica & Mark. We wouldn't trust anywhere else with our little guy. We absolutely love how its home environment based daycare.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and Erica at The Fluffy Dog, LLC. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of their furry friends. My dog absolutely loves coming here and always comes home tired and happy after a day of playing at daycare or a few days of boarding! They always send the best pics of him smiling, which gives me great reassurance while away from him.

Mark and Erica were amazing with our dog, Piper. We found them through a mutual friend when our prior dog walker moved onto other business endeavors. While we were initially disappointed at losing the relationship with our prior dog walker, we feel so blessed to have connected with them and built a relationship with them this past year. They treated our dog, Piper, like family. Erica and Mark are very flexible and accommodating and worked with my husband and my busy, ever changing schedule. They would frequently check in on Piper last minute if we got tied up at work and were very understanding about last minute changes. Their prices are extremely reasonable. We have since moved and will need to find a new dog walker, but we will miss them terribly! I would highly recommend The Fluffy Dog, LLC to anybody needing pet care.

We have had an AMAZING experience with The Fluffy Dog. Our fur baby, Nala, loves her 2nd home while we are away and we feel confident leaving her in their care. She is loved and taken care of just like we do. The plus is that she gets to play with and socialize with other pups. Erica sends us pictures and updates throughout Nala's stay and it always looks like she is having so much fun. They are so easy to work with and so kind and compassionate. We are extremely happy we found such great people to take care of our girl!

Mark and Erica are the only people I trust to watch my pups while I’m gone. They always come back happy and tired. My dogs love going to them and playing. They’re the nicest and most accommodating people you can trust to help care for your pets.

Erica is amazing with my puppy! We started her on doggy daycare to see how she fit in with the crew in anticipation of needing to board her this summer while we go on vacation, and she has done amazing! Erica sends me frequent text updates and pictures, and my pup has really bonded with Erica and her husband! Highly recommend!

Erica came into our lives the very first weekend I brought Bailey (she) home from St. Louis. Erica visited twice a day for months. Then Bailey went to Erica's home for daycare (since New Year). As a single, working divorcee, I needed someone to help keep Bailey occupied throughout the day. What I got was a friend who co-raised Bailey with me for the first year of Bailey's life. ...I don't know how to make this a normal review because as far as Bailey and I are concerned, Erica is family. In terms of pecking order, Erica and I are on the SAME level for Bailey. :). Erica's home set-up is a comfortable and cozy dog heaven with love and dog friends. Erica adores her pups, is always cheerful, will respond to your requests, and will go out of her way to help you and your pup. And she's an authentic person. Yeah, it doesn't feel quite right "reviewing" a member of our family. All I can say to anyone reading this is that if you want your dog to love someone and somewhere as much as they love you and your home, don't waste a second looking elsewhere. Call Erica and you'll be a lifer. I don't know how to imagine a better person (and a more supportive dog-loving teammate in her husband Mark) to care for your pup. It is so wonderfully evident how much joy the pups they care for bring to them, day in and day out. ...Now, you ARE going to have to invite Erica to your dog's birthday parties because if you don't, your pup is going to hold that over your head with glares of bitterness and the cold puppy shoulder. Just be advised. :)

I have nothing but praises for the fluffy dog! Mark and Erica are the most loving dog sitters, dog walkers, dog groomers . I have nothing but confidence when I leave my dog there for any reason. They're always willing to help in a pinch and to make concessions where needed. I never see any stress on their face just smiles! They love what they're doing!

Awesome doggie day care. Using twice a week for over one year. Plus overnights while on a week vacation. My dog loves it and always comes home happy and tired from playing !

Maggie (and I) have been with Chelsea for over 4 years now. Chelsea is reliable and flexible with any changes in schedule. Most importantly, Maggie loves her. Chelsea comes in 3 days per week while I’m at work; not to mention, she steps up for extra visits when I have had surgeries. She also sends pics of her visit; It’s often the best part of my day to see Mag’s happy face. I would highly recommend their service!

Chelsea takes excellent care of my dog. She is extremely dependable, flexible, and responsive to my pet care needs. She updates me daily and takes the most adorable pics of my pup. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Highly, highly recommended!

Wow, Paw Prints is an amazing pet service! We have trusted Jes with the care of our pets for over a year, and only have great things to say. Dog walks, cuddles, diaper changing (yes, this was really something we needed), Jes does it all with compassion and positivity. If you are a working pet parent don’t hesitate to give this a try. Your pets will appreciate the companionship, physical activity, and having something to look forward to in the middle of their day.

If you own pets and aren’t able to be home all day because of work, do yourself and your animals a favor and call Jes! I had a senior dog that was unable to hold his bladder for the nine hours I was gone at work, and Jes was there to help let him out and care for him during the day. This gave me so much piece of mind. Unfortunately, Jes found him when he was unable yo get up on his last day, but if it were not for Jes my old boy would have laid there by himself with no help. She treated Jack like he were her dog and for that I’ll always be thankful. Now our house has two very energetic young dogs ( a two year old, and a nine month old) and Jes provides them with such great care. They are let out every day and get to spend time in the yard as well as go for a walk and get a little bit of training every day. They look forward to her coming over as much as they do me coming home. I love having Jes and knowing that if I ever need anything she is there to help. Absolutely wonderful as a pet sitter and just an overall great person. Please, if you need a pet sitter consider her first!

Jes has been taking care of our Harper for well over a year now. I can’t imagine trusting Harper’s care to anyone but her. They have a special bond that makes me feel less guilty when I leave for work each morning because I know Jes is going be there for a long walk and playtime! Harper listens better to her than she does to me!!

Hard to imagine these people taking good care of your pets when they can’t even be bothered to put their grocery cart away. Watched them at Giant in Red Lion leave the cart in the parking space with no concern for anyone else’s vehicles. You’d think someone driving a Prius with their company name on the doors would be a little more concerned about their actions and perhaps a tiny bit less self absorbed. You’d be wrong.

They are amazing! Our pups absolutely love them. These gals are reliable, trustworthy and loving with our fur babies! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!

I never thought I would pay someone else to come and clean up after my dog, but let me tell you, it saves my busy household a lot of time. My husband and I both work full time, 10- 12+ hours a day. We have 2 young boys and of course our beloved Boba! Having Urban Landmines help with this chore gives us more family time! And at a great price! They clean up and dispose of the waste. They are respectful and always do a great job! We also use Urban Landmines to take Boba for a walk when my husband and I are working. I know he loves his walks! everyone that comes says he was such a good boy! He loves seeing his friends on walk days! Could not be happier!

Malachi was awesome! He came the same day and did a wonderful job with our yard! He was nice, fast, and has really good pricing. If you’re like me and HATE cleaning up dog waste out of your yard, you must give them a go!

Miss Meghan was absolutely incredible! The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful with a condescending tone to his text messages, emails and phone calls. Perhaps he's this way due to all of his employees leaving him to run the company by himself. We were customers for over a year and Malachi never heard from us with a complaint or issue. April 5th, with Friday being our scheduled day for service, no one came for and we received a text at 5:23pm from Malachi stating that between the weather and training new employees, they fell behind schedule. He apologized for missing our stop, but they'll be sure to catch up on Monday. Monday came and went with no service.. Messages me Tuesday morning, Sorry we missed your stop yesterday. I will be coming by today to scoop & make sure it doesn't happen again. At this point, I asked for him to give us a visit on Friday and credit us $20 for the missed service. I paid $80 for cleanings on the 4 Fridays in April, so I should receive $20 back. His website clearly says $80/month. Instead of a No Problem Sir & sorry we missed you last week. I instead get, I can issue a $18.46 credit for last week, that is your weekly rate. What?!?!?! That's not the math of $80 for 4 Friday visits. Malachi tells me that I pay $80/ month, which he works out to be $960 for the year and 52 weeks in a year is actually $18.46. That's the way he calculates it for everyone. I again remind him that there is nowhere on his website that communicates this, just the rate per month... not per year, not per week. I asked repeatedly why he would nickel and dime with a customer that had 2 service appointments that were missed and he'd never had a single complaint from. Unbelievably he went back and forth arguing with his customer. Telling me that "by my logic, if it was a month with 5 Fridays, I should only get $16.00 back? That's not how it works." To me.....that would be correct math and what I would expect. What really floored me was his text telling " I will not give you more than you paid. You will not steal from my company" This is how an owner acts when he has missed the Friday scheduled appointment, promises they'll be there on Monday and doesn't come and the customer asks for a credit on the missed week on Tuesday. WOW I know that when there's bad weather, my lawn service might not come out on our scheduled day, but as he's the Owner/Operator of his business, he's out there on Saturday getting his customers lawns done. When we 1st set up service with Urban Landmines, Malachi was sure to text me that they scoop in all weather....... so why blame weather for the delay in getting to us for service? If weather caused you to be behind by a day or two...why not use the weekend to get caught up with your customers? As posted by LinkedIn on April 11, 2023 - "It's no secret that employees don't quit companies, they quit managers. A successful manager can inspire, motivate, and empower their team, while an inferior manager can create a negative and demotivating work environment that drives employees away." Perhaps that's why you've lost the incredible employees that were wonderful ambassadors of your service, such as Shay, Reese, Megan, & Rachel. We were a customer for over a year and never had one complaint with your service until this incident. I guess your Customer Acquisition cost is under $1.54. Really, it's not about the $1.54, it's about your approach and attitude to a good customer. A customer that has praised your company to all our friends with dogs and recommended Urban Landmines. But when you tell a customer that they're stealing from your company over $1.54 due to your mistake..... it's telling to your mindset, they way you're treating people and makes it clear why all of your employees have left you.

Miss Megan does a great job cleaning the yard. She's is very professional and takes Pride in the work that she does she's very nice lady and does an excellent job and I've recommended Urban landmines to two different people now and would recommend them to anyone they are reasonable people with reasonable prices and I'm very pleased with their service

Megan is awesome she very responsive to texts messages and is very punctual. She text when she is on her way and when she is finished very professional. I love this place. We had to hurry and find a place at the last minute. From start to finish, Abby and the entire staff at Morgan’s very so understanding, accommodating and thoughtful. I felt like our dogs were in great hands! Plus, they have a really fun and friendly facility. Highly highly recommend!!!!

Iam based in NY and everytime I visit PA I make sure to get my dog Duncan his spa! Morgan paws has the best service and bery efficient! I have been with them for almost 3 years now. They are clean, well trained to be with my energetic dog and well- priced

My dogs love this place!!! Staff is friendly. However, they won't let you tour the facility. Dogs are always thirsty when I bring the boys home. Concerned if they get fresh water.

After checking out various doggie day care in my area I decided on Morgan's Paws Pet Care. My dog is well cared for and the staff is fantastic. Prices are reasonable as well. I have been bringing my dog here twice a month for some time now. Check them out.

Fantastic groomer! I am updating my review as we used their boarding services. I can't rave enough how great this experience was. From caring intake crew to the great care our dog had. Our new groomer Tori is fantastic!

We been boarding our 2 dogs there, one being a little over 1 year old. Great dog, but must have some separation anxiety when being boarded unfortunately. The first time she came home and threw up plastic and they had no idea why, so ths next time she chewed the door between the split runs which is not their fault. But we were never warned or gave notice of this, she just threw up a bunch of plastic the next day so we called and they said oh yeah there's a note here about that... don't you think you should have called us and told us about out dog eating plastic? So we tell them and they changed her room for the 3rd boarding, this time the day after coming home she poops out a bunch of wood pieces. We call once again and they said there not sure, here to find out they put her in a room with a chipboard floor and she must have chewed... no report or care in the world. We then found a new place to board and wanted out deposit back for our next trip we booked and they refused. The owner did reach out and apologize for her employees lack of skills and refunded our deposit but the damage is already done.

My mom takes her greyhound her. Her greyhound is always excited to go there. The staff is always great and helpful

The people here are the best I've ever met when it comes to caring for my dog. She is temperamental and had a lame leg while she spray stayed here. I had just moved and they have a discount for the month. The way they treated her and how my dog warmed up to them so quickly was amazing. For the size of the room dogs get and the amount of interaction they receive each day the cost of keeping your dog here is a steal.

Started taking my dog Grace here a little over a year ago and she loves it. She has friends there, the staff are kind and care about the dogs, and they keep her in the medium dog room instead of the large due to her temperament. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Plus she always comes home needing a rest.

I am so glad we found Morgan's Paws! We've boarded our dogs, Winston and Layla, here twice so far, and both times they have come home happy as can be. The additional services are fantastic (treat bags, extra playtime, bedtime stories and tuck-ins, etc.). The staff are great and so accommodating. I know they take great care of our pups in our absence, and we will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

Audrey did a great job taking care of my boys, Buddy & Frankie. She even managed to get Frankie out from his hiding place. I appreciate the great care Cherished Paws provides to my cats! Thank you.

Jamie and the team at Cherished Paws are great! They've looked after our two large dogs multiple times now, and every time exceeded our expectations. Their visits are always on schedule and their pricing is very reasonable. Most importantly, we trust that Jamie and her team will treat our boys like we do. Our dogs love getting to stay in their own home while we travel, and I love that they don't have to go to a kennel!

What a wonderful family to trust for the care of your pets. They were thoughtful, careful, cleaned up, did everything I wanted and more. Kayla was able to give medication to my one cat who would never take that from anyone. I would highly recommend them, and will always use them when I need to go away.

With a geriatric dog who has dementia we were having difficulty locating anyone to keep him. Jamie to the rescue! She kept him happy and healthy which can be a lot of work. We are using her again for another short trip. We are thankful for someone who is willing to cater to an old dog who needs out many times in the middle of the night!

Jamie and her staff go above and beyond for us and our fur family. They always do a wonderful job whether it's a quick potty break or an overnight stay. They are super accommodating and have a great and easy system, but have also saved me last minute on multiple occasions. I would not trust my boys (border collie, bull dog, cat, guinea pig, fish) with anyone else.

Edited to add: The change of ownership/sitters has worked out even better!!! Matthew feels like part of the family after just one vacation and Darci is very responsive to messages. Thank you so much for making traveling easy. ❤️❤️❤️ Just started using this service for our cats about a month ago and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I couldn't be happier. Great prices, very responsive, and very understanding. I was a little concerned with the timing of daily visits and immediately received replies to my messages. They were super willing to accommodate my wishes and set my mind at ease while on vacation. What more could you ask for. I love that they send pictures when they visit and note anything out of the ordinary. Thank you so much!
